Disclaimer-I don't own Code Geass, Digimon or anything involved in either.

Warning- Code Geass typical violence. Flirting and vague sexual references, all CG compliant.

Summary- A day like any other, shattered as 6 people get pulled into the Digital World. Survival will be hard enough, but they may have to do even more, save both worlds.

Notes-So I want to make this fic, made the first chapter...but I have SO MANY other things I want to write, including a CG reaction fic I've gotten back into. So rather than letting this rot on my computer, here's the one shot "beta" form of the first chapter.

Also just wanted to say I love "Code Geass: Lelouch of the Digidestined" which inspired me on this crossover of the 2. This won't be much like said fic to be clear as you'll see plainly if you know that fic, but I want to give credit to an amazing and inspiring fic.

There wasn't any warning or sign of trouble. Neither the Digital World nor Real World showed any signs of abnormality, not until the screens flashed.

Lelouch Lamperouge was preparing dinner for himself, Nunnally, and Sayoko while the girl did her homework and woman made tea. A small TV in the corner flicked on and he instinctively jumped away, only to freeze mid-move. The TV shone brightly before engulfing Lelouch entirely, sucking him in and spitting him out on a beach.

Suzaku Kururugi was returning from training when a wall mounted screen flashed. Like a rope around his waist he was yanked into the screen with a grunt. Flung out to the edge of a cliff, barely stopping his momentum before flying off.

Euphemia Li Britannia was hiding in her room after an argument with her sister about being so restricted. Getting no where as usual. So as her computer suddenly lit up she didn't even think about calling for help until it was to late. The light started sucking like the vacuum, messing up her entire room as she was lifted, trying to scream but no sound was heard. She landed in a small pool of water, gasping and floundering.

Kaguya sat patiently for the Kyoto meeting to resume. A light peeked from under the veil she needed to be behind, the retractable table lighting up. She hesitantly stepped out, ready to call for help. Only for the floor to vanish and causing her to fall, landing on a springy bush on the edge of a forest.

Gino sat in the cockpit of his personal plane, checking readings and testing how responsive everything was. It was relaxing, at least until ever dial and screen flashed like a strobe and the seat started spinning wildly. He barely unbuckled and stumbled off the seat, but was now walking into a boulder on the side of a mountain.

Kallen hid in a closet of some mansion she didn't remember the name of, trying to sneak out with valuable information on a secret project Prince Clovis was running behind the scenes. It looked like some kind of trash closet, filled with broken phones and laptops, only for them all to suddenly turn on. She leapt at them, trying to turn them all off, only to tumble through them, rolling into a somersault. She stood, only to find herself outside a cave on a mountain trail.

Lelouch picked himself up unsteadily. He wasn't used to being tossed around, but old instincts told him to move move MOVE. He looked around, trying to find what had grabbed him, however all he could see was an empty beach besides a forest, a mountain deeper in blocking view further. It did tell him one thing at least, he wasn't in Japan anymore.

It had been 80 degrees in the middle of July, no where in Japan should it be about 30 degrees colder, no where in the country was a mountain of that size and shape by the ocean, and he didn't recognize any of the trees, all looking like pine trees with oak leaves and purple bark. Any one of those things he could say were just him being ignorant, he was a genius not a god, but not all three.

Then first thing first, he should try to see if he could secure water. Looking around he found some small rivers coming from the forest and into the ocean. Getting closer he looked into it but could find no signs of life in it, which was worrying for multiple reasons.

The sounds of breaking branches came from behind him, causing him to stand and back away. Without weapons he would run if needed. But instead he found Euphemia stumbling out, a poofy skirt covered in branches to her own visible annoyance.

He froze, never having expected he'd see his pink haired sister again. It took a moment for her to notice him, and she also hesitated on seeing him. Unlike him though, she did not freeze, instead she ran up and grabbed his shoulders. "Lelouch! That's you right, you're the only one with eyes that shade of purple!" She smiled, but it came off as something desperate and hopeful, easily shattered.

And part of Lelouch wanted to. There were so many complications and danger involved with Euphemia knowing for sure he was alive. But ignoring whether he even could pull that off in this situation...Lelouch had never been good at denying the siblings he knew.

Lelouch sighed. "Yes Euphemia. It's me. I...can't say I wanted to be known but I suppose I'm happy it's you." Tear built in her eyes and she launched into a hug. There were issues to work out later, many issues in fact, but for just a few minutes, they decided to just hug their sibling and be happy they were both alive.

Suzaku rose to his feet and looked around, finding nothing familiar. With a frown he understood something he couldn't explain happened, so he went to case the land first. Climbing a tree a bit away from the cliff showed him a forest, an ocean, and a mountain, with little else. No life, human or animal, was in sight which was unnatural to the extreme.

Surveying the area he tried to pick out areas of interest but beyond 'mountain' everything else was unnaturally even forest or calm sea. Only after several minutes did he see a dark color dart around, vaguely human shaped. With a nod he simply fell down from the tree and rolled to his feet to give chase.

It took him no time at all to find the shape, in the form of his cousin trying to brain him with a branch. "WHOA!" He shouted and ducked under it.

Kaguya squeaked. "Suzaku!? I'm sorry, I think I was kidnapped so I just grabbed what I had and swung."

He panted before laughing. "Well I seem to have some practice at dodging you and sticks." He joked, getting a small laugh in return at the reminder of when she had wanted to learn sword fighting, and decided to practice by chasing him around with a bokken. "I'm happy to see you again, it has been a while. But I don't think this is as simple as a kidnapping."

She deflated. "I was afraid you'd say that. Honestly kidnapping doesn't make much sense, considering all the trouble it'd take to grab me from where I was, and then just dumping me in these odd woods. However if it's not kidnapping then I'm afraid it might be far odder, and FAR more dangerous."

He nodded solemnly. "Then together? I know our family doesn't like my choices, but I don't ever want you hurt. And I hope you still have enough love for me to help me out with those brains of yours."

Kaguya smiled sadly. "Of course cousin. We have our differences, but we are family. If at all possible I want you to be OK too. I don't know how much help I'll be in this kind of scenario, but I'll help as much as possible."

The cousins nodded, and started discussing where to go.

Kallen was taking stock of what she had on hand, which wasn't much. A phone that seemed to be broken, her knife pouch, some circle toy with a screen she didn't remember having, and her clothes. She sighed and stretched, trying to remember what to do if stranded. But noises from the cave nearby distracted her. She shifted around slowly, worried it was a wild animal, or worse a Britannian soldier. Instead the strangest creature she had ever seen hopped out.

It was a green bunny, walking on 2 feet with ears longer then it's knee high body. It hopped closer to her, letting her catch sight of it's eyes, a disturbing red with what looked like winged V's instead of pupils. She backed away slowly, only for several more to pop out, all identically strange.

She got ready to run, but apparently it was to late. The first rabbit thing spun like a top and a blast of wind came from it, hitting her center mass and flinging her off the mountain side. Screaming she reached out and grabbed a large branch, just saving her from dropping a good 3 stories down. About a dozen of the things were out now, and they all started to spin, blasting air at her. She let go to grab another branch, before using the momentum to fling herself to the ground.

She groaned at the impact only to feel hands at her waist. "Come on!" Came a voice, she went with it, remembering she had to move. The voice belonged to a blond man, helping drag her along as the green things started hopping down, following them into the forest.

Lelouch pulled away first. "Euphy, I know you have a lot of questions, and honestly I have a few back. But for now, do you have any clue where we are?" She shook her head. "OK then, let's try upstream for a bit. Try to get some water, survival first." She pouted but nodded.

They stayed silent at Lelouch's insistence. He hadn't really noted how quiet it was before, but combined with the absolute lack of bugs or fish despite following a stream, he felt goosebumps go down his spine.

They reached a small reservoir the river fed from, just as desolate as before. He looked into the water with a worried expression, Euphemia noticing. "No good is it? I don't know much about survival, Sister insists it'd give me ideas, but I'm fairly certain no life is a bad sign."

"Nah, it's fine." Came a cutesy voice behind them. The whirled around, Lelouch instinctively moving between Euphemia and the voice. On a nearby stump sat 2 blob like creatures. One was a dark purple hand with an eye on the back, speaking it identified itself as the one that spoke before. "Yo, I'm Tsumemon, and I felt my partner appear around here, one of you right?"

The other was a pink ball with a blue flower for a scalp. "I apologize for him, he never learned tact. I'm Yokomon, we are your partners. You should both have these little hand held devices, if you can check them."

Blinking Lelouch checked his pockets to find what she spoke about. A red hemisphere with a screen on it's flat end, a key ring off the top, and no buttons to work it. But once he looked at it the screen lit up. Welcome to your Digivice. A mechanical voice came out of it as a picture of Tsumemon showed on the screen.

A noise came from Euphemia's hand, she held a pink version of the same thing, with the same words, and a picture of Yokomon on it.

Tsumemon bobbed in place. "See? We are partners, our hearts tied together. Your emotions give us power, and in turn we grant you power to thrive under. At least that's how I understand it."

Yokomon sighed. "His speech is a bit rough but he's a smart Mon. Anyways, drink up, everything here is safe, and we should probably talk things out."

Of course life was never that simple, as loud BANG BANG BANG came from just to the right, and trees started to fall.

Suzaku led them both through the forest, using the mountain and sun for direction. Every minute was scarier then the last, the lack of life told him something was wrong. Poison or radiation being his chief concerns.

So when they heard the sounds of a fight, they approached against Kaguya's protests. Fighting was dangerous, but just standing there may be killing them, risks had to be taken.

They found a purple man with a rabbit head and 2 foot long ears, metal spikes on his wrists pointing out. He was trying to punch 2 smaller creatures. One was a spiky red sphere with eyes and a flame on it's head, the other a yellow sphere with stub legs, fox ears and a fox tail, both barely able to evade him.

A noise came from Kaguya's hand, an orange device in her hand welcoming her. He hissed at her despite the things not noticing, but she shook her head and pointed at it. There was a picture of the yellow thing, and under it read "partner".

He growled but understood what she wanted. He got ready before running out, kicking the larger thing in the head. "Grrr!" Came an animal growl from it, but Suzaku had already grabbed the 2 things and ran. He held them both in one arm, and grabbed Kaguya as he ran. Throwing her over his shoulder, he ran as fast as he could from the thing.

Gino smiled, through his gasps of breath. "So…my name is Gino. If we die, just wanted you to know."

Kallen shook her head. "Not ready. To. Die yet." But she could barely breath, and another rush of wind hit a tree just to the right. Whatever these things were they didn't seem to get tired, nor give up the attack.

"HERE! HERE!" Shouted from their left. So they ran, both willing to risk it rather then just running. A series of trees started falling behind them, causing them both to collapse, gasping for breath. "That'll give us a minute."

The voice came from a blue cat head that had a tail. Another voice coming from a pink stress ball with teeth and two wavy ribbons for hair. "That won't buy us long, but breath. Rushing won't help."

They nodded, and Kallen answered Gino from earlier. "Kallen. My name's Kallen. Nice to meet you Gino." She stuck her hand out to shake, which he did. Britannian or not he saved her life, she owed him that much.

The cat spoke up. "OK, quick version. I'm Wanyamon, this is Koromon. You came here, meaning you are one of our partners, I assume me and Kallen. You should have a Digivice on you somewhere, each. Grab them and until you figure out what to do, we run." The human's looked at each other before grabbing the devices as told. Kallen's was black while Gino's was green, both turning on at once.

A giant green rabbit, the size of a man, with what looked like gatling guns for hands, walked out. Aiming at the 4 as they ran it fired without hesitation, a tree taking the hit long enough for them to dive out of the way.

Euphemia screamed and Lelouch growled. "OK we give you power. How? Because we need it right now."

Tsumemon jumped onto his shoulder. "No idea. This didn't come with an instruction manual, we just know a few general things and about a prophecy. YOU figure it out."

Yokomon jumped into Euphemia's lap. "Harsh but he is right. That's a Champion level Digimon. We are only In Training. He's 2 levels ahead of us, we have no chance or clue. If we could at least both Digivolve into Rookie level we might figure out something, but as is we couldn't even hurt him. I'd help if I could in anyway."

"Great." He snarked as another round of shots forced them to move.

Euphemia shook her head. "Not their fault. Come on, we can figure something out."

Tsumemon chuckled. "I can make some pretty lights, she can make some sneezy pollen. That thing can shoot apart a boulder in just a few rounds. I'm all for tactics, but we still need a way to hurt him."

Euphemia tackled Lelouch as suddenly the ground he was on was destroyed. Above them was the rabbit thing, falling from the air, landing in front of them. Lelouch's Digivice popped in helpfully. Gargomon. Level: Champion. Status: Possessed.

Tsumemon's eye flashed a multitude of colors, blinding the now named Gargomon enough for them to run again. "Damn it. We need a way to hurt that rabbit bitch!"

Euphemia gasped. "Language. I don't care if we are about to die, I didn't spend hours learning manners to ignore them now!"

Lelouch would laugh if he wasn't panting horribly. 'OK fine. I need to at least do some cardio.' He decided with a grimace. Out loud though he said. "It said something when it hit the ground. Anyone catch it?"

Yokomon's petals nodded. "Yeah, the guy said 'Geass', don't know that word though."

He shrugged it off as another round of bullets just missed them, the thing was still seeing spots but not for much longer. "Geis? It's Irish folklore, make a deal for power, break the deal and you die. That does not help us."

A shot hit just in front of them, rock fragments flying up and scratching Lelouch's face. Euphemia's eyes widened.

"No…" She whimpered. She just got her brother back, she may get her sister back. She couldn't lose that all again. Not now.

Yokomon drained away, leaving only a wire frame of herself and a pink ball of light in the center. The pink light grew until it filled the entire frame, then pushed out, making a new form.

Yokomon Digivolve to! Biyomon!

In place of the plant like creature was a calf-high pink bird with some purple plumage at the edges, sturdy feet, and claws on both feet and claws on it's wing ends. The bird jumped out of Euphemia's grip and sent a blast of air just enough to knock the rabbit off balance and the bullets flying awry.

"Well there we go!" Shouted Tsumemon. "At least we might be able to hurt it now." Lelouch nodded, forcefully letting himself accept this for the moment. Survival first, and that meant planning.

Suzaku had been called a monster before, not because he was an Eleven, but because he seemed super human. Just that bit faster, just that bit stronger, just that bit more skilled. Even as a child taking on soldiers of renown, they never quite matched him.

It was just enough to keep them alive.

Perhaps if he was alone and had a weapon he could figure some trick out. The rabbit thing was faster and stronger then him, skill clear, but it's tactics were basic and situational awareness apparently nonexistent.

As it was he was just able to dodge, trip up, or avoid every stab it tried with the fist spikes.

Which left Kaguya able to talk with the 2 blobs, the red one was called Sunmon and the fox one was Viximon. Viximon gave them the quick version. "That thing is mad! It's trying to kill anyone without those weird eyes. But it's to strong for us to hurt."

Kaguya nodded, feigning calm. "So you can't hurt it. What can you do? The phone thing said we were partners so I thought we could help each other."

Viximon did the best shrug a detached head thing could. "We are, but I don't know how. All I know is that the humans that come are Digidestined, and their partner Digimon will grow until they save our world. Not a lot to go on."

Suzaku grunted and rolled away from another punch. "Less talk, more plan." He gasped.

Sunmon spoke with a grunt. "I can make some fire, she can spit some exploding bubbles, but nothing that can hurt this thing. We would need to Digivolve."

Viximon hissed. "I knew that, but that doesn't tell us how!"

Sunmon hummed. "I heard a bit of a prophecy...it went something like 'First they meet, then connect, to grow attached, finally understand, which leads to becoming one'."

Suzaku grunted as a cut landed on his arm. "I was never good at riddles. Logic puzzles were more my thing."

Kaguya hummed. "Connect? Well let's try. Viximon, you're my partner right?" The thing did it's best nod. "OK. Well I'm Kaguya Sumeragi and this is my cousin Suzaku Kururugi. I'm Japanese, and I want to better Japan by helping release it from Britannia's hold on it."

Viximon closed her eyes to focus before sighing. "Yeah I got nothing. Honestly I don't care about your life story, just getting out of this."

Kaguya huffed with a frown. "Well you're rude. OK then, I want to get out of this and help my people. Including you."

Viximon started to shake it's head, it still didn't care...but. "Me too? Not sure I want that. Sounds like a bother."

Sunmon was about to snap at her as another cut landed on Suzaku's leg, but Kaguya beat him to it. "I didn't ask. To rule is to protect with pride and lead with honor. Not bow to some head thing. I said I want to help so I will."

Viximon smiled. "Well that's fun. I think I like it."

Viximon's colors bled away into a wire frame with an orange light that expanded past it's borders, stretching the frame out, causing it to jump away from Suzaku's hold.

Viximon Digivolve to! Renamon!

Finally it formed into a golden humanoid fox with free sleeves and a white stomach, a distinctly feminine appearance.

"There!" Leaves formed in it's hands that hardened to be like knifes, and were thrown into the rabbit about to punch Suzaku.

Suzaku panted and put Kaguya and Sunmon down. "Try?" He panted. The rabbit bouncing back and taking a fighting stance.

Renamon nodded, a ghostly blue fire engulfing it's hands and feet. "No other way." It noted as they prepared to fight.

Kallen and Gino were once more running, this time with their new 'partners' in hand. But the barrage of wind attacks hadn't changed at all, using numbers and attrition rather then any real skill or power.

"At least their aim sucks." Gino noted.

Koromon growled. "Cowards. They can aim better then this, and hit harder but they are trading that for just attacking more. Using numbers to overcome an uncertain battle, where is their honor?"

Kallen laughed. "Honor? This seems like an execution, not a duel."

Wanyamon bounced in her grasp. "Still, it gives us time to think at least."

Kallen shook her head. "Great, you're an optimist."

"Not usually, but today is a big day. Might as well give it a try."

Gino moved and pointed his Digivice behind them, seeing if it did anything, and surprisingly it did answer. Terriermon. Level: Rookie. Status: Possessed.

Gino nodded dumbly. "OK, can either of you explain that?"

Wanyamon rolled in an approximation of a nod. "Terriermon must be their name. Level is something all Digimon go through. We start as Eggs and Fresh, although some don't even count those. From their we Digivolve to be In-Training, like myself and Koromon, from there we go to Rookie, Champion, Ultimate, and very few reach the pinnacle of Mega. The levels aren't everything, but they are baselines of power. I probably have a 1 in 3 chance against a normal Rookie, but basically no chance against a Champion, with some Mon's being weaker or stronger than that baseline."

Kallen snarled. "Great, and that helps us how?"

Wanyamon sniffed. "There is no reason to be so upset. Information is power, so let's gather it."

Before Kallen could bite back one of the Terriermon jumped forward and took a deep breath, chest expanding to thrice it's normal size. It exhaled a red fog that caught the grass alight. "That's new! That is very badly new!" Kallen yelped and pushed Gino away from the fire.

Gino nearly got nailed by a blast of wind inn response, only just jumping over it. "Damn it! These things are so annoying! Just want to punch them!"

Connection accepted. Digivolution Activated.

"Wait what?" Gino and Kallen cried in unison as Koromon jumped up and over Kallen and to behind them.

Koromon Digivolve to! Hackmon!

Landing in front of Gino the new Digimon was on all fours, looking like an upright lizard/dragon with a blade horn on his nose. Coated in white armor, a red cape wrapped around his neck, tail held rigid, the Mon roared.

"That's more like it! Being Hackmon means it's my turn now!" A blast of fire hit one Terriermon to stop it's spin, a swipe of it's claws cut another in half. Instead of blood red pixels floated in the air, the body slowly breaking into the same pixels. However the remaining attackers, including the burned one, surrounded the dragon and started to spin.

Kallen and Gino stopped. "Well, this is new." Quipped Gino.

Kallen rolled her shoulders and put Wanyamon on her shoulder. "Looks like a chance to strike back. Thank God, now let's go support your cape, pretty boy."

Tsumemon flashed Gargomon again while Biyomon clawed it's face, Lelouch and Euphemia charged and tackled it into the water. Tsumemon jumped back to Lelouch's shoulder while Euphemia started tugging them away, Biyomon flying after them.

"Well that plan worked." Tsumemon said before bullets erupted into the air from the water. "As well as expected."

"Well it did something." Biyomon noted. "So lets keep trying. Slow and steady-"

"Does not keep us alive." Tsumemon snapped. "It's climbing out, so we need a new plan."

Lelouch grunted. "We don't exactly have a lot of options to use."

"Well it said connection. Perhaps you two need to connect." Euphemia pointed out, referencing her Digivice.

"Are you saying it's my fault?" Tsumemon snapped.

Lelouch snapped back as the shooting started again. "At this moment? Yes it's our fault you overgrown flashlight!"

Another tree fell, Biyomon blowing it off course, getting ready to fight.

"Enough!" Lelouch and Tsumemon snapped at the Champion in anger.

Connection accepted. Digivolution Activated.

Tsumemon hopped at Gargomon, in midair it became a wire frame with a growing red light.

Tsumemon Digivolve to! Agumon Black!

A small black dinosaur slashed at Gargomon's face, blasting his gun with fire. "I'm going to fucking rip you apart!"

Suzaku was getting tired, and it was going to get them all killed. Kaguya had been playing with her Digivice and gotten it to tell them this thing was Turuiemon and it was a 'possessed champion'. Sunmon was thankfully able to answer what a 'champion' was although he didn't know what it being 'possessed' was.

Regardless of all of that, it did not help them. Turuiemon just didn't seem to get tired, while Suzaku was dropping behind. Renamon was a great help, throwing knife like leaves and fire covered fists and feet, but it was clear she was the worst fighter of the three. She simply couldn't land a good hit, and was constantly getting tossed away.

Slowly but surely they were being pushed back, a lesser man would have just gone back to running by now. But Suzaku was nothing if not stubborn, landing a brutal kick to Turuiemon's head and ignoring the return kick to his thigh.

Finally though, it seemed to be enough. Whatever was between him and Sunmon, seeing Suzaku take the hit started it.

Connection accepted. Digivolution Activated.

"I shall aid you!" Sunmon jumped forward, changed into wire frame with a white light growing into a new, small, humanoid form with a fire on it's forehead.

Sunmon Digivolve to! Coronamon!

But just as it formed, it was covered in fire and shoulder charged Turuiemon.

Renamon nodded. "Finally, I believe this turns into our favor."

Suzaku huffed. "Right. This thing isn't backing down."

Hackmon may not have much respect for using numbers to win a fight, but clearly it was working. He had cut down 4 more Terriermon, but now they surrounded him, every time he moved he'd simply be blown off course and they would reposition. Meanwhile a small group of of them kept Kallen, Gino, and Wanyamon away.

"I can't believe this is how I die, by bunnies." Gino complained, hiding behind a tree as a blast of wind kept him pinned.

"No, no, NO!" Kallen burst out, as fire approached her side and she had to stamp it out. "I do NOT accept this. There are things I have to do, my brother must be worried sick about me! I will not die here!"

"Well that's not helpful." Wanyamon sniffed. "We simply need a plan."

"We NEED another attack." Kallen threw at the blob. "To break their formation."

"Then attack. I would get deleted in just a few hits." Wanyamon pointed out.

"Girls…" Gino tried, they were reminding him of Monica and Princess Carine got at each other.

"Shut up, I'm going." Kallen decided.

"You'll die." Gino tried to stop her, trying to grab her but another blast of wind forced him back.

But as Kallen moved forward Wanyamon chuckled. "This is so stupid...but OK. If you're going, I might as well join you."

Connection accepted. Digivolution Activated.

Wanyamon turned into wire frame as a black light pushed her form out. Finally it resolved into a thick, floating white snake like creature.

Wanyamon Digivolve to! Kudamon!

"Well, perhaps this will help more." Kudamon demurred before flying out, deftly dodging blasts of air.

Gargomon cried out. If it was smarter it'd have quite the chance to win, but whatever was possessing it, this 'Geis', left it helpless. A blast of fire sent it's shots wild, a blast of air had it falling over, bird claws ripped it's arms while gnashing fangs tore at it's throat.

It was vicious, savage. Gargomon screamed but got no mercy, flailing uselessly. A single aimed shot would change the battle, but it could not fathom such self control, this possessed Digimon.

Euphemia covered her mouth, the Champion didn't seem to have blood but the red pixels that flew and hung in the air were more than enough.

Lelouch in contrast scowled. "Biyomon, peck the left elbow so he can't raise it at us. Agumon, down the throat not through the collarbone." Neither Digimon had much issue with obeyed, and soon Gargomon froze, like a video paused mid-movement. And then burst into pixels.

The pixels hung in the air before Agumon breathed in and half went into his nose, Biyomon opened her beak to swallow it all. Agumon coughed while Biyomon explained for the humans. "We are Digimon, we are made out of data. Think of us as living programs, or at least that's what I was told. When we die we turn back into Eggs, our code restarted. But other Digimon eat that data to grow stronger."

Euphemia shyly poked out from behind Lelouch, still feeling disgusted from the display. "Does it hurt them?"

"Nah." Agumon spat. "They get bled off us as we grow stronger and get more data, or when we eventually get deleted and not eaten. Unless someone or something interferes it's just natural."

"Predator eats prey, predator feeds the plants." Lelouch noted dryly, even in this place that held true. He wasn't sure he liked that. "Either way...how about we all rest by the water before I hurt...everywhere."

Turuiemon was a tough opponent, but he wasn't the strongest Champion, instead relying on martial skill.

Martial skill didn't do much for you after a flaming ball of pain slammed into you. Turuiemon had a massive burn across one side, stopping it from moving in certain ways.

Which left the 3 to simply batter it apart. A spin kick to the head, leaves into the thighs, a flaming fist to the gut. A burning kick to the shoulder, an ankle breaker, a ball of fire.

It was hard, and looked more like bullying at this point, but none of them could trust the Champion with even a single inch, red eyes gazing at them with determination until it broke apart into data to be absorbed.

Coronamon explained about data while Renamon climbed a nearby tree. "There's a river that way." Renamon landed and pointed. "You humans can at least get something to drink before we figure something out."

Kudamon knocked over the Terriermon pinning Kallen and Gino down, allowing them to run forward. Formation broken, Hackmon was able to quickly butcher several of them quickly.

The Terriermon tried to regroup for another assault when Kudamon rushed forward and spun around, light surrounding her body and burning at the touch. Several Terriermon were quickly killed, those that escaped were to injured to prepare for Hackmon's next attack. Only one escaped, and Kallen kicked that one's head in.

Gino whistled as the data was eaten and explanation given. "Welp, great hustle everyone. I don't suppose that actually answered anything though."

Kallen shrugged and shook her head as Kudamon wrapped around her shoulders. "Not at all. But also I was attacked just after getting here, haven't even looked around yet."

Gino nodded. "I saw some water a little ways that direction. Good chance for a sit down and talk?"

Kallen nodded while Kudamon nuzzled her. Hackmon bumped Gino's knee. "Yes, you humans need more rest then us. Just be careful, and leave the fighting to me." Gino laughed and smacked his partners back.

Heavy stomps echoed throughout the mines, they had had to specially fortify the mines so it's guard could patrol. But no one complained, his golden form inspired and protected them, slowing work a bit to accommodate his incredible weight was well worth it.

He patrolled the mines, each active corridor was required to call 'Report Guardromon'. Each time he slapped his own chest in affirmative. The loud clang it made was the 'all clear' for the other Digimon to continue working.

However one mine was meant to be closed, but when he checked there was what seemed to be a mirror made of rippling blood on the wall. The guardian approached, missiles ready to eliminate with prejudice. Only for the mirror to suddenly turn black, a small human with long blond hair appeared with a smile, mouth moving, forming words from beyond the blood.

"Program Geass activate."

Outside that hall a red flash came and the sound of tearing metal echoed through the mines.

"Geass." Out of the mines fire spouted like a geyser, and from the flames a golden form stomped out. "Geass." Data from dead Digimon flowed from behind the moving form, but it did nothing to acknowledge this.

It found running water and followed it, trying to find life. "Geass." So it may obey it's purpose. It's commands.

"Geass."

There we go. Again I had a rough idea for this entire fic, but I'm just not getting to it so I'll at least share what I do have.

But as an interesting game, I already know what Digimon lines each character would get, some are very straightforward while some very much are NOT. Euphy was a struggle but I got what I wanted for each character, from Rookie to Mega. I mostly used the Cyber Sleuth Digivolution lines as reference, so it will be different from other games or anime, if any Digimon I used is important in those. But for the interesting game, try to guess what each line will be, I'll say if you're right or not. As a hint, Suzaku's line is very obvious, while Kaguya is not at all what you would think at first(she does not get Sakuyamon). See if you can get them all.

And anyways, I want to do this eventually, but I'm just being upfront, will not be any time soon. This is a one shot, even when/if I get back to this, I will repost the first chapter and add to that rather than updating this.
