One day, in the midst of noon, 20 students stood around, while the other five sat on their seats, and most were chatting to each other for several different reasons.
Either way, even if the students here look and were named the same like in the original, there is something different about them.
Find out soon!
So, at this point, one certain person was asleep with his head on his table. And of course, this is one of our main characters, Nagumo Hajime.
While he looked particularly lazy and had slept, it was simply because he had been making his own manga which he profited off of. However, due to his balanced focus on academic studies, hobbies and play, there are some changes he has.
His grades? One of the highest, rivalling and even equalling Kouki who was supposed to be the smartest and best in class.
Which, sadly created some tension between the girls of the academy, and somehow fantasized that they were BL protagonists.
Sadly it was early Monday when he finished making ten pages of one chapter and now he was very tired to the point where he actually forgot to bring his own lunch.
Thankfully Kaori was there and brought him her own lunch, which he had accepted without question, cause why won't you accept a girl's gift?
Suddenly, one redheaded delinquent sneaked up behind Hajime and smacked him on the back of his head, forcing him to wake up and having Kaori feel quite annoyed by this action.
"Stupid Nagumo! Teacher Aiko's almost here, wake up already!" The redhead yelled at him, prompting him to rise up and try to stretch his arms.
He yawned, as he had gained enough energy to begin focusing on whatever was going to be present soon. After all, if the original Hajime is "Hobbies first", this Hajime is a heavily competent individual.
At least he had good enough expectations, and relationship with his classmates and people around the High School.
But...
His classmates are crazy, to the point where he and a select few were regarded as normal.
For example, Kouki is very arrogant, yet he sees Hajime as a rival, even calling him a coward for wasting time procrastinating, which was true and since Kouki wasn't having any of that he encouraged Hajime to do better.
It was strangely good enough for him, so he fell on Kouki's charisma and began to do his very best.
On another wordHajime was capable of using magic, but it was obviously only transmutation, and here he thought he was not normal unlike most of his current classmates, in mind, he meant.
He wouldn't really be shocked if his classmates were not truly normal like him.
Ryotarou, while being full of muscle, always yells "Ore Sanjou (I have arrived!)" once he arrives in class. He's... not a heavy Kamen Rider fan, right?
He was also rumored from elderly people to be possessed by an Oni, but those are just rumors... right?
Maybe...
And then there's Kousuke Endou, who always arrives early like a Shinobi, and even passes through the window, appears out of nowhere most of the time, and does crazy stunts expert athletes could do...
More of his classmates are... just not normal, obviously.
There was also a foreigner attending his class. He is a self-proclaimed world class genius called Stole Harden, who always scored perfectly, yet due to a disinterest in certain subjects, those subjects were around a C or better.
While that was the case, his ego and pride seemed quite enormous, yet he knew this pride was almost equal to Kouki as it was controlled and restrained to a respectful level.
Hajime was left to wonder what had happened to him before he enrolled to this school...
"Ugh..."
Thinking about them made Hajime feel small in particular, yet due to expectations from many people, he was forced to be competitive.
Despite that, he feels like a side character.
"My classmates, most of them sound like Main Characters in manga and anime..." He muttered, sighing in acceptance.
He glanced at the redhead, who sat beside him, and at Kaori who was at another side.
"Oh man, I still wonder what would happen if most of the crazy people were just normal." He asked, and the redhead laughed at him.
"You probably would just lazed off in your home, watching erotic animations and reading erotic comics." She joked as she pleased, earning an irritable glare from Kaori once again. "Huh, on all seriousness, you'd actually just be lazier than laid back, I guess."
'Well, that's right...' Hajime inwardly replied, seeing his lazier self as just that bad.
The students arranged their seats and tables the moment Aiko had arrived into their classroom, arranging her books that she would eventually use as reference to teach these students.
The only problem was, while she looked around the classroom, she noticed that there were only 25 students.
'Huh? I thought there should be around 38 students? At this afternoon, they're going to be absent? Oh dear...' Aiko realized, not helping to rubbing her head due to this. 'Ah, it doesn't matter, if they're still not here after 15 minutes, I'll mark them as absent!'
The petite teacher put her books down on the table, and with a serious face, she glared at the students.
"Everyone! Please arrange the chairs and tables, our class is about to begin!" Aiko spoke, and immediately as told, the students arranged the chairs and sat on their seats.
However, she noticed that Kouki looked particularly shocked for a moment, before silently smirking.
"Hoh, it seems that a rather exciting event is about to happen..."
This made his classmates, even. our protagonist, feel confused.
What was he talking about?
As if answering his question, a large set of engravings appeared on the floor of the classroom, illuminating it as most of the students, even Hajime, Kaori, and the redheaded delinquent were surprised.
"Wh-What is this?!" Hajime asked, noticing that several of his classmates looked more interested than him.
"Magic?! Wait, who's summoning us? It would be best if she's a cute princess or something!" One of the boys in his class exclaimed, only, he didn't notice that his expectations would be shattered soon enough.
Although there was already a few people like Yuka trying to escape unless something would happen, she was only capable of opening the door, yet she and her classmates were not allowed to leave their classroom due to an invisible barrier that kept them trapped.
"Oh no... we're trapped!" She spoke, causing several students to begin panicking.
Meanwhile, Eri approached Kouki and tightly hugged him. The teenager doesn't mind, though.
"Kouki-sama! I don't want to be separated from you!" She yelled, only for a hand to be put on her shoulder.
"Don't worry, this great one is sure we won't all be separated." Kouki assured with a smirk.
To Aiko, this might look like a hoax, but...
... The fact is, she really isn't normal by any means, as this Aiko was very aware of magic and the fact that she and her students are going to be summoned to another world worries her a lot.
'... Ah, somebody will definitely be mocked, I must protect him or her, this is my duty! Err... maybe not, everyone in this class is recorded to have good relations...'
She sighed at that realization, and yet she didn't let her guard down.
Then, with a wide flash of light too blinding for a select few students, they were whisked away to another world, which is obviously Tortus if you are familiar with the plot.
