This prompt just seemed to lend itself as a continuation of the prompt I posted a while ago entitled Lacey and Trouble. So, here is part 2 of that one-shot!

The legalities: I do not own any of the Expendables franchise (characters, places, and objects especially) and this is mostly au.Rated M just to be on the safe side.

Also, please don't be afraid to write reviews. I would love to hear from you all!

Hope you enjoy!

Prompt: "Are you sure I can't punch him in the face?"

"Yes."

"What if I just break his nose a little?"

Lacey was a trouble magnet, of that Jacoba was quite certain, regardless of the day of the week. They had just finished shopping with Lee and Gunnar's money and stopped by a nearby bar to get something quick to eat. They were still debating their earlier discussion on being able to refrain from getting into trouble or dying. Jacoba could tell that this was going to be a long continuing conversation, mostly due to Lacey's reluctance to back down.

Conversation halted for a couple minutes as they ordered and got their drinks. Jacoba had decided on water, a smart choice when Lacey decided to drink anything with alcohol in it. As they got their drinks and continued their conversation, another round of drinks appeared. Both women looked confusedly at each other before looking up at the waiter, who just shrugged. "The man at the end of the bar bought and sent these over to you."

Jacoba groaned and Lacey looked over and glared at the culprit. Both women pushed the new drinks off to the side, sharing a nod in agreement to not drink those drinks. They started up their conversation again, this time very conscious of the eyes on them from their "admirer."

They were able to make it through all their food before the man decided to make his move. It took every ounce of their control to keep ignoring him, since he couldn't seem to take no for an answer. After a few minutes of this, Lacey looked right at Jacoba and said, "Are you sure that I can't punch him in the face?"

Jacoba snorted. "Yes, girl, I'm sure you can't do that."

Lacey frowned and looked at the man again. "What if I just break his nose a little?"

That earned an eye roll. "That isn't polite, so no." Jacoba then stood and faced the man for the first time, looking down her nose a bit at the greasy-looking man. "Get lost, dude."

"Now, darlin', you don't know what you're saying." He reached out and put his hand on her arms, which were crossed in front of her. She rolled her eyes.

"You just made a huge mistake."

"And why is that?" his answer came when Lacey's fist connected with his nose, causing it to crunch.

Unfortunately, it seemed that he had a bunch of friends there with him as they all began to descend on the two women. Shaking her head as she fell into a fighting position, Jacoba couldn't help but think that Lacey was most definitely couldn't restrain herself when it came to trouble.
