The Change That Swept the World
This was a day that would be forever seared into the memory of every living person, be they civilian, Hero or Villain, because it was the day which revealed that two opposing forces were forever extinguished from the world. It was released that All Might, the Number One Hero, defeated the former rumored to exist and villainous All for One, the Demon lord of the Underworld.
How did both men die? It seems that after a long and arduous battle between the two, with the build up of horrific injuries to All Might, the hero noticed that although injured and seemly defeated, All for One's body was slowly healing and knitting itself back together. Knowing he couldn't continue to battle in his condition, All Might made the decision to pin the reviving villain to the ground with his own body before he called in an air strikefron the JSDF, determined to end the threat of All for One forever. The resulting explosion was determined to totally vaporize both combatants.
While the world gives thanks that formerly unknown threat of All for One was stopped, it also grieves that such a great Hero had to give his life to do so.

Inko Midoriya rushed from the bus stop towards her son's school hoping she could arrive in time to be the one to break the news to Izuku that his favorite hero was dead. She knew how much he loved the man and she wanted to be there to comfort him when he found out, even going so far as to leave her office in the middle of the day to do so. In fact she is in such a rush to get to her son that she disregarded the usual procedure of going to the office to have Izuku pulled from class to meet her and goes to his classroom directly. When she arrives there, what she sees makes her blood boil and makes her forget why she was there in the first place. She sees her son, all of eight years old, Izuku being dressed down by his teacher about a test he supposedly cheated on as she rips his homework assignment to pieces in front of his face as she accuses the boy of cheating and plagiarism on his homework. In response Izuku says, "But Miss Aio how could I cheat on the test when I sit at the back of the class and face the wall? And as for my homework, you said to we could use quotes as long as we credited the author. Did I do something wrong? If so I can fix it."
With a sneer on her face the teacher grabs his face in a tight grip as she replies, "Like a quirkless piece of trash like you is even intelligent enough to even understand the assignment, let alone anything being taught here. Useless trash like you shouldn't be allowed to sully where your betters learn." She probably would have said more but she suddenly found herself being yanked towards the doorway as every hair on her head was grabbed and pulled all at once to land in the right hand of a seething Inko Midoriya.
"That is the last time you will speak in such a way to my son. My Izuku is brilliant and does all his homework on his own even though as far as I can tell it bores him. Just because you hold a skewed view of the world and quirks doesn't give you the right to talk to any child like you just did. I have recorded this whole interaction and will be pressing charges. Now Izuku come along, I will not be leaving you here to be treated like this." Inko holds out her left hand to her son who quickly grabs his bookbag and joins his mother at the door as he takes her hand. Turning her head back to the stunned teacher, "As for you, my quirk may allow me to grab only small objects but then the blood vessels that lead to the brain or heart are not very big and so very easy to hold closed. Also very hard to find in an autopsy don't you think?" she hissed in the teacher's ear before tossing her away as she turned and left the classroom. She and Izuku didn't stop even as the rest of the children started to flow back from recess outside and left the school. At the curb Inko called a cab and directed the driver to take them to the closest police station so she could report the teacher and school like she said would.
Once they arrived at the police station Inko informs the officer at the front desk what she is there for and is ushered into an office occupied by a disheveled looking man behind a desk. As Inko settles Izuku in a chair the man wipes his eyes and blows his nose as he turns his attention to the two people in front of him. "Hello I'm Detective Tsukauchi. Sorry for how I appear, I'm mourning the recent loss of a dear friend. Well everyone is mourning his loss, it is just hitting me harder then the general public." The detective shakes his head and slaps his hands to his cheeks to reorient his mind. "I'm sorry. Now what can I do for you?"
Inko then explains what she witnessed at Izuku's school and what else she suspects maybe happening there. As she shows the detective the video as proof Tsukauchi reveals his truth detector quirk saying that he believes her as everything she has said registers as the truth. Towards the end of their discussion Izuku tentatively raises his hand to speak, "If your quirk tells you who is lying and you are going to get the teachers and principal to stop being mean to me and the other children with less powerful quirks, does that mean you'll believe me about Kaachan and the ones who bully us too?"
"What do you mean honey? I thought Katsuki is your best friend? Has something changed?" Izuku tears up at that point before he slowly untucks his shirt and unbuttons it to show half healed burns that are vaguely hand shaped on his chest and upper back. There are also bruises on his upper arms that look like someone with long fingers had been holding him tightly. Shaking slightly Izuku goes on to tell them how his friend Bakugo Katsuki had slowly became his bully as the teachers had praised him for his strong quirk and did nothing to stop his bullying. When asked if he had told the teachers or administration about the bullying Izuku told them how they either ignored the report or told him to stop being a troublemaker and trying to get one of their best students in trouble. He then told them how they even started to threaten to give him detention for false reporting.
At that point Detective Tsukauchi finished taking notes as his quirk told him the young boy was being truthful before grabbing a camera from his desk drawer before he asked permission to take pictures of Izuku's burns and bruises. After Inko gave him permission and he took the pictures, he sat down to print them out before he stood to grab his coat and informed them he was headed to the school to start the investigation right away before they could try to cover up evidence and try coordinate get cover stories straight. Inko thanked him as she helped Izuku put back on his shirt and leaves the police station.
Tsukauchi Naomasa was thankful this case had come along if only because he wouldn't be just sitting around grieving for his friend Toshinori Yagi a.k.a. All Might who had died a few days ago stopping the largest threat in the history of Japan, quite possibly the world if the urban legends were true. Plus he hated people who discriminated against others for things out of their control, especially if those people were children.
Upon arriving at the school he secured a voice recorder in the inside pocket of his coat with a microphone hooked into buttonhole before approaching the school and going to the office. In the office he approaches the secretary and requests to speak to the principal while showing his badge as police officer. He is rapidly ushered into the principal's office where a kindly older gentleman is sitting behind a desk.
"Hello, I'm Mr. Calvin Louis, principal of this school. May I enquire as to why a police officer wishes to meet with me?" the principal says as Tsukauchi steps forward to shake hands.
"I am here because a concerned parent reported an incident that she came upon when she came to retrieve her son earlier today. She claims to have witnessed her son being verbally abused by his own teacher and the teacher physically grabbing him by the face. As these are serious allegations I need to investigate the truth of them. Can you please call Miss Aio from class 2-A to your office to discuss these matters?" replies Tsukauchi as he stands in front of the desk.
With a frown the principal picks up the phone and requests the secretary retrieve the teacher in question. A few moments later the door opens to admit a young woman. Tsukauchi notices right away that she tries to project an soft, innocent air but immediately stiffens and grows wary of him when she sees him standing in the office.
Tsukauchi quickly takes charge and tells the teacher why he is there, to which she denies the allegations. Staring at her intensely he tells her he is going to ask her some questions and get her side of the story.
"Miss Aio did you rip up the homework of one Izuku Midoryia and accuse him of plagiarism? And before you ask what this has to do with the allegations I am merely going through the timeline of events as they were told to me."
With a wary look on her face she answers, "I most certainly did not do such a thing. Izuku forgot to turn in his homework and I scolded him for it." Lie
Tsukauchi nodded and went on to his next question. "Did you or did you not grab Izuku Midoryia by his face hard enough to force his mouth open as you screamed in his face about his lack of a quirk making him mentally deficient?"
"I DID NOT GRAB HIS FACE! I, umm, I did use my hand to turn his head back around as his mind had wandered even as I had been talking to him. He has such a hard time keeping up with the other students you know." Lie
Tsukauchi hums and moves on. "Has Izuku Midoryia or any other student ever reported bullying to you by other students?"
"Not to my knowledge. I mean kids get into fights, they're kids. But no bullying I know of." Lie
"So Izuku Midoryia was not ignored by teachers, told to stop being a trouble maker or threatened with detentions for reporting bullying done to him or other students because it would put a black mark on promising students records?" Tsukauchi asked both the teacher and principal.
Miss Aio vehemently denied the accusation which registered as another lie while the principal said he had no knowledge of anything of the sort happening which registered as the truth prompting Tsukauchi to ask if the principal dealt with discipline at the school to which he was informed the vice-principal usually took care of such matters. Tsukauchi then asked that the vice-principal be brought in to answer the last question. After a few moments a man with a superior aura about him stepped into the office. Once again Tsukauchi introduced himself and explained why he was there before asking the previous question of the vice-principal who responded in the negative and registered as lie with Tsukauchi's quirk. Tsukauchi then nodded and pulled out his phone and asked for a squad car to be dispatched to the school as he had two people to be taken in on multiple charges of child endangerment, quirk discrimination and other charges.
"You two have done nothing but lie to me since the onset of my questioning. I know you lied because my quirk makes me into a human lie detector. Now I will be placing you both under arrest and with the principal's permission I will also be investigating the rest of the staff in this school to make sure it is up to standards." Tsukauchi told them as he pulled out cuffs to restrain them as they heard the sound of sirens outside.
