We were over in the Swiss Alps of Switzerland. We were there to check out one of Dr. Wily's old abandoned hideouts. It's been almost a year since we killed the notorious mad scientist Dr. Albert Wily, Public Enemy #1 of Mega Man and Dr. Light.

Maria: It's good that we're out checking for any of Wily's abandoned hideouts.

Me: Yep. It's just in case that we missed out on some robots we forgot.

Qin: Who is Dr. Wily again?

Me: He was the worst mad scientist we've ever encountered. He also put a huge bounty on my head and sent his Robot Masters out to destroy me. But he also tried to take over the world numerous times and Mega Man, Roll and Dr. Light stopped him every time.

I went over his history.

Dr. Albert W. Wily, also better known as Dr. Wily or Doctor Wily, is the main antagonist of the classic Mega Man series, and a major character and antagonist in the franchise overall. He is a knowledgeable and intellectual scientist and the former college friend and rival of Dr. Light, who strives to conquer the world. In almost all of his appearances, he does this through enlisting an army of Robot Masters to assist with his plans, which are always foiled by his nemesis and Dr. Light's creation, Mega Man.

Dr. Albert W. Wily was always an extremely intelligent and knowledgeable person. He was a classmate of Dr. Thomas Light, and both of them graduated together, receiving their PhD almost simultaneously. The two were responsible for many great advancements in the field of robotics, but it was Dr. Light who always seemed to win the accolades. Dr. Light won the LIT Manual Design contest four years in a row, the World Engineer First Prize, and even won a Nobel Prize for Physics (Wily was nominated, but did not win). Though the two doctors worked closely together, they eventually broke up due to conflicting views. Wily developed a prototype for what he called the Double Gear system, which could push robots beyond their capabilities, but his research was shut down by a committee, with Light siding with them due to believing Wily's research was too dangerous. Wily abandons his research and disappears into his own self-imposed exile, not being heard from again for quite a while.

Years later in 20XX A.D. while Wily was gone, Dr. Light succeeded in completing designs for an independent humanoid robot, albeit one designed specifically for combat applications—Proto Man. However, after a violent and destructive defect was discovered in Proto Man's power core, he disappeared, and was found, broken-down, years later by the exiled Dr. Wily. He repaired Proto Man, and exchanged his solar power reactor for a nuclear one, knowing that this only provided a temporary fix. From here on out, Wily began formulating his plans for world domination as revenge against those who shunned him, while Dr. Light continued designing other robots for various purposes. When the day finally came and Wily declared his revolt, he stole six of Dr. Light's robots (eight in Mega Man Powered Up), reprogrammed them, and turned them on the world.

Rock, a household robot built by Dr. Light, volunteered to be converted into a fighting robot, and thus Mega Man was born. Mega Man set out and stopped Wily's evil plans. Wily escaped Mega Man's clutches, and lived to strike again and again with more advanced Robot Masters he designed himself. Mega Man stopped his plans time and time again, even when Wily framed others for his schemes, like Dr. Cossack and even Proto Man himself.

Mega Man/Mega Man Powered Up

In the first game in the series, Wily uses the stolen robots from Dr. Light to take on the world, but is challenged by Mega Man. He is fought at his fortress, where he uses his Wily Machine to fight in two phases. In the first part, he will just drop random shots. In the second part, he will use spiraling shots. after being defeated, Wily ask Mega Man for forgiveness.

In the PSP remake, Wily's role is much of the same as in the original game, although, in the intro sequence, Dr. Wily is shown stealing Dr. Light's Robot Masters after announcing his plans for world domination (the actual speech implying that he merely decided to take over the world on a whim). He also mocks Light by saying that all his creations were junk after they are defeated and invites Mega Man (or the other playable characters) to challenge him at Wily Castle. Following his defeat he begs for mercy and promises to change his ways, although whether these claims are held up or not is not shown.

Mega Man 2

After some time, Dr. Wily returns once more, this time using his own Robot Masters called the Wily Numbers Series to take on the world, and once again being challenged by Mega Man. The fight once again is divided into two phases. In the first, he attacks using shots that go down then up in an arc. His weakness is the Atomic Fire. In the second phase, he attacks using bouncing shots. This phase is weak against the Air Shooter. After the Wily Machine is destroyed, Wily retreats to the back of his fortress, where he transforms into an alien robot. His only weakness is the Bubble Lead. As Mega Man defeats the alien form, the room's lights are turned on, and is revealed that the alien was just an hologram controlled by Wily. Once again defeated, Wily begs for forgiveness.

Mega Man 3

Wily pretends to be reformed, and joins Dr. Light in the construction of Gamma, a titanic peace-keeping robot. While they work on it, they also work on new Robot Masters and the Doc Robots. However, they all turn berserk for some reason, fleeing with some of Gamma's parts. Mega Man is sent to fight them and retrieve the parts, but after the fight is over, Wily runs away with Gamma planning to use it to conquer the world.

Mega Man follows him to his fortress and fights his new Wily Machine. The machine has two phases, the first being weak to the Spark Shock and the second to the Hard Knuckle. After the machine is destroyed, Mega Man finds that the Wily controlling it was a fake, so goes deep into the fortress, where Wily is waiting for him, controlling Gamma to defeat Mega Man. The first form's weakness is the Shadow Blade, while the second is the Top Spin, which is very hard to hit. After being defeated, the fortress starts falling down, and both Mega Man and Wily are crushed under debris. Proto Man rescues Mega Man, but is unable to find Wily, who is then presumed deceased.

Mega Man 4

A Russian scientist called Dr. Cossack sends a message to Mega Man, challenging him to fight his Robot Masters to prove he was the best scientist in the world. Mega Man defeats his robots and challenges him in his Siberian fortress, but the fight is interrupted by Proto Man, who brings Cossack his daughter Kalinka, revealing that Wily had kidnapped her and forced Cossack to work for him. Mega Man follows Wily to his fortress again. His new Wily Machine now have a skull motif that would be followed by all subsequent games. the first phase's weakness is the Ring Boomerang, while the second is the Drill Bomb. As it is destroyed, Wily escapes in his Wily Capsule, which also would become the final boss for the subsequent games. It's weakness is the Pharaoh Shot. As he is defeated, Wily escapes through a secret door while his castle crumbles.

Mega Man 5

Proto Man apparently turns evil and unleashes an army of Robot Masters to take on the world, all while he kidnaps Dr. Light, leaving his scarf behind. Mega Man, helped by Dr. Cossack, goes after Proto Man, but refuses to fight him. Just then, the real Proto Man appears and reveals the other was Dark Man, a fake created by Wily to frame Proto Man for his crimes. Mega Man defeats Dark Man and goes after Wily. Wily first fights using a giant press, then retreats after defeat. He now uses a new Wily Machine, that can be easily defeated with the Super Arrow. He again escapes in the Wily Capsule, whose weakness is Beat. Wily tries to escape, only to be followed by Mega Man, who also rescues Dr. Light. But then the castle begins to crumble, as the ceiling falls over them. Mega Man holds the ceiling, and Wily takes the opportunity to escape. Proto Man appears again and helps Mega Man and Light to escape.

Mega Man: The Wily Wars

In Wily Tower, a unlockable game from Mega Man: The Wily Wars, Wily creates the Genesis Unit; a team of robots comprised of Buster Rod G, Mega Water S and Hyper Storm H, challenging Mega Man to defeat his new robots in his new fortress. Mega Man defeats them and topples Wily's fortress, whilst Wily is chased into the sunset, escaping only by reaching his UFO.

Gameboy Mega Man games

At some unknown point between the second and sixth games, Wily creates the Mega Man Killers; Enker, Punk and Ballade, special robots specially designed to defeat Mega Man. He also creates Quint, who is apparently a future self of Mega Man whom Wily kidnapped and reprogrammed. Each of them is fought in one game. Mega Man defeats the all, even being saved by Ballade at the end of the fourth game.

Mega Man V

Mega Man is challenged by a robot called Terra, but is defeated. Soon, Terra reveals himself as the leader of the Stardroids, alien robots seeking to conquer earth. Dr. Light gives Mega Man new upgrades, allowing him to defeat them. Once he defeats Terra, Dr. Wily reveals himself, having created the Stardroids after a real alien robot called Sunstar. Wily activates Sunstar, who promptly attacks him, forcing him to retreat, and fights Mega Man. Wily is last seen attempting to attack Mega Man but failing and running away.

Mega Man 6

Wily is unheard of for some time, when an eccentric billionaire known only as Mr. X promotes the first annual Robot Master Tournament, with robots from all over the world. When the eight finalists are decided, Mr. X reprograms them to obey him and decides to take over the world, claiming he had been using Dr. Wily as a pawn the whole time. Mega Man takes the challenge and defeats the tournament robots, going after Mr. X. However, as Mega Man defeats him, he reveals that he was actually Dr. Wily in disguise, running away to his new castle. Mega Man fights his new Wily Machine, whose attacks involve jumping around and shooting. As the machine is destroyed, he continues the fight on the new Wily Capsule. All three forms are very weak to the Silver Tomahawk. Defeated once again, Mega Man captures Wily, who is finally imprisoned.

Mega Man 7

The world was once again at peace, as Dr. Wily was spending his days in a high security prison. However, Wily always thought his plans might end with him arrested, so he devised four robots who would awake and look for him in case he remained a long time absent from his lab. After six months, the robots awaken and start looking for their master. Mega Man rushes into the scene, only to watch while the robots free Wily, who runs away. Mega Man goes after him, but is confronted by a mysterious robot. After a brief fight, the robot identifies himself as Bass, saying that he and his partner Treble were protecting the city while Mega Man was out. Mega Man goes after the robots and defeats them, when Wily attacks a Robot Museum to steal Guts Man, also sending another four robots to attack the city. Mega Man goes after the robots and finds Bass again, who was apparently damaged, and tells him to go to Light's lab for repairs.

After the robots are defeated, Mega Man returns to the lab only to find it destroyed, as Bass had blown the entire place. Wily contacts them and taunts them, telling that Bass was actually his creation. Mega Man then goes after Wily on his new fortress, fighting Bass twice. He finally finds Wily, who attacks Mega Man on his new Wily Machine, which just jumps around and throws some small walker robots. As the machine is destroyed, Wily continues the battle on the Wily Capsule, this one being infamous as the hardest fight against Wily. As Mega Man defeats Wily once again, he decides to kill the mad doctor, but hesitates after Wily tells him that robots cannot harm humans. This gives Bass enough time to burst in and rescue Wily. Mega Man then escapes the crumbling lab.

Mega Man 8

A meteor falls on Earth, and Dr. Light find some strange energy readings. Mega Man, who was fighting Bass, interrupts the battle and goes after the meteorite, who have fallen on a uncharted island. Once on the island, he finds Dr. Wily, who have been using that island as his base. He picked something from the meteorite, which he claims is more powerful than the island, and runs away. Mega Man then finds a strange robot on the crash site and contacts Dr. Light, who goes to pick the robot while Mega Man goes after Wily. Mega Man fights four of his robots, all which seemed to be powered up by a strange form of energy, which Mega Man collects and brings to Dr. Light. Suddenly, the mysterious robot wakes up and destroys the strange energy, running away after that. Mega Man goes after him and they have a brief fight, but the robot runs away again. Proto Man appears and tells Mega Man the robot is going after Wily's new fortress; the Wily Tower.

Mega Man goes after him as well, only to be attacked by a giant robot that protects Wily's fortress. The mysterious robot helps Mega Man and destroys the robot. He identify himself as Duo, telling Mega Man that he was created to destroy the Evil Energy, a strange form of energy that feeds on evil thoughts and multiplies itself. Wily had obtained this energy and was now using it to power up his robots, but his fortress was protected by some kind of barrier. Mega Man goes after Wily's new robots and destroys them, lifting the barrier on the fortress. Once there, he fights Bass once again and defeats him, but gets captured by Wily. Duo appears and saves Mega Man again, but ends up exhausted. Proto Man then appears as well, taking Duo away while Mega Man faces Wily.

His new Wily Machine can be easily defeated using the Water Balloon, while the Wily Capsule can be defeated with either the charged Buster or the Flash Bomb. Defeated once again, Wily asks for forgiveness, to which Mega Man replies that he's using the same old apology again. Suddenly, a portion of Evil Energy comes out of Wily's Capsule and attacks Mega Man, something Wily was never expecting, as the entire place crumbles. Duo finds Mega Man, but he has been badly hurt and was now infected with the Evil Energy. He removes the energy from Mega Man, when Proto Man appears. Duo tells Proto Man to give Mega Man a message when he gets better. Mega Man is taken to Dr. Light's lab and is restored. Proto Man meets him, and gives him Duo's message.

Mega Man & Bass

After Bass previous defeats against Mega Man, Wily starts doubting Bass abilities, creating King in order to test him. However, King breaks free, deciding to create a country for the robots, stealing some of Wily's robot schematics and invading a robot museum, intending to create his own army of robots. Wily sends Bass, who reluctantly teams up with Mega Man to face King. Once King is defeated, Wily reveals his plans, brainwashing King to fight again. Bass is enraged, facing Wily by himself. Wily tells Bass his plans and shows him his plans to create King MK-II, but Proto Man invades his lab and destroys the plans.

Mega Man: The Power Battle

Wily reconstruct various of his robots to take over the world. Mega Man teams up with Proto Man to fight Wily's forces, being joined by Bass, who wants Wily to "stop making junk robots", so he can defeat Mega Man by himself.

Mega Man 2: The Power Fighters

On the second game, Wily once again uses reconstructed robots, kidnapping Roll and stealing special parts. Mega Man, Proto Man and Bass once again go after him, this time with Duo's help as well. On Bass's ending, Wily tell him how he accidentally created the Bassnium, which he used to create Bass himself, and shows him the blueprints of a new robot he was creating, which he claimed would be much stronger than any robot, which Bass promptly mocks for it's girlie-looking appearance. The silhouette in the blueprints is obviously that of Zero from the X series, which confirms Wily was indeed his creator.

Mega Man 9

Some time have passed after Wily's last defeat at Mega Man's hands, and the world was at peace. It was not for long, however, as robots start going rampant. Surprisingly, these robots were all made by Dr. Light. Wily shows himself, claiming no responsibility on the attack and blaming Light, asking for donations to create new robots to fight Light's robots. Mega Man decides to fight the robots and discover what Wily is scheming, while Dr. Light was taken under arrest.

Upon defeating them, Mega Man recovers their memory chips, discovering that they were all created with an expiry date and were scheduled to be retired, so Wily simply convinced them to be reprogrammed by him. Wily invades the lab and steals the memory chip, retreating to his new fortress. His new Wily Machine has a dinosaur shape, and the only way to harm it is by deflecting the explosive eggs it spits. Upon losing half health, it starts moving around and shooting fire, it's weakness being the Concrete Shot. After being destroyed Wily continues the fight on his Wily Capsule, which is weak to the Plug Ball.

Upon defeat, Wily once again asks for forgiveness, so Mega Man shows him every single of his previous defeats. Wily tricks Mega Man into thinking Light was imprisoned on the next room, even though Proto Man warns him that was a trap. Mega Man is electrocuted upon inspecting the fake Dr. Light, which gives Wily time to escape while his fortress crumbles. Proto Man rescues Mega Man in time, and Light is freed from jail, as his innocence was now proven. Wily is last seen being chased by Concrete Man during the credits sequence.

Mega Man 10

A strange virus called "Roboenza" starts affecting robots everywhere, making them fall sick. One month after the virus outbreak, the infected robots turn violent and destructive, as they start rampaging. Roll falls sick, and shortly after Wily crash-lands near Dr. Light lab, being rescued by Mega Man. Wily claims that he has been developing an anti-virus, but his robots turned against him and stole his medicine-making machine, so he asks for help to recover the machine. Mega Man decides to go after the infected robots, being joined by Proto Man while Wily develops a prototype cure, which he gives to Roll.

After the medicine-making machine is retrieved, Wily runs away with it, revealing himself as the creator of the Roboenza and telling that any robot wanting the medicine should work for him. Mega Man falls sick too, but Roll, who had not used her vaccine, gives it to Mega Man, so he could go after Wily at his new fortress. Wily first fights on the Wily Machine, which now has a pirate motif. He attacks by shooting huge rockets from the mouth which can be used as platforms and shooting homing missiles. It is weak to the Solar Flare. Once the external shielding is destroyed, the machine's cockpit is revealed, so he starts attacking with lightning bolts, it's weakness being the Water Shield. As the machine is destroyed, Wily escapes on the Wily Capsule, retreating to his stratosphere base. The Wily Capsule can be easily defeated with the Chill Spike. Once he is defeated, Wily falls sick with a high fever, so Mega Man takes him to a hospital. Dr. Wily runs away from the hospital, but leaves behind a large quantity of medicine to cure the infected robots, presumably out of gratitude.

Mega Man 11

During a dream, Wily recalls his youth days with Light and his Double Gear research. He then decides to finish and perfect his old research, completing the Double Gear system and installing it on his own UFO. He crashes into Dr. Light's lab during a routine maintenance and steals eight of his robots, reprogramming them and installing the Double Gear onto them. Dr. Light, fearing Mega Man would have no chance at fighting the Double Gear-powered robots, picks up the Double Gear prototype which he had been keeping this whole time and finishes it, installing it on Mega Man.

Mega Man defeats the eight Robot masters and confronts Wily on his new fortress, first on his new gear-themed Wily Machine, first attacking by shooting missiles and attempting to ram the player, then using the gears to move the conveyor belt in the floor. As usual, you fight his Wily Capsule afterwards, which also got a gear motif, attacking by shooting various gears and moving fast around, taking advantage of the Double Gear system installed on it. Upon being defeated, Wily once again begs for forgiveness, though Mega Man isn't fooled. Angry, he proclaims Mega Man only defeated him thanks to his own Double Gear system, which if anything just proved his genius, but Dr. Light interrupts their conversation, claiming that Mega Man was now the result of both of their geniuses, but Wily adamantly refuses to believe that. Light then offers Wily a chance to atone for his evil ways and join him again, but the latter refuses and once again escapes while his fortress self-destructs.

X Series

In his last days, Wily dedicated himself to finish Zero, his masterpiece. When he first activates Zero he shows a violent behavior and unwillingness to follow orders, so Wily shuts him down and leaves him in stasis. Wily then creates the Zero Virus, intended to "purify" Zero's body, but not long after Wily dies of old age, unable to see his ultimate creation functional.

Before dying, Wily somehow uploaded his consciousness inside the virus (much in the same way Dr. Light became the hologram inside X's armor capsules). Wily often appears to Zero on his dreams, calling Zero "his son" and telling him to "go after him" (probably referring to X). Sigma, likely due to his long contact with the virus, was able to interact with Wily's consciousness inside the virus. Wily is notably implied to have helped Sigma throughout the majority of the series, including the Eurasia Colony incident, when he created Sigma's new body. It is also heavily implied that during the X-Hunters incident, Wily's consciousness inhabited the body of a Reploid by the name Serges, who temporarily mistook X for Mega Man and referred to Light by name (in the Japanese version only).

It is also all but said that the Reploid, Isoc was another host for Wily's consciousness. Isoc had knowledge of Zero only Wily had, showed delight and enjoyment over Zero being able to defeat High Max (whereas X could not at the time), and his body is last encountered as an empty shell, whilst Zero hears Wily's voice emanating near Isoc's discarded body. Isoc also shares Wily's Japanese voice actor and his official profile says his design was intentionally designed to invoke, "a certain scientist."

Eventually, Mega Man X destroyed the Maverick Virus using the power of the Mother Elf, presumably killing Wily for good.

Battle Network/EXE Series

Dr. Wily, under the name "Lord Wily", appears as the leader of the terrorist organization called World Three (also known as WWW) as well as the father of Dr. Regal, and the major villain in the Mega Man Battle Network/EXE universe. His motives are similar to the mainline games, Hikari got the accolades for Network technology while Wily's research was snubbed. He is the main antagonist in the first, third, and sixth games of the series. At the end of Battle Network 6, he gives up on revenge and contributes to net security as atonement.

Qin gasped in sheer horror.

Qin: I can't believe he was that dangerous!

Nico: He was one of the worst. Dr. Wily was a mad scientist of the worst kind and that's one of the reasons we had to kill him.

Me: But we didn't kill him Nico. We left him at the mercy of his robots that we saved from him to do that.

Elec Man: That's right. I remember that.

Block Man: Yeah. It was good to smash him to pieces.

Mega Man: It's good that Dr. Wily is dead. But that doesn't mean that there are other evil things out there for us to destroy.

Me: That's right. Evil never sleeps and never learns from defeat.

Smokescreen: I'm glad that Dr. Wily didn't resurrect Megatron or Starscream.

Me: I don't think he had that kind of technological mind. But nonetheless, he still got what he deserved.

Smokescreen: Hello. What's this?

Me: What is it Smokescreen?

We saw a metal handle completely covered in moss.

Wolverine: (Sniffs) I smell something metallic.

Cyclops: Cybertronian?

Wolverine: No. If it were, I would also smell Energon.

Me: True. Guys give me a hand here.

We grabbed the handle and we pulled and it opened a hatch and it was an entrance.

We went inside it and we saw another lab.

Me: This one was underground.

Laney: Wow. There's a lot of equipment here.

Lola: No kidding.

Lana: Look over here.

We looked at where Lana was and we found more pods containing 8 robot masters.

Fire Man: There's more of us in stasis? Wily never told us about this!

Me: I guess he must've forgotten about them when he put that bounty on my head.

Qin: That could be the case.

Me: Lets wake them up.

We did so. We encountered 8 more robots.

Concrete Man

Concrete Man (コンクリートマン Konkurītoman) is a Robot Master from Mega Man 9 modeled after a construction worker that Dr. Light created to be the supervisor of dam construction. He is very dedicated to his job, but is mostly stubborn and will tell off any robots that are lazy on the job.

Concrete Man is one of the eight Robot Masters whose period of use had expired and was scheduled to be scrapped. Dr. Wily pretended to be concerned by offering to repair them, reprogramming the tricked robots to help him conquer the world.

He tries to stop the player with his Concrete Shot, jumps from the top of the screen and shakes the floor, which will make Mega Man stumble, or tackles.

Concrete Man's weakness is the Laser Trident due to its ability to penetrate most shielding. It can also cause critical damage to him, and can pierce through the blocks of the Concrete Shots.

In the end credits picture, he is seen outside Dr. Wily's fortress, chasing Wily for his trickery, having been rebuilt after the events of the game.

Tornado Man

Tornado Man (トルネードマン Torunēdo Man) is a Robot Master from Mega Man 9 created by Dr. Light. He was created to stave off powerful storms, and his job was stationed at a weather regulation facility. Dr. Light equipped him with powerful equipment, such as the fans attached to his arms, allowing him to stave off tropical storms.

Tornado Man is one of the eight Robot Masters whose period of use had expired and was scheduled to be scrapped. Dr. Wily pretended to be concerned by offering to repair them, reprogramming the tricked robots into becoming his servants who will help him conquer the world.

Tornado Man will often stay airborne while using his Tornado Blow, which consists of four gusts traveling upwards across the screen. During this attack, Mega Man's jump height will be increased. The player should watch out for this, since there are spike traps in the ceiling which Mega Man could bang his head on (and therefore take damage from) while under these conditions.

Tornado Man can be damaged easily Plug Ball. Even though he stays airborne most of the time this should not be a problem, since he will frequently stay next to the ceiling, allowing his weakness to reach him by running up the walls and along the ceiling. Upon his defeat, Tornado Man surrenders his weapon.

In the end credits picture, he is seen staring off into the sky with Mega Man, having been rebuilt after the events of the game.

Splash Woman

Splash Woman (スプラッシュウーマン Supurasshu Ūman) is a Robot Master from Mega Man 9 that Dr. Light created to rescue swimmers from sinking ships, being an expert swimmer (due to her design as a mermaid) but having very poor land mobility. She possesses a beautiful voice and is fond of karaoke, but it is rumored that she has turned down numerous invitations to enter the world of show business, possibly having a dislike of large crowds. Splash Woman attacks by singing to call fish robots, tackling with her trident, and using her Special Weapon, the Laser Trident, which can emit a laser capable of penetrating tough surfaces such as shields and the hulls of ships.

Splash Woman is one of the eight Robot Masters whose period of use had expired and was scheduled to be scrapped. Dr. Wily pretended to be concerned by offering to repair them, reprogramming the tricked robots to help him conquer the world.

In battle, Splash Woman will first call three groups of robot fishes to charge into the player that can be dodged by extended jumps. Then, when she is at the top of the area, she'll move around the room shooting the Laser Trident and finally try to tackle Mega Man with her trident.

Her weakness is the Hornet Chaser. The bees will fly around and can easily demolish the fish, and damage Splash Woman as she goes to the top of the screen. Take into account that after a bee kills fishes, it will continue until none are remaining and won't attack Splash Woman. However, they can still damage her if she is lured into them before they fly offscreen.

In the end credits picture, she is seen at the beach having her picture taken by Auto, having been rebuilt after the events of the game.

Plug Man

Plug Man (プラグマン Puragu Man) is a Robot Master from Mega Man 9 that Dr. Light created to inspect the quality control in a television factory, strictly inspecting each unit. He is obsessed with gadgets and loves to browse electronic stores like Akihabara and talking with his friends about geeky subjects. His Special Weapon is the Plug Ball.

Plug Man is one of the eight Robot Masters whose period of use had expired and was scheduled to be scrapped. Dr. Wily pretended to be concerned by offering to repair them, reprogramming the tricked robots to help him conquer the world.

Plug Man will jump around trying to jump on Mega Man or Proto Man. At times, he will shoot Plug Balls at Mega Man that will run on the ceiling. Once he is under the ball, it will drop toward him.

His weakness is the Jewel Satellite, which will deflect all Plug Balls launched.

In the end credits picture, he is seen going shopping with Rush, having been rebuilt after the events of the game.

Jewel Man

Jewel Man (ジュエルマン Jueru Man) is a Robot Master from Mega Man 9 modeled after gems that Dr. Light created to work in a diamond mine where he was in charge of cutting and polishing rocks with dexterity. He likes to receive attention and collect shiny things.

His weapon, Jewel Satellite, has jewels surround Mega Man like a shield. This is similar to shield weapons like Wood Man's Leaf Shield, Skull Man's Skull Barrier, Star Man's Star Crash, Plant Man's Plant Barrier, Junk Man's Junk Shield, Turbo Man's Scorch Wheel and Pump Man's Water Shield.

Jewel Man is one of the eight Robot Masters whose period of use had expired and was scheduled to be scrapped. Dr. Wily pretended to be concerned by offering to repair them, reprogramming the tricked robots to help him conquer the world.

His pattern is running left and right with his Jewel Satellite surrounding him; he only jumps when Mega Man jumps, and throws individual jewels at Mega Man whenever he hits one of them or after a long time passes. With good aim, it's actually possible to slip in a shot through his shield; ironic since no projectiles can pass through the Jewel Satellite when used by Mega Man.

His weakness is Galaxy Man's Black Hole Bomb. In addition to doing five units of damage to him, it will also suck in the jewels of his Jewel Satellite, preventing him from firing at Mega Man until he creates more jewels.

In the end credits picture, he is seen in a mine holding up a jewel that he found and showing it to Roll, having been rebuilt after the events of the game.

Hornet Man

Hornet Man (ホーネットマン Hōnettoman) is a Robot Master from Mega Man 9 modeled after a hornet and a honeycomb that Dr. Light created to manage a flower park. It was his job to pollinate the flowers using his vast knowledge of flowers from around the world, and he loves gardening. He attacks by releasing robot hornets from the honeycomb in his chest.

Hornet Man is one of the eight Robot Masters whose period of use had expired and was scheduled to be scrapped. Dr. Wily pretended to be concerned by offering to repair them, reprogramming the tricked robots to help him conquer the world.

He walks to one side of the arena, flies up and shoots three Hornet Chasers, which follow the player; he then drops to the floor, runs to the other side, and repeats.

His weakness is the Magma Bazooka. Its diagonal fire blasts will destroy all the bees when the center shot hits the center Hornet Chaser. When charged, it will also blast through them toward Hornet Man. Another viable weapon is the Black Hole Bomb which, when positioned properly, will suck in all three Hornet Chasers as they move towards Mega Man, and will then damage Hornet Man as he runs through it to the other side of the room.

In the end credits picture, he is seen watering the flowers in his garden with Beat, having been rebuilt after the events of the game.

Magma Man

Magma Man (マグママン Maguma Man) is a Robot Master from Mega Man 9 modeled after an incinerator that Dr. Light created to oversee safety operations and manage a geothermal power plant. He is able to withstand incredibly high temperatures and loves to visit hot spas.

The lavafalls in his stage have the same effect as the laser beams from Quick Man's stage in Mega Man 2, the ignited oil from Flame Man's stage in Mega Man 6, and the fire beams from Turbo Man's stage in Mega Man 7, in which they cause Mega Man to die instantly.

Magma Man is one of the eight Robot Masters whose period of use had expired and was scheduled to be scrapped. Dr. Wily pretended to be concerned by offering to repair them, reprogramming the tricked robots to help him conquer the world.

Magma Man moves by jumping while shooting his Magma Bazooka. As long as the flames on his head are ignited, he will fire off charged shots.

His weakness is the Tornado Blow, which not only damages him, but also blows out the flames on his head. Afterwards, Magma Man can only fire normal shots until he recharges.

In the end credits picture, he is seen heating up a bathing oil drum that Dr. Light is relaxing in, having been rebuilt after the events of the game.

Galaxy Man

Galaxy Man (ギャラクシーマン Gyarakushīman) is a Robot Master from Mega Man 9 modeled after a flying saucer commonly used by aliens in media that Dr. Light created to work in a space research center where it was his job to instantly calculate the trajectories for rockets. He loves to observe stars and name any new ones that he finds. He seems to have the ability to fly short distances, retracting his arms and legs when he does so, just like Gigabolt Man-O-War's "UFO mode" from Mega Man X8, along with teleportation. Galaxy Man is also able to constantly change colors. His Special Weapon, the Black Hole Bomb, can be used to suck enemies into a black hole or drain certain enemies' health, similar to the Gravity Well weapon from Mega Man X3. His stage consists of a series of portals.

Galaxy Man is one of the eight Robot Masters whose period of use had expired and was scheduled to be scrapped. Dr. Wily pretended to be concerned by offering to repair them, reprogramming the tricked robots to help him conquer the world.

Galaxy Man begins battle by hovering toward the player, dealing contact damage to Mega Man if he does not move quickly enough. He then jumps in the air and fires a Black Hole Bomb where the player is standing, then teleports under the black hole. If Mega Man collides with Galaxy Man, he will take damage. He then teleports back in the ceiling, then he lands and tries to attack Mega Man again.

If Concrete Shot has been obtained earlier, it can be used to neutralize the Black Hole Bomb. Galaxy Man will then be vulnerable as he will still teleport to where the bomb would have exploded, but he will just stand there and there will be nothing to pull Mega Man towards him.

In the end credits picture, he is seen flying in the sky at sunset, having been rebuilt after the events of the game, while Proto Man observes him from a distance.

Me: Wow!

Nicole: The Robots from Mega Man 9.

Mega Man: These are Dr. Light's robots that were stolen 2 years ago.

Me: I guess Dr. Wily forgot they were here. Even for a smart guy, he sure was stupid.

Wildrider: Welcome back to the land of moving parts!

Splash Woman: What happened?

Mega Man: It's great to have you back Splash Woman.

Splash Woman: Mega Man? What happened?

Me: It's a long and ugly story. But we should introduce ourselves. We are Team Loud Phoenix Storm and we killed Dr. Wily.

We introduced ourselves.

Tornado Man: It's a pleasure to meet you all.

Magma Man: It's good that Dr. Wily is dead. I never want to see him again.

Nico: You won't ever again. He's in the River of Fire burning for all eternity.

Concrete Man: Good riddance.

Galaxy Man: Yeah.

Hornet Man: But at least we've seen the last of him for good.

Splash Woman: But aren't some of you guys the Robot Masters under Wily's control?

Drill Man: We were. But thanks to J.D. and all of Team Loud Phoenix Storm we were rebuilt and are now fighting for the side of good.

Lisa: And you have me, Nicole and our scientists to thank for that.

Galaxy Man: Wow.

Jewel Man: Thank goodness.

Magma Man: Yeah.

Me: Lets get you all back to the estate to make sure that Dr. Wily didn't corrupt you any further.

We left the lab and I fired an energy blast down into the lab and blew up the whole lab in a powerful fiery explosion.

KRABBBBBOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMM!

Me: Good riddance. Now we've erased all of Dr. Wily's work.

Nico: I've said it before and I'll say it again. Dr. Albert Wily, you have failed this universe.

May: He sure has. He'll have all of his worthless afterlife to think about his crimes against the world of robots and the world in general.

Me: You said it May.

Splash Woman: Yeah.

Varie: Hold on Splash Woman.

Varie formed a ball of water that was floating and Splash Woman got in it and she was now mobile.

Splash Woman: Ahh. That is much better. Thanks Varie.

Varie: Anytime Splash Woman.

Me: Let me show you guys where I found the Limburger Mines.

Lincoln: Okay.

Me: But first, when we get there you'll need these.

I pulled out some nose plugs.

Nico: Ah. Thanks man.

We went to the Matterhorn and we entered the cave and we arrived in the Limburger Mines. What we saw was amazing. We saw a cave completely filled with Limburger Cheese and the walls of the cave were covered in it. And boy did it smell HORRIBLE! It smelled like rotten socks! The guards had gas masks on and they had guns with them full of skunk oil which is 1,000 times worse than the smell of Limburger. Mining the walls of the Mines were thousands of spoiled brat kids that came from a lot of different environments and more. These kids were the very personification of greedy and spoiled.

Me: (Nasally) Here we are guys. Welcome to the Limburger Cheese Mines for Spoiled Brats.

Lola: (Nasally) Wow! So this is the Limburger Cheese Mines.

Laney: (Nasally) I didn't think mines like these were real.

Lori: (Nasally) It literally smells so horrible in here!

Lana: I'll say! (Inhales) Oooh! Yeah! I love that smell.

Me: You are a silly girl Lana.

Tornado Man: Thank goodness we robots don't have a sense of smell or we would be hurling our guts now.

Me: Well yeah.

Varie: True.

We then saw Chandler.

Laney: Hello Chandler.

Chandler: Scarfy. It's been a long time since we saw each other.

Laney: Both dead and alive. You've been dead for 2 and a half years.

Lincoln: You were a menace to everyone Chandler. Your sister is glad that you are dead.

Chandler: Good. She should be. That little deadbeat doesn't deserve any happiness.

POW!

Lincoln sent him crashing into a wall of cheese.

Lincoln: (Nasally) No one talks about your sister like that.

Nico: (Nasally) Chandler Henderson, you have failed this world.

Me: And more.

Guard: We'll put him in solitary for that remark boss.

Me: Good. Put him in there for a year and a half.

Guard: Yes sir.

They dragged him off.

Lana was eating some of the cheese.

Lana: Boy this cheese is good!

Me: But your breath is gonna smell like rotten socks.

Luan: Cheese Lana, you need a breath mint! (Laughs to Rimshot) Get it?

We laughed at Luan's joke.

Me: (Laughs) That was a good one Luan!

Eddy: (Laughs) Good one!

Ed: (Laughs) Cheese Jokes are funny.

Me: You better Cheddar believe it! (Laughs to Rimshot)

We laughed some more.

Splash Woman: That was funny.

We later went back home to the estate.

We later went to the zoo and we helped out Becca build more animal exhibits and they were awesome. We also helped out in the jungle greenhouse and planted more plants, trees and more. Later we were watching TV and playing card games.

Me: Boy it sure is quiet outside.

Vince: No kidding.

Then the alarm went off.

Me: Uh oh.

We went to the computer and we found out that Tarzan's world is being attacked by an evil gorilla that Tarzan knows named Tublat.

Me: Tublat? Who is he?

Maria: Sounds like someone that Tarzan met ages ago.

Me: Lets find out.

I looked up what he looked like.

Me: He's a Silverback Gorilla like Kerchak. But he looks stronger than him.

I looked up Tublat's history.

Tublat is a monstrous gorilla who appears as one of the main antagonists of Disney's animated TV series The Legend of Tarzan. As Kerchak's rival, he aggressively tried to take over control of the family, but was quickly banished. The banishment only worsens his evil, turning him bitter, rage-filled, and, shockingly, carnivorous and willing to kill anyone who crosses his path.

With Tarzan now in charge of Kerchak's family, he seeks to defeat him and assert himself as the leader of the gorillas. Strangely enough, while the books portrayed Kerchak as being the violent and dangerous one, but was made more sympathetic by Disney, using the book's portrayal of Tublat as being benevolent, Disney's version of Tublat suffered the complete opposite (he is changed into a villain using the original version of Kerchak's personality). His strength is extreme, even by gorilla standards.

Tublat's Revenge

A violent and destructive thunderstorm has Tarzan, Jane Porter, and the rest of the gorilla family seeking shelter in nearby caves, but they have chosen the same cave that the banished gorilla Tublat lives in. Tublat first kidnaps Flynt in the hopes of leading Tarzan into a trap, which succeeds. Tarzan is no physical match for Tublat, and after he is defeated in a battle, Tublat proceeds to kidnap Jane, Terk, Kala, Professor Porter, and the rest of the gorilla family. But using his superior cunning, speed, agility, and ingenuity, Tarzan manages to defeat Tublat and rescue the gorillas.

Caged Fury

Niels and Merkus return to the Jungle to mine diamonds. Tarzan agrees to this as long as they stay away from the gorillas. Neils and Merkus are threatened by Tublat, who attempts to eat them, but they capture and plan to make money off him. Tarzan is initially tempted to let them take him due to their past conflict. However, after he talks to Jane about it, he knows that the right thing to do would be to rescue him. So in spite of Terk's similar protests to about their history, he sets out to rescue Tublat with her help, which he does.

Enemy Within

In this episode, Tublat appeared as the leader of the family of a gorilla named Gobu, whom Tarzan had earlier nursed back to health after he found him being attacked by a pack of hyenas. Gobu states that a few months before the events in that episode took place, Tublat killed the family leader and took over control, content to take over another family rather than Kerchak's. He also forced Gobu to gain Tarzan's trust and bring him to him directly under threat of mutilating or killing Gobu's relatives. Relishing the long-awaited opportunity to kill Tarzan, Tublat has his minions pursue him after the ape man escapes and blackmails him into compliance by threatening Terk (who had also traveled to find Gobu and pursue a relationship with him). To save his friend Tarzan, concedes to allow Tublat to have his way with him. Eagerly intending to do so, Tublat is intercepted by Gobu himself.

Emboldened by Tarzan's earlier speech towards him, Gobu openly speaks out against Tublat, claiming he is dependent on the family to secure his victory over Tarzan. Seething with rage, Tublat attacks Gobu with lethal intentions for his defiance, stating maliciously that he has outlived his usefulness. After beating aside the intervening Tarzan, Tublat grabs Gobu in a bear hug to crush him to death. Gobu cries out to his family encouraging them to stand together and face Tublat and that they are stronger than him together. Inspired and bolstered by his words, the family turns on Tublat and overpowers him. Driven off, Tublat lets out a roar of anger before fleeing. With he and his family now free from Tublat's reign of terror, Gobu steps up to lead them.

We gasped in horror!

Me: Tublat is a monster! I can't believe he's that brutal towards all gorillas!

Lana: He's a gorilla that rules with fear!

Naruto: He's like Gato but in Gorilla form.

Me: Nice way to put it bro. But we got to put down this Gorilla for good. Lets go!

We were off to the Deep Jungle.

DEEP JUNGLE - World of Tarzan 1999

We arrived in the Deep Jungle and we saw Tarzan's family under attack by Tublat. Tarzan had a spear ready and Jane had her Jungle King Keyblade ready and they were ready to fight. A massive fiery explosion appeared and a phoenix cry was heard and we appeared and we landed by Tarzan and Jane and the family.

Me: Looks like we got here just in time.

Tarzan: You sure did J.D. We owe you one.

Sora: Thought you could use some help.

Tublat: So you are the famous Team Loud Phoenix Storm.

Me: That's right.

Goliath: You and I sound the same. Our voices are totally identical.

Tublat: (to Goliath) We may sound alike. But your attachment to humans has made you soft. I don't have that weakness.

Breach: You only rule with fear and that is not something the leader of a gorilla family does!

Kerchak: That's right Tublat. That's why we kicked you out of our family. You are not worthy of the title of leader.

Me: That's right!

Jane: (British Accent) You are a monster Tublat!

?: You have more things to worry about.

Me: Dark Spicer. Why am I not surprised.

We saw him.

Dark Spicer (to Tarzan): Here's your warning: Your ass is about to be kicked!

Tarzan: We'll see about that.

Kerchak: Is he another enemy?

Me: Unfortunately yes. But he's really incompetent.

Dark Spicer: And I have new forms to show you.

Dark Spicer than turned into a Galvan Mutant. He looked like a Galvan but he was purple and he had 9 antennae.

Anti Matter: Say hello to Anti Matter!

Ben: You're picking a Galvan form? This'll be easy.

Anti Matter: (chuckles) You shouldn't underestimate the little guys. (takes out a ray gun and fires a thin beam of energy at Breach)

But her powers made the beams go somewhere else and they hit the ground behind him and he was dancing.

Me: Nice dance Dark Spicer. You know who else dances like that?

Muscle Man: My mom!

We laughed.

Shanan: That's a mutant Galvan. But he's uglier than what we know.

Dark Spicer: Now try this.

Dark Spicer turned into a mutant Tetramand. He looked like a dark purple Tetramand but he had red splotches and he had spiked arms.

Menace Arms: You've met my brains! Now, meet my brawn!

Kevin Levin: You're got a Four Arms form too?!

Menace Arms: Four Arms? I prefer... Menace Arms! (jumps up before doing a falling punch with two of his fists towards Karai)

But Karai dodged his attack and kicked him in the face and jumped back.

I punched Dark Spicer in the face and knocked him down and he was knocked out.

Me: Now to teach this rogue baboon a lesson in humility.

Optimus Primal: With pleasure. Optimus Primal! MAXIMIZE!

Optimus Primal transformed.

Noah Carver: Let's run circles around this damn dirty ape!

Megaforce Ranger: Legendary Ranger Mode: Race Force!

The Megaforce Rangers turned into the Japanese version of the Turbo Rangers.

Kim: Time to fight Monkey With Monkey! Xuppu! Showtime!

Kim turned into King Monkey!

Me: Lets see how he likes the Wolf! Kibal! Lets Howl!

I turned into Wolf Moon!

Lily: Owla! Spread my wings!

Lily turned into Night Owl!

Lily: Lets bring this bad link of our evolution down!

Aurore: I'm way ahead of you Lily! Feel the Power of The Storm!

Aurore turned into Stormy Weather.

Me: Lets get him!

We went at Tublat and I kicked him in the face and slashed him with my Wolf Fire Scythe and burned him with a blue fire blade. Aurore fired a powerful blast of lightning and electrocuted Tublat all over. Kairi and Sora slashed him with their keyblades and boy did it hurt. Nico punched him in the face and kicked him in the stomach. Tublat and Nico then locked hands and they roared ferociously!

RRRROOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRR!

Tublat: You're really good for a human punk.

Nico: I'm actually a Saiyan.

Tublat: What is a Saiyan?

Nico: We are a race of warriors from the planet Sadala and we live for the fight!

Nico kneed him in the face and kicked him in the chest and kicked him in the stomach.

Nico: Tublat, you have failed all of this world!

Me: And more!

Luan: This monkey is one that goes Ape! (Laughs) Get it? But seriously he is a monster!

Eddy: (Laughs) Good one Luan!

Lensay: Yay! Mommy!

Me: That was amusing.

King Monkey bashed Tublat all over with his staff and it packed a wallop. The Megaforce Rangers blasted him all over with their weapons and they hurt him all over. The Gorillas threw fruit and rocks at him and they splat and hurt him. Splash Woman fired her Laser Trident at Tublat and it hit him all over and exploded.

Me: Time to finish this overgrown monkey!

Ben: Right!

Ben turned into Stinkfly.

Ben: STINKFLY!

Stinkfly fired a powerful wave of stinky goo and Teresa fired a powerful blast of Sonic waves.

Stinkfly and Teresa: STINKY SONIC MEGAFLOOD!

The blasts combined and turned into a deadly blast of stinky sonic slime and it hit hit Tublat and exploded all over. It smelled horrible.

Ben then turned into Ripjaws!

Ben: RIPJAWS!

Maria formed a slide of pure water that went at Tublat and Ripjaws was sliding on it.

Ripjaws and Maria: WATERSLIDE SUPER CHOMP!

Ripjaws bit Tublat and he screamed in pure pain and it really hurt. Ripjaws jaw strength was like that of 100 bear traps.

Fire Man: Time for him to burn! GIGANTION CYBER KEY POWER!

The Gigantion Cyber Planet Key went into his right arm and it enhanced his Fire Storm 100-fold.

Wildrider: Time for some action! CYBER KEY POWER!

The Earth Cyber Planet Key went into his Right Arm and it enhanced his Scattershot laser gun 100-fold.

Fire Man and Wildrider: LASER FIRESTORM MEGABLAST!

Fire Man fired a massive blast of fire and Wildrider fired a massive barrage of lasers and they hit Tublat and exploded all over.

Smokescreen: Time for some action.

Smokescreen turned into his Transformers Armada form.

Smokescreen: CYBER KEY POWER!

The Autobot Cyber Planet Key went into his crane and it turned it into a powerful cannon!

Wolverine: Time for me to slice him! AVENGERS CYBER KEY POWER!

The Avengers Cyber Planet Key went into his right arm device and his claws grew out of his knuckles and they were now as long as katanas.

Smokescreen and Wolverine: SLASH CANNON STRIKE!

Wolverine slashed Tublat all over and Smokescreen blasted him all over and it hurt.

Me: Time to finish you Tublat!

Tarzan: You got it! SPEARDANCE MEGASPIN SLASH!

Tarzan slashed Tublat all over with his spear while spinning like a top.

Jane: You are not welcome in the world of Gorillas! JUNGLE POWER STRIKE!

Jane's Keyblade glowed and she slashed Tublat all over with incredible fury.

Magma Man: Feel the burn of this! VOLCANIC MAGMA BLAST!

Magma Man fired a powerful blast of lava and it covered Tublat and burned him all over.

Search Man: Time for some action! HOMING MISSILE STRIKE!

Search Man fired his Homing Sniper and it hit Tublat and exploded.

KRABBBBBOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMM!

Tublat was defeated and knocked down.

We turned to Dark Spicer and he got up.

Tarzan: Leave, Dark Spicer. Unless you want to share Tublat's fate.

Dark Spicer: Fine. But this isn't over! (turns into Dirtdrive and escapes)

Me: He'll be back. But we'll be ready for him.

Syd Chang: This gorilla gives all gorillas everywhere a really bad name!

Me: I have just the place for him to be right at him.

I opened a portal that lead to the dark planet where we banished Lady Tremaine and Drizella and we threw him in and it closed.

Tarzan: (To the viewers) Not even the laws of the jungle are nice to any gorilla that goes bad.

Me: No they aren't.

Tarzan: Thanks for helping us guys.

Me: Anytime Tarzan.

Search Man: It was good to be fighting alongside my long lost brethren.

Concrete Man: Same here Search Man.

Me: Now we have all of the Robot Masters turned good fighting with us and we have an awesome army.

Everyone: YEAH!

Nico: Yeah!

We went back to Earth and we decided to form a new branch team for Team Loud Phoenix Storm for Mega Man and the Robots.

THE END

Another Fanfiction Complete and the first villain of the Legend of Tarzan complete.

Tublat was one tough gorilla and he was a nasty one with a rotten temper. All he wanted to do was rule with fear. Keith David did a great job voicing him. NicoChan11 gave me the ideas for this. Thanks man. The next Legend of Tarzan Villain down the road is the Rogue Elephant Mabaya! He is gonna be one dangerous elephant of sheer brute force. Let me know what you all think. Next up is the Powerpunk Girls and we're gonna be in for one dangerous fight when we face the evil parallel universe counterparts of the Powerpuff Girls. These villains were only in the Powerpuff Girls Comics.

See you all tomorrow.
