Star Fox Adventures - Dark Ice mines (Night)

A cool breeze drift in through the open window, parting the silken shades as it washed over his naked body. It would have been rather uncomfortable, were it not for the warm body laying atop his own providing all the warmth he needed.

Thinking about her now, he couldn't help but wonder how in the world he had ended up in her bed that night, merely moments after he'd landed on her planet.

She was so sweet, like an angel who only wanted the best for him. When he first left her behind after saving her, he'd felt a part of his heart hurt when he fled the planet. Thinking about it now, he couldn't believe that he'd assumed that her forward nature with him and her demeanor was merely a part of her culture. He supposed that he was called dense about women for a reason, because the moment he was within her grasp once again he was dragged to her bed wherein he would spend the next many hours with her involved in the most passionate night he'd ever experienced in his otherwise short life.

Thinking about it now made that blush return with a vengeance, but glancing down to the beautiful blue furred vixen cuddled up on his bare chest made that blush fade away. She exhaled softly, the warmth of her breath on his furry chest sending pleasant shivers down his spine.

He smiled genuinely, finding the way she snuggled so tightly against him in her sleep adorable. She was exhausted, as was he, the events of the night long and tiring. Yet even then, he found that sleep had escaped him once more.

The sunrise was soon to appear, and he'd been awake for it for over two hours, laying half awake in her bed.

For the first time in months, he felt as if he had no reason to get out of bed, and it wasn't a negative realization either. For now, he was content simply to lay there and enjoy the moment in time he could share with the mysterious vixen who'd dragged him to her bed.

Even then, despite the calmness that seemed to radiate from every corner of her palace, and the warmth of her bed he shared, he couldn't stop his mind from wandering towards more stressful things.

His mind couldn't stop dwelling on the solar system he'd left behind, the devious actions of the General and his plots to try and lure him into joining the army. He was hoping that his disappearance would shake some sense into the General and he'd give the idea up and leave him alone. As nice as Krystal's planet was, he didn't want the option of returning to the Lylat system forever off the table.

"Good morning my adorable little fox…" A low and sensual voice cooed, pulling him from his thoughts. His eyes widened, glancing down to find a beautiful pair of cerulean orbs staring up at him, a pleasant smile on her lips.

"Good morning, Krystal." He said in return, leaning down to press his lips to hers. She moaned lowly, eyes fluttering closed as she melted into his touch. She pulled away suddenly, climbing up him as she pressed her lips against his, pinning him to the bed. He couldn't stop the moan that slipped past his lips, eyes rolling to the back of his head as she overwhelmed him with a passionate intensity that outmatched his own.

He sank into the bed as she pampered him with her supple lips, passionately kissing his lips, before moving down to his neck. A low rumble escaped his lips as she nibbled and sucked on his neck, slowly moving down until she reached his collarbone, leaving tiny bite marks every time she moved to another spot.

She purred lowly as she pleasured him, leaving little love marks in his fur everywhere she went. Eventually she trailed back up to his maw, placing a few short yet deep kisses on his lips. She purred contentedly, nuzzling her cheek against his own. Eventually, however, she pulled away, eyes tinged with concern.

"My Fox, what's troubling you? I can hear your thoughts, your emotions, they are strained, scared." She whispered softly, moving to sit on his lap, staring deep into his eyes. "Please do not hide your worries from me, I must know what is weighing upon your heart…" She urged gently, rubbing her thumb over his cheeks soothingly.

The fox melted into her touch, leaning into her paw as he unconsciously sought her physical presence.

For a brief moment he debated on hiding it from her, not wanting to place that stress upon her. But he also knew that she could tell if he was lying, and the last thing he wanted to do was push away the only one left that he could trust.

So, gathering his thoughts, he prepared a way to describe what exactly was going on. It wasn't going to be easy, seeing as her and her people were nowhere near as advanced as anyone on Corneria. But what they lacked in technological advancement they made up for in their seemingly advanced control over magic, something he'd definitely not believed in until he saw it for himself.

He sighed, glancing away from her. "When I left you behind last time, there was a war going on in my home system…" He started after a long moment.

She stared at him quizzically, tilting her head to the side. "Do you mean your world? There was a war on your world?" She asked, not quite sure what he meant when he said his home system.

He smiled lightly in amusement. "No, not necessarily. The war spanned across the solar system, many planets were involved in it." He explained, hoping she would understand.

Her eyes widened, viewing the fox below her in an entirely different light. "A war between worlds, my word, h-how is such a thing even possible…?" She asked in surprise.

He laughed lightly. "You'd be surprised. Out there, so many things are possible…" He smiled, before his expression trailed off. "But… because of that, people grow jealous of that power. A dispute between military commanders years ago evolved into a full blown coup, and years later, the results of that rebellion lead to a multiple interplanetary war that lasted for years…"

Although some of the words he used were lost on her, she gathered most of the story he told. Her eyes fell sadly. "Oh Fox, I'm so sorry…" She muttered, nuzzling his cheek with her own in an attempt to cheer him up. He smiled lightly at her attention, but he wasn't finished. "What happened…? Did you succeed?" She asked after a moment.

"Mmhmm…" He hummed. "I brought the ape responsible for the war down, and shattered his army. The planets he'd taken over were liberated from his control, and peace had returned for the most part…" He trailed off.

"Then…? Then what still troubles you?" She asked softly.

He sighed, shaking his head. "After returning home… my crew left me for the General's army. Not only that, but the General now wants my ships for himself. But I refuse to give them to him, so I left."

"Ships?" She echoed, the word lost on her. His eyes widened in understanding at her confusion.

"A-Ah… My Arwing, my uh, vessel I flew down in. I have four in total." He explained, hoping she would understand. Seeing her eyes light up in understanding, he continued. "The General wanted me to join his army so he would have control over the power of my ships, but I refused. When my crew left me for him, I fled Corneria, leaving my life behind. I tried to find somewhere to settle down after that, but no matter where I went he would find me and try to convince me to join him…"

He glanced out the large window behind him, the early morning sun lighting up the skies beautifully. Somewhere out there, he was sure the General was still looking for him. He wouldn't be deterred by him vanishing, it would only slow him down, he was sure of it.

"The last time he sent someone after me… they told me that he was planning on getting control over me no matter what. After that I fled the Lylat system entirely and came here…" He finished, leaving a few details out yet still bringing her up to speed.

"Oh Fox, I'm so sorry that you had to deal with that. This General sounds like a terrible creature. Even after all you have done for him, he cannot escape his own greed…" She whimpered, effected by his own negative emotions swirling around in his head.

Quickly taking notice that his own internal thoughts were negatively affecting her, he was sure to try and change the subject of conversation. "It's OK Krystal, I'm here now. The General won't follow me out here, he doesn't even know where here is." He tried to console her.

"No. No it is not OK. You should not have to flee your home you worked so hard to defend because of someone else's greed. You are deserving of so much more, it pains me to hear of this." She said hotly, clearly upset by the events that had taken place.

His eyes widened for a moment, before he smiled. She sighed as she settled into his lap, unable to wipe the look of irritation off of her maw. But that look soon faded in place of one of concern. "What will you do now?" She asked quietly.

He smiled up at her, sitting up, wrapping his arms around her, his paws resting on the small of her back just above her tail. "Well, if you don't mind, I'd like to stay here… I don't have any family or friends to return to, and I-" He started, but received his answer as she captured his lips with her own, again pinning him down to the bed.

His eyes rolled to the back of his head as she passionately pressed her lips to his, moaning openly as her paws roamed his smooth furry chest. When she finally pulled away, a trail of saliva connecting the two, she'd left the young red fox breathless. "Of course you can stay with me, my handsome young fox. My palace is your palace, as is law as my husband." She stated factually, her tone saying that there was no room for discussion.

He smiled a crooked grin up at her, happy to hear the news. "That settles it then. I think I'll stay here with you… permanently." He smiled, the guilt of leaving his past life behind fading into the wind as he was offered one that was infinitely better. "Of course, I'll probably have to sneak back for some supplies… I didn't bring anything with me when I left, a-and that was my only uniform…" He murmured in embarrassment, eyes drawn to the mutilated remains of his flight suit on the ground, torn to shreds by a certain pawsy blue furred vixen the night prior.

Krystal blushed in embarrassment, having the decency to realize what she'd done. Thinking quickly, she snapped her fingers, drawing the attention of a servant just outside her bedroom. Two attendants quickly stepped inside, stepping up to the edge of the bed, bowing quickly and respectfully to their Queen and her husband. "My husband requires a change of garments, and a bath, please see to it that all his needs are met." She ordered softly, sounding as if it was just another order.

The other vixens nodded at the orders, one retreating from the bedroom to acquire garments, while the other walked up to the befuddled red fox.

"Lord McCloud, if you would accompany me to the bath house, I shall tend to your needs." The grey vixen stated softly, holding her paw out to the Arwing pilot.

"O-Oh it's alright, I can bathe myself-" Fox tried nervously, but Krystal wasn't having any of it.

"Oh nonsense. Nothing but the best for my fox." Krystal pushed, leaving no room for argument.

Not willing to argue with her, and afraid he'd offend her by refusing to go along with it, he allowed the grey vixen to drag him out of bed and down through the halls of the palace, all the while completely nude.

He thanked his years as a pilot who had to face the threat of death every mission for the reason why he was able to keep a straight face while waltzing about buck naked in a palace full of purely female foxes…

At least he assumed that Krystal kept only females as her attendants, as he had yet to see any other males in the entire palace. Either way, it didn't make the looks he was given by the plentitude of said attendants any less embarrassing to suffer through.

Eventually he found himself in the bathhouse, the steam filling the enclosed space, giving him at least some privacy. "Here, Lord McCloud, the attendants will assist you." The same grey fox said, handing him off to three different foxes, all similarly undressed, already in the water.

As much as he wanted to reject the offer and clean himself, he decided to suck it up and just go with the flow. "A-Ah, thank you." He muttered, face flushed a light red. He stepped into the water, and he couldn't deny just how heavenly it felt upon his sweaty dirty fur. He sank into the water, the warm clear liquid rising up to his neck. "Oooh yeah… This is nice…" He hummed lowly, eyes fluttering closed.

He felt the water shift beside him, feeling two foxes sliding up next to him in the bath. They said that they were going to help bathe him, so he decided to keep his eyes closed and let them do their thing. And his line of thinking was correct, as not a moment later he felt a pair of brushes begin to go through his fur.

He purred lowly as they began to pamper him, the soft yet firm bristles of the brushes gently scraping the dirt and grime away, leaving his fur shining cleaner than it had ever been before.

Once they had cleared away any dirt, they began lathering into his fur some exotic oils, making his coat shine a healthy red color. The smell of the oils tickled his nose, but he thought against mentioning anything of it, and took it in stride.

He lost track of time, allowing Krystal's attendants to do with him as they saw fit.

However, he felt his state of bliss rapidly slip away when he felt those same paws of theirs slip from his outer thighs and into the space between his legs. He shot up with a yelp of surprise, his sudden actions scaring the attendants half to death. "W-What are you doing?" He squeaked indignantly, face flaming hot in embarrassment and shock.

"W-We apologize if we have harmed you in any way, Lord McCloud. We were simply following the instructions given us by our Queen, and meeting all of your needs." The grey vixen from before apologized before explaining her intentions.

His face flushed hot from the words, and he cleared his throat as he attempted to gain any semblance of his control back. "A-Ah, I see. W-Well, I can take care of myself this time." He said with a strained smile, eyes closed tightly.

"A-Are you sure Lord McCloud? I am well versed in cleaning and pleasuring a male fox-"

"Yep! Very sure! I-I've got to finish here and find Kry- Lady Krystal, you must understand." He quickly shut her down, returning it with logic of his own.

The grey furred vixen's eyes widened in understanding. "Ah, I see. Please forgive me, Lord. We shall finish up here and dress you accordingly." She added in understanding.

Seeing as he had finally gotten through to them, he sank back down into the water for them to finish rinsing him off. Not a few moments later saw them drying him off, all three of them toweling different parts of his body. He had to bite his tongue when one of them went between his legs, knowing that they were merely drying him off and not trying anything else with him.

Eventually, once he was thoroughly dried, he was directed to two newer attendants who had appeared from somewhere outside of the bathhouse. In their paws were intricately designed royal garments that looked near identical to the ones he'd often seen Krystal wearing. His expression fell when he realized that it meant that he was going to be nearly naked, when he was finally dressed.

Two golden shoulder pads sat on the top of his shoulders, connecting to a golden choker around his neck and held in place by dark black string. Royally designed golden forearm plates were tied to his arms, and his shins, depicting his status as above all else in attendance. And finally, to provide him some sense of modesty, he was provided a white loin cloth that covered his front and his rear, made to fit around his bushy tail.

And one thing he noticed different compared to Krystal's royal garb, was the lack of any chest covering.

Swallowing his pride and embarrassment, as he'd never felt more exposed in his entire life, he made sure to thank the attendants for helping him.

"Lord McCloud, may we lead you to Lady Krystal? I believe she will be eager to see you return." The grey vixen asked, holding her paw out to him.

Gathering himself and shoving down his embarrassment, he took the paw offered him. "Sure." He said after a moment, allowing the fox to lead him away.

As he was walking, he found himself realizing that his new state of dress was going to have to take some getting used to.

A lot of getting used to…

''How the hell am I supposed to pilot an Arwing in this…?'' He thought dryly…

After his life changing bath, he found himself directed through the fancy and intricate halls of Krystal's palace. He hadn't really noticed it at first, but the palace was very beautiful. Tall stone pillars lined the halls, decorated with cloth of a royal blue color, depicting a sacred vixen and a strikingly familiar looking red fox.

He hadn't really ever thought about how much cultural influence was lost in the Lylat system with everyone involved with the level of technology offered by Corneria. Out there, it wasn't uncommon to see ships flying through atmosphere daily, many transport ships, and some mercenary aircraft charged with defending their vessels.

Sure there still existed separate cultures in the Lylat system, but they were buried beneath the shared technological advances that quote unquote, brought everyone together.

But out here…?

Out here everything was different. Krystal's species had no clue as to the level of advanced technology that existed out there, with their only exposure to such technology being his Arwing which in and of itself was the most advanced star fighter in the known galaxy.

And…

If possible he'd like to preserve that culture.

That wasn't saying that he wouldn't share his knowledge of technology, but he absolutely wanted to keep Krystal and her people as far away from the Lylat system and its problems as possible.

Even then, he knew he couldn't stay away forever. He was going to have to dip his toes into the system sooner rather then later for supplies and other things. Getting back to the Lylat system wasn't going to be hard, but returning to Krystal without being followed was where he found himself concerned.

The only ship he had capable of warp was the Great Fox, and he couldn't just galavant around the Lylat system in his dads mothership, that would draw far too much undue attention to himself.

He'd have to return in the Great Fox then travel via Arwing, which wasn't too much of a problem…

But that meant that he wasn't outrunning a fleet if one decided to try and trap him…

He sighed, just the thought of what awaited him back there giving him a headache.

"Lord McCloud, Lady Krystal is waiting for you in the courtyard." A voice spoke up, pulling him from his thoughts. He glanced to his side, the grey vixen from before directing him out into the beautiful grassy yard just outside her palace doors.

"Thank you." He said after a moment, remembering his manners.

The vixen bowed, holding a paw to her breasts. "Of course, anything for our Lord." She smiled politely, before retreating into the palace. He had to hide his grimace at the way he was constantly addressed, not really enjoying being treated as a king…

But…

He supposed that he was now technically married to the Queen of a planet of foxes…

He was still unsure as to how that had come about, but he was sure that it had been cemented the night prior when he'd spent hours in her bed.

He flushed bright red, coughing to try and regain his composure as he sought out his blue lady.

He didn't have to go far, as he found her in the right courtyard, staring up at his Arwing…

His Arwing which he realized now that he had haphazardly parked on her garden, probably burning the grass and killing anything the weight of the ship settled onto. "Oh crap…" He muttered in embarrassment, picking up his pace as he ran to her side.

As if sensing his approach, Krystal turned around to greet him as he approached, holding her arms out in a silent demand for him to embrace her.

Not a fox to turn down the extra physical attention, he embraced her in a hug, wrapping his arms around her as she did the same to him. She stuck her nose against the crook of his neck, sniffing lowly as she hummed in content.

"You smell wonderful Fox…" Krystal cooed, humming happily. "Were you properly attended to?" She asked curiously, pulling back to look him in the eyes.

His face flushed at the question as he offered her a crooked grin. "Y-Yeah, they cleaned me up real nice." He nodded, not adding anything else to that statement.

She frowned, feeling as if he left something out, but she decided not to push the subject any further. Instead, she turned her attention back to his star vessel. She ran her paws along the length of the fuselage, shivering lightly from the cold metal against her soft digits.

"I-I'm sorry I parked in your garden…" Fox laughed nervously, pawing at the back of his head. "I can move it if you want." He offered helpfully.

Krystal smiled playfully as she glanced back to him. "I am sure my attendants will appreciate it if you did not leave her in their garden next time." She added, lips quirked up lightly.

He was confused for a moment when she referred to the Arwing as 'her', but didn't question it. Instead he climbed up onto the blue frame of the G-defuser, face blushing a scarlet red beneath his fur when he felt her heated gaze wandering his exposed backside, only made worse by her decidedly pleased hum of contentment.

He slid into the control seat, shivering at the cold material on his bare legs. "Okay Fox, let's do this nice and easy…" He said to himself, bringing low level controls online. There was no need to power up the main flight drive, instead running the ship on low power mode.

Krystal stepped back as a low whirring sound was heard coming from the vessel, and a few moments later saw it moving to stand up, erected tall once more. Her eyes shined in glee watching it move, its blue claws careful to not rip apart her garden as it slowly moved step by step.

"Where do you want me to leave her?" Fox's voice echoed out from somewhere, his voice muffled. Believing it another ability of his special vessel, she glanced up to him.

"I shall direct you to the palace doors. There is a large open space just beyond the doors." She spoke loudly, hoping he could hear her.

The head of the metal creature nodded slowly, confirming her suspicions. Quickly she walked off, bringing in tow the most powerful weapon know the solar system just behind her, following like a pet on a leash.

Eventually she lead him to the front doors, the attendants clearing a space for him to set her down. A few moments later saw the Arwing again laying on the ground, this time not resulting in the death of a garden.

Fox hopped out of the cockpit, landing on the ground beside his blue furred vixen. She was quick to take hold of him again, holding his arm captive between her bosom. "Fox… You had mentioned the need to return to your home for supplies. Are you intending to return soon?" She asked in worry, gripping his arm just a tad bit tighter.

His eyes widened in surprise at the sudden possessiveness on display, before his gaze softened a moment later in understanding.

She was afraid he was going to leave again, just like last time.

"I don't need to return right now, and I promise, I won't ever leave you again. This place…" He promised, trailing off as he took in the massive palace once again. He regarded the place as safe, somewhere he wouldn't mind living. "This place is my home, if you'll let me stay." He said, already knowing her answer.

"Oh Fox…" She cooed lovingly, on the verge of tears as she pulled him into another kiss. This time he wrapped his arms around her, pulling her close to him to deepen the affection he sought so intensely. "Come now Fox, we must introduce you to my people! They have long awaited the return of our great hero from above." Krystal said in excitement, pulling him along down the path towards the palace gates.

He laughed jovially at her enthusiasm, and easily allowed himself to be dragged along with her. The path of stone led to a large gate which was already open, guarded by two vixens with spears who offered a generous bow bent at the waist as they passed by.

"It still beats any view back on Corneria…" Fox stated breathlessly, eyes slowly scanning the horizon before him.

Krystal's palace, while large and very well constructed, was only accentuated by the fact that it was built upon the top of a mountain. Below said mountain was where the rest of her people lived, an entire city build at the base of the mountain, and also partially built up the mountain as well.

From where he was standing he could see the entire kingdom as it stretched on for miles in all directions, a thin barrier of clouds serving as the only thing separating Krystal from her people.

"I never grow tired of the view. I yearn for the sunrise every morning, waiting for it to peek from the horizon and bathe my people in warmth…" Krystal muttered quietly, also finding herself lost in searching the breathtaking skyline. "My ancestors built this city many, many years ago, and their craftsmanship shows even in our day…" She pointed out.

"Yeah, no kidding. If I didn't know any better I'd think this palace was built yesterday…" He poked cheekily, sticking his tongue out at her playfully.

She didn't say anything, but she did slide up beside him, pulling him into a hug. She gently shoved her nose into the crook of his neck again, letting his scent overwhelm her senses.

It helped remind her that he was still there, that he was still real. It helped her understand that he wasn't going to leave her again, not now, not after promising her as he had done.

He was hers now, and he belonged to the people of Cerinia, and to her.

She just hoped she could live up to his expectations, for she was well aware that he descended from a people entirely different then her own…
