The Old Rusted Closed Door •

Ginko was taken from her parents after being told she was sick and would be made healthy again. She was taken to Punk Hazard.

There are other large groups of children in the facility who were taken from their home islands and were told they were ill.

The facility use scare tactics to keep misbehaving kids in place, telling the misbehaving children, pointing to them to an old, rusted, closed door. Ginko remember being got close to the door, and hearing strange and sometimes even agonizing screams. It was extremely frightening, and there was a sign on the top door and it says "That's where bad kids go."

Evenutally Ginko would learn she and the large group of children were held and taken to an illegal research facility who were experimenting kidnapped children from random islands and lied about being ill.

About 15 or 16 years later Ginko became a journalistic photographer. That event had been in Ginko mind all her life, popping up in her thoughts sporadically. Eventually she'd had enough, and decided to do some research. Ginko finally managed to uncover Punk Hazard location. Upon further research and eventually traveling on site, I found out it was now desolate and had been abandoned after the Marines liberated the children from the illegal research.

Ginko entered the building. It was burnt out from the inside. Either a fire had broken out or someone had wanted to incinerate all of the wooden furniture. After a few hours of cautiously making her way into the building and snapping pictures, she found an isolated out-of-the-way room. After having to break through a few old locks and managing to break the heavy door open, Ginko remained frozen in the doorway for several long minutes. Dried up blood stains, and bone fragments scattered across the room. It was a large room, and an extremely morbid scene.

What truly frightened her, is that there are frozen giant bodies above the ceiling in the middle of the room.
