When the cat's away…
Chapter 1
Yua paused.
Ever since the wedding for Sukuna and Chusi, she has been asked… and told to go with them on their honeymoon with Satoru.
Lady Tiamat insisted.
"I made arranged everything, for this is my wedding gift to Chusi. However, I feel you need to go as well, you never got your honeymoon either, right?" Lady Tiamat explained to her.
Yua wanted to protest, however…
"As well, since it is Sukuna who shouldn't be left alone nor trusted alone and Chusi who hasn't been alive in a thousand years and is STILL learning of the world around her…"
She was roped into it. Yua sighed in defeat however agreed.
But that left her with a new problem.
As such, it took her days to figure out what to do, let alone how to go about asking. She never does like passing responsibilities off to another on a short notice. But, she had to do so, as such, Yua sat down a good portion of the teachers and explained that she is going with Sukuna and Chusi to their honeymoon with Gojo.
"So, the task is this, who can take care of my kids?" she decreed.
"Not it," came out of Toji.
Yua glared at him as he shied away. "Let me guess…"
"I am not going to assume right now, and I want to be around if Megumi needs me. You know me, I am not all there when he is struggling."
The point was valid, yet before she continued, she heard someone drop behind her, as if forcefully shoved! She turned and saw Suguru on the ground and Chusi just walking away very suddenly.
"Ow…" came out of him. He peered up and smiled. "Hi Yua,"
"Let me guess?" she said in a defeated sign.
Suguru picked himself off the ground. "Yeah, but no pressure." He said. "I know you were going to ask Choso too, he is still brooding…"
Yua peered at Choso who merely smiled. "Brood number 78!" he said proudly.
"Is it just me or are you getting faster at doing this?" she asked aloud. She also paused oddly. "At the same time, I don't want to know how many you are brooding at once…"
Choso's proud smile didn't fade the least bit. "I won't tell since you never asked, as well. I'm faster, as well as better than when I first started this. I am able to brood rather quickly, if the eggs are not too stressed out nor do they have much more development to accomplish they can hatch in three days. I also only need a few hours to recover now. My body has adjusted and climatized to this." He said proudly.
The strange thing is, when one looks at Choso, he doesn't appear any different than normal despite holding God knows how many dragon eggs within himself… lucky bastard!
"In other words, he's a baby factory" came out of Toji.
"No kidding," muttered Junpei. "I can't keep track of all the dragons he has hatched… and he is insisting on calling them our nieces and nephews…" Junpei sighed. "We lost count after 235"
No one said a word about that… no one really knew what TO say to that either.
Yua turned to Suguru. "I hate to ask of you…" she said.
Suguru on the other hand smiled and nodded. "I can look after the children, if I need help. I'll consult Choso and his brothers."
Yua thanked him, at the same time; she knows Chusi is really pushing this idea on a second husband to her. Even if she doesn't say so aloud!
With that settled, she began to pack.
In the time in between as well, she took a moment to try a pregnancy test. Not much of a shock that everyone was right before she even knew. And just now, her curse energy is acting funny nor can she sense it like before. "Great… well, at least I get a honeymoon out of this before the next child comes along…" she said with a sigh.
"Why am I even going!?"
She snickered as she heard Satoru complain. "Yua, she STILL hasn't turned me back yet"
"You still haven't learned your lesson, don't blame me for that." she snapped back.
He sneered. "HOW are we going to get there?" he asked of her. "There can't be a daemon gate that goes that far!"
If he thinks so, so be it.
She kept packing until she believed she had enough clothing. Just as her suitcase zipped up, a knock came to the door.
"I got it Satoru!" she called.
Yua went to the door and found Sukuna on the other side rather impatiently. "You ready to go? What is taking you so long anyways?"
"I'm packing!" she protested.
He stared at her funny. "Packing? Why?"
"We're going to freaking China!" she protested. "You aren't staying there a day and then coming home right? That's no honeymoon!"
"I never said that!" he snapped back at her. "YOU don't know where we are going. You can't bring anything with you!"
This, took her aback. "We can't bring our own clothing?"
"Not where we're going. No wonder you are taking forever, I've been sealed a thousand years and it doesn't feel as long as it does for you to pack!"
Yua glared at him, she then sarcastically appeared to be introducing Gojo to him. "It would have been nice to have been told that SOONER, since I am packing for HIM!" she protested.
"I'm not going!" Satoru stated.
Much to her surprise, Sukuna silenced himself and appeared more sympathetic to the situation at hand. "Ah, that's right, he's acting like me… I would be dragging my feet about now too… well, there is something he should know. The food there is remarkable!"
He peered over, Yua took a peek and suddenly saw Satoru's interest grow. "Food?" he demanded.
"Lady Tiamat won't stop talking about this place, in all honesty, she wanted you and Yua to go before, but there was so much shit going on. Not to mention my revival but that's another story. This place has food fit for an emperor… beyond ANYTHING even I would have been given as the King of Curses. Also delicious booze too, she teased me on that, despite the fact I would get shitfaced after one drink… You're a pussy Six Eyes!"
"Enjoy it!" Gojo snapped back.
"Anyways, we got to get going or we are going to miss our rooms being booked… You hear that Six Eyes, if you're ass isn't out of that house in the next twenty minutes. I'll retrieve you myself!"
Satoru snickered. "YOU! Sure! Good luck with that!"
"Oh God… I thought we were going to have an actual vacation…" she said with a sigh.
