Hello everyone Trigger01 also known as PlayTimeTheCoyote in Archive of Our Own just wants to clarify I'm the same person and that I'm not stealing this stoyr for a while, I have wanted to make a Beastars fanfiction/fanfiction crossover now I finally have an idea of what to do, by the way, don't worry about my other two works I haven't abandoned them. I will be updating them as soon as I have free time from college or when I catch up with all my work. I won't make any promises as I normally can't keep promises to myself like keeping a schedule or managing my time. I need to work on that for my health work.

For disclosure, the story will contain spoilers for Beastars both from the Manga Show and mostly from the Show as I haven't finished reading the manga. There will be heavy spoilers for Final Fantasy XV both the Final Fantasy XV alternative and based on the novel "Final Fantasy XV: Dawn of Future" as I will be using that alternative ending for this story. The Final Fantasy XV character tags are for lore they won't make appearances but they will make mentions of them. Don't worry I promise their names will play an important role even beyond the grave as this story is a time skip of 6 kings from 114th to 120th.

Some of the characters might appear OOC (Out of Character), but I try my best to keep their traits. Also, I noticed some similarities between certain characters while watching Beastars playing Final Fantasy XV so this will be fun~.

Again for Disclosure. I don't own Beastars nor either the Manga or the Show, Beastars belongs to Paru Itagaki. Final Fantasy XV is owned by Square Enix. This fanfiction has no connection to either of the original works. So enjoy this weird fantasy crossover that I created for your entertainment amusement. A young wolf pup no older than 5 could only giggle as he was being tickled & getting ready to be tucked into bed by his mother and father, his father was a handsome tall wolf with sharp features, angular eyes, and very muscular and his mother was a beautiful hybrid of a wolf & komodo dragon her scales shining as pretty green jewels, that sparkle with light in her feminine beauty whose husband loves very dearly, they young pup love his parents as well as his grandpa so much, that every time they hug him he was filled with nothing but warm content & love, feeling safe around them even with his father & mother check for scales worrying about him, their son, their joy & treasure.

"Alright, you little rascal, it's time for bedtime." The father said with a chuckle as he saw his son snuggle in bed with his cute beetle plushy dressed in his bug them pajamas, smiling back at his father with a tired look in his eyes, the father loved his son he was his gift from his beautiful wife who he loved dearly and assure her that her scales were beautiful & not a curse, damn the people who say otherwise, damn the beasts that would dare to harm his family, if anyone would hurt them he will strike them down with a King's fury.

"Mommy, can you tell the story again?" The pup said with a cute yawn as he looked at his mother with cute puppy dog eyes, the sight melted the heart of both parents, who could say no to that face even if they had told this story around 10 times, of course, it wasn't every night. For some reason, the pup likes to listen to the story.

The mother sighed and then gave her son a soft smile as she got comfortable next to her husband who was sitting on the side of the bed. "Alright, you win, Legosi," the mother said as she cleared her throat and began narrating the tragic tale of the first king of Lucius, with her husband's ears perking at the sound of her beautiful voice, always so soothing.

(Final Fantasy XV - Somnus Ost)

"Long ago there lived a wolf blessed by the gods, and revered by the people as their savior".

"His name was Ardyn Lucius Caluem and he was to have served as the first king of Lucius..."

"...and you were named after the first king of Lucius."

"Legosi Ardyn Lucius Caleum, our treasure, our guiding light."

After what felt like hours of the tragic tale of the first king of Lucius by his mother who finished with a warm smile towards her son with teary eyes as she wiped them off his husband also wiped a few tears that were forming in his eyes, it was hard to believe that their family & kingdom was built in betrayal & tragedy. In which the first king & their ancestor Noctis Lucius Caelum team up to take down Bahamuth the cruel astral that wanted to wipe out Eos, resulting in the death of the first king as his brother Somnus was still viewed as a king but not the first king, not after learning the truth.

"That's so sad," Legosi said with a cute whine wiping his eyes from the tears that threatened to spill before tiredness overcame him and the land of sleep demanded rest, so with yet another cute yawn he hugged his beetle plushy with his eyes growing drowsy not before he heard his father chuckle at him teasingly, in which his wife giggle at that remark, they never understood why their son love that story that was filled with nothing but pain & sorrow for Ardyn & Noctis, mostly Ardyn, then their son answer as he closes his eyes for dreamland.

"I don't know, I guess I just like tragedies." His father let out a small laugh at that remark as he saw his son go to sleep before leaning in and kissing him on his forehead.

"Sweet dreams, my little prince." Then his mother also leaned forward & gave him another kiss on his forehead.

"I love you, Legosi." their words of affection make the pup smile in his sleep, words from a caring father & loving mother, words from the ones that loved him with all their hearts it was a shame his grandpa wasn't here to do the same as he was asleep in one of the guest rooms with his grandma, they both work hard for the family & tired themselves out, he admires them just like his parents.

With that being done the wolf couple left their son's room & moved to their private chambers where they would lay together as king and queen in each other's warm embrace filled with love and joy, a moment of embrace to not worry about the world about their statues as King or Queen but as a father & mother who loved each other to the bitter end, they will die for each other, die for their pup, for the elder komodo dragon & elder wolf, Gosha & Toki. The father who was the most protective of them, without them he wouldn't have his little prince, his pride & joy but most importantly his only son.

"I love you Leano, my queen." The father said to his wife. Queen Leano Moonheart

"I love you Myagi, my king," Leano said to his husband. King Miyagi Lucius Caelum.

(Final Fantasy XV - Somnus Ost- End)

Legosi was gazing at the moon with two herbivores at his side a small white bunny & red twinkish deer sitting on a grassy field. Behind them was a school, they were enjoying the cool air in the tranquil of the night, the herbivores enjoying the warmth of the wolf, as the wolf wrapped his massive but gentle arms around their neck careful not to hurt them as his claws & arms will not doubt tear them apart, he smiles as he looked to the moon hearing their soothing snores. The deer antlers had shed a few days and he looked more like a cute doe, a Bambi to be specific. The rabbit looked so small yet beautiful. He wondered who these herbivores were and why they were there at his side. Were they not afraid of him? He was a big scary wolf & the Prince of Lucis. Both feared & respected, yet they seemed familiar but he couldn't place it or remember them. Maybe he should move somewhere else but he didn't want to leave them alone in the night where they could get hurt, so the gentle wolf didn't leave their side until they woke up, arms wrapped around them as if they would disappear, that made him sad & he whines a little he close his eyes & went to sleep providing his protection & heat to them under the gaze of a full moon that is until he heard a voice called his name.

(Kingdom Hearts 3: Remind DLC - Good Ending Ost)

"Prince Legosi! Prince Legosi!" Legosi was slowly awake, opening his eyes as he took a look around the car that he was inside in the cozy warm seats in the back, which would always make him sleep.

He must have fallen asleep again, Legosi had a habit of dozing out & zoning out that his friends would tease him for, especially his grandpa, he then heard his driver Sagwan a seal, and spoke again. "Impressive, is it not?" Legosi saw what Sagwan was referring to, Cherryton Academy was what greeted his view at the top of the hill. He then remembered that he starting his first year at Cherryton Academy, one of the most popular boarding schools in the town of Cherryton, a new town in the kingdom of Lucius. Legosi then also remembered the question towards him so with a lazy response he answered his driver.

"Yeah." However his mind wandered off to the dream, what did it mean? Who were they? Why did he dream of them? Was he dreaming in his room at the castle? No that couldn't be it, he only had one thing in mind, a proper response to that dream. "I have been having these weird thoughts lately. Like is any of this for real? Or Not? None of this makes sense to me." He thought to himself as he looked out the left window of the moving car, to say the least, he was nervous this was his first time studying outside the castle, and he was not looking forward to this

(Kingdom Hearts 3: Remind DLC - Good Ending Ost - End)

As the car got closer to the school, Legosi grew more anxious & nervous about all the attention he would receive. It was not that he wasn't confident in himself but he was always so self-conscious about being a wolf, a big scary wolf that was a Prince, he didn't have problems befriending others, especially herbivores but he couldn't always help to worry about accidentally hurting one & bringing disappointment to his family, the news would twist the truth about the Royal Family! He hated that idea, even with the assurance of his parents that he should be strong & walk tall he couldn't help to doubt himself because the nobles & other important beasts of high social studies would constantly judge him with his eyes as he was not good enough to be king, because he rather is humble with his strength as a wolf, no, not a wolf, a hybrid, plus they would mock him about his strange habit of liking insects something that his father had constant com to his defense while his mother glare daggers at them. But what hit closer was the comments of him losing control & hurting others, especially herbivores only because he had Ardyn in his name, for fucks sake! That was the first king they were insulting! As a result of the constant jab. Legosi couldn't help but develop complex thoughts about his role as a Prince & path to King. What he hated the most was how he made his family worry about him, he sighed sadly knowing that not everyone could be pleased & that people rather see the past & only focus on what Ardyn had become a Daemon thanks to the star scourge plague & Somnus the treacherous brother, but mostly Bahamut. Legosi was glad his ancestor Noctis Lucius Caleum & Ardyn had struck down that accursed astral. He shouldn't have had these thoughts to worry about when he was 17, but he was a Prince, a tough responsibility.

"You ok Legosi?" Sagwon asked him as he looked at him from the mirror dash at the car. Legosi had a sad solemn look in his eyes as he let those thoughts run wild in his head.

"It's nothing - I'm just nervous about how others might see. Will they see me as a big bad wolf? or as their Prince or worse a monster as they did to Ardyn." Legosi's ears dropped at that thought he loved his name but others could use it to hurt his pride & joy some beasts were cruel, especially herbivores that had malicious intents towards the one that was to protect them or carnivores that would just not do anything in respect. All because of one problem. Ardyn Lucius Caleum was a wolf that would eat meat with his people regardless if it was herbivore or carnivore meat, The star scourge just made things worse, and Somnus jealously didn't help either. Now Legosi didn't have anything against the consumption of meat, he understood that as a wolf but drinking blood was a whole different story. Even his family agrees with him on that. Regardless Legosi didn't like the taste of meat or the smell it made him nauseous. If he were to eat meat it would be in a die or live situation, where there was no option. His family ate meat that was provided by dying or sick animals that no longer wished to suffer, he just didn't care for it. He was happy without it he remembered his father cursing out some nobles for calling him a spineless dirty mutt just for being humble, his father was scared when he was protective of him.

"Ah! Don't let those bastards get to you! You are of Luci's blood you should walk tall & proud of being who you are! If they can't see you for the kind Prince you are for being humble, that's their problem." Sagwon said with a smile and an admiring look towards Legosi who perked up a little at his friend & driver said those words.

"Really?" Legosi said with a cute puppy expression as his tail wagged a little.

"Yes! Besides, your friends will be there to protect you, especially Jack & Bill." Sagwon said with a smile on his face knowing how Jack &

Bill will tear or kick anyone's ass that dared to mess with Legosi, with Legosi coming to their defense as well, his other friends were equally just as merciless but not as much as the two beats that made Legosi's life a lot easier. "Just remember what your parents & grandparents said, your majesty."

Sagwan's words made Legosi remember his conversation with his family before he departed from the castle towards his new school life where his friends & shield were waiting for him.

"Legosi I am so proud of you. You have grown into a fine wolf." His mother said with a choked sob as she hugged him, she was going to miss him.

"Say hello to the boys for us while you are at Legosi, I bet they will be so happy to see you." His grandpa Gosha said full of joy as he patted him on the back, with a hard slap almost making him stumble.

" Make sure to find a good-looking girl or guy to bring over, for dinner~," his grandma Toki said with a teasing smirk making Legoshi blush and cover his face while letting out a startled remark.

"Grandma!" Legosi said while blushing covering his face in embarrassment at his Grandma's antics, they all giggled & laughed at this reaction when the giggling & laughter subsided, his father, King Miyagi Lucius Caleum, approached him & held his son by his shoulders with a serious look on his face and everyone grew quiet.

"Legosi Ardyn Lucius Caleum, my son I am so proud of you, all of us are. You have grown up so much. I want you to know that we love you & I will always love you no matter what happens, do you understand? You are of Lucius' blood, you were never an embarrassment to us or anyone in the royal family. You make your strength by not rallying in meat, not everyone can accomplish that. I love you with all my heart since the moment you were born. You were never trouble for this family, you are my little prince, our guiding light. I have loved you, my son. May the Line of Lucius go with you & remember that there will be others standing beside you. Walk tall my son." With tears in his eyes, Legosi hugged his father as his father returned the favor & sobbed like a little pup a the touching words, he was a fool to think that his family started to hate him for all the trouble he had caused, when in reality they loved him with their all hear, and soon the rest of his family group hug him as he was embraced in kindness & love from his family, the ones that cherish him the most. No doubt they miss him as he always brought life to the palace.

Legosi could only wipe his ears as he cried at that touching memory, Sagwon was right he was a Lucius, and he would walk tall for his family! He knew things would be rough but as long as he had his friends & family he could make it. He would not bend easily even if part of him so desperately wanted to remain humble he knew that only pacifism or being humble could be stretched to a limit but for now, all he could think of was his family's & father's words of encouragement. He also couldn't wait to see his friends & shield. This was the story of his joinery, the start of a Prince's journey & his name was Legosi Ardyn Lucius Caleum, Prince of Lucius.
