In Slaughter Swamp over in New Jersey, we were there to see the abandoned base of the Legion Of Doom. After the Battle with Thanos, the headquarters of the Legion Of Doom was left there to rot like a rotting wound.

We went into the Legion Of Doom headquarters and it was all dark. I turned on the lights and it was one creepy place.

Me: Wow. Lex Luthor really did a good job building this place before we sent him into space.

Laney: He sure did.

Zarya: So who were the Legion Of Doom?

Me: They were a major group of Supervillains that we would always face on a daily basis.

Volcana: That's right. Some of us were once members of the Legion Of Doom and we were turned good because of J.D. and his team. They helped us realize what fools we were and helped us come into the light.

Silver Banshee: (Scottish Accent) Aye. That's right lass.

Star Sapphire: It was not a good feeling.

Cheetah: Yeah.

Me: It's a long history. But I'll explain it as best as I can.

I went over the history of the Legion Of Doom and it's members.

Legion Of Doom.

The Legion of Doom is a recurring villainous organization in DC Comics and its related media. It is an assembly of supervillains that is typically lead by Lex Luthor, gathered for the purpose of defeating the Justice League and eventually taking over the world. After its original conception for the Challenge of the Superfriends TV series, it has been recognized as one of the most popular and recognizable evil organizations in all of fiction, and has since gone on to appear in several other television series', cartoons, parodies, and eventually the mainstream DC universe itself.

Lex Luthor

Lex Luthor is one of the two main antagonists of the DC Animated Universe (alongside Darkseid). He is the main antagonist of Superman: The Animated Series and Justice League Unlimited and one of the two main antagonists (alongside The Joker) of Justice League. He was a billionaire and a criminal mastermind. He also was one of the most brilliant minds of the Earth and one of the archenemies of Superman

Lex Luthor is the founder and CEO of LexCorp. He grew to resent Superman when he stole his spotlight as Metropolis' savior, and usually invested heavily in some of the Man of Steel's greatest foes, such as Metallo and Livewire. He sought to kill Superman for shutting down his major operations and costing him a lot of money. Although Superman already put away many of Luthor's co-conspirators, he could never convict Luthor himself due to lack of evidence. He was also known for his betrayals on many associates, causing many to leave LexCorp; the only one left was Mercy Graves. Lex also is shown to hate Batman as well, as he is an intellectual rival who teamed up with Superman to fight him when he and Joker teamed up, preventing Superman from being killed by Joker's kryptonite in the process. In Legacy, he was thrilled, the whole world turned against Superman when Darkseid brainwashed him and let him loose to take over and invade Earth. But Superman snapped out of it and earned the world's trust back and dismissed the charges against him.

Luthor later fought the Justice League, but was subsequently defeated, exposed as a crook, and sentenced to prison. He also learned that he had a terminal form of radiation poisoning as a result of carrying around a chunk of Kryptonite for years, leaving him with only a few more months to live. He then joined up with Cheetah, Star Sapphire, Shade, Copperhead (who would be in jail and replaced by theJoker), Solomon Grundy and Ultra-Humanite, forming the Injustice Gang, in an attempt take down the Justice League, but failed. Luthor later "redeemed" himself by aiding the Justice League in defeating the Justice Lords and was given a full pardon.

After being freed from prison and cleared of all charges, Luthor reestablished his company and later entered politics and ran in the U.S. Presidential Elections. However, still bent on destroying Superman, he created Project Cadmus and succeeded in ruining the Justice League's reputation twice: once by causing Superman and Captain Marvel to fight each other, causing great destruction in the city, and again by taking control of the Watchtower's orbital cannon and causing it to fire on a Cadmus-related building in New Mexico.

Luthor's malevolent plans were later exposed by Batman and the Justice League, only for Brainiac to reveal that he had been dormant inside Lex ever since the episode Ghost in the Shell. Luthor later convinced Brainiac to fuse with him because they both could reach their ultimate goals. He then battled the Justice League, proving to be one of the group's most difficult foes. However, the Flash was able to separate the two after tapping into the Speed Force.

Luthor went back to jail with a damaged psyche. After Luthor escaped prison again thanks to The Key, Gorilla Grodd offered him membership in the newly formed Legion of Doom. Joining only to revive and refuse with Brainiac, Luthor eventually overthrew Grodd and took over the Legion (who did not oppose him after they learned Grodd's ultimate plan was to turn humanity into apes). Eventually, Lex's quest to revive Braniac lead the Legion into space, where he found a version of Brainiac that had been destroyed years earlier. However, Tala freed Grodd and he and a faction of the Legion fought Luthor and his supporters (which included the likes of Giganta, Bizarro, Toyman, Sinestro, Cheetah, Star Sapphire, Evil Star, etc.) After killing Grodd and trapping and absorbing Tala's magic to resurrect Brainiac, Lex discovers that he had accidentally resurrected Darkseid instead.

Luthor and the rest of the surviving Legion members barely escaped from Darkseid and made their way to Earth, where Luthor warned the Justice League, and he and his allies reluctantly team-up with them to fight against Darkseid and his army. Before the battle against Darkseid, Luthor points out to the Justice League that he doesn't want to help them save the world, but get revenge on Darkseid for destroying Brainiac and ruining his plans, before he and the Justice League go back in being enemies again as usual. He later left the battle with Metron and discovered the Anti-Life Equation. Returning to Earth with the Equation, he offered to share the knowledge with Darkseid, and they both disappeared in a spark of light. While they are presumed dead by the public, members of the Justice League have theorized they will eventually return yet again. However, both Luthor and Darkseid are now part of the Source Wall, that is the fate that occurs to all creature that solved the Anti-Life Equation, where they will remain likely for all eternity.

Gorilla Grodd

Gorilla Grodd is a major antagonist of the DC Animated Universe. He was a hyper-intelligent ape native to Gorilla City. Grodd is the leader and founder of the Secret Society (later Legion of Doom). He is the secondary antagonist of Justice League and Justice League Unlimited.

Grodd was a scientist in Gorilla City. He developed a helmet that allowed him to control the minds of others. The Gorilla City security force stopped him from using it in the city, but he escaped capture and eventually wound up in Central City, where he obtained aid from Dr. Sarah Corwin via E-mail and Internet communications before meeting her in person. At some point in time, the two grew close and formed a romantic relationship.

Sometime later, Grodd ran afoul of the Flash and Green Lantern during an attempt to take over the minds of every human in Central City. He succeeds at this, and then, with every person under his control, he and Dr. Corwin invade a military base and commandeer missiles that they launch in the hopes of obliterating Gorilla City. Green Lantern destroyed two of the four missiles launched, while Martian Manhunter, Wonder Woman, and Hawkgirl destroy the other two, foiling his plans. He was then seemingly rendered harmless after Flash "crossed a few wires" in his mind control helmet and tricked him into using it. This fried his brain, and everyone assumed that he was brain-dead. This freed every person under his control but Dr. Corwin, whom Flash had assumed was also a slave to him, but then found out, to his surprise, that she had been a willing follower to him and was in love with him. Her fate beyond that point is still unknown, even now, although it can be assumed that she was arrested and sent to prison for her complicity in Grodd's crimes.

Grodd not only recovered from the frying of his brain, but he no longer needed the helmet to control minds. At some point, according to a story he would later tell Clayface, Grodd met a female gorilla named Giganta, whom he transformed into a human, who could grow to many times her normal size. It is unknown if she always had this ability or if it was as a result of Grodd's work, or even if the story was true or not. Grodd and Giganta would later recruit Killer Frost, Sinestro, Parasite, Shade, and Clayface into the Secret Society, a group to oppose the Justice League. Grodd started playing mind games with the league, which left their integrity as a team fragile and the individual members vulnerable to capture. With the Justice League incapacitated, Grodd brought his Society to a stadium in Gotham to announce to the world about a new order. When the League escaped captivity and rebuilt its bonds, both sides faced off, but the Secret Society was defeated in the end.

Grodd would later revive the Secret Society, but on a much grander scale; nearly every supervillain on Earth was inducted into one group, creating the Legion of Doom. To this end, Grodd helped Lex Luthor escape from prison, and secured Luthor's services in Grodd's employ by promising Luthor the last piece of Brainiac, a cube which contained Brainiac's entire computer code, from which Luthor could reconstitute his "partner". Grodd also installed psychic feguards in each of his allies' minds; if they were ever in a situation where his plans could be revealed, their brains would automatically "short circuit" and shut down, wiping their memories and leaving them comatose. Grodd also freed Tala from the mirror Felix Faust tricked her into, winning her loyalty and affection in the process. Their relationship turns romantic, and in a later episode, it is even hinted that their relationship is sexual, marking the second human woman with whom Grodd had had such a relationship.

After the Legion recovered various artifacts and devices (including the Heart of Nanda Parbat), Grodd had his Society invade Gorilla City. Taking control of its advanced shield generator, Grodd finally revealed his grand scheme: With the Heart boosting its power and a DNA sequencer installed in its circuitry, the generator would broadcast a signal to turn all of humanity into apes. Grodd succeeded in his plan, but his smug assurance of victory would be his undoing. Moments after Tala teleported Grodd, Luthor, and herself away, the Justice League arrived and destroyed the device, reverting everyone on Earth back to normal.

Back at Grodd's headquarters, Luthor was so disgusted with Grodd's plan that he incapacitated Grodd by shooting him with a non-lethal weapon and took over the Legion (which Luthor was planning to do eventually, but the sheer ridiculousness of Grodd's plan prompted him to bump up his schedule). To add insult to injury, Grodd was thrown into his own prison and left to watch Tala transfer her fickle affections towards Luthor within moments of his takeover.

Luthor kept Grodd alive for information on the Brainiac piece, even attempting to use his own mental technology to tear the information from the ape's head. However, due to the League's attempts to track Grodd and the Legion down (and some bad timing), Grodd became a circuit that caused Luthor and the Flash to switch minds. Grodd was immediately aware of the switch, but chose to keep quiet for his own amusement, having decided to see how long the Flash could keep up the ruse before being discovered and torn apart by the Legion.

After many fruitless attempts to get Luthor's attention away from Brainiac and possibly seduce him, Tala decided to go back to Grodd, who, although initially skeptical to help her due to her treachery, ended up deciding to help her when he realized that she really intended to turn on Luthor. She freed him from his cell, and the two led a mutiny against Luthor. The Society was effectively split into two factions: Grodd's loyalists and Luthor's loyalists. While the two sides fought a full-blown civil war, Grodd and Lex had a one-on-one fight that Grodd clearly dominated. Unfortunately, the gorilla's arrogance worked against him.

Despite having Luthor at his mercy, the latter's taunts goaded Grodd into using his mental powers, hoping to dominate Luthor's mind. The moment Grodd activated his telepathy, Luthor used a failsafe device to turn Grodd's own powers back against him. Under Luthor's control, Grodd bowed before his rival and walked forward into an airlock. For the final insult, Luthor released his reflected control on Grodd. Outraged at being outsmarted (least of all, by a human), the gorilla expressed his regret of recruiting Luthor. Luthor gave his farewells to Grodd just before opening the airlock. Glaring impotently at the treacherous human, Grodd swore revenge before being sucked out into space, never to be seen again. It's completely unknown what happened to him after this, as the series ended soon after, but it's likely that he died, as, like humans, gorillas cannot breathe in space.

Angelo Bend A.K.A. Angle Man

Angle Man (real name: Angelo Bend) is a supervillain in DC comics and an enemy of Wonder Woman.

Angle Man first appears in Justice League Unlimited as part of the Legion of Doom. His only lines are in the episode "The Great Brain Robbery". In the series final he is shown siding with Gorilla Grodd during the mutiny and was later shown strangling Heat Wave during the fight. When the mutiny failed he along with most of the other traitors were killed.

He also appeared in Batman: The Brave and the Bold episode "Joker the Vile and the Villainous" in a bar where all the villains hang out.

Atomic Skull

Atomic Skull is the name of two different DC Comics supervillains, with the first being Dr. Albert Michaels, and the second being college student Joseph Martin. The were enemies of Superman and later the Justice League, and have radioactive powers.

Atomic Skull and Albert Michaels was created by Gerry Conway and Curt Swan, as Joseph Martin was created by Roger Stern and Bob McLeod.

In Justice League Unlimited, the Joseph Martin version of the Atomic Skull was Wildcat's main opponent at Roulette's Meta-Brawl until Green Arrow and Black Canary interrupted the match. Atomic Skull later returns as a member of Gorilla Grodd's Secret Society, and sides with Luthor during the mutiny during the two-part series finale; he survives Darkseid's attack.

He and Luthor insisted that the surviving villains help the heroes during the defense of Earth against the forces of Apokolips, fights alongside Hawkgirl and Steel II, and is last seen taking advantage of the 'five-minute head start' the Justice League grants the surviving villains at the end of the final episode.

He is voiced by Lex Lang, who also voiced Captain Cold and Heat Wave in Justice League Unlimited, Doctor Doom in The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes and Marvel Heroes, and voices Dr. Neo Cortex in the Crash Bandicoot series and Goku Black.

He later appeared in Young Justice, helping the Injustice League power their giant mutant plant created by Poison Ivy. When the team and the gang fought outside he stayed inside their base helping the Joker control the plant. When the plant was destroyed he helped the rest of the villains fight the team but was later captured by the Justice League.

In Superman vs. The Elite, he was voiced by Dee Bradley Baker, who also voiced Gravemind in Halo 2 and Halo 3, General RAAM in Gears of War, Letz Shake in No More Heroes, and Ra's al Ghul in Batman: Arkham City.

In Justice League vs. Teen Titans, he was voiced by Rick Wasserman, who also voiced Weather Wizard and Solomon Grundy in the film, Absorbing Man, Surtur, Ymir in Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes.

Bizarro

Bizarro is a character in DC Comics. He is a dimwitted and imperfect clone of Superman who desires to become a hero like his counterpart, although, due to the fact that he perceives everything as the opposite of what it really is, his "heroic" actions usually end up doing more harm than good. Likewise, Bizarro has been portrayed as a tragic villain, an anti-hero, or even a protagonist in many different adaptations and iterations over the years.

Bizarro appeared in Superman the Animated Series as a prototype for an army of Superman clones being manufactured by Lex Luthor. He attempted to be a hero, but was far to destructive to be of any real help. Superman usually showed up to fix Bizarro's "heroic actions". Bizarro then attacked the laboratory in frustration causing it to self destruct. Bizarro, unknown to Superman, survived the explosion and wandered aimlessly ending up at the Fortress of Solitude. While there he destroyed the place and was convinced by the Brainiac orb to be the real Superman. Deciding he needed to rebuild Krypton, he returned to Metropolis and began destroying and rearranging it to look more like "his home planet". Superman intervened once again.

Superman, feeling bad for Bizarro's miserable life, took him to a new planet that could sustain life, but nothing lived there except one creature. Bizarro made this creature his pet, dubbing it Krypto, and was happy there until Mister Mxyzptlk arrived. He convinced Bizarro that Superman put him there out of jealousy. Bizarro returned to earth and battled Superman again. Superman convinced Bizarro Mxyzptlk had tricked him, and Bizarro was returned to his homeworld. At some point, for reasons never explained, Bizarro returned to earth and teamed up with Giganta to break Gorilla Grodd out of prison. Wonder Woman and Longshadow stopped them. He would later be a member of Grodd's Legion of Doom.

Mark Desmond A.K.A. Blockbuster

Blockbuster is a strong supervillain in DC Comics. He is an enemy of the Justice League.

Mark Desmond was a chemist who desired to become stronger and began experimenting on himself to try and increase his strength. he eventually created a serum that gave him body he wanted, but also transformed him into a mindless brute; incapable of speech. Mark was cared for by his brother Roland Desmond, who used him to commit crimes until they were stopped by Batman and Robin. Since then, Mark found himself opposing the Caped Crusader on various occasions and became a member of the Secret Society of Super Villains during a battle with the Justice League.

Robert DuBois A.K.A. Bloodsport

Bloodsport is the name of three DC Comics supervillains, all of them are enemies of Superman. Bloodsport was created by John Byrne and first appeared in Superman Vol #4 (1987).

Robert DuBois was born and raised in Metropolis, and albeit not much is known about his family, he grew up with his brother, Michael "Mickey" DuBois, and the two of them were very close. As a young man, DuBois was drafted, as many others, into the US Army to go to Vietnam. Robert didn't have any particular moral objection to the war, but he was afraid of dying nevertheless: rather than joining his peers on the battlefield, he preferred to flee to Canada. What he couldn't imagine was that Mickey, wanting to save his brother's honor, reported for induction in his place, pretending to be Robert. Mickey went to war in his brother's place, but in Vietnam he was terribly wounded, and lost both arms and legs. As soon as he knew what had happened, Robert went mad with guilt: he blamed himself for what had happened to his brother, and quickly went insane. He became obsessed with Vietnam, and subjected himself to an intensive training as if he was actually going to war. He was locked in several psychiatric hospitals in Canada, but no doctor could help him with his fixation. Then, one man came with a "solution": Kimberley, so he introduced himself, played with his obsessions, convincing DuBois that a new war had to be fought, one even more important than Vietnam, a war for humanity. The enemy was but one: Superman, the alien that was humiliating humanity with every single breath he took. Kimberley equipped Robert with an arsenal of futuristic weapons, weapons he could access to thanks to a teleportation device, and sent him to Metropolis to fight the war he never attended to.

As it's easy to guess, the entire operation was orchestrated by Lex Luthor, but the mastermind failed in underestimating DuBois' madness. Finally with guns in hand, Robert renamed himself Bloodsport, and became convinced that he was a war veteran. Shouting that he had been wounded along with his brother in Vietnam, Bloodsport started shooting on civilians guilty of "wasting" the freedom he and his brother had been fighting so hard for. Before Superman arrived, he had already killed 25 innocent bystanders. The Man of Steel, however, was caught off-guard the moment Bloodsport shot him with a gun equipped with Green Kryptonite ammo. Badly wounded, the hero was saved only by the photographer Jimmy Olsen, who held Bloodsport at gunpoint long enough for Superman to escape and look for medical attention. In the meanwhile, even Lex Luthor had become horrified by the useless carnage, and he had his men rescue Olsen and help him track down the one man who could put a stop to Bloodsport's mayhem: his brother Mickey. As soon as his adversaries vanished, however, Bloodsport resumed his man-hunt, until Superman came back once again, after having received some medical treatment. Realizing the psycho was using a teleporting device to summon his weapons, the Man of Steel used his heat vision to ionize the air around Bloodsport's gloves, thus preventing him from teleporting any other weapon, but the madman then threatened to detonate his backpack, in a blast that would have destroyed half of the city. Luckily, Jimmy Olsen arrived right in that moment, along with Mickey on a wheelchair. The veteran begged his brother to stop and Bloodsport, upon seeing him, surrendered, once again guilt-ridden. Arrested, Robert DuBois was sent to Stryker's Island Penitentiary, but this wasn't the last time people trembled at the name of Bloodsport.

Leonard Snart A.K.A. Captain Cold

Leonard Snart, better known as Captain Cold, is a major antagonist of the Flash comics and media. He served as one of the Flash's archenemies alongside Gorilla Grodd and Professor Zoom as one of the main antagonists of the Flash franchise mostly involving story arcs with him as the leader of his group the Rogues as the antagonists.

He appears in the show Justice League Unlimited in the episode "Flash and Substance" where he conspires with his fellow rouges about killing the Flash. They all do bad until he decides that they should all attack him at a museum. Later they all attack Batman, Flash, and Orion. During the fight he and Captain Boomerang severely hurt and nearly kill Orion but he escapes. Eventually one of his beams ricochets onto him, freezing him and is later taken to jail. In this show he is voiced by Lex Lang.

Priscilla Rich A.K.A. Cheetah

The Cheetah is the name of four villains in the DC Universe, although the current Cheetah, Barbara Ann Minerva, is the best-known version of the character. She is the archenemy of Wonder Woman.

The Golden Age Cheetah was socialite Priscilla Rich. Jealous of Wonder Woman (the Golden Age version, later retconned to be Wonder Woman's mother, Hippolyta)'s fame, Priscilla was driven to villainy by her second personality, the Cheetah. Donning a cheetah costume, Priscilla became Wonder Woman's archnemesis, until her retirement, and eventual death.

Nathan Prince A.K.A. Copperhead

Copperhead is a supervillain in the DC comics and an enemy of Batman.

Nathan Prince was a mentally unstable child who tried to drown his brother out of jealousy and even attempted to kill his parents. He eventually ran away and became a male prostitute, killing the people after he performed his services for them. Somehow, and it is unknown how, he came to possess the Copperhead costume and thus acquired Copperhead's powers. He would join the Terror Titans, a supervillain team led by Temple Fugate, a.k.a. Clock King. Copperhead was among the fighters in Clock King's Dark Side Club and was tasked with watching the injured TNTeena. He fell in love with her, and a disgusted Clock King forces him to kill her. The Terror Titans were sent with an army of metahumans from the Dark Side Club to destroy Los Angeles. They were defeated and imprisoned by the Teen Titans, except Copperhead, who would break them out of prison. The Terror Titans then swore revenge on Clock King for leaving them in prison.

Devil Ray

Devil Ray is a supervillain from Justice League Unlimited. He is also an alternate version of Black Manta (due to copyright issues at the time). He was a sadistic pirate recruited by Grodd to do various missions, but they would end up in failure due the Justice League's interventions.

Devil Ray was voiced by Michael Beach, who portrayed Black Manta's father Jesse Kane, in the DC extended universe film Aquaman.

Devil Ray was a infamous pirate, and either created or stole a powersuit to use to go deeper underwater, or fight off the authorities. He was known to be a sadistic thief, as he states that he has killed many people, either to survive or for his own benefit.

He was recruited by Grodd to join the Legion of Doom, and was tasked to do various missions with the other members. In his first known mission for the Legion, Devil Ray, along with Giganta and Killer Frost, were sent to retrieve the newly-discovered corpse of Prince Jon, a Viking Prince supposedly rendered invulnerable by the Norse God Odin, for the purpose of reverse-engineering that invulnerability for the Legion's own members.

The group were sent to collect the prince from a melting glacier, but were intercepted by Wonder Woman and the team. Devil Ray fought Wonder Woman underwater, and was easily defeated despite being in his "natural environment". The mission was a failure and his whole team was taken into custody through the collective efforts of the Justice League, Special Agent King Faraday's team, and the U.S. Navy.

Within weeks, Devil Ray escaped prison and was back with the Legion, and had his suit and abilities augmented by Lex Luthor. His next mission was to spearhead an attack on the Temple of Nanda Parbat, where he seemingly killed the master, and stole the Heart of Nanda Parbat.

Devil Ray earned himself the ire of Deadman for killing his mentor, and the latter was set out on taking back the Heart, and avenge the deaths of all the monks at the shrine. During the siege on Gorilla City, Devil Ray found himself up against Wonder Woman, whom Deadman possessed to exact his revenge. Deadman beat him within an inch of his life, but spared him, deciding vengeance would only go against his master's beliefs.

Devil Ray was confused on his near death, and believed that Wonder Woman attempted to murder him, and decided to target her despite the Legion being thwarted. When ready to kill Wonder Woman, Deadman possessed Batman and used a nearby gun to shoot him. The blast knocked Devil Ray backward and into an electrical conduit, where the energy that was released killed him. His accidental death (Deadman only intended to stop him, not kill him) unbalanced Deadman's karmic scale, and the spirit was forced to remain on this plane until he had atoned despite having restore the monks' souls.

John Dee A.K.A. Doctor Destiny

Doctor Destiny is a supervillain in the DC comics and a rogue enemy of the Justice League. There have been other characters with the same name, but John Dee is most well known incarnation.

Doctor Destiny appears as a villain in Justice League. His origins are altered somewhat for the TV series. In the Justice League episode "Only a Dream", John Dee is a small-time criminal. Formerly a low-level employee of LexCorp, Dee was arrested after the Justice League caught him guarding smuggled weapons. Sentenced to a lengthy prison term, Dee blamed the Justice League for ruining his life and fantasized about destroying them, and being welcomed by the other super villains as the greatest of them all.

In prison, Dee offered himself as a test subject for the Materioptikon, in this series a device that would affect a person's mental power. On learning that his wife was leaving him, Dee's obsession with destroying the League increased. During a mass breakout, while the League and the police were busy with the other prisoners, Dee hooked himself up the Materioptikon and turned it to full power. Escaping the prison, he discovered he now had the power to enter human minds while they slept and manipulate their dreams. The police and the JL were unconcerned with his escape, believing him to be an unimportant criminal. Dee decided to live out his fantasies for real, and gave himself the name Dr. Destiny, and created an illusory skull-faced appearance.

Dee's first act was to take revenge on his former wife Penny. Invading her dreams, he trapped her in her sleep, and, it is strongly implied, tortured her so severely that she died in her sleep. He then entered the minds of the Justice League members, trapping each of them in their own nightmare where they would either die or go mad.

The Flash dreamed that he was unable to slow down, to the point that the entire world is frozen around him forever. Green Lantern dreamed that he had become an outsider, and all of his friends and neighbors now saw him as a stranger and were unable to understand him. Superman became trapped in a nightmare that his powers grew beyond his control and began taking the lives of everyone he cared for. And Hawkgirl dreamed that her wings were locked together and that she was buried alive in a coffin. Only J'onn J'onzz and Batman stayed awake to trace the crisis to Dee.

While J'onn entered the sleeping Leaguer's minds to guide them out, Batman fought off exhaustion to trace Dee to his hideout in an abandoned warehouse. Using a commercial jingle to block Dr. Destiny from his mind, Batman was able to confront him and beat him in hand to hand combat.

Dr. Destiny later joins forces with the Legion of Doom in Justice League Unlimited.

Neal Emerson A.K.A. Doctor Polaris

Doctor Polaris (also known as Neal Emerson) is a villain in DC Comics. He was raised by an abusive father but later revealed to be his aunt which drove him to become evil. He had a childhood interest in magnets which also drove him to create his suit which has magnetic powers. He was later killed but was resurrected as a Black Lantern.

He first appears in the episode "I am Legion" where he helps Lex Luthor and The Key break into a top secret abandoned military facility. Although some Justice League members such as The Flash and Fire show up and try to stop them they all get away and go back to the Legion of Doom. He later appears in "The Great Brain Robbery" having serious doubts about Luthor's leadership to the point of wanting to overthrow him. Regardless he aids the Legion in their plot but gets foiled but the League. At their headquarters they capture Luthor because it was Flash who switched bodies with him. When they switched back Polaris tried to threaten Luthor but he overode his powers whether he is killed or not is unclear.

Lester Buschinsky A.K.A. Electrocutioner

He appears in the show Justice League Unlimited in the episode "Grudge Match" as part of Roulette's Meta - Brawl. He later makes a few cameos as part of the Legion of Doom. In the series finale "Alive" he is shown siding against Luthor during the mutany and is blown up by Darkseid in the end.

Evil Star

Evil Star is a supervillain in the DC Comics universe. He is an enemy of the following heroes and other fictional characters: Green Lantern (Hal Jordan), the Green Lantern Corps, the Guardians of the Universe, the Darkstars, Ferrin Colos, Guy Gardner, Sister Sercy, the Justice Society of America and the Justice League.

Resolving to conquer death itself, a scientist of the planet Aoran developed the "Star Band", a device that would lengthen the lifespan of the wearer and possibly to that of the very stars themselves. However, the scientist had not considered the possibility of any side effects. Unfortunately, the device caused anyone who came into contact with it to commit only evil acts. Years later, the being who now called himself Evil Star laughed as his wife and son grew old, while he remained young. Occasionally, he would remove the star band and shun its evil ways, but he feared death more than his own self-hatred. In the end, he always put the band on again.

Eventually the people of Aoran could stand his evil no longer. They warred against Evil Star but failed to defeat him and he killed them all for getting in his way. Seeking new worlds to conquer, Evil Star realized he would soon have to eliminate the Guardians of the Universe who would naturally oppose him. Though his star band was a weapon of almost limitless potential, Evil Star also produced five Starlings - artificial, miniature, virtually mindless clones who were almost as strong as Evil Star himself and utterly invulnerable, as well.

Thus armed, Evil Star attacked the Guardians but was ultimately defeated by Hal Jordan, the Green Lantern of Space Sector 2814 and imprisoned. Evil Star has escaped on several occasions, but each time he has battled the Emerald Gladiator, he has lost and been returned to his Sciencell. When the Green Lantern Central Power Battery imploded after the "death" of the renegade Sinestro, Evil Star was one of the many interstellar criminals who escaped imprisonment on Oa. While Hal Jordan was occupied on Oa, Evil Star fled to Earth and joined forces with Goldface. The two rogues were able to briefly separate the Lantern from his power battery but even together they could not defeat their mutual enemy. While Goldface escaped, Evil Star was re-captured and placed in a rehabilitation community overseen by the Guardians.

Sometime later, Evil Star would be transferred to a low-level security facility for further rehabiliation. He had been making great strides in his progress in renouncing his evil ways and his want for immortality and power was giving way to feelings of guilt and remorse. Unfortunately, during an experimental treatment procedure, his dormant subconscious urges resurfaced and the previously directionless Starlings were given a new purpose to focus on - freeing their master. Upon his escape, Darkstars and Green Lanterns alike were called in to apprehend the villain After fighting off the Starlings and the villain himself, the heroes were able to apprehend Evil Star and take him into custody. During the Underworld Unleashed series, Evil Star was freed by Neron and given enhanced Starlings in exchange for giving Neron his soul. Still, Evil Star was defeated once more by Ferrin Colos and Guy Gardner and returned to confinement. With his most recent escape, Evil Star has been revealed as the secret manipulator behind Black Hand's transformation through experiments performed by Kroloteans. He has also been mentioned as oppressing the home world of Blue Lantern Sister Sercy.

Garfield Lynns A.K.A. Firefly

Garfield Lynns, also known as Firefly, is an antagonist from DC Comics, most often going against Batman, Robin, and Green Arrow. He is a pyromaniac, but during one of his fires he got caught in the flames. He has several severe burns across his body, and now wears a flame-retardant suit to keep this from happening again.

As a child, Garfield Lynns grew up at St. Evangelina Home for Orphans. He was never adopted because of his tendency to be a troublemaker. Although he always had the support of sister Amanda, whom was fond of him. Year later, Garfield became a pyrotechnics expert working on motion pictures at Gotham City, until he became a victim of poverty and turned to crime. Lynns originally took up arson as a hobby, but began seeing visions in the fires he caused and eventually became obsessed with it. Garfield decided to embrace his pyromania, constructing a flamethrower, jetpack and fire-resistant jumpsuit before attempting his first robbery as Firefly.

Firefly's history was altered for the New 52. In this continuity, the original Firefly is a pyromaniac named Ted Carson who wore a robotic suit to achieve flight and spread fires. At some point Ted was seemingly killed, allowing someone else to take up the mantle of Firefly. Nightwing found reasoned to believe that this new Firefly had to be former pyrotechnician Garfield Lynns, who may have been motivated by revenge after being fired from his job by his ex-girlfriend and film actress Cindy Cooke. However, he soon discovers that Ted Carson had faked his death and Garfield was a victim of his crimes.

Firefly's history was further altered as a result of DC Rebirth. In the revised timeline, Garfield Lynns served as Firefly during a past gang war between the Joker and Riddler. However, Ted Carson would still eventually take up the mantle himself. Much later, it is revealed that Ted was grooming a protégé named Bridget Pike, who also goes by the name Lady Firefly.

This version of Garfield Lynns was a pyrotechnition obsessed with popstar Cassidy, whom he briefly dated. After intentionally rigging a pyrotechnics display to run wild during one of her concerts, he went into hiding to develop a special fireproof flight suit. Calling himself Firefly, he stalked Cassidy, burning down a music club she helped finance and ultimately kidnapping her. His ultimate plan was to flood the Gotham sewers with highly flammable gel and dissappear with her during the ensuing firestorm.

Along with seven other assassins, Lynns was offered a $50,000,000 reward if he were to kill the Batman on a Christmas Eve night by Gotham's most feared mobster, Black Mask.

He planted a quadruplet of bombs around a Gotham bridge in order to lure the Bat out of the shadows. It was successful, forcing Batman to visit the bridge, but the bombs were quickly disabled and Firefly himself was defeated, having his scarred, burnt face revealed via a visor cracking family of punches that knocked the pyromaniac unconscious and ready to be arrested by the GCPD.

The Firefly does not appear in the game Batman: Arkham Asylum. One of the Riddler's riddles revolves around him. He has an entry in the Character Bios. His profile states: A pyromaniac, Garfield Lynns began as a petty criminal but soon graduated to major crimes centering around arson, torching huge parts of Gotham in the process. But his fires soon raged out of control, leaving him horribly scarred by one of his own blazes. His body is almost fully covered with burns, and he now wears a full-body flame-retardant suit when he is out pursuing his criminal interests between bouts of incarceration in Blackgate.

Years later, Lynns returned to Gotham and join Scarecrow's militia of villains. His job was to incinerate firestations in Gotham. As Batman encounters him at the first firestation, Firefly is seen flying outside of the building, telling Batman he defeated once a long time ago before flying away on his jetpack. Batman pursues Firefly in his Batmobile. As soon as he got close enough to him, he ejects and beats Firefly on the ground. Firefly manages to escape on his jetpack after that. After Firefly burns down a third firestation, Batman pursues him one more time and manages to put him behind at Gotham City Police Station.

James Craddock A.K.A. Gentleman Ghost

James Craddock, better known as Gentleman Ghost, is a supervillain from DC comics who varies between being a criminal who pretends to be a ghost or an actual spirit - in both forms he is a criminal and can perform a number of spectral abilities that make him tricky to combat (such as his ability to phase through solid matter): as well as being in the comics he has appeared in the DC animated universe as a minor villain in Justice League.

James Craddock was born in the late 1800s to a rich father who soon abandoned both Craddock and his mother leaving them to make it on their own, as Craddock grew he wanted to make his mother proud and promised to give her all the money and jewels she could possibly want. Trying to make enough for both them originally Craddock became a pickpocket but his mother grew ill and died while still young. Left with no parents or anyone close Craddock continued to be pickpocket and eventually become a highwayman though he is told by a person known as the Gypsy Queen that he would die by hanging but unable to pass on to the afterlife, the Gypsy Queen also told him he would fight a group of his greatest enemies centuries later which should he win the duel he'd be returned to life.

Hearing this Craddock believed her crazy but travelled to the United States of America not long after. There he continued as a highwayman until he as captured by a pair of gunslingers known as Nighthawk and Cinnamon, due to Nighthawk mistaking Craddock as a attempted rapist he had Craddock hung. Due to the strange circumstances and the fact he was executed under false circumstances Craddock returned as a ghost, he is informed he was cursed to be unable to pass on the afterlife until his executioners pass on but also informed they themselves are forced to reincarnate upon death. Realizing he is doomed to never pass on Craddock takes the alias Gentleman Ghost and starts to continue to be a thief to keep himself entertained.

Over the centuries he has come across many heroes who he fought due to the thrill awaiting the day he could be reborn. Eventually that day arrives and he gains help from his deceased mother in the form of her giving him the ability to summon spirits of the fallen enemies of his own adversaries. He continues to fight the Justice League but soon finds himself being vulnerable to Stargirl who as a virgin he can't attack without a material object yet get attacked himself and Wildcat who as a descendent of royalty can attack him as well. At the end of the fight Wildcat seems to be able to banish Gentleman Ghost to the afterlife though unlikely it would be permanent due to Gentleman Ghost's curse.

Doris Zeul A.K.A. Giganta

Giganta, real name Doris Zuel, is a size-shifting supervillain from DC Comics who is a frequent enemy of Wonder Woman as well as the Justice League.

Originally little more than an ape she was artificially evolved by Gorilla Grodd into a human female (both in appearance and mannerism): she in turn became very devoted to him and also gained the ability to grow to gigantic heights at will.

This served to make Giganta a formidable opponent to any hero in the DC universe and although she began her career as somewhat of a savage complete with leopard-skin clothing she would evolve into a much more refined woman, albeit still a dangerous criminal, as the series and comics went on.

It is worth noting that their are many variations of Giganta depending on the era or writer and her origin varied greatly as do her powers depending on who writes her - though modern writers tend to stick with the size-shifting hyper-evolved ape (this is also the version that was made popular in the cartoon series Justice League).

Another popular version of Giganta was in Superfriends, where she was shown as the rival to Apache Chief, and was present as his super heroic debut. She had been an ordinary woman horseback riding when she saw the effect of the magic powder, and desired to use it to become famous.

She stole the bag of powder from Apache Chief when he was busy. Although warned by Apache Chief's sachem to leave it alone as the effects multiply emotions, she ignored the warning. True to form, her selfishness was multiplied along with her size, and she became an evil giantess.

Keith Kenyon A.K.A. Goldface

Keith Kenyon was a political sciences student who was exposed to a chest of gold that had been affected by toxic waste. As a result of exposure, he gained superhuman strength and invulnerability. The gold also gave him a golden glow, apparently as a side effect of the serum. Of course, being close enough to yellow meant that Green Lantern's power ring could not affect him directly, making him particularly formidable against the super-hero. Deciding to rebel against the wishes of his father, a prominent labor union organizer, he began stealing gold around Coast City, which led to his defeat by Green Lantern. He began to refine his criminal ways by wearing gold-plated armor and using a "gold-gun" which sprays liquid gold. After many clashes with Green Lantern, Kenyon decided to change his motif and ruthlessly began taking over criminal empires.

He eventually moved to Central City and became a foe of the Flash, Barry Allen. In recent years he apparently let go of his villanous ways. After serving his time, he moved to Keystone City and, following in his father's footsteps, became an honest Commissioner of Union 242. Overtime, his elixir has slowly turned his skin into an organic golden flesh.

In Justice League Unlimited, Goldface (voiced by an uncredited Lex Lang) appears as a recent member of Gorilla Grodd's Secret Society when he is seen during the raid on Gorilla City turning the gorillas into gold. When the Secret Society holds a meeting with Luthor to discuss their plans, Luthor makes an example out of Goldface and uses a device on his belt to hurt Goldface's face. He survived, for he was then seen during the mutiny within the Secret Society, when he sided against Gorilla Grodd and was subsequently frozen by Killer Frost, along with the other mutineers.

Mick Rory A.K.A. Heatwave

Mick Rory, better known as Heat Wave, is a supervillain from The Flash comics and media. He first appeared in The Flash #140. (November, 1963) and was created by John Broome and Carmine Infantino.

Even at a young age, Mick Rory was a thorough pyromaniac. He set his house on fire and burned his family alive. He attempted to get a job at the circus as a fire eater, but eventually, he wound up setting the circus on fire. He, later, set out on a life of crime and taking the name of Heat Wave.

Roderick Rose A.K.A. Hellgrammite

An unnamed Hellgrammite (originally known as Roderick Rose in the comics) is a villain in the DC comics and the first season of the TV show Supergirl. As every member of it's species, it has the ability to shapeshift.

Roderick Rose was an entymologist who injected himself with several mutagens transforming himself into a grasshopper like monster. He gained super strength, leaping ability and could create cocoons. His initial scheme was to create an army of less powerful Hellgrammites to serve him, but he was stopped by Batman and Creeper. He was later hired to kill Lex Luthor, but was defeated again by Superman. After this he sold his soul to the demon Neron for enhanced powers. He has since joined Intergang as an assassin for hire, clashing repeatedly with Superman. He appeared in the animated series Justice League Unlimited as a fighter in Roulette's Metabrawl, and later a member of the Legion of Doom. He also appeared in the show Batman the Brave and the Bold where he was almost managed to defeat Batman but was ultimately foiled by The Creeper.

The Hellgrammite is described as an insect capable of taking any shape it wants. As it's body is not carbon based but depending on chlorine, it is forced to break into chemical facilities to find DDT, the material closest to its food source.

The Hellgrammite was arrested by Krypton's military guild, brought before Alura Zor-El, and sentenced to Fort Rozz. After Fort Rozz's crash to Earth, the Hellgrammite escaped along with the rest of its fellow convicts.

On earth, the Hellgrammite is at first seen at Plastino Chemicals, tampering with a vat of chemicals. It is found by a security guard who calls backup after the Hellgrammite can't show any ID. When the guard draws his gun, the Hellgrammite dislodges its jaw and screams at the guard, causing the terrified man to run away. The Hellgrammite swiftly catches up to the guard, jumps onto him and kills him, leaving the body behind.

It is later confronted by two of General Astra's men and Astra herself. Astra reveals that the Hellgrammite will make perfect bait for Kara and orders the Hellgrammite to kill her. After finding out about the DDT, the DEO sets a trap for the Hellgrammite by driving a truck full of DDT about the highway. Indeed the Hellgrammite soon smells the DDT and jumps onto the truck. When the DEO agents start shooting at the Hellgrammite out of their car, the Hellgrammite lunges stingers drawn from its own body at the agents, jumps onto their car and grabs Alex, a DEO agent and Kara's foster sister. It delivers Alex to Astra, hoping that this would mean that Astra would leave it alone.

While Astra fought against Supergirl, the Hellgrammite tried to kill Alex with one of its stingers but Alex dodged the blow and stabbed the Hellgrammite into the heart with its own stinger, killing it.

Jack Napier A.K.A. The Joker

The novelization of Batman: Mask of the Phantasm indicates that the man who went to become the Joker was born around 1948, being 35 around the time of the flashback events of the movie, whose present time is 1993. He became a criminal at some point to make a living, a profession which would last for the rest of his life. It's unknown what the Joker's real name was, and while it's suggested to have been Jack Napier, it's possible that this may have been another alias, as he took several during his career. The reason is possibly to avoid getting detected by the police.

By 1983, the Joker was an unnamed assassin and chauffeur working for Salvatore Valestra, Buzz Bronski and Chuckie Sol, the high-ranking members of the Valestra mob. When Carl Beaumont, a businessman who had embezzled from the Valestra mob, was unable to pay them back, he accompanied his boss and associates to pay a visit to Beaumont, who asked Valestra one more day. Valestra reluctantly agreed, but unknown to him, Carl and his daughter Andrea fled the country that same night.

Over the years, Carl reunited the necessary money and paid Salvatore back, but he anyway ordered his hitman to take out Beaumont to make him pay with blood for his delay. Although they didn't know where exactly Carl and Andrea were hiding in Europe, they got the help of Carl's former employee Arthur Reeves, who gave them their location in exchange of funding for his councilman campaign. The man did it and after killing Beaumont, he left the house just when Andrea arrived after buying groceries, which she dropped upon seeing him. He took an apple and ate it as Andrea entered into the house and cried for her father.

Eventually, he left the Valestras and formed his own gang. One night, they robbed the Ace Chemical plant but Batman arrived, and in the ensuing scuffle, the thug fell into a vat of chemicals. The chemicals inside the vat beached his skin white, turned his hair green, made his lips bright red and completely warped and destroyed his sanity, transforming him into the Joker. After taking up his new identity, Joker would establish himself as one of the main criminal powers in Gotham and became a recurring enemy of Batman. During one instance, while placed in Arkham Asylum, the Joker manipulated his psychologist Doctor Harleen Quinzel into falling in love with him, driving her to join his gang as Harley Quinn, his chief flunky.

As the Joker, he pulled numerous schemes for both his own amusement and for personal profit, such as a Christmas-themed kidnapping of Commissioner Gordon, Summer Gleeson and Harvey Bullock ("Christmas with The Joker"), filling Gotham City with his laughing gas using a garbage boat ("The Last Laugh"), planting dynamite at the birthday party of Mayor Hill's son ("Be A Clown"), poisoning all of Gotham's fish with his toxins and trying to copyright them ("The Laughing Fish") and escaping Arkham to blow up a casino that was using his name sake ("The Joker's Wild"), but Batman and Robin always managed to defeat him and send him back to Arkham.

In "Joker's Favor", Joker tried to blackmail a man named Charlie Collins after he encountered him on the highway, and threatened to kill his family if he didn't help him in his scheme to kill Commissioner Gordon during an award ceremony. Collins ended up getting the better of the cowardly psychopath, using one of his own fake explosives to trick him into giving up everything he knew about his family to Batman.

In "Almost Got 'Im", Joker, Penguin, Two-Face, Killer Croc, and Poison Ivy get together and play poker, remarking on the times in which they had nearly killed Batman. Joker, believing his story was the best, saved it for last, mocking the stories of his fellow criminals. When it was his turn, Joker pulls out a portable television set and played a recording of his failed attempt. In the tape, Joker and Harley Quinn had taken over Late Night Gotham Live, captured Batman and tried to electrocute him on live TV with an electric chair powered by the forced laughter of the kidnapped studio audience, but this attempt was foiled by Catwoman. Due to only being foiled by the appearance of Catwoman, all the other villains agree that Joker had the best story, while he simultaneously wins the poker game (by cheating). Joker then reveals that he had kidnapped Catwoman and was planning to kill her by turning her into cat food as revenge for her ruining his plan, although, he is then immediately knocked out by Batman (who was disguised as Croc the entire time) .

In the movie Batman: Mask of the Phantasm , a vigilante called The Phantasm came to Gotham and, one by one, killed the mob leaders Joker had once worked for. Batman was accused of these crimes, but the Joker doubted this and set up a trap to kill the Phantasm before he himself was targeted. Joker eventually managed to find out that the killer wasn't Batman at all and that Andrea Beaumont, daughter of the embezzler he once killed on mob orders, had taken up the identity of the Phantasm. He fought the Phantasm, but she vanished to escape in an explosion, taking the laughing Joker with her. It remained unknown what happened to him after this. But he survived off-screen and went back to do what he does best — fighting Batman and terrorizing Gotham City with his deadly jokes.

In Trial, along with other inmates in Arkham Asylum, Joker ran a sham trial for Batman with the inmates as judge and jury.

The Joker later gotten a hold of an atomic bomb, taken the mayor hostage (although this was one of the very few times that he showed affection towards Harley when he realized that she had enough 'guts' to kill him), and even tried to succeed as a stand-up comedian while ruining three comedians' acts for revenge on their judgment of him as unfunny — something he could never forgive. After this, he tried to destroy all Gotham City with his henchmen, but Batman, Robin and Harley Quinn destroyed his plane and defeated him.

Becoming broke and desperate, Joker and Harley Quinn stole a statue of a Chinese Dragon that turned out to be forged from Kryptonite. Using this, Joker traveled to Metropolis and put himself for hire for one billion dollars to kill Superman. Lex Luthor agreed to Joker's deal. Batman eventually fought The Joker along with the Man of Steel. Then, Joker began to annoy Luthor when he demanded to be paid more to kill both superheroes. While attempting to betray Luthor (who needless to say, had also tried to betray him) The Joker ended up fighting the World's Finest in an aircraft, the explosion of which seemed to killing him, though his body was never recovered. But he survived that fall and went back to terrorize Gotham again off screen.

He turned up alive, was captured, but was shocked when he inherited millions of dollars from a mob kingpin named Barlowe, who had always despised him. Through deception was incredibly and playing the Joker's ego and greed, Barlowe set up a trap. Joker almost literally bought his way to a clean criminal record and then lived the high life on what he believed to be hundreds of millions. It was eventually revealed that only the first ten million dollars were real, which the Joker not only blew through, but was now, as Barlowe's heir, in the sights of the IRS. Joker could not reveal and possesses him, he's been tricked without looking like the clown he was. Joker decided to pull off a heist to restart his enterprises (without using any of his calling cards or signature styles that would link him to the crime), but was foiled, like always, by Batman. As he is taken back to Arkham Asylum, Harley Quinn (disguised as a police officer) beats Joker up with a baton for abandoning her to be arrested by Batman and Batgirl in the beginning of the episode and replacing her with a Fake Harley, rather than bailing her out.

On the seventh year anniversary of the Joker's "birth", the Joker's actions turned reporter Jack Ryder into the Creeper. The Creeper, while heroic, mercilessly harassed Harley and Joker, to the point even Joker considered Creeper to be a lunatic, actually begging Batman to arrest him. Creeper captured Harley and defeated the Joker in a dump park, who was later taken in custody by Batman.

After this, Harley Quinn captured Batman and tried to kill him for obtain Joker's admiration, but he hit her and threw her through the window of the building in, believing that no one had the right to kill Batman but himself. Batman eventually frees himself and fights Joker on top of a monorail, and punched the Joker into the chimney of Ace Chemicals, apparently killing him. But for unknown reasons, he survived the mortal fall and sent some flowers and a note to Quinn.

The Joker later planned on forming a metahuman gang from the local mutants known as "Bang Babies". Villains such as Hotstreak and Talon eagerly joined his gang. However Batman, Robin, and Dakota's own resident hero Static teamed up and escaped the Joker's death trap, arresting the Clown Prince of Crime in the process. Joker tried to shock Batman with a joy-buzzer after his defeat, only for Static to not only ignore and absorb the buzzer's power, but shock the Joker right back, only worse. Joker and his gang was arrested after that.

Not wanting anything to do with Joker after their first encounter, Lex Luthor tried to keep him out of his Injustice Gang, but he is ultimately persuaded to relent by him after Copperhead is arrested and Joker provides knowledge on Batman. Using a tracking device Batman had planted on him, Joker lured Batman to the Injustice Gang's hideout and knocks him out. With Batman now captured, Joker urges Lex to let him kill Batman, but is frustrated when he is not allowed to and then proceeds to annoy Lex as he searches through Batman's utility belt. Joker then forces Batman to watch the expected destruction of the JLA's Watchtower, knowing that Luthor would give him permission to kill Batman if his plan succeeded, but it fails and Joker is not allowed to finish Batman yet again. Knowing Batman was swaying her to his way of thinking, Joker betrays and electrocutes Cheetah into unconsciousness. During the Gang's final confrontation with the JLA, Joker uses a trick exploding doll and several marbles to attack Flash and Wonder Woman, but quickly runs away when he realizes that he's outmatched. After the rest of the Gang is defeated, Joker rushes to the basement of their warehouse base to kill Batman, only to be knocked out by Batman, who states that he could have escaped their prison at any time he wanted, but chose to stay and watch on them instead.

He discovered and entered a secret government compound dubbed Section 12. At the time, it was under the supervision of the Cadmus Project, a federal initiative to procure defenses against the Justice League in case they ever went rogue. Joker arrived at the facility and killed the staff using his Joker Venom. He then freed their captives and fashioned them as a card deck hand, dubbing them his 'Royal Flush Gang'. During his time at the facility, the Joker also came across some of Project Cadmus' secret technology, and discovered a microchip that allowed it's user to copy their DNA.

Rather than use the technology early, the Joker decided to save the technology for another time. The Joker with his new team then left the facility before purchasing air time on several networks under the moniker of "Gwynplaine Entertainment" and broadcast a live feed of Las Vegas. The Joker secretly planted several dozen extremely powerful time-bombs all throughout the city, and threatened to blow up the entire city early if anyone but the Justice League tried to stop him. Though the Justice League manage to disarm the bombs and defeat the Royal Flush Gang, the bomb stunt was merely to attract viewers throughout the world. The real plan was to use the powers of the Gang's fifth member, Ace, who could drive people insane just by looking at them in person or on TV. The Joker then transmitted Ace's thought waves across the air to render everyone under a mass psychosis. Batman confronted the Joker alone, and despite almost being driven insane by Ace's powers and receiving vicious beatings from Joker, managed to reveal to Ace that the Joker held on to a special headband used to nullify Ace's powers by Project Cadmus. Ace, in anger, used her power on the Joker and temporarily incapacitated him, rendering him temporarily catatonic.

Years later, he planned one final joke on Batman after realizing the "game" was getting old. The Joker and Harley Quinn kidnapped Tim Drake (the current Robin and Dick Grayson's successor) after Tim saved an unknown woman from a criminal, unaware that it is a trap and subjected him to three weeks of torture and brainwashed him into becoming a small version of the Joker called Joker Junior, much to Batman and Batgirl's horror, also finding out all of Batman's secrets (including Batman's true identity) in the process. On top of that, he documented the whole interrogation with an old video projector and possibly slides (since he claimed he had them). Batman came to the abandoned Arkham Asylum and saw what had happened to Tim. In retaliation, Batman engaged in a bloody fight with the Joker (willing to break the Joker in two for his actions), only for the Joker to stab Batman in the knee and gloat over his success (in the edited version, he punches Batman off the edge and the blood was removed).

He gave a Bang-Flag gun to Tim to finish off the Dark Knight, but instead Tim focused his rage on the one who had broken him, and fatally shot the Joker, (in the edited version, he pushed Joker into liquids (possibly water), who slipped and grabbed the lever and pulled it down as he was slipping, electrocuting himself) and says to himself, "That's not funny! That's not..." before he dies. Tim then enters into a mental breakdown, crying whatever sanity he has left of himself as Barbara Gordon (the current Batgirl) comforts him.

The remains of the Joker were buried under Arkham, and Tim was given therapy to cope with his trauma. Commissioner Gordon learned of what happened and promised to keep it a secret, while it seemed Harley had fell into the bottomless pit and perished during the battle as well. The other people who also knew the incident were the Dark Knight's butler, Alfred Pennyworth and Bruce's first partner and the former Robin, Dick Grayson who has left for Bludhaven. One year later, Tim was finally recovered from his trauma, but Bruce forbade Tim from being Robin again and swore that he will never endanger another young partner again. Tim soon left after this, choosing to make the right decision for himself. Barbara soon retired from her career as Batgirl and went on to follow her father's footsteps as the new police commissioner of Gotham City following her father's retirement. Despite his death, Joker's legacy as a criminal mastermind and homicidal maniac would live on for years. Whilst the people of Gotham were relieved at the Joker's final and ultimate defeat, they still feared his destructive legacy. Years later several groups of criminals called the Jokerz started appearing around the globe, honoring the Clown Prince of Crime's legacy. One of the gang's members, Ghoul (who coincidentally would be the member of the Jokerz gang that would serve the newly revived Joker.) stated that there are 9,453 active Jokerz that are divided into approximately 200 separate groups. Bruce continued the rest of his crime fighting career as Batman for years after the incident a few years before his retirement in the prologue of Batman Beyond.

It seemed not even death itself could restrain the Joker. It turns out that before Joker died, he had implanted the microchip he stole from Cadmus encoded with his DNA, memories and personality on Tim's neck. The chip soon began to activate itself automatically, transforming Drake into the Joker. According to the Joker, any lingering memories were chalked up as bad dreams by Drake. Over time, the Joker's subconscious awakened and began to assume control of Drake's body.

Over the course of forty years, the Joker plotted his return using Drake's body. With Drake's knowledge of communications and his martial skills as Robin, Joker staged a series of corporate thefts utilizing a sub-group of the Jokerz which had formed in his absence, proving how influential he had become. With the technology, Joker created a satellite jammer and hijacked control of a Hyperion class defense satellite orbiting the planet. If any of Tim Drake's family were worried in any way, Joker would simply call on the phone with Tim's voice saying he'll be working late.

Joker then revealed himself to Bruce Wayne at a party during his return to Gotham. The new Batman managed to stop Joker from killing Bruce, but Joker escaped. After a time, Terry deduced Drake had some connection and decided to confront The Joker.

However before he could reach Joker's hideout, Joker tested the new Batman by chasing after him using his satellite to send a powerful laser at the Batmobile whilst incinerating a small part of Gotham. After stopping the beam, the new Batman tracked Joker down to his hideout (an abandoned Candy Factory called the Jolly Jack) and confronted Tim. Tim started to remember how he killed the original Joker and started to act strange; when Tim accidentally mentioned the new Batman's real name he transformed into the Joker, revealing he had deduced Batman's identity. After explaining how he survived, Joker and Batman fought.

In the skirmish, the electric joy buzzer that Joker was using gets knocked out of his hand and falls into the wiring of the jamming system, redirecting the satellite's laser straight to Joker's hideout. Batman stranded Joker within the compound and fought him one on one. In the finale, Batman taunted the Joker, saying he had only returned because he could never make the original Batman laugh. This greatly enraged Joker and he managed to trap Terry under a wooden table and started strangling him.

Joker then ordered Terry to laugh before he dies and when Joker got closer in order to hear Terry better, Terry taunts by saying "Ha ha!" and uses Joker's own toy buzzer to electrocute him on the neck. The surge destroyed the microchip, restoring Tim back to normal and destroying the Joker once and for all. After so many years of waging a one-on-one war, Batman had finally won after a long struggle, destroying the Joker forever.

Louise Lincoln A.K.A. Killer Frost

Killer Frost is the identity of a criminally insane supervillainess from DC Comics, who (as her name implies) has control over the cold - she is a mass murderer and very dangerous (even by supervillain standards): as well as appearing in comic books she has been involved in the DC animated universe and video-games such as Justice League Heroes.

Crystal Frost was the first, Louise Lincoln (voiced throughout the DC animated universe and other projects by Jennifer Hale) was the second, and Caitlin Snow was the third.

Crystal Frost first appeared in Firestorm #3 (June 1978). While Crystal Frost was studying to be a scientist in Hudson University, she fell in love with her teacher, Martin Stein. While working on a project in the Arctic, Frost was upset to learn that Stein did not reciprocate her feelings. Frost accidentally locked herself in a thermafrost chamber, but somehow survived. She was transformed in a way that she was able to absorb heat from a living being and project cold and ice. Calling herself Killer Frost, she began her murderous crusade against men and clashed with Firestorm on many occasions. Frost eventually died after she absorbed too much energy from Firestorm.

Crystal has been identified as one of the deceased entombed below the Hall of Justice. Her body was reanimated as a Black Lantern.

Dr. Louise Lincoln first appeared in Firestorm (Volume 2) # 21 (1984). She was a colleague and friend to Crystal Frost. After her friend died, she decided to repeat the experiment as a last respect to her former mentor, and became the new Killer Frost. She became just as ruthless as her predecessor and began her own personal vendetta against Firestorm, who she blamed for Frost's death. She briefly served as a member of the Suicide Squad and sold her soul to Neron for more power.

During the Underworld Unleashed event, Killer Frost attacked Hawaii, freezing part of the islands before being stopped by Superboy and Knockout.

Killer Frost was later freed by Effigy and the two had a brief flirtatious partnership before she was apprehended by Green Lantern.

Killer Frost was one of many mega-villains seeking to earn a $1 billion reward offered by President Lex Luthor to sanction Superman and Batman, whom he considered treasonous. She teamed with Mister Freeze, Icicle, and Captain Cold in an attempt to ambush the two heroes, but all four were defeated. It was later discover that this ice-themed team of villains was being mind controlled by Gorilla Grodd.

Doctor Light (Arthur Light) hired Killer Frost and Mirror Master to attack Green Arrow and Black Lightning at a hospital in Chicago, Illinois where Kimiyo Hoshi was being held. Green Arrow stopped Killer Frost by firing an arrow filled with Greek fire into her thigh. Unable to absorb the heat from the arrow, she was soundly defeated by Green Arrow.

Killer Frost was later seen in the Justice League of America Wedding Special, battling the new Firestorm, until Lex Luthor, Joker and Cheetah arrived, subdued Firestorm, and invited her to join the new Injustice League.

Leslie Willis was a popular WLXL shock jock who ridiculing and insulting people around Metropolis, mostly Superman. People all over Metropolis listened to Leslie, even Superman, who is completed annoyed by her venomous words. Lex Luthor, in particular, enjoyed her radio show.

Leslie was interviewed by Lois Lane and Clark Kent about her views on Superman. Leslie explains 3 main reasons why she hates Superman: the first one is that Superman is never around when anyone needs him, the second one is that everyone is so easy for him to interfere, and the third one is that he cares about himself. These claims were disproven, when Kent secretly left the interview after hearing of a large crane falling from the top of a building, endangering a worker as well as a woman and her child; and despite his difficulty to stop the crane from falling, he manages to save the worker, the woman, and her child from being crushed. Following the end of the interview, Leslie announces the upcoming party in Centennial Park to celebrate the third anniversary of her show.

During the party, there was a thunderstorm, and Leslie's producer tried to convince her to close the party because of the arriving police's concerns for the risks of the concert during a thunderstorm and the crowd's safety. Leslie refuses to take note of her producer's warning and went so far as to incite the crowd against the police. The chaos continued until Superman arrived. But Superman couldn't convince her to stop the party. In fact, she took Superman's appearance as an opportunity to ridicule him in public. Then, suddenly, while verbally attacking Superman, a bolt of lightning simultaneously struck the stage, forcing everyone to evade from the bolts. Leslie, on the other hand, sees this amusing, forcing Superman to push her out of the way before being shocked by the electrical currents. Upon witnessing this, Leslie tries to escape, but she steps on a wire and gets shocked as well before falling unconscious.

Upon regaining his strength, Superman takes Leslie to Metropolis Hospital, where she recovered and quickly learned that not only had her hair and skin changed color. She blamed Superman for her transformation, refusing to take the fact that she should've shut down the concert that caused it in the first place. She later finds out that she has the power to generate and manipulate electricity. Delighted, Leslie escapes from the hospital via electrical current, and the former radio personality renamed herself "Livewire" and started her life as a criminal.

Sometime later, when she was being transported through Gotham City, Livewire escaped again and escaped into the Gotham underworld. There, she met Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy.

Ma'alefa'ak

Ma'alefa'ak is the evil twin brother of Martian Manhunter and an enemy of the Justice League and an archenemy of his brother in the DC franchise.

When Ma'alefa'ak mind-raped J'onn J'onzz's wife, M'yri'ah, Ma'alefa'ak was stripped of his telepathic powers and his weakness to fire and his memories of this where erased, Ma'alefa'ak thought that he was the only Martian born without telepathy or a weakness to fire. Because of this, he felt ostracized. Because of this, he created a plague called "H'ronmeer's Curse". Everytime a Martian used their telepathic powers, they would succumb to the plague and burn to death. When this happened, J'onn J'onzz was teleported away against his will to survive. Ma'alefa'ak learned only years later that his brother went to Earth, so he followed him. He's been plotting to defeat his brother and the Justice League since. Ma'alefa'ak encountered his brother more than once.

But, in one of the times Ma'alefa'ak faced off Martian Manhuter, The Manhunter was able to finally silence Ma'alefa'ak by undoing the telepathic block that stripped Ma'alefa'ak of his telepathy. Unfortunately, this also restored his weakness to fire. Because of him not knowing how to activate telepathic barriers to protect him from fire. Ma'alefa'ak was consumed by the sun when Martian Manhunter threw him into a vessel too close to the sun.

Ma'alefa'ak was brought back when the DC Universe was rebooted with the New 52. In the rebooted universe, Ma'alefa'ak and other Earth-born Martian survivors that survived the near extinction of their race, built a giant weapon so they and infiltrate and enslave the Earth.

Paul Booker A.K.A. Major Disaster

Major Disaster is a former supervillain from DC Comics, who ended up becoming a reluctant anti-hero. He debuted in Green Lantern (volume 2) #43.

Paul Booker was Green Lantern's former friend and confidant. Accidentally activating a hidden control panel, he discovered Kalmaku's casebook on Green Lantern. Using this, he found the secret identities of both Green Lantern and the Flash.

Armed with his new powers, he set out to kill the crime fighters, but was defeated and was thought to have died in the ensuing explosion. However, the Injustice League were given a chance by Maxwell Lord, the then-chief of the JLI. They somehow managed to stop a terrorist attack and were subsequently sent to the South Pole to form the Justice League Antarctica, along with other nuisances G'nort and the Scarlet Skier. The team was short lived as Disaster destroyed their embassy whilst defeating a waddle of killer penguins. The team, though lacking an embassy, stayed together, acting as bodyguards for Maxwell Lord when he was in a gunshot-induced coma. They also joined the American and European Leagues, the team called the Conglomerate, and the intergalactic bounty hunter Lobo in pitched battle against Despero. Major Disaster, in an effort to stop Despero, turned

The team then received an offer from the government to work on their Suicide Squad. Major Disaster agreed, even "volunteering" Multi-Man against his will. They were sent to a small island off the coast of Iceland, to deal with a terrorist situation and an out-of-control genetic experiment. Lifeless, explosive genetic constructs who looked like kids killed Big Sir. The rest of the 'children' were shrunk by Multi-Man, who had that power in his current incarnation. Multi-Man was shot through the head soon after, but in the past he has come back from worse. Unfortunately, Clock King, who had no such powers, was shot repeatedly. In the resulting chaos, Major Disaster perceived that Cluemaster saved his life at least twice, before also being shot dead. Cluemaster survived his injuries, but with multiple scars.

Disaster stayed with the Squad until Superman gave him a chance to prove his heroic worth in defeating a number of Superman's foes.

Booker answered a general call for superheroes by Oracle. Dozens gathered, all to stop the Secret Society of Super Villains from attacking Metropolis. The confrontation, known as the Battle of Metropolis, led to many fatalities on both sides. A character that resembles Major Disaster perished; in an interview DC editor-in-chief Dan DiDio named the character killed as Boss Moxie. Booker, however, has not subsequently appeared since Infinite Crisis #7. However, an artist's rendering of a Black Lantern Major Disaster appeared in the Blackest Night: Director's Cut one-shot.

Arthur King A.K.A. Merlyn the Archer

Malcolm Merlyn, also known as Arthur King, the Dark Archer and simply as Merlyn, is a professional assassin that's an enemy of the DC superheroes, the Green Arrow, and Booster Gold. He was a former member of the 1000, but currently a member of the League of Assassins. He is the archenemy of Green Arrow.

Arthur King was a professional Archer. Oliver Queen was inspired to take up archery all because of the skilled archer, Merlyn "the Magician." Once Green Arrow was famous, Merlyn challenged the Green Arrow to a public archery contest. Merlyn manage to defeat the Green Arrow, and disappeared with the victory under his belt. Merlyn later reappeared and became a member of the League of Assassins, and a former member of the 1000.

John Corben A.K.A. Metallo

John Corben (also known as Metallo) is a recurring antagonist in the DC Animated Universe, appearing as a major antagonist in Superman: The Animated Series and a minor antagonist in both Justice League and Justice League Unlimited. He was a an infamous mercenary and hit man who would later become the cyborg Metallo after he was unknowingly infected with a rare disease by Lex Luthor's scientists.

John Corben was originally a top-tier mercenary. At one time, he led a team of mercenaries to steal the Lexo-Skel Suit 5000 from LexCorp, a theft staged by Lex Luthor for the benefit of the Regent of Kaznia. When Lois Lane tracked the thieves to their ship in Metropolis Harbor, Corben caught her and prepared to kill her, but Superman intervened. To give himself a fighting chance, Corben mounted the Lexo-Skel himself and engaged Superman in a fight that raged across Metropolis, ending when Superman tore the suit apart. Although Luthor represented to the Regent's lawyer that he had fulfilled his part of the bargain by letting "the Regent's men" take possession of the suit, Luthor subsequently acted as though Corben had been working for him.

Corben was sent to Stryker's Island Prison, where he refused to give details on his employers. For this reason, his cell featured ample creature comforts and gourmet meals, supplied by an apparently-grateful Luthor. A few months after his imprisonment, he was shocked to be told that he was suffering from a rare and terminal viral disease found only in a small island in the South Seas. While looking at his prison record, Clark Kent was perplexed at how John Corben could have contracted this disease, not being native to the tiny island where the only cases are known. Lois Lane chalked it up to the fact that Corben was an international mercenary with outstanding warrants in several nations, thus it made better sense that with such globe-trotting Corben would be more at risk for exposure to rare diseases.

Luthor helped Corben escape, and in exchange for his discretion, offered him a way to avoid death: LexCorp scientists would transfer his mind into an indestructible android body made of metallo, possessing strength equal to Superman's and powered by a Kryptonite heart. Feeling he had nothing to lose, Corben agreed. Upon the completion, Corben's android body was covered with a layer of artificial skin, which, aside from a rectangular seam which could expose his Kryptonite heart, allowed him to pass himself off as his original body. At first, Corben was thrilled with his new abilities, which allowed him to fight Superman nearly to the death. However, when he realized that he could no longer smell, eat or feel, he became disenchanted and abandoned the fight. Corben sought out LexCorp scientists, demanding that they make the "adjustments" they talked about when he awoke in his new body. However, the scientists confessed that they really meant Corben himself had to adjust to his transformation, which was irreversible. Upon hearing this news, Corben went insane, ripping away part of his artificial skin and officially adopting the identity "Metallo". Metallo angrily confronted Luthor on his yacht, who tried to reassure him that his condition could be fixed, given time. He went on saying that even if Metallo kills him, it would not satisfy him given his "practically immortal" nature, making him reconsider killing Luthor. Luthor then drives his yacht to a lab to repair Metallo's skin. On the way, Luthor tells him that while he'll repair Metallo's skin, he still needs to kill Superman to which the cyborg advises his boss to be patient as they both need to be given time. Just then, Superman arrived and revealed that Luthor had deliberately arranged for Corben to be infected with the disease, just so Luthor could use him as a guinea pig for the Metallo experiment. Metallo turned on Luthor, but Superman intervened. Luthor's yacht was destroyed in the battle, leaving Metallo stranded beneath the sea, but still alive.

Metallo resurfaced from the ocean on a volcanic island, having suffered amnesia after the explosion. His clothes and artificial skin had been completely disintegrated following the last battle, leaving him as nothing but a skeletal featureless android. He was found by two children, Sarita and Bobby Felix, who decided he was a "hero" because of his resemblance to their action figures. This idea of him as a hero was reinforced when Metallo did indeed perform a heroic act by shielding the two children from dangerous pyroclastics when the volcano unexpectedly burst. However, everything came back to him eventually, faster after Bobby shared his Superman toy with him. When Superman appeared on the island, helping with the evacuation from a volcanic eruption, Metallo attacked and nearly killed him. When the kids protested the action of their hero, however, Metallo was distracted enough to allow Superman to throw his Kryptonite heart into the flowing lava. Metallo desperately went after it, but wound up encased in the cooled lava unable to move or even see. Instead, he focused his mind on his identity, determined not to lose it again.

Metallo was eventually extricated by Intergang, who repaired and even improved his android body, in exchange for which he assisted in a series of bank robberies. When Superman tried to stop him, he severely weakened the Man of Steel with Kryptonite lasers. John Henry Irons, a former employee of LexCorp, donned a suit of armor and helped Superman defeat Metallo. This was the beginning of Irons' own superhero career as Steel.

Metallo later enlisted Tina, an intern at The Daily Planet, to kidnap Lois Lane in order to help him lure Superman into a trap. Fortunately, Jimmy Olsen learned of this and went to the Metropolis Junkyard to rescue him. Metallo and Superman battled again in a demolition machine, resulting in Metallo apparently being crushed by falling debris.

Sam Scudder A.K.A. Mirror Master

Mirror Master is a villain from The Flash comics and media.

Sam Scudder was already a criminal before he gained his powers. While serving time in prison for a burglary-homicide, he was working in a prison workshop, when he accidentally created a mirror that could hold an image for a certain amount of time. After this, he escaped from prison and created numerous mirror gadgets to help with his crime sprees. Calling himself the Mirror Master, Scudder terrorized Central City for years, either on his own, or as a member of the Rogues, only to be foiled by the Flash (who's civilian identity, Barry Allen, was ironically responsible his incarceration in the first place). Scudder was killed during the Crisis on Infinite Earths.

Nathaniel Tryon A.K.A. Neutron

Neutron is a supervillain with radioactive powers in the DC comics and an enemy of Superman.

His name was initially Nathaniel Tryon, who was a security guard at a nuclear power plant. He and two other thugs formed the TNT Trio and broke into the power plant. They were caught in a nuclear meltdown were Nathaniel would have to wear a containment suit for the rest of his life. He had managed to obtain superstrength and the ability to fire radioactive blasts. He used these powers to try and kill those he thought were responsible but was stopped by Superman. Abraxas Industries would later have him released as part of a work-release program, though it was actually a plot by Vandal Savage to kill Superman. Savage's scheme would be revealed, however, and Neutron would be returned to prison. He was later held at S.T.A.R. labs with the villainess Jinx. He and Jinx were freed by the Fearsome Five and joined the team, though Neutron quickly left the team. He eventually came to work for the villain Conduit and was sent with Warp and Plasmus to kill Jonathan and Martha Kent. Superman managed to defeat the team, however. Neutron later joined the Secret Society of Supervillains. He was apparently killed when Lex Luthor used him as a power source for a teleporter and the device self-destructed.

Neutron appeared in Justice League Unlimited as a member of Grodd's Legion of Doom. He was killed during the mutiny along with the other villains that sided with Grodd. He also appeared in Smallville along with Parasite, Livewire, and Plastique. This team was searching for Doomsday and Neutron would be killed after letting him get away the first time.

Rudy Jones A.K.A. Parasite

The Rudy Jones version of Parasite appears in Justice League Action, voiced by Max Mittelman. This version sprouts tentacles from his torso in order to absorb the powers of anyone. He first appears in "Power Outage" when Superman is summoned to Stryker's Island where the unnamed prison warden tells Superman about Parasite building his energy up by absorbing the energy from the cockroaches. Superman was able to defeat Parasite with Wonder Woman's help. Afterwards, Parasite gets possessed by the Brothers Djinn member Calythos and plans to reduce Earth back to its pre-human state. Superman and Wonder Woman had a hard time fighting Calythos due to him using Parasite's ability. As Calythos starts to form a volcano off the coast of Metropolis, Superman and Wonder Woman trick him into absorbing Martian Manhunter's powers with the side effects having Calythos acquiring Martian Manhunter's fear of fire. Upon bailing from Parasite's body, Calythos is defeated and both villains are detained.

The character made his animated debut in Superman: The Animated Series, voiced by Brion James. In the episode "Feeding Time", Rudy Jones is a janitor at S.T.A.R. Labs who helps fence Martin Lebeau steal barrels of purple chemicals from the facility. The barrels ultimately spill their contents all over Rudy and transform him into the Parasite, who nearly kills Lebeau with his new energy-draining abilities until Superman intervenes. Parasite then drains a substantial amount of energy from Superman and discovers his secret identity. With the Man of Steel's powers, Parasite goes on a citywide rampage and traps Superman inside a boiler room at S.T.A.R. Labs as a 'daily recharge' for his crime sprees. Superman manages to free himself and dons a titanium-lead alloy armor to engage Parasite, forcing the latter to grab a piece of Kryptonite (Superman's greatest weakness) and rendering him temporarily amnesiac. In "Two's a Crowd", Superman is forced to ask for Parasite's help in learning the location of an atomic bomb by absorbing the memories of former S.T.A.R. Labs scientist Earl Garver (voiced by Brian Cox), to which Parasite agrees in exchange for a television in his cell. However, Garver's mind unintentionally takes over Parasite during the absorption process and while Rudy fights to regain control of his body, Superman manages to destroy the bomb. As Garver is being incarcerated, Parasite is seen watching TV in his cell. In "Double Dose", Livewire breaks Parasite out of prison and forms an uneasy alliance with him to kill Superman. After defeating Superman, Parasite betrays Livewire and absorbs her powers as well. Superman then triggers the emergency sprinkler system which, reacting with Livewire's vulnerability to water, temporarily strips Parasite of his memories once more. Parasite is then arrested and returned to prison.

Edward Nygma A.K.A. The Riddler

The Riddler (Real Name Edward Nygma) is a recurring villain in the DC Animated Universe cartoons, most prominently in Batman: The Animated Series (the cartoon he debuted in). Like other iterations of the character, he is an egotistical supervillain obsessed with outsmarting his opponents and with leaving riddles at the scenes of his crimes to confound his victims.

Edward Nygma was originally a simple software engineer with a love of puzzles, games, and riddles. He worked initially for Competitron, and created the game "Riddle of the Minotaur". Although the game was hugely successful, and many of Competitron's people became wealthy as a result, the Corporate Chair Daniel Mockridge responded with ingratitude, firing Nygma and casually dismissing his efforts as "insignificant", instead arguing that the company's success was owing to its skill with business negotiations and obtaining favorable contracts (i.e., to himself). To rub salt in the wound, he also revealed that Nygma's contract stated that he was not entitled to any royalties or copyrights of the game.

In "If You're So Smart, Why Aren't You Rich?", outraged by his unfair treatment, Edward Nygma returns to Gotham City after two years as "The Riddler". He kidnaps Mockridge and planned to kill him, but also offers Batman the chance to save Mockridge provided he solved all of the challenges Riddler had laid out for him. The final challenge would be a run through the maze at the Riddle of the Minotaur amusement park, which was an actual simulation of the game Riddler had designed. Confident in his genius and assured of his victory, the Riddler was surprised when Batman successfully solved all of his riddles and outsmarted him. However, Riddler managed to escape Gotham City, also achieving his revenge on Mockridge in a manner more subtle than he had originally intended: Mockridge was traumatized by the whole near-death experience, seemingly scared of the Riddler's return for the rest of his life, yet it seems that the Riddler never returned to make him pay for his actions.

In "What Is Reality?", with Batman having figured out his identity, the Riddler takes extreme measures to protect himself; he goes on a campaign to eliminate all traces of his former self by breaking into banks and government buildings to destroy records bearing his name. He also sends a computer to the Gotham City Police Department with a virtual reality simulation that ends up trapping Commissioner Gordon. Batman enters the virtual reality world to rescue Gordon, and Riddler ends up destroying his dream world by focusing too hard on trying to kill Batman. Not only that, but the electronic backlash leaves his brain suspended, with Batman, Robin and Gordon finding his inert body at his hideout later in the abandoned Gotham's World Fair, helplessly leaving the Riddler behind with no way to know if he would ever recover.

In "Trial", having somehow recovered from his previous condition offscreen, the Riddler partakes in the trial of Batman held by various members of his Rogues Gallery, led by the Joker. He was not present for all of it though, meaning he might have taken the opportunity to escape in the chaos. In any case, he was most likely jailed again like all the other rogues after Batman and Janet Van Dorn manage to defeat the Joker and escape.

In "Riddler's Reform", the Riddler is revealed to have been released on the grounds that he'd been "reformed". Joining with Charles Baxter, one of Gotham's well-known toymakers, the Riddler invents several puzzles that quickly become popular with children, with Baxter having hired him in the first place because he wanted to use Nygma's Riddler persona to boost the company's profile. However, the Riddler secretly continues to commit daring robberies, leaving clues through his company advertisements. For his part, Batman is confident that Riddler will never be able to stay reformed and that he will inevitably return to crime. With this in mind, he confronts Riddler, and Riddler decides afterwards that, in order to truly have a fresh start, he needs to kill Batman. So to this end, he lures him into a booby-trapped warehouse and rigs the place to blow. However, Batman survives by simply concealing himself in a nearby safe, unknown to the Riddler, who was then arrested by the police after his crimes were exposed and returned to Arkham, ending his partnership with Baxter. With Batman refusing to tell Riddler how he survived, Riddler snaps completely and goes mad trying to fathom how Batman could have possibly outwitted him yet again, leaving his mental state worse than before.

Jonathan Crane A.K.A. Scarecrow

Dr. Jonathan Crane, or better known as The Scarecrow, is a supervillain from the Batman series. He has invented a panic-inducing chemical gas known as Fear Gas that makes people see their greatest fears. He does not commit any crimes for fun or for revenge, but as an experiment to further develop his Fear Gas.

He is a mentioned character in 1997 film Batman & Robin, he was planned to be appeared which the main antagonist in the 1999 cancelled film Batman Triumphant, he is the secondary antagonist of the reboot 2005 film Batman Begins, a minor antagonist in the 2008 film The Dark Knight, and a cameo character in 2012 film The Dark Knight Rises. Scarecrow also serves as a major antagonist in the Batman: Arkham games, serving as the main antagonist of Batman: Arkham Knight.

In his youth, Jonathan Crane grew up with his abusive grandmother, a religious fanatic who tortured Jonathan so badly that he developed a crippling fear of her. His life at school didn't fare much better either, because of bullies who constantly teased him for his lean appearance. Jonathan eventually had enough of his tormentors and used elements from Kung Fu to developed his own fighting style called "Violent Dancing" which takes advantage of his thin frame. He also managed to create a fear-inducing chemical compound which his grandmother used to frighten crows. One night, Jonathan dressed up as a scarecrow and frightened some of the bullies from his school. However, his new fear tactics worked too well and resulted in those people's deaths. Crane became intrigued by the power of fear and dedicated himself to learn more about it. He then returned home to murder his grandmother using the Fear Toxin he had previously made.

Years later, Jonathan Crane became a university professor who used unethical methods to teach his students. Crane was soon fired because of this and searched for work elsewhere after killing those responsible for costing him his teaching job. He then became the head psychiatrist at Arkham Asylum and began using the alias Scarecrow while experimenting on his patients. Although Batman eventually discovered Jonathan's crimes and had him incarcerated, he would continue to pose a threat to the Dark Knight as one of his most psychologically dangerous adversaries.

Richard Swift A.K.A. Shade

The Shade was a common thief who could manipulate the shadows with his cane. He fought both incarnations of the Flash, Jay Garrick and Barry Allen.

The Shade was later a member of an incarnation of the Wizard's Injustice Society, Injustice Unlimited. They overcame the security at the International Trade Conference in Calgary, Canada — namely Infinity, Inc. and a contingent of the Global Guardians — and forced the heroes to help in some mayhem. The Shade took Fury to Athens and, with her help, stole a piece of the Altar of Erebus from within the Hill of Ares (the Areopagus). After a brief brush with the Olympian the Shade and Fury returned to Calgary, the Shade to share in the stolen wealth being gathered by the Wizard. But the plan went haywire when Hourman revived and freed himself, as well as when Solomon Grundy was brought in from the Arctic Circle. It was the Green Flame who incapacitated the Shade, and after the confusion he was taken into custody by Canadian law enforcement. Later the Shade literally kidnapped the city of Keystone City (including the Flash (Jay Garrick) and the city's entire population) into a parallel dimension where he kept his prisoners in suspended animation for nearly thirty years, before Garrick's successor Barry Allen rescued his namesake and the city from the Shade's clutches.

After the events of Zero Hour, the universe was substantially altered as a result of Hal Jordan's plan to recreate the universe. The Shade was one of the individuals most affected by Zero Hour, as the time and space warping nature of Jordan's scheme changed the Shade's personal timeline and indeed his very being. No longer a generic villain with a magical cane, The Shade was now the morally ambiguous English gentleman turned immortal named "Richard Swift". Shade's powers were retconned as being internal and not based from his cane. Able to tap into a horrific alternate dimension of shadows, which he could manipulate and shape into whatever form he wanted similar to. A man of wealth, Shade traveled within the literary circles of the Victorian Era England, befriending author Charles Dickens and Oscar Wilde.

As time passed, Swift began using aliases for himself such as "Mr. Black", and went by "Shade" to those he was on good terms with. He also developed enemies, such as the mysterious dwarf Simon Culp, who like Shade was immortal and had the same darkness energy powers as Shade. Other enemies included the murderously corrupt Ludlow family, who Shade had all but wiped out when the family manipulated Shade in order to murder him for sport, with the surviving generations of the family vowing revenge on the Shade.

The Shade kept a lengthy journal and eventually fell in love with United States east-coast city of Opal City. Setting up residence in Opal City, Shade befriended Opal City's sheriff, Brian Savage (the Scalphunter) and slowly amassed a small personal fortune, while also moonlighting as a hired killer.

The Shade fled back to England during the early days of World War II, to aide the Allies in fighting the Nazis. While on patrol with the British hero Captain X, Shade was ambushed by Culp when a bomb fell from a German fighter plane onto the two men. To survive, Culp was forced to seek shelter by literally merging with an unknowing Shade.

When the age of costumed heroes began and unknowingly influenced by the malevolent Culp, Swift decided to give himself the name "The Shade" (added a 'the' to his nickname) in 1942. Downplaying his formidable shadow powers, Shade committed crimes in various cities, most notably Keystone City, where he found himself a nemesis in the form of the Flash, Jay Garrick. The Shade would privately refer to his battles as "the joust", which he engaged in for the simple thrill of combat with another super-powered combatant.

Despite his turn to super-villainy though, Opal City remained untouched by Shade as the villain considered the city he lived in off-limits. Indeed, The Shade has been known to be protective of Opal City, to the point of using his powers to kill any criminals who attempt to commit crimes in the city. The Shade even would engage in the occasional super-hero battle, saving Howard Hughes from the villainous Johnny Sorrow. However, Culp slowly began to fight Shade to gain dominance of Shade's body, culminating in the Shade believing that Culp was alive and plotting against him and ultimately to him and Dr. Fate teaming up to find Culp, never knowing that the villain he was seeking was inside his stomach. Shade would later team up with the Mist to murder the retired super-hero Invisible Hood, though it is unknown if Culp was responsible for this act of murder.

Jack Knight became the new Starman after the death of his brother David and united with Shade to save Opal City from the Mist and his family's reign of terror that threatened to destroy the city Shade had made into his home. Having returned to the United States and effectively retired since the Injustice Unlimited fiasco, Shade took an interest in Jack Knight and offered to mentor the man who helped save Opal City from the Mist. Jack would be privy to the Shade's diaries, learning much of his life and new backstory as well as his opinions on the various men who used the Starman moniker. Though many in Opal were distrustful of the Shade, he slowly won the trust of many in the city though Culp, furious at how the Shade had rejected evil, finally assumed full control over Shade's body. Gathering an army of villains who Jack Knight had battled over the course of his heroic career, Culp (in Shade's body) cast a spell that allowed him to trap everyone inside Opal City using the shadow powers he possessed and began to destroy the entire city before Starman and the Shade (who ultimately expelled Culp from his body) opposed him. Ironically it would be the Shade's former ally the Mist who would kill Culp, as Mist sold his soul to Neron to restore his mind (nearly gone due to Alzheimer's Disease) in exchange for his killing the Shade. However, Ted Knight would sacrifice his life to save Shade and Opal City from Mist's final rampage.

The Shade learned about Prometheus' conspiracy in ordering a series of attacks on various superheros and informing this news to his old rival Jay Garrick. He then accompanies Garrick to the Justice League Watchtower to warn the other heroes, but arrived too late to find Prometheus already there. After Garrick was incapacitated by Prometheus, Shade was able to hold off the villain (as he is technically not a "hero", meaning Prometheus has no file on how to stop him), and ultimately ends up stopping Donna Troy from killing the supervillain after he has been beaten into submission. However, Shade later creates a portal that gives Green Arrow access to Prometheus' otherdimensional lair, where the archer kills Prometheus in revenge for Star City, the dismemberment of his former protege Red Arrow, and the death of Red Arrow's daughter.

During the Blackest Night, Shade was in a relationship with Hope O'Dare, and claims that he is in love with her.. After a night of sex, Shade and Hope are confronted by David Knight, reanimated as a Black Lantern. David rips out Shade's heart, but, due to his powers, he survives, unable to be killed and resisting the call of a black ring that seeks to turn him into another undead. After David threatened to kill Hope and later his brother Jack, an enraged Shade used his powers to trap the Black Lantern within the Shadowlands after decrying the Lantern as a mockery and a fake, saying he has "no light of his own", and uses his own heart as a channel to bind and banish him. Afterwards, Hope admits that she loves Shade as well, and the two lovers depart from the scene of the battle. Possible futures In one possible future, The Shade's became the protector of a utopian planet several thousand years into the future; in which he still enjoys telling tales of his past.

Siobhan McDougal A.K.A. Silver Banshee

Silver Banshee is a fictional comic book supervillainess appearing in books published by DC Comics, primarily as an opponent of both Superman and Supergirl.

Siobhan McDougal was the first-born child of Garrett McDougal, the patriarch of an old Gaelic clan that has occupied an island midway between Scotland and Ireland for a thousand generations. On that island is Castle Broen, where first-born McDougals undergo a ritual to prove themselves worthy to lead the clan. When Siobhan was young, she traveled the world, only returning to Castle Broen when she heard of her father's death. Her uncle Seamus determined that no woman would lead the clan and intended her brother Bevan to become the new patriarch. She went ahead with the family ritual by herself, which involved calling on supernatural forces for power. She was interrupted by Bevan, and the distraction proved disastrous as she was dragged away into an infernal netherworld. An entity called "the Crone" granted her powers and the ability to return to Earth as the Silver Banshee, but demanded payment in the form of an occult book that belonged to her father. She found that her father's book collection had been shipped off for sale in the United States. Her quest brought her to Metropolis. Killing anyone that stood in the way of her search attracted the attention of Superman, who was able to defeat her when he realised that she could only kill a person once as she turned away from someone who resembled a previous victim; by faking his death, Superman was able to enlist the Martian Manhunter to attack Banshee by posing as Superman's ghost. Unable to defeat Superman, she chose to retreat and continue her mission at a later date.

Silver Banshee returned to Metropolis twice more, but was halted both times by Superman. It was Batman who finally found the book among some stolen goods in Gotham City. Superman brought the book to Castle Broen where he was confronted by Silver Banshee. The Crone appeared at the castle, and after an enigmatic warning to Superman, she dragged the Banshee, Bevan, and Seamus off to her Netherworld.

In Leesburg, Supergirl rescued Silver Banshee from Satanus' Netherworld when the chaos flow brought the river Styx to the town. Silver Banshee was left in a confused state, eventually going back to her psychotic persona and using Supergirl's friend Mattie as a host while rampaging on the streets. Mattie and Silver Banshee thus proceeded to nearby Schnaffenburg where Mattie tried to get revenge on Gerald McFee, who killed her brother during Final Night while in thrall to Gorilla Grodd. Supergirl calmed Silver Banshee, separating Mattie from her, which led to Silver Banshee temporarily vanishing.

Silver Banshee was one of the final four villains- along with Bizarro, Mongul, and the Master Jailer- sent against Superman by Manchester Black, Black using his powers to make Banshee and Bizarro sane enough to tactically outthink Superman, also granting Banshee awareness of his Kryptonian name so that she could use her magic against him more effectively. Despite this, Superman was able to defeat the four, forcing Mongul to expend his energy before dropping a nuclear-powered superhuman onto the deserted island that they were currently inhabiting.

Silver Banshee attempted to collect the billion dollar bounty President Luthor placed on Superman's head in Superman/Batman #3, but failed, with Batman using an ultrasonic generator to keep her nullified.

Silver Banshee later joined the Secret Society headed by Alexander Luthor. She was one of the members who turned on Black Adam when Luthor needed him for his machine. She also took part in the Battle of Metropolis.

Silver Banshee battles Supergirl in Supergirl #34, and is expected to be a recurring nemesis for Supergirl, as well as Superman, as part of an attempt to tie Supergirl's book in with Superman's titles.

In Superman #682, Supergirl was used as a diversion as some members of Kandor captured Silver Banshee, placing her in the Phantom Zone. Later, Superman freed Silver Banshee to be taken to Belle Reve.

Inspector Henderson with other police officers break into an apartment, but it explodes and then they find a corpse covered in runes. Kara meets with Inspector Henderson, who's following a case his old mentor was never able to close, and thinks it has to do with items Silver Banshee needs to lift her curse. Inspector Henderson finds his mentor had the item, but it imbeds itself in Inspector Henderson's hand, allowing Silver Banshee to track him. Silver Banshee shows up and fights Supergirl, but Supergirl opens a package from Henderson and becomes possessed by a Banshee hybrid. Banshee-Supergirl and the Silver Banshee battle each other as events are recapped. Supergirl tells Silver Banshee they hid the artifacts in people, in order to keep them hidden from her. Apparently all the items were hidden not as a curse, but as a test for prospective clan leaders. Henderson punches Banshee-Supergirl, which is effective because of the artifact in his hand. Supergirl tries to exorcise the spirits possessing her but fails. Henderson realizes the spirits are tied to the artifacts and can be used against them. He then stabs his hand and breaking Supergirl free from her spirits. Silver Banshee then uses her wails to disperse the spirits. She finally uses magic to remove the artifacts from Henderson's hand and lets him know she is indebted to him.

Thaal Sinestro A.K.A. Sinestro

Thaal Sinestro, or simply Sinestro, is a minor antagonist in the DC Animated Universe. Much like his comic counterpart, he is a former Green Lantern Corps who is bent on destroying them and the Justice League.

In the episode Brightest Day, after Superman discovers Abin Sir, who tells him to protect the Green Lantern before succumbing to his injuries, Sinestro pops onto the scene. After using his ring to search the the pod for traces of the Green ring, Sinestro assumes Superman took it and begins attacking and overpowering him. However, Sinestro soon realizes that Superman truly doesn't have the ring and crushes him with a giant hammer before flying off, unknown to him, Superman survives the attack and ends up finding Abin Sur's Lantern and teleports himself to Oa.

Meanwhile Sinestro finally locates Kyle Rayner, the new owner of Abin Sur's ring, and starts attacking him, demanding him to hand over the ring. However, Kyle states that he and the ring "have become attached" and then confuses him by entrapping him inside a construct of bubblegum like matter. Sinestro and Kyle continue fighting through Metropolis until Sinestro manages to grab Kyle using a giant hand construct and begins to crush him. Kyle then creates a boot construct and kicks Sinestro in the face before getting hit back and discovering that he can use the ring to pass through walls before continuing to battle him.

On Oa, the Guardian of the Universe explain to Superman that Sinestro was once one of the Green Lanterns until he stopped using his ring responsibly and they deemed him unfit to wield it. Sinestro would then discover a new kind of Ring and started killing other Green Lanterns, gaining more power from every ring he destroyed. Back on Earth, Sinestro prepares to kill Kyle Rayner after his ring runs out of power, however, Superman returns just in time and saves Rayner from Sinestro's attack.

Later on, Sinestro manages to catch up to Superman and Kyle Rayner and Superman goes off and fights Sinestro so Kyle can charge his Ring, however, he ends up trapped in a large drill construct and ends up burrowing into the ground. Kyle, after fully charging the Ring, then throws a mountaintop at Sinestro, crushing him, although he survives and continues to fight Rayner. Sinestro then throws Kyle into a plane in a Ferris Aircrafts field and finally surrenders his ring to Sinestro, however, just as he puts it on, the ring explodes, revealing that the ring had just been a construct. As he is off his footing, Kyle begins to beat down on Sinestro, finally defeating him by throwing him into a giant Lantern construct, electrocuting him unconscious. With Sinestro defeated, Superman manages to break free from his construct and crushes his Ring. Sinestro is then presumably arrested by the Corps for his crimes against the Universe.

Years later, Sinestro somehow escaped from the Green Lantern Corps' custody and created a new Yellow Ring. Sometime before the episode, Sinestro was contacted by Gorilla Grodd and his henchwoman Giganta and joined his Secret Society in hopes of killing the Justice League's resident Green Lantern: John Stewart.

In Secret Society, starting off the first phase of Grodd's plan, Sinestro and the rest of the Society attack Morgan Edge's mansion, kill him and free Clayface from his imprisonment there and Grodd getting him to join his side by tempting him with the possibility of becoming human again. Later, Sinestro and the Society accompany Clayface to a chemical factory to help him fight off Batman, knowing he would try to apprehend him, with Sinestro blasting and destroying the electrified Batarang Batman used against Clayface. However, Batman had also brought the Justice League with him and the two teams begin to fight each other, with Sinestro taking on John Stewart. Unfortunately, due to the League's growing teamwork issues amplified by Grodd's psychic suggestions, they are easily beaten by the Society, although Grodd chooses to retreat instead of finishing them off and the League ends up disbanding.

In Part 2, after Flash heads to the North Hill Subway Station in hopes of finding Shade, he ends up in a trap laid by the Society and ends up fighting Sinestro, however, Flash ends up defeating Sinestro due to the fact that, while Sinestro's constructs can move at light-speed, he can't think that fast. Later, after Flash had been defeated by the other Society members and impersonated by Clayface, Sinestro tries to defeat Batman after he easily recognizes Clayface's disguise, but is instead taken out by a Batarang before he could attack.

Later, after the Society had captured all of the ex Justice League members and hijacked a football game to announce their victory to the world, Sinestro and the other Society members were shocked after realizing that Martian Manhunter had actually disguised himself as Clayface and that the real Clayface had been accidentally frozen by Killer Frost. After Martian Manhunter freed the Justice League, the Society and League began to fight each other again, with Sinestro yet again taking on John Stewart. However, the League, being far more organized that before, managed to defeat the villains and imprison them.

Prior to appearing in the series, Sinestro, after stealing his Lantern, changed his appearance to that of John Stewart in an effort to ruin his reputation. Sinestro, as Stewart, then went on a crime spree across the world, putting both the Justice League and the Green Lantern Core against the real Stewart and forcing him to go into hiding while Sinestro continued to ruin his life.

In the episode Fallen Hero, Sinestro, as Stewart, barrels through the security force of a bank and steals millions of dollars in gold bars. The next day, Virgil Hawkins (Static's civilian identity) reads about Green Lantern's attack on the vault in the paper and immediately dismisses it as false, but he is soon proved wrong when he and his friend/partner Gear later encounter Green Lantern robbing a truck full of microchips. Static tries to talk his hero out of committing crimes, but Stewart tells Static that he became tired with having power and nothing to show for it and starts attacking him with the microchips by giving them a charge opposite to his. Gear tries to help Static, but is overpowered by a blast from Green Lantern and Static retaliates by blasting at Stewart with electrical energy, but his blast fails to penetrate Green Lantern's shield and he is soundly defeated.

As Green Lantern flies off and gloats about his victory, the real John Stewart hits him and knocks him down into a junkyard. The two begin to fight and Green Lantern taunts Stewart by telling him that he doesn't want to use up the energy his Ring has and invites an attempt to blast him with energy. Stewart misses the shot and Green Lantern begins to laugh at him, only for the energy to come back around and strike him in the back. Stewart then pins Green Lantern down and he reverts back into Sinestro, however, before John can defeat him, his ring runs out of power and Sinestro pins him under a steel gate. Sinestro then explains that he doesn't want to kill Stewart but instead wants him to be arrested by the Core for all the crimes that "he" committed before re-disguising himself as Stewart and flying off.

Green Lantern then encounters Static and Gear again and tries to destroy them, however, using their teamwork, they manage to keep him at bay. John Stewart, having managed to free himself, looks to join the fight to prove his innocence, and harnesses all the power left in his Ring and dons his costume. Upon seeing him, Sinestro slams Gear and Static into a building and makes Stewart follow him into an alley and then disappears, tricking Static and Gear into fighting Stewart. After his Ring runs out of power, Static electrocutes Stewart and he is arrested while Sinestro gleefully watches.

During John Stewart's prison transport, Sinestro arrives to taunt him and collect his Power Ring, however, he quickly realizes that he doesn't have it and instead opts to look for it himself. When asked by Stewart why he wants the ring, Sinestro states that the ring will make a nice keepsake, revealing a necklace of Power Rings he had stole from other Lanterns, presumably after killing them.

After discovering Stewart's Ring in his coat pocket, Static goes to Stewart's cell and learns the truth; A few days ago, Stewart, with all the other Justice League members occupied, investigated a distress call sent to him by the pilot of a rocket that crashed on an asteroid. Recognizing the pilot as the only survivor of the crash and the distance from the asteroid to Earth, he took out his Lantern to charge his Ring, but it turned out that Sinestro actually disguised himself as the pilot and the whole crash was just a set-up so Sinestro could steal his Lantern. It is also established by Stewart that he had helped defeat Sinestro when he became power-hungry, which is why he hates him so much.

Static then tries to tell Gear the truth about Green Lantern, but when he arrives at his house, he discovers that he has been captured by Sinestro. Sinestro tells Static to give him the Ring, however, Static dupes him by giving him a plastic ring and the two begin to fight, although Sinestro easily wins. However, John Stewart arrives, due to Static having cleared his name, and he begins to fight Sinestro, revealing that Static had given his ring a new type of charge. After a short fight, John Stewart manages to beat Sinestro after his ring starts to lose power and Static uses his powers to charge John's Ring even more, allowing him to expose Sinestro to the public and reclaim his Lantern. Jon Stewart then takes off with Sinestro and presumably takes him to be arrested on Oa for his crimes.

Yet again, Sinestro manages to escape custody and is contacted by Gorilla Grodd and joins his new expanded Secret Society.

In the episode The Great Brain Robbery, Sinestro assists Tala, Doctor Polaris and Lex Luthor in robbing a train and, along with the others, turns on Lex when they realize that he had accidentally switched minds with The Flash.

In the season finale, when Grodd escaped his imprisonment and tried to take his position as leader back from Luthor, Sinestro, along with Giganta, Bizarro, Volcana, Star Sapphire, Toyman, Atomic Skull, Heat Wave, Cheetah, Killer Frost, Evil Star and Doctor Destiny took Luthor's side and fought Grodd and his faction. After Luthor killed Grodd and Killer Frost switched sides and froze her teammates, Sinestro and the rest of the survivors watched as Luthor used Tala as a conduit in hopes of reviving Brainiac, but he and the others were shocked to see Luthor accidentally revive Darkseid instead. As Darkseid destroyed the Hall of Doom, Star Sapphire and Sinestro cast a force-field around their teammates (save Doctor Destiny, Major Disaster and KGBeast who didn't make it in time) to protect their teammates from his blast and, after Evil Star stole the New God Lightray's Mother Box, they Boomtubed themselves to Earth and call a temporary truce with the Justice League in order to stop Darkseid's Invasion. Sinestro then heads to Tokyo and fights off hoards of Parademons. Sinestro is last seen participating in the five minute head-start the League gives them in exchange for helping them save the planet.

Carol Ferris A.K.A. Star Sapphire

Star Sapphire is an enemy turned ally of Green Lantern and an enemy turned ally of the Justice League. She also has powers similar to the Green Lantern. A woman was chosen to be Star Sapphire. The alias has been used by several women over the years, but is most often associated with Hal Jordan's own boss (and girlfriend) Carol Ferris, who is currently a heroic bearer of the title. Unlike Green Lanterns who are Lanterns of willpower she is one of the Lanterns of love. She served as a villain and enemy of Green Lantern until the Blackest Night and became a hero after the New 52 Reboot.

Tala

Tala is a villain from DC Comics. She is the archnemesis of the Stranger. She is a demoness and a mistress of Hell, and her motives reflect such origins, as she is known for either trying to doom mortals' souls to ruin or aiming to unleash apocalyptic evils upon the world. She has claimed to find the Stranger attractive and is thus interested in him, but the comics have never followed through on these hints, nor are these claims known to be true.

Tala was one of the key members of Project Cadmus. Her role in the government black ops group is never specifically detailed, although it would be best determined that she is responsible for mystical and magical projects such as attempting to reverse engineer the Annihilator, Hephaestus' living suit of armor made for Ares. While she is portrayed as a project leader, sitting at the conference table, she gets trapped in a mirror by the trickery of Felix Faust.

Tala reappears as a member of Grodd's Legion of Doom. She has taken over Giganta's position as Grodd's female companion and also serves as the legion's master of magic and mysticism.

As Lex Luthor took control of the Legion from Grodd, Tala quickly changed positions, swearing allegiance to Luthor and becoming his new groupie.

Tala gets fed up with Luthor, as he is consumed with the task of restoring Brainiac, so she goes to the imprisoned Grodd and helps him mount an insurrection on Luthor. Lex, however, defeats Grodd and, thanks to a very expensive magic amulet he purchased in case she attacked him with her magic, takes Tala prisoner. She tries to woo her way back into Luthor's good graces, but he reveals that he has other plans for her. Hooking her up to a machine, Lex uses Tala as a power conduit to restore Brainiac, but as a final mocking, Tala resurrects Darkseid instead.

Winslow Schott A.K.A. Toyman

Winslow Percival Schott, alias Toyman was born in Britain. The child genius invented his first toy at a young age, a toy airplane painted red and blue. Another boy, out of jealousy of Winslow's fantastic home-made toys, stole his airplane. This act had a profound affect on Schott. When he grew up, Winslow created some of the most amazing toys ever conceived, which earned him world acclaim. However, LexCorp's acquisition of Schotts toy company left him jobless, and he was embittered by the company's use of his toys for military purposes. He became the supervillain Toyman, seeking revenge on Lex Luthor. After several attempts to assassinate Luthor and fights with Superman, he was arrested. Toyman was later sprung from prison and used by Intergang to help them build some deadly traps at their lair.

Claire Selton A.K.A. Volcana

Claire Selton, mostly known as Volcana is a recurring supervillainess in the DC franchise. She was voiced by Peri Gilpin in the DCAU continuity.

Claire Selton developed pyrokinetic abilities at young age. She was sent to the Center of Paranormal Studies by her parents to control her power. Government agents planned to use Claire as a living weapon. She escaped custody and survived by stealing, capturing Superman's attention. Superman relocated Volcana to a deserted island to change her ways.

Volcana later left the island and returned to Metropolis where she briefly fought Supergirl.

Volcana teamed up with Firefly to break out of Stryker's prison but they were defeated by Batman and Green Lantern. She was recruited by Gorilla Grodd to join the Legion of Doom.

Mark Mardon A.K.A. Weather Wizard

The Weather Wizard was already a violent criminal before he gained his powers. He had escaped prison and made it to his brother's house, where he discovered that his brother had created a bizarre wand that could control the weather. He wanted this wand so badly, he killed his brother to obtain it.

Weather Wizard first appears in the show Superman the Animated Series in the episode "Speed Demons" where it is revealed that he used to be an extortionist in Keystone City. While Superman and Flash help a race against each other he plotted to create a storm big enough to destroy the city along with the heroes. However with the help of his brother Ben, Flash and Superman are able to find and beat him.

He returns in the show Justice League in the episode "Hereafter" as a member of the Superman Revenge Squad. He helped them by creating storms for cover. Although they were able to teleport Superman away they all were beat and captured.

Later in the show Justice League Unlimited a wax statue of him appears in a Flash museum in the episode "Flash and Substance". Also in the episode he is shown in a bar where Flash villains hang out. He later joined the Legion of Doom and during the mutiny he sided against Lex Luthor and is killed when he is frozen by Killer Frost. In all three of these shows he is voiced by Corey Burton.

In the show Batman the Brave and the Bold in the episode "Night of Huntress" he receives a tip from Calculator that Flash will be out if town and that he can commit crimes freely. In the episode "Requiem of the Scarlet Speedster" he appears helping his fellow Flash rouges. In the episode "Powerless" Captain Atom uses him as an example of villains that can easily beat Batman. He later returns in the episode "Triumvirate of Terror" as a member of the Legion of Doom. In this show he is voiced by Atkin Downes.

In the The Flash TV show of 2014, his brother Clyde Mardon is first seen in the pilot. He is first seen at a barn, shooting at policemen. He then boards a plane, which explodes due to the particle explosion. He is then seen robbing a bank with his new found power to create and control clouds. He is then seen driving a car, which Barry Allen catches up to with his superspeed. The car crashes and Clyde escapes by creating a giant cloud. He is finally seen cornered by Joe West and Eddie Thawne in the barn. He blasts then away, then creates a tornado headed for Central City. The Flash stops the tornado and Joe West shoots Clyde, killing him.

Mark Mardon finally appears in Out of Time. He attacks someone by shooting them with giant balls of hail. The person tells Mark that Joe West killed his brother. He is later seen when Barry is driving with Joe. Mark tries to kill them, but ends up only destroying the car. He is later seen at the police station trying to kill Joe, but The Flash runs in and grabs an item called the Wizard's Wand, which disables his power. Mark escapes. He is seen for the last time in Out of Time capturing Joe and destroying the city with a tsunami. However, this doesn't happen because The Flash messes with the timeline and imprisons Mark.

Later versions of him imply that he has some degree of schizophrenia. Another voice is constantly in his head urging him on in his schemes which he refers to as his 'Mother'.

Me: And there you have it.

Piper: Wow! That's a lot of villains you all faced.

Zarya: No kidding.

Qin: I was shocked myself when I found out about them.

Lincoln: But it was interesting facing them.

Volcana: It sure was Lincoln. But thank goodness we don't have to face our former teammates anymore.

Star Sapphire: Yeah.

Sinestro: Even though the Legion of Doom is disbanded, we will still be able to fight them from time to time.

Me: That's true.

Emerald: Who was the worst member of the Legion Of Doom that you all faced?

Me: That is an easy one.

Everyone: The Joker.

Zarya: He sounded really bad from the looks of it.

Me: Really Bad is an understatement Zarya. The Joker was beyond a shadow of a doubt of the most evil villain that Batman has ever faced. So many people have suffered and died all because of him. And that's just in Gotham.

Nico: Yep. I have always hated the Joker and he was the ultimate personification of pure evil and maniacal insanity all rolled together.

May: Yeah.

Cody: And I'm glad we killed the Joker. I delivered the fatal shot that killed him.

Lincoln: He sure did.

Me: And now we never have to see his ugly fucked up clown face again. No offense Luan.

Luan: None taken J.D.

Nico: It's funny. When we first found out about this base, I was excited to kick Grodd's ass before planning to destroy it.

G1 Searchlight: What about now?

Nico: Now, I feel that destroying this base just isn't worth it anymore.

Me: I know. But the Battle with Thanos changed that.

Lincoln: But the Masters of Evil rose up and took their place.

Me: They sure did.

Triggerhappy: So, Arkanya. How are you and the rest of the Mysticons adjusting to life on Earth?

Arkayna: It's really amazing. It's so cool learning so much about Earth and everything that goes on here.

Me: Earth is an amazing planet. Loads of neat places and so much to see and do.

We gathered papers and records from the base and went back home.

Back at the estate some of us were watching TV. We saw the girls heading out.

Varie: We're heading on a girls night out to show the Mysticons around the city.

Me: Okay. Have fun girls.

Zarya: We will J.D.

Lola: We'll be back shortly.

The girls all left.

Nico: You know J.D. that if you break Zarya's heart, Arkayna is gonna kick your ass.

Me: I know man. But I'm a man of my word.

Nico: Good.

In the City of Gotham Royal York, the girls were having a lot of fun. They went to the mall, the park, and all kinds of awesome places.

Later at an awesome restaurant, the girls were having a nice lunch.

Arkayna: Boy this all looks delicious.

Varie: The food here is great.

Zarya: So, what's the deal with that Jack Spicer lookalike? The one who said he was gonna kick our asses.

Donna Diego: We'll gladly tell you about him.

Scream: In fact, we'll tell you about him, Zs'Skayr, Waffle Woman, Vanitas, Number 7, and Vypra.

Lana: Don't forget Professor Calamitous and Lord Drakkon.

Scream: Right they just joined the Masters of Evil.

Piper: Who are the Masters of Evil?

Varie: They are our new archnemesises after the Legion Of Doom was disbanded. After the devastating battle with Thanos the Mad Titan, the Legion of Doom disbanded and the Masters of Evil filled in for them. They are now our newest enemies that we face on a daily basis.

Laney: Dark Spicer is really the dark side of Jack Spicer.

Kimiko: He was one of our most dangerous enemies when we were fighting him for the Shen Gong Wu.

Kimiko went over his history.

Jack Spicer is a self-proclaimed "Evil Boy Genius" and one of the main antagonists in Xiaolin Showdown.

Jack is constantly building different types of robots, the most common of which is the Jack-Bot. His first appearance was in "The Journey of a Thousand Miles" where he met the Heylin witch Wuya and learned of the mystical Shen Gong Wu. He says that he has wanted to rule the world since second grade. As mentioned above, Jack is an experienced robotic engineer, and he is not above sobbing in public or screaming in terror. Jack also gets minor nose bleeds when exposed to great heights rapidly.

Jack lives in his parents' basement, which he uses as his secret lab. His parents are never seen, nor were they mentioned that much in the series. However, it has been shown that his parents (or his father at least) appear to be involved in some high position or profession, as they appear to be relatively wealthy. He also has a blond cousin Megan, who is much younger than he and is aligned with the Xiaolin.

Starting with the second season, Jack becomes more of a scared, whiny fanboy than he was in the first season where he acts more as a psychotic villain beginner and was much calmer.

Examples of Jack's "evil heroes" are Chase Young and Hannibal Roy Bean. He looks up to those evil heroes and tries to form partnerships with them, usually ending up with him getting hurt.

At times, he has gone into the Ying-Yang World, losing his evil side and coming out as a "good Jack," who is quirky, spunky, dramatic, and what can only be described as the ultimate good. After this happened in "Saving Omi," Good Jack went back into the Ying-Yang World. He then used the Ring of the Nine Dragons to duplicate himself, and only one of these clones left. Because this clone only used the Yang Yo-Yo to leave, he regained his evil chi, essentially going back to normal Jack. Good Jack appeared again in the episode "The Life and Times of Hannibal Roy Bean" when regular Jack found the prison that held Hannibal Roy Bean. Hannibal tricked not Jack, but the monks, into letting him out by using the Moby Morpher to turn into Jack. Hannibal (still in disguise) wasn't found out until the monks ran into regular Jack as well as Good Jack. In order to identify the fake, they used the Ring of the Nine Dragons to reunite the two correct Jacks.

Later in the episode "Hannibal's Revenge" Kimiko disguises herself into looking like Jack in order to win a showdown. In the last episode Jack is left with his favorite Shen Gong Wu, the Monkey Staff.

Zarya: Wow! I had no idea that he was that dangerous before he separated.

Lana: I know.

Teen Titans Bumblebee: You know the funny part? When J.D. was about to go to jail for a crime that he didn't commit, it was Dark Spicer who proved his innocence.

Zarya: It's good he did. I would've kicked this Morton and Rotwood's sorry butts into Hell!

They laughed.

Varie: We all would.

Celica: Yeah.

Riley: He also has this evil version of the Omnitrix on him called the Antitrix. What that does is it makes him into mutant versions of the aliens we use.

Emerald: Man!

Zarya: That is weird.

Kelsey Winslow: Next is Vypra. She was one of our most dangerous enemies.

Dana Mitchell: We faced her on a daily basis as the Lightspeed Rescue Power Rangers.

Dana Mitchell went over her history.

Vypra is the villainous vixen played the role of mother figure to young Impus with Queen Bansheera missing and is a supporting antagonist in Power Rangers Lightspeed Rescue. The second of the demons released from the tomb. Vypra battles the Rangers in her high speed dune buggy, the Vyprari. Vypra was killed by Queen Bansheera, who absorbed her energy to gain a bodily form.

She was later mysteriously resurrected, and plotted to rise a super-demon which would destroy the Rangers. Her mission took her to Silver Hills, where she faced the Time Force Power Rangers, as well as the reunited Lightspeed Rescue Rangers, who joined forces to destroy her.

Vypra was one of demon servants of Queen Bansheera, during her reign over the humans. After Queen Bansheera was destroyed and left Diabolico in charge, Vypra took of the role raising Queen Bansheera's son Prince Impus, whom she adored, until his mother returned. Vypra and the other were then eventually sealed away by a warlock, until they were freed by nomads wandering in the desert. After Vypra and the demons returned to their liar, the Skull Cavern, Loki explained to her and Diabolico that humans had built a city, Mariner Bay, on the grounds where their palace used to be. Determined to destroy Mariner Bay and rebuild Queen Bansheera's palace, Vypra along with Diabolico and Loki, sent demon monsters to destroy Mariner Bay, but the monsters were destroyed by the Lightspeed Rescue Rangers.

Emerald: Whoa! That is insane!

Qin: Yeah. Vypra is that dangerous.

Luan: But she is a formable swordmistress.

Gwen Tennyson: Next is Zs'Skayr. He was originally one of Ben's aliens that was in the Omnitrix. He was an Ectonurite called Ghostfreak until he went rogue.

Gwen Tennyson went over Zs'Skayr's history.

Zs'Skayr (pronounced Zuh-Scare), also known as Ghostfreak, is the Ectonurite High Ecto-Lord of Anur Phaetos and Anur Transyl, and a major antagonist in the Ben 10 franchise. He serves as the main antagonist of the season 2 episode, Ghostfreaked Out and all of season 3. He also served as the main antagonist of season 5 of Ben 10: Omniverse.

He was originally stuck in the form of Ghostfreak, but after time managed to gain control over it and escape the Omnitrix, becoming one of Ben Tennyson's most cruel and dangerous enemies.

Originally, Zs'Skayr was High Ecto-Lord of the Ectonurites of Anur Phaetos and learned of the Omnitrix from the data of a probe belonging to Vilgax that crashed on his planet. Soon afterwards, Zs'Skayr met Myaxx as she was seeking DNA samples and helped her to get some from the nearby planet, Flors Verdance. But unbeknownst to her, the Ectonurite took over the Flourana being sampled, thus she took an Ectonurite sample as well. Since Ectonurite's personality and DNA were tied together, Zs'Skayr's personality then formed in the Codon Stream even after the real one died. A clone of the Ectonurite was then born inside Ghostfreak.

After Ben Tennyson gained the Omnitrix, Zs'Skayr's personality became present whenever he turned into Ghostfreak. After some time, Zs'Skayr finally freed himself of the Omnitrix and confronted Ben, tearing away his outer layer of skin to reveal his intimidating, true form.

Wanting to become whole again, Zs'Skayr attempted to possess Ben, but failed to after the sun drove him back. He sought out the Circus Freak Trio and got them to aid him by threatening them when he took over Thumbskull and tossed him around the room. Zs'Skayr went with the trio to confront Ben and tried to possess him, but since Ben had been changed into Four Arms at the time, he couldn't do so.

The Ectonurite took over the Circus Freak Trio to fight Ben, but they were defeated one after another. However Zs'Skayr took over Gwen and used her to fight Four Arms, who eventually regressed back to Ben. The Ectonurite then threatened to make Gwen jump off of the wall they were fighting on if Ben didn't give up. Ben agreed and Zs'Skayr sent the Circus Freak Trio after Gwen and Grandpa Max, before trying to possess the boy.

However Ben was able to transform into Grey Matter just in time and Zs'Skayr continued to pursue him. Eventually Ben changed back to normal and the Ectonurite prepared to again try and possess the boy. However he noticed that it was daytime outside and opened the curtains on the building they were in, destroying Zs'Skayr.

Be Afraid of the Dark

However Zs'Skayr was not finished yet and a Transylian scientist from the Anur System named Dr. Viktor began working to revive him. He stole material from the clock tower where Zs'Skayr had been destroyed and gained the help of a Thep Khufan and a Loboan from the Anur System. As well as bring back Ghostfreak, Vicktor prepared to plunge the Earth into complete darkness for his master to rule. Onboard a NASA Space Shuttle, Vicktor revived his Ectonurite master to face Ben Tennyson again. Then with Corrodium that the Thep Khufan had retrieved, Zs'Skayr and his minions then used a Corrodium beam, blocking out all light from the Sun. With the Earth consumed in eternal darkness, the Ectonurite was fully empowered, but this didn't last long.

Vicktor was tricked into destroying the Corrodium beam and Max opened the space shuttle's roof, exposing him directly to Earth's sun and destroying him again. At the same time, Ben managed to regain Ghostfreak on the Omnitrix, but ended up never using him.

Alien Force

Zs'Skayr was eventually removed from the Codon Steam and imprisoned using sunlight by the Galvans. However Vilgax freed him in exchange for the secrets of the Omnitrix and the knowledge that would let him finally beat Ben. Zs'Skayr told him about Primus, the location of the Codon Stream, but as soon as Vilgax freed him, the Ectonurite betrayed him.

Zs'Skayr took over Vilgaxia, Vilgax's home planet, by possessing the citizens, transforming them into Ectonurite creatures. Vilgax tried to fight them, but was forced to retreat and went to Earth to ask for help from Ben, Gwen, and Kevin. They went to Vilgaxia and infiltrated Vilgax's palace where they found Zs'Skayr, who revealed that Vilgaxia was just the beginning and his minions were already building ships to spread their master's influence to other planets.

The Ectonurite possessed Ben, which was actually part of his plan since it trapped Zs'Skayr back in the Codon Stream. Ben transformed into Ghostfreak, but the Ectonurite quickly took control and began fighting Gwen, Kevin, and Vilgax. Eventually Gwen and Kevin were knocked out and Zs'Skayr managed to knock Vilgax's sword away. He made his minions restrain the conqueror so the Ectonurite could possess him as well. But Vilgax freed himself and used light from his sword to weaken Zs'Skayr, letting Ben regain control and change back, trapping the Ectonurite back in the Omnitrix.

Omniverse

Zs'Skayr makes his return in "Mystery, Incorporeal", being seen crawling out of the portal to Ledgerdomain. According to himself, Ben left him trapped there, and Darkstar opening the portal allowed him to escape. Derrick J. Wyatt states that after Ben destroyed/dispersed him in their last battle, Zs'Skayr used the magic of Ledgerdomain to reform himself there.

In "Rad Monster Party", he along with Dr. Viktor, Kuphulu and Crüjo attempted to defeat Ben and his team, only to be defeated by NRG. His main objective was to regain his title as High Ecto-Lord.

In "Charmed, I'm Sure", he has drained a large portion of energy from the Alpha Rune. Though he thinks it is completely powerless and is now useless, that is not the case.

In "The Vampire Strikes Back", Zs'Skayr used the power he had drained from the Alpha Rune in order to ressurect Lord Transyl, and create a powerful servant in order to regain his title as High Ecto-Lord. This was against the objections of Dr. Viktor, who remembers how Lord Transyl's race had enslaved his people. Ultimately, Zs'Skayr's plan comes to naught as Viktor betrays him and he is once again burned to ashes, this time by Ben as Atomix. While he is seemingly killed, Ben states that he will return some day, so he leaves a light fusion orb called "Fusion Cuisine" in Zs'Castle Zs'Skayr so Zs'Skayr could not get in.

Arkayna: Whoa! That is awful that he went rogue and is out to plunge the world into darkness!

Qin: Yeah and he is one of Ben's most dangerous enemies.

Riley: He is really dangerous.

Aqua: Next is Vanitas. He was originally the dark side of Ventus. He was also the student of Master Xehanort before we killed him.

Aqua went over Vanitas' history.

Vanitas, also known as The Masked Boy, is one of the secondary antagonists of the Kingdom Hearts series. Vanitas is a Keyblade wielder, Master Xehanort's apprentice, Ventus' dark embodiment, and is the cause of infestations of The Unversed in various worlds. He is also a member of the Real Organization XIII.

He is voiced by Miyu Irino in Japanese and Haley Joel Osment in English, both of whom also voice Sora. As Ventus-Vanitas, his voice is blended with those of Kouki Uchiyama in Japanese and Jesse McCartney in English, both of whom also voice Ventus and Roxas.

In the novels, Vanitas' life between his creation and the events of Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep is expanded upon. At first, Vanitas was a faceless being much like a Heartless but with red eyes, that felt sad for his separation from Ventus. However, that sadness soon turned to hate and contempt for what he considered his weakness. In a way, Vanitas hated himself for being so weak.

Vanitas was well aware of his existence, and soon started questioning why he was born, and every time he felt something, an Unversed would come to be. This caused him to be irritated by the fact that such a monster was born from him, so he destroyed the Unversed with his Keyblade without any hesitation; but every time he destroyed an Unversed, he himself would feel strong physical pain running through his body, and after the Unversed was destroyed, the pain and negative feeling would return to Vanitas' mind, which added more to the irritation he was feeling and in turn another Unversed of "irritation" would be born from him.

When a newborn's heart came in contact with Ventus' fractured heart, he also directly contacted Vanitas' heart. After feeling a sharp pain in his chest, Vanitas' body fell to the ground of the wasteland near the Keyblade Graveyard and almost lost his consciousness, feeling being engulfed by absolute Darkness. That was when Vanitas heard Sora's voice and then he saw Light.

The Light eventually surrounded his whole body. He then heard a voice saying "Let's open the door".

Vanitas then opened his eyes and found out that now he had a normal boy's face. He also realized that someone, probably also a newborn heart like himself, had saved Ventus' heart from completely fading away.

Because Vanitas told Master Xehanort that if he kept both him and Ventus, he could not guarantee that he could keep Ventus alive, since he found it was hard to suppress his impulse to hurt Ventus, Xehanort had to take Ventus to the Land of Departure, asking Eraqus to take care of the boy. But after Ventus left, Vanitas started to miss him, and he kept wondering why they got separated from each other. This caused him to feel miserable and immense pain.

At the same time, he also felt very lost and anxious about his future; without Ventus, what would become of him? What was he supposed to do? What was the meaning of his existence? Why did he feel so suffocated in his chest? The more he thought about these questions, the more anxious, irritated, and lonely he felt. And the more he felt that, the more Unversed were created. Looking at the Unversed was like looking at his own weakness that he did not want to admit, so he started to kill them in a cycle of suffering that he could not escape.

At the same time, Master Xehanort could only coldly watch Vanitas harming himself from far away. Vanitas desperately wanted to escape from this vicious cycle of pain and suffering. But as young as he was at that time, he simply did not know any other ways other than killing the Unversed. Until the point the pain was too much to endure, he finally collapsed onto the ground of Keyblade Graveyard, and cried. Tears started running down his face silently as he lay on the ground, alone. Master Xehanort came to him, telling him the only way for him to achieve salvation was to become the χ-blade.

Becoming the χ-blade was the only way for him to truly unite with Ventus again, and the χ-blade would bring salvation not only to him, but also to the whole world. Vanitas desperately wanted to free himself from this unbearable fate, thus to become the χ-blade had now become his goal, his whole life purpose, and his only light of hope to lead him out of this Darkness.

Birth By Sleep

As Ventus-Vanitas, Vanitas was found by Xehanort and became his apprentice, and Xehanort decided to use him to create the χ-blade and also as a vessel. He found that Ventus could not be a vessel but could still make the χ-blade. Xehanort gets Ventus to fight against a horde of Neoshadows but Ventus is defeated so Xehanort splits him into two beings, Ventus - heart of pure light and Vanitas - heart of pure darkness.

After Ven's training, Vanitas arrives and taunts him about being weak before leaving and telling him that if he does not chase Terra, he will never see him again. Vanitas later met Ven at the Badlands and attempted to kill him, thinking he was too weak but Mickey saved him and Vanitas left.

Vanitas later encountered Aqua at the Radiant Garden and they fought, but Vanitas left, revealing that it was just a test. Vanitas met Aqua again in Never Land and fought her because he no longer needed her. After the battle she faints and he leaves, it is unknown why he did not finish her off.

Vanitas confronts Ventus and forces him to go to the Keyblade Graveyard after revealing their past.

Vanitas then fights against Aqua and Ventus at the Keyblade Graveyard and then he faces Terra with Xehanort's help, though he lives midway through the fight so he can forge the χ-blade. Vanitas knocks Aqua out and is about to finish her but Ventus recovers and fights Vanitas.

In the end, while confronting Ven, Vanitas unmasks himself, revealing his face to resemble Sora's, albeit with black hair and golden eyes. He reveals the Unversed came from him, and then would return to him once they're defeated.

During the final confrontation, Vanitas forces Ventus to fuse with him to become Ventus-Vanitas. Ventus fights Vanitas inside his mind while Aqua and Mickey face off against Vanitas controlling Ventus. After a long fight, Aqua and Mickey defeat Ventus-Vanitas and Ventus defeats Vanitas in their mental battle.

During Aqua's search for Terra, she senses a strong presence in the Keyblade Graveyard. Arriving there, she is confronted by Vanitas' Lingering Spirit, who attacks her. She knows he has all of his old powers plus the Unversed's powers and the χ-blade. After a long battle, Aqua defeats him and continues her search for Terra.

Dream Drop Distance

When Young Xehanort appears before Sora within the cathedral at La Cité des Cloches, Ventus' heart reacts within Sora and allows him to see an image of Vanitas. In unison, the youth and Vanitas claim that Sora has made his heart into a prison, then vanish.

The real Vanitas joins the rest of the real Organization XIII during Master Xehanort's resurrection and attempt to make Sora the thirteenth vessel. However, Lea, Donald, and Goofy's intervention forces the Organization, including Vanitas, to retreat to their own times.

Kingdom Hearts III

In Monstropolis, Vanitas was revealed to have freed Randall Boggs so he would aid him in gathering negative emotions from children. After Randall was banished for good, Vanitas tried to seize Ventus from within Sora. Goofy recalled that Ven was never able to defeat Vanitas, because they both struck each other down. In the nick of time, Sulley grabbed him and threw him into four doors with the last one being put in the shredder.

Later, he invaded the Land of Departure to take Ven while his heart was sleeping. Aqua formed a barrier to fight him one-on-one, though he had the upper-hand. With Sora's plea, Ven's heart returned and pierced the barrier to save Aqua. Vanitas retreated after saying that three Guardians was more than he cared to face.

He and Terra-Xehanort were fighting Sora, Ventus, and Aqua in the Keyblade Graveyard. After being defeated, part of his mask shattered to reveal his face again. Ven assured that anyone has the right to choose what they want to be. Vanitas told him that he was darkness and then his body vanished.

Zarya: Geez! That's terrible.

Aqua: It is. He tried to help Xehanort destroy the entire universe and it was good that we stopped her.

Lynn: Thank goodness.

Lisa: Then there is Number 7. She was originally a robot made by Dr. Roland Poindexter.

Luna: She is far more advanced than any of her other robot partners that we destroyed.

Luna went over the history of the Legion Ex Machina.

The Legion ex Machina are a recurring villainous faction in the animated series Big Guy & Rusty the Boy Robot. The group consisted of 7 members (most of whom were identical). Despite having the same bodies, each member had a different cybernetic modification.

The Legion ex Machina was invented by Dr. Roland Poindexter. His goal was to create what he perceived as the perfect artificially intelligent robots. Poindexter was successful, but that was also his downfall, and his creations soon turned against him. The Legion placed Poindexter in stasis where they had complete access to his mind. The Legion then built a secret base and began their goal to eradicate mankind.

ARG0-12

ARGO-12 was the first robot that was created by the Legion. Its purpose was to recruit any other robots to join the Legion. It terminated any of them if they refused the offer. It was powered by packs of nuclear energy that Number 6 stole from where he worked. ARGO-12 engaged in a fight with the Big Guy and was almost successful. It ran low on fuel and was given a defective nuclear pack from Rusty, which then resulted in a massive overload. ARGO-12 was then scrapped afterward.

Rebellion

Number 6 (also known as Dr. Gilder) was placed inside Quark Industries as a mole in order to gather information. He harbored bitter feelings toward the CEO, Quark Donovan, for destroying his inventions. Gilder eventually lost his patience and shifted his focus towards killing Donovan. His first attempt was to hack a robot but it was stopped by the Big Guy. He then hacked into Rusty and controlled the boy as an assassin. Dr. Gilder was then stopped when one of Quark's scientists, Dr. Erika Slate, discovered what he was doing. Dr. Gilder chased her to a grinder, lost his skin in the process, and revealed that he was a robot. then fell into the grinder after Big Guy shot him. The Legion took no pity in the demise of Number 6.

ARGO-12000

ARGO-12000 was the Legion's second robot creation. It was a 400ft version of ARGO-12. ARGO-12000 was sent to steal a Micro-Fusion generator that could be used to build more robots like it. The body parts of ARGO-12000 were transported through an underground rail station. The remaining piece, the left hand, was salvaged before construction was complete, but that didn't stop the robot from stealing the micro-fusion generator which was successful. ARGO-12000 headed towards the nearest ocean, but was shot by a beam from its missing hand. It collapsed and went permanently offline. The generator was then recovered.

Stealing Rusty's Brain

The Legion built a machine to steal Rusty's mind. It damaged a dam to draw attention. While it was attacked by the Big Guy, a mechanical orb was released from the backside. The sphere attached to Rusty's head and absorbed his brain waves, which then caused his entire body to go offline. The Legion used the acquired data to access his Rusty's thoughts. Rusty managed to escape their computer network and entered the Internet. Number 4 then chased Rusty throughout the Internet. The pursuit ended at Quark's Digital Archives. Big Guy appeared and intervened: he shot Number 4 into a stream of data. The Legion then spent time and repaired Number 4.

Project NOVA

In order to finish their latest creation, the Legion needed specialized fuel. Their only source was a power plant that manufactured neutrinos. They sent a machine to steal a new kind of neutrinos: anti-tronic neutrinos. As it began to drain the entire supply, it was interrupted by the Big Guy. Rusty then attempted to download data from the machine's archives. Number 4 attempted to use his own strength to counteract Rusty. Both sides then engaged in a mental tug-of-war. The connection ended after Rusty and Number 4 were overwhelmed. Later, it was revealed that their personalities were swapped. Rusty started to build Project NOVA and released it. Rusty went after NOVA and so did Number 4. When they reached the scene, Rusty and Number 4 engaged in another mental tug-of-war. That time, there was a swap between their identities. Rusty took full control of Number 4's body. He then short-circuited NOVA and deactivated his original body. The brain of Number 4 was then acquired by Quark.

Confronting Big Guy

Sometime later, the Legion sent Number 5 to acquire a robot from the Chopshoppers. Number 5 was greeted by the Big Guy upon his arrival. A fight took place where Number 5 had his cybernetic modification as an advantage. His skin was destroyed after he revealed himself as a robot, but he still had the upper hand in the battle. Big Guy used his own body to smash Number 5 into the ground. Number 5 malfunctioned from the impact and was then shot into a tank of cryogenic ice. His existence came to an end when Rusty shattered his frozen body.

Missing Colleague

Quark still had the brain of Number 4, and Donovan's nephew, Pierre, stole it for his science project. He then placed the brain inside a toy robot. Once activated, the toy robot escaped. Unaware of the Legion, Pierre had no idea about the possible consequences. Meanwhile, the Legion made plans to eliminate Number 4 because he became incompetent. As revenge for their betrayal, Number 4 attempted to destroy the entire city. He failed when his auto-safety mechanism was activated by the Big Guy and destroyed his head.

Sabotaged Rusties

The remaining three members of the Legion acquired a household version of Rusty from Quark industries. Using their advanced technology, they redesigned the circuitry. Then they connected the robot into a machine and used it to control every other household version. Their first part of their mission was to replace their own batteries with nuclear packs. The next phase was to shoot green beams at New Tronic City, that would annihilate the inhabitants and allow the Legion the opportunity to build a utopia for robots. They were almost successful, but a bomb destroyed all of the Rusties.

Fake Big Guy

Frustrated by their constant defeats, the Legion built an exact duplicate of the Big Guy. They dubbed it the BGY-11X. The Legion trapped the real Big Guy in a remote desert. During the BGY-11X's time at Quark Industries, the Legion learned the truth: the Big Guy was piloted by a human: Lt. Dwayne Hunter. Despite the efforts of the BGY-11X to act like its counterpart, Rusty became suspicious and found out. The real Big Guy returned after his body and pilot were found. Both the original and the clone then engaged in a brutal fight. The Big Guy won by shooting his arm into the cannon of his opponent.

Abduction

The victory was short lived, however. The Legion then dispatched a clone of the pilot, Lt. Dwayne Hunter. It shot Hunter and sent him directly to the Legion's Headquarters.

Revelation

Upon Hunter's arrival, the Legion introduced themselves. The Legion revealed their creator who was also their prisoner. Poindexter's mind was a source of data. According the Legion, they felt no human emotions and therefore overthrew their creator. Their lack of human emotions led the Legion to believe that mankind was inferior. They felt that Hunter was less inferior, but was more problematic. Then Hunter was placed into stasis.

Downfall

The Legion's Headquarters were soon discovered when Quark found some old schematics. Rusty then promptly flew to the location, saved Hunter, and his presence alerted the Legion. The Legion then engaged in a climatic battle with their enemies. Number 1 equipped himself with blasters; Number 2 utilized his exoskeleton; and Number 3 took control of a giant robot. Poindexter was freed from his prison when the battle started. Poindexter and Rusty were intervened by Number 2. Number 2 then tried to kill Poindexter, but was pulled into a nearby fan which shredded his entire body. Meanwhile, Big Guy and Number 3 were in a fierce fight and were evenly matched. However, Big Guy found a way to defeat his opponent: he pushed Number 3 into a pool of blue acid that melted him. Afterward, Poindexter took cover while Big Guy and Rusty fought Number 1. Number 1 trapped Big Guy and Rusty in a force field and Big Guy lost his left arm in the process. Poindexter then used it to hit a machine which catapulted Number 1 directly into the force field. After Number 1's destruction, the field deactivated. A video message then suddenly appeared and the complex started to self destruct. Big Guy. Rusty, and Poindexter then escaped. During a later conversation, the members of Quark Industries attempt to reassure Poindexter by saying that they had destroyed all six members of the Legion, but Poindexter was struck with a sudden fear as he told them that he had created seven members.

Members

Number 1

The first member who was created and was the last one destroyed. As the leader, Number 1 was in charge of production and tactics. The other members fully respected him. Despite the loyalty, Number 1 took no pity in the death of his own colleagues. Occasionally, he displayed an ironic sense of humor.

Number 2

Number 2's exoskeleton was entirely different from his colleagues. He was first who was destroyed in the Legion's downfall.

Number 3

Number 3 was emotionless and spoke in a flat tone of voice. His eyes were never revealed. He and Number 2 usually agreed about the same matter. Despite his personality, Number 3 was capable of expressing anger. Number 3 was destroyed before Number 1 in the Legion's downfall.

Number 4

Number 4 was the only one who swapped personalities with someone else. He was captured by Big Guy and Rusty.

Number 5

Number 5 was equipped with a visor that shot red lasers. Number 5 was the first member who fought the Big Guy. Despite his smaller size, Number 5 was a formidable combatant. Despite his abilities, Number 5 was the most successful member who severely damaged Big Guy.

Number 6

Number 6 was also known as Dr. Gilder. He was only one with human emotions. Also, he was the only one without cybernetic parts. Number 6's outer appearance was different from his colleagues. He built robots for Quark Industries, but was actually a mole. He was the Legion's first member who was destroyed.

Number 7

The status and location of Number 7 is unknown.

Emerald: Whoa! These robots sounded really dangerous.

Leni: They totes were.

Lori: Literally a nightmare from hell.

Linka: Yeah. They wanted to destroy Neutronic City and rule the world in the name of robots.

Nicole: Yeah but thank goodness we destroyed them.

Lisa: But Number 7 is a deadly challenge.

Leni: Yeah and he is a challenge for Ed.

Liberty: Yeah.

Arkayna: And who is Waffle Woman?

Tara: She used to be successful Breakfast Maker Vicky Velcro and she made a good breakfast called Liquid Waffles.

Tara went over her history.

Vicky Velcro was the founder of "Liquid Waffles", which was a very popular breakfast product. When Powdered Toast stole her fame, she swore to take revenge, and became Waffle Woman when Powdered Toastman retired. She captured Little Johnny in an effort to lure Powdered Toastman, but she failed in battle, resulting in the destruction of Earth.

Zarya: Boy talk about a heated rivalry!

Tara: I know and I like waffles.

Linka: Me too.

Everyone agreed.

They had a great lunch and it was a great girls night out.

Later, back at the estate we were watching one of my favorite movies from my past and Lincoln and Linka's all time favorite movie: The Rescuers.

The film begins in an abandoned river boat in Devil's Bayou in Louisiana, where an orphan girl, Penny, drops a message in a bottle containing a plea for help into the river. The bottle is carried out to sea and washes up in New York City and arrives at the pier where the mice discover it.

That following morning, at the United Nations Headquarters, the message is delivered to the Rescue Aid Society. The Hungarian representative, Miss Bianca, volunteers to accept the case and chooses the janitor, Bernard, as her co-agent. That night, it starts to rain as Bernard and Miss Bianca get off the bus and walk on the sidewalk to hide in the post box. After locating where they need to go that was written on Penny's message, they attempt a shortcut through the zoo, only for Bernard to be scared off by the lions and suggests taking the long way as he originally intended. The two visit Morningside Orphanage, where Penny lived, and meet an old cat named Rufus. He tells them about a wicked woman named Madame Medusa who once tried to lure Penny into her car and may have abducted Penny this time.

The mice travel to Medusa's pawn shop, where they discover that she and her partner Mr. Snoops are on a quest to find the world's largest diamond, the Devil's Eye. After failing to ride with Medusa as she headed for the airport to catch the next flight to Devil's Bayou, Bernard and Bianca head to the Pan Am Tower, with the intent being to fly Albatross Air Service to Devil's Bayou. With the help of an albatross named Orville, and a dragonfly named Evinrude, the mice follow Medusa and Mr. Snoops to the bayou. There, they learn that Penny was captured and made to enter a hole that leads down into the pirates' cave where the Devil's Eye is located.

Thanks to Miss Bianca's perfume, the mice attract the attention of Medusa's pet crocodiles, Brutus and Nero. Bernard and Miss Bianca escape and find Penny. The following morning, Medusa and Mr. Snoops send Penny down into the cave to find the gem, unaware that Miss Bianca and Bernard are hiding in her skirt pocket. The three soon find the stone within a pirate skull; as Penny pries the mouth open with a sword, the mice push it out from within, but soon the oceanic tide rises and floods the cave. Miss Bianca, Penny, and Bernard barely manage to retrieve the diamond and escape.

The greedy Medusa steals the diamond for herself and hides it in Penny's teddy bear. When she trips over a cable set by Bernard and Bianca while she's holding Penny and Snoops at gunpoint, Medusa loses the bear to Penny, who runs away with it. Medusa retaliates with gunfire, causing the mice to flee until they are met by Brutus and Nero, her crocodiles. Bernard and Miss Bianca trick them into entering a cage-like elevator, trapping them.

Two of the swamp critters that Bernard and Bianca befriended set off Snoops' fireworks, making the boat sink and freeing Brutus and Nero. Penny and the gang commandeer Medusa's "swamp mobile". Medusa pursues them on Brutus and Nero, viciously whipping the two crocodiles as she does so, but crashes and is left clinging to the boat's smoke stacks with the angered Brutus and Nero attacking below.

Back in New York, the Rescue Aid Society watch TV to hear that the Devil's Eye is given to the Smithsonian Institution and Penny is adopted by a new father and mother while it is implied that Medusa and Snoops have been arrested and imprisoned for kidnapping Penny. Bernard and Miss Bianca remain partners in the Rescue Aid Society's missions and soon after departing on Orville, accompanied by Evinrude, to a new rescue mission.

When the movie was done we cheered wildly.

Me: That is so awesome!

Lincoln: It sure is!

Laney: One of my favorite movies and it's what lead us to adopt Penny.

Penny L.: Yeah. I love my family.

Me: Aww.

Zarya: How did Penny's biological parents die?

Me: Well that is a sad part. I found out that her biological parents died in a car wreck when she was only 6 months old.

Lori: Oh no.

Lana: I'm so sorry Penny.

Penny L.: It's all right Lana.

Lincoln: But that was one of our most heroic adventures.

Linka: Yeah. We also brought the worlds largest diamond into the Smithsonian Institution in Washington D.C.

Me: Yeah. It was a huge diamond. Priceless. It turns out it was worth more than $582,000,000,000,000.00. It's priceless.

Laney: Yeah.

Natsu: We've already helped Cody beat Mcleach when you guys met me and the rest of Fairy Tail. How bad can Medusa be?

Me: She's pure evil.

I pulled up her history.

Madame Medusa (also simply known as Medusa) is the main antagonist of Disney's 23rd full-length animated feature film The Rescuers. She is the opprobrious and manipulative proprietor of a pawn shop in New York City, which she uses as a cover for her criminal endeavors. She also has the two alligators named Brutus and Nero as her pets, and Mr. Snoops as her human henchman.

She was voiced by the late Geraldine Page.

Madame Medusa is aided in her misdeeds by the two fearsome "pet" crocodiles named Brutus and Nero, that while being tame are also brutes who enjoy causing trouble - she also had aid from the blundering Mr. Snoops, who is extremely happy to go along with Madame Medusa because of his own greed: the two would often bicker though, and their partnership is a very weak one.

Medusa is first mentioned in the movie by Penny's old brown cat named Rufus, who explains to two mice Bernard and Bianca (the heroes of the film) that a weird lady was always trying to give her a ride, but was always turned down. He then says that the lady and her partner run a sleazy pawnshop down the street.

Bernard and Bianca head over to the pawnshop and after being scared from a ringing phone, they hide to avoid being caught. Medusa then reveals herself, irritated at the phone ringing so late at night. She picks it up and is elated upon hearing the voice talking to her, which turns out to be her partner, Snoops, believing that he has found a diamond that she has been searching for. But instead, Snoops tells her to give him time to which Medusa revokes due to the fact that he had been looking for three months. Snoops then says something about "bottles" and Medusa concludes that he is talking about Penny sending message in bottles. She then launches a tirade on Snoops for his inability to "control a little girl" and says that she will be taking the next flight to Devil's Bayou before hanging up on him by way of slamming the phone.

She then grabs a suitcase, before heading to her room and comes back with a pile of clothes that she stuffs inside while huffing about Snoops's incompetence, then grabs a purple fur coat. As Bernard and Bianca try to get inside the suitcase, Medusa tries to shut it, but due to her careless packing, it does not. She furiously tries to shut it before jumping up and shutting it with her bottom, which hurts her a bit. In her car, Medusa has trouble starting it due to Bianca being underneath the accelerator, but eventually gets going and drives in a Cruella-esque fashion (spinning around, jetting past a truck, and falling into a ditch). Her reckless driving causes Bernard and Bianca in the suitcase to fall out while she drives off.

At Devil's Bayou (presumably, a swamp in Louisiana), Penny tries another of many attempts to escape and Medusa realizes it when she calls her multiple times and she does not answer. She order Brutus and Nero to find the girl and bring her back. Meanwhile, Medusa plans to search for Penny in her swamp mobile. She tries to get it started, but cannot (mostly due to a lack of gas) and it ends up flying in the air before landing back into the water. Medusa looks back at the engine and grows furious at the fact that the vehicle will not start, shouting at the recently arriving Snoops as to what is wrong with swamp mobile. Snoops responds that he's not sure as the vehicle worked fine when he used it yesterday. After finally starting the vehicle, Medusa tells Snoops to shut up before ordering him to launch his fireworks to light up the bayou so she will be able to find Penny and gets going in her swamp mobile.

Later, during her search, Medusa unknowingly gets Orville sucked into her swamp mobile, not noticing him as she continues her search. She uses one of the lights from her mobile to look for Penny and almost catches her hiding in the swamplands. Nero and Bruts manage to bring Penny back to Medusa's houseboat and Medusa learns about this after Snoops fires off some fireworks in the sky that read "Got Girl". She returns back to the boathouse, flying over Bernard and Bianca before making a three-point landing, sliding into the boathouse, and making a skidding stop.

Returning back with a puff of black smoke behind her, she demands to know where Penny is and Snoops says he sent Penny to her room. Medusa asks Snoops in irritation why he let Penny escape and what alibi he has for her this time. Snoops blames Nero and Brutus before handing her one of her gallashes, which she throws back at him. She then compliments her pets for capturing Penny whom she calls an ungrateful little brat. Snoops complains to Medusa about using Penny for her caper and thinks she should leave it up to him, but she quickly cuts him off, telling him that he's not thinking. Snoops responds by saying he knows that Penny is the only one small enough to squeeze down the black hole.

Frustrated at Penny's inability to find the diamond, Medusa smacks her cane against Snoops's hands after he presents her with a handful of gems that Penny acquired during her trips to the cave. She then blames Snoops for not leaving Penny in said cave long enough. Snoops respond by saying that Penny will not take orders to which she responds by saying that he is just too soft on her. Snoops retaliates by saying that he had to take Penny out of the cave because the tide was coming and besides that, all Penny was doing was fussing about her teddy bear getting wet. Medusa then says that Snoops does not have a way with children; one has to gain a child's trust and make said child like them. Snoops asks how and Medusa angrily responds, saying that one forces a child to like them before calling him an idiot and almost hitting him with her cane. She concludes that when the next low tide comes in, she will put Penny in the cave herself and keep her there until she finds the diamond before walking off with her two alligators.

In her room, Medusa is looking over a map of the bayou when she hears the sound of organ music playing (Nero or Brutus playing it to get to Bernard and Bianca). Annoyed by this, she storms out and confronts Nero and Brutus, telling them to stop the racket before hitting on of them with her cane. This causes one of them to spit out Bernard whom they had just eaten and Medusa screams in terror upon seeing him, rushing to a chair, grabbing her dress, and telling Snoops to kill him.

As Snoops tries to kill Bernard with a broom, he accidentally hits the chair Medusa is standing on, breaking it and causing her to fall. She freaks out even more after seeing Bianca. Wanting the two mice dead, she grabs a shotgun and shoots at them, hitting Snoops and Brutus or Nero in the process. After wildly shooting around, Medusa's gun fails to shoot anymore bullets. She grows furious as she tries to shoot something out of it and asks Snoops what's wrong with the gun as she beats on it. As Snoops says that he does not know what's wrong, her gun shoots off some bullets which hit Bernard and Bianca as they are escaping.

Later in the night, Medusa calls Penny from her room, saying that she wants to talk to her. She is then seen putting on her nightgown and taking off her earrings, angrily saying to herself that high tide or not, Penny will find her the Devil's eye tomorrow or else.

The next morning, Medusa and Snoops bring Penny back to the cave, where Medusa steals her teddy bear and threatens to destroy it if Penny does not go down and find the diamond. After Penny finds the Devil's Eye (which was located inside a skull) and returns back up, Medusa take the diamond for herself, delighted that it is finally now in her possession. However, she refuses to return Penny's teddy bear and instead sows the diamond inside it. The greedy Medusa also betrays Snoops, despite his objections that he get half of the fortune for locating the diamond. Back in the houseboat, Medusa holds both Snoops and Penny in gunpoint, preparing to leave them behind. However, Medusa falls over a trip wire (planted by Bernard and Bianca) making her lose hold of the teddy bear.

As Snoops and Medusa engage into a fight to get the diamond, Penny grabs the teddy bear and (with the help from Bernard, Bianca, and several swamp folk animals) starts up Medusa's swamp mobile to escape. Medusa, Brutus, and Nero manage to catch up to them by grabbing hold of the rope, but Medusa starts whipping both alligators for no reason, much to their anger. It was not until Penny made a turn, causing the rope to snap and Medusa to crash on a smokestack as her houseboat has sunken thanks to the swamp animals firing up all of Snoops's firework supply.

As Snoops escapes on a board laughing at her misery while Penny and the animals head away from the scene on the swamp mobile, Medusa is now at a dead end by the wrath of both Brutus and Nero, who have finally had enough of her abusive, crotchety and vituperative behavior and attempt to devour her. Medusa is last seen holding her grip on the smokestack, weeping at the lost of the Devil's Eye which now is donated in the Smithsonian Institute as she tries to avoid being attacked by Brutus and Nero, who intend and attempt to eat her alive afterwards. Her fate beyond this point is currently unknown, but it can be assumed that she either found a slim chance to escape her formerly loyal pets and she and Snoops were both arrested, or was eventually eaten by them. Others jokingly assume that the message for help that Bianca chooses, on both her and Bernard's behalf, to answer at the end of the film is from her, and that she was rescued by them off-screen.

Qin: Boy I had no idea she was that bad!

Nico: No kidding. But I'm glad she was put in prison.

Me: Yep. Lincoln and Linka did that. She and Snoops got over 1,600 years in federal prison for their crimes.

Penny L.: I remember.

Qin: But at least we'll never see that witch again.

Me: I know. And since we put Medusa and Snoops in prison, we'll kill them in this one. Lets head to the Simulator and get them.

Everyone cheered.

Lucy Heartfilia: I can watch Penny here while you guys are in the simulator.

Me: Thanks Lucy. We appreciate that.

We went to the simulator.

In the simulator we got ready and we were preparing for an awesome adventure to journey into the treacherous Louisiana Bayou to rescue Penny from the evil Madame Medusa.

Me: Here we go.

We entered the Simulator as it activated and we were in New York City.

Me: Here we are guys. New York City.

Lincoln: Just like I remember it.

Me: Yep.

I heard something coming from a store. It was a pawn shop run by Madam Medusa.

Me: Shh. Listen.

We listened to what she was saying.

Madam Medusa: Madam Medusa's Pawn Shop Boutique? Snoops! [excited] Don't tell me Snoops! Let me guess. You found it! [Laughs] You've found the Diamond?

Snoops: (Phone Garble)

Medusa: Give you time? You bungler! You have been down there for 3 months. [Snoops talking indistinctly] Bottles? What bottles? [Angry] You caught Penny sending messages in bottles!? You blundering fool! Can't you control a little girl!? Shut up! [Slams her fist on her desk] I am taking the next flight down to Devil's Bayou!

She slams the phone on the receiver.

Medusa packed a suitcase and left.

We all then went in and looked around and in Medusa's study they saw a bunch of maps and books on Louisiana, a picture of an Old Abandoned Dixie Paddle Riverboat.

Me: Wow. Look at all these maps.

Laney: They're all maps of Louisiana.

Lincoln looks at the Riverboat Picture.

Lincoln: Look at this. This must be where she's holding Penny.

Bernard: But what is she after and what does she want with her?

Linka: [Gasp] I remember! She's after the largest diamond in the world: The Devil's Eye. It's as big as a human head and it's priceless.

Lincoln: That diamond is huge and it would make anyone rich beyond their wildest dreams.

Me: It is a huge diamond. And a diamond that big belongs in a museum.

Lana: Now I see why they couldn't find Penny.

Ms. Bianca: They couldn't find Penny because she's not in New York. She's in Louisiana.

Me: Half way across the country.

Nico: Wow.

Linka: That's over 1,300 miles away.

Lincoln: Let's go.

We were off to Devil's Bayou in Louisiana.

DEVIL'S BAYOU, LOUISIANA

We arrived in Devil's Bayou in Louisiana and it was a creepy, dangerous and foreboding place. It was a treacherous swamp filled with danger at every corner.

Nico: Whoa. So this is Devil's Bayou.

Me: Yeah. Dangerous as hell this place is.

Laney: This place gives me the creeps.

Lola: Look there.

We saw an abandoned Dixie Riverboat. It looked like it was there for years.

Lincoln: That's the Riverboat all right.

Linka: Sure looks old.

Me: It's an old Mississippi River Paddleboat.

Bernard: It looks like it's been here for years.

Qin: Yeah.

Ms. Bianca: It sure has. Penny must be in there.

Janeen: I have that felling too.

Me: This boat would make a great hideout for any kind of criminal.

Linka: How are we gonna get her out?

Lincoln: We'll think of something.

Nico: Someone is coming out of the boat.

Me: Quick hide.

We hid in the grass. We saw Madam Medusa driving a swamp-mobile to the riverboat. We met 2 local mice named Ellie Mae and Luke, a Dragonfly named Evinrude, a rabbit named Deadeye, a turtle named Gramps, a mole named Digger, and an Owl named Deacon Owl.

Me: Looks like Medusa has arrived.

Varie: That evil witch.

Ellie Mae: I'd like to give her a few whacks with my Rolling Pin!

Luke: We swamp folks are gonna run her clean out of our bayou.

Me: We're actually here to kill her.

Lincoln: If it's a fight she wants then it's a fight she's gonna get.

Linka: We are also here to rescue Penny.

Deadeye: That little girl Medusa has with her?

Lincoln: Yes.

Me: We won't let Medusa hurt her

Linka: How is Penny part of Medusa's plan to get the Devil's Eye Diamond?

Gramps: Penny is small enough to squeeze down a small hole that goes into a pirates cave on the coast. But it's hard to get to because the tide comes in fast and floods the cave quickly.

Linka: I remember that

Lincoln: Medusa really wants that diamond. Bad.

Nico: As long as we're here, she can't have it.

Laney: Why does she want that diamond?

Linka: Probably either for herself or for selling it on the Black Market.

Bernard: We got to get Penny out of here and quick.

Me: I know. But how?

Lincoln: Guys, someone is coming out of the boat.

We looked and Lincoln pulled out his binoculars and we saw Penny trying to make a run for it.

Lincoln: That must be Penny.

Linka: Let me see. [Lincoln hands her the binoculars] Oh. She's so young.

Me: That's Penny all right.

Ms. Bianca: It's Penny. Oh how terrible.

The lights in the Riverboat came on.

Me: Uh oh.

Medusa: Penny? Penny? Penny answer me. Penny!?

Lincoln: Medusa's calling out for her.

Me: We got to get Penny and hide till we come up with a plan.

Linka: Ellie Mae. Do you know if there's a place where we all can hide?

Ellie Mae: There's a cave over there.

Ellie Mae pointed to a cave on a cliff above the coastline.

Me: That's perfect.

Lincoln: Perfect. Lets go.

Ellie Mae: Evinrude. Go with them.

Evinrude the dragonfly buzzed in agreement.

Ellie Mae: Send Evinrude back as soon as you need help.

Lincoln: Right. Lets go.

Me: Lets do it.

We all went to Penny.

We saw Penny hiding behind a tree.

Lincoln: Penny! Over here!

Penny saw us.

Linka: Penny we mean you no harm. Come on over here, quickly.

Penny did so.

Penny: Where'd you all come from?

Lincoln: We'll explain later. Lets get over to that cave and hide.

Lincoln points to the cave and we all went for it.

Suddenly, fireworks went off.

Linka: On no. They're using fireworks to illuminate the swamp to find us.

Me: It's like the 4th of July!

Lincoln: Hurry!

We went to the cave and ran fast.

We got to the cave and Laney formed a plant curtain to keep the cave hidden.

Laney: That will make sure she doesn't find us.

Lincoln lit a lantern and it lit up the room.

Penny: Thank you for saving me.

Me: We should introduce ourselves. We are Team Loud Phoenix Storm.

We introduced ourselves.

Penny: It's a pleasure to meet you all.

Me: Same here.

Bernard: We found the bottle with your message and we've come to rescue you.

Penny: Did you hear that Teddy? Our bottle worked!

Lincoln: Yes it did.

Me: Yep.

Penny: Didn't you bring someone big with you like the Police?

Me: Well technically we ARE the police. You see, we are superheroes.

Penny: Wow!

Linka: I promise you Penny that we will try and get you out of here. We got to work together.

Me: Yep. We're going to take that ruthless witch Medusa down for good.

Penny: I will help you.

Nico: Awesome.

Lincoln: Okay.

They felt rumbling.

Me: Whoa!

Lincoln: What's that?

Nico: Feels like an earthquake.

Luna: Wait dudes I hear something.

They heard water sloshing coming from behind a cave wall further down.

Linka: It's coming from behind this wall here.

Lincoln pressed his ear against it and heard the water splashing and sloshing.

Lincoln: There's water behind here.

Me: I can hear it.

Bernard: There's water dripping from that rock sticking out.

Qin: He's right.

Lincoln: Stand back.

Lincoln kicked the wall and it shattered and water splashed into the cave room and a human skull tumbled in.

Lincoln: That rock was a skull.

Me: Whoa!

Lucy Loud: I wonder who that skull once belonged to.

Me: Who knows? He looks like he has been dead for centuries.

Linka: Wait a minute. I see something in it.

Me: I see something too.

Lincoln picked it up and looked in it and shined a light in it. Rainbow lights flickered all over the cave room.

Bernard: Wow!

Lori: Whoa! This is literally pretty.

Me: It's like prism lights.

Nico: Dazzling and beautiful.

Zarya: Amazing.

Piper: Yeah.

Lincoln: Look at this!

We looked in the skull and we saw a huge diamond. It was THE WORLD'S LARGEST DIAMOND - THE DEVIL'S EYE!

The Devil's Eye is the world's biggest diamond, and the main reason of Madame Medusa's ambition. She would do whatever it takes to get her hands on it. It used to belong to pirates that buried their treasure in a cavern in Devil's Bayou. As the world's largest diamond, it surely would have made Medusa millions but given the degree of her obsession, its strongly suggested Medusa planned to simply keep the diamond for herself.

Bianca and Bernard help Penny retrieve it from a skull before the cavern gets flooded. Madame Medusa then hides it inside Penny's Teddy Bear with the intention of smuggling it out of the bayou. However, Penny, Bernard, Bianca, and the Swamp Folk, take the diamond away from Medusa and escape with it. At the end of the film, it is donated to the Smithsonian Institute.

Bernard: Holy mackerel! That... That's it!

Ms. Bianca: The Devil's Eye.

Me: (Whistles) Wow! It's bigger than what we first saw.

Lori: No kidding!

Lola: Wow! That is an incredible diamond!

Lisa: Amazing piece of cut carbon.

Me: And it's priceless.

Nico smashed the skull and got the diamond out.

Lincoln: This diamond is huge.

Laney: Wow.

Nico: Geez that diamond is massive.

Hunter: (German Accent) Ja. Und it's the biggest in ze world.

Linka: We better hide this thing.

Lincoln put it in his backpack and the water receded.

Lincoln: Look.

We saw the Pirate Cave that Penny was going into.

Linka: Is this the Pirate Cave you were going into Penny?

Penny: Yeah.

Me: Wow. Looks ancient.

Lincoln: We just found a back way into the cave. Lets check it out.

We walked into the cave and we saw a big hole in the floor.

Linka: What's this hole?

Penny: That's where the water comes in. I'm afraid to go near it.

Me: Looks like it leads to the ocean.

Linka: So this is how the cave gets flooded. High tide comes in and the water from the ocean splashes into the cave.

Lana: Causing it to flood.

Bernard: It sounds very dangerous.

Ms. Bianca: You can drown in here.

Me: No kidding.

Lincoln: Yeah.

Laney formed vines that covered the hole and we crawled over the hole and Penny was on Linka's back and we saw lots of chests full of treasure.

Linka: Boy there's enough treasure here to make anybody rich.

Nicole: No kidding. But for centuries, pirates had buried their loot in caves like this all over the Gulf of Mexico and in the Caribbean.

Lincoln: Yeah.

Bernard: Did Medusa have any need for these smaller diamonds?

Penny: No. She doesn't want those little ones.

Vince: It's still enough treasure to make anyone rich.

Linka: Penny how did you know this was a pirate's cave?

Penny: Him.

Penny pointed to the skeleton of a dead pirate thats been in the cave for a long time.

Ms. Bianca: [Gasps in Horror] Oh dear!

Lincoln: Whoa! He looks like he's been here for a long time.

Linka: Centuries no doubt.

Me: That's Benjamin Hornigold no doubt. He disappeared back in 1719.

Nico: Over 300 years ago.

Vince: Wow.

Jessie K.: He was a pirate back then.

Me: Yep. Lets take the treasure with us.

Nico: Good idea.

We loaded all the treasure into a scroll.

Lincoln looked up through a hole leading to the surface and he saw the Sun rising.

Lincoln: It's already dawn.

Me: We've been down here for a while.

Linka: Have you thought of a plan of attack on Medusa yet?

Lincoln: Yes I have. Here's what we do. But first lets get out of here.

We all went back to the cave we were hiding in as water splashed into the cave. The vines broke and we got out just in time.

Lincoln: High tide just came back in.

Linka: Yeah. Close one. Okay bro. What do you got?

Lincoln whispered the plan to us and it was a good one.

We were going to launch a frontal attack with Ellie Mae, Luke, Deadeye, Gramps, Deacon Owl, Bernard and Ms. Bianca. Most of us are gonna launch an aerial attack.

Me: That's a brilliant plan Lincoln.

At Ellie Mae's house Lincoln explained the plan.

Linka gave Penny a laser gun.

Lincoln: All right does everyone know what to do?

Me: Roger that.

Ellie Mae: We sure do.

Lincoln: Ready?

All: [In Unison] Ready.

Me: Lets get her.

Lincoln: Evinrude, sound the charge.

Evinrude: (Buzzing) Da-Da-Da-Da-Da-Daaa!

All: [In unison] CHARGE!

We went at the Riverboat and I fired a blast of lightning and it hit the boat and set it on fire.

Medusa came out and she was armed with a 12-Gauge Shotgun. She fired at us and missed.

Nicole fired a Winchester Rifle and a bullet hit Medusa in the arm.

She dropped her gun into the water.

Nero and Brutus her pet crocodiles came out and they saw all of us.

Penny: (to Brutus and Nero) Be smart. Do you two really want to go against all of us?

Me: Not a wise choice.

They ran away into the bayou.

?: Very impressive.

A figure came out and it was MATACORE from episode 5 of Super Megaforce.

Matacore tags along with Argus, Prince Vekar, and a number of XBorgs, so Vekar can declare his mastery on the planet.

Despite having the upper hand, he retreats along with Argus, due to have Prince Vekar being hurt in battle, and is teleported due to the interference of Levira and Damaras.

He returns to Earth, soon afterwards, to battle the Mega Rangers again, this time only with the aid of XBorgs. He is defeated by the Super Mega Rangers using their new Samurai powers, with Noah landing the final and destroyed by the Super Mega Sabers Final Strike.

Matacore is enlarged and overpowered the Legendary Wild Force Megazord, but he was finally destroyed by the new Legendary Samurai Megazord and it's 'Legendary Fire Smasher 'attack.

Troy Burrows: Matacore!

Matacore: Long time no see rangers.

Me: I remember you! You wanted to conquer Earth and you easily overwhelmed the rangers.

Matacore: That's right. (to Jayden Shiba): I remember you as well, Samurai Red Ranger. Do you think it's funny giving the Megaforce Rangers that Samurai Double Disk so they could defeat me easily?!

Me: Do us all a favor and shut the hell up!

Matacore: Make me. I've beaten your Legendary Mode before. I can do it again!

Noah: That was then. This is now!

Megaforce Rangers: Legendary Ranger Mode: Science Platoon Dynaman!

The Megaforce Rangers turned into the Scientific Squadron Dynaman from 1984.

Jake Halling: For some reason, I feel like this mode should've been included when we first fought Matacore.

Me: I agree.

Penny was then enveloped in a powerful light and she was now a beautiful teenage girl at around 13 years old and she had a beautiful blue and white dress and she had black stockings and black shoes.

Nico: Whoa! What happened to Penny?

Lily: She changed like me.

Lori: Wow! She has become a beautiful young woman.

Penny L.: Now it's personal. I will never forgive this monster for ruining my life. I found out something from the spirit of my mom.

Medusa came out.

Medusa: Penny!?

Penny L.: I will never forgive you Medusa.

Medusa: What do you mean?

Penny L.: I was visited by the spirit of my mother. I know everything now. I found out that you killed my mom and dad!

We gasped in sheer horror!

Nico: Medusa murdered your biological parents!?

Penny L.: Yes they did. They didn't die in a car crash like I was told. They died because of Medusa. She killed them in cold blood and then set my house on fire!

We were shocked and horrified!

Me: Whoa man!

Nico: Medusa you monster!

Lori: How heartless can you literally be!?

Carol: Absolutely no regard for human life!

Me: Now it's good we came here to kill her. Matacore you aren't worth our time.

I fired an energy blast at Matacore and destroyed him in a powerful explosion.

KRABBBBBBOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMM!

Me: We've got bigger fish to fry.

Nico: That's right. Madam Medusa and Snoops, you have failed this world!

Donkey Kong: (to Medusa) Any last words before I go ape on you?

Penny L.: No Donkey Kong, leave Medusa for me. After I have had my fun you all can finish her.

Donkey Kong: Okay.

We went at her and Snoops and I punched Snoops in the face and kicked him in the stomach and Lincoln fired a powerful blast of lightning and electrocuted him all over. Laney wrapped him in vines and slammed him into the ground.

Luna: What you did makes you nothing more than worthless scum! THALLIUM STYLE: POISON SHURIKEN BARRAGE!

Luna threw a bunch of shuriken made of Thallium, a poisonous metal and they hit Mr. Snoops and poisoned him. His hair was falling out.

Luna: Try this one! PLUTONIUM STYLE NINJA ART: RADIATION SLICING SWORD!

Luna formed a powerful glowing blue sword made entirely out of plutonium and she slashed Mr. Snoops all over and poisoned him with incredible levels of Gamma Radiation.

Luna: Try this one! URANIUM STYLE NINJA ART: RADIOACTIVE LASHING WHIP!

Luna formed a whip made of pure glowing uranium and she lashed him all over and poisoned him with more radiation.

Luna: And try this dude! METAL STYLE NINJA ART: KONIGGRATZER MARCH!

Luna flew into the air as the famous march of the Battle of Koniggratz played and she sent a wall of metal and it turned into the German Soldiers of the battle and they went at Mr. Snoops and knocked him down.

Mr. Snoops was down and he was dying quickly.

I looked him over and what I saw was frightening. I analyzed him and saw that he was poisoned with 75,000 m5v's of Gamma Radiation. Which is the equivalent of being near a nuclear explosion from 11 miles away.

I looked him over with my Geiger Counter and it was clicking like mad showed that he was poisoned with extreme levels of Gamma Radiation.

Me: Boy he was poisoned to enough radiation to kill 100,000 people.

Nico: Hardcore.

Me: Well he'll be dead in about a couple of hours.

Lana: Good riddance.

Hunter: Ja. But Luna that was really awesome!

Luna: Thanks Hunter. Lily got me into learning all about German music. It's awesome dude.

Hunter: Danke.

Jessie K.: That was the famous march of the Battle of Koniggratz. It was a famous battle in Germany that happened back in 1866 during the Austrio-Prussian War. That battle was a decisive factor during that war back 154 years ago.

Me: Wow. I never knew that war happened.

Lincoln: Me neither.

Me: Lets help Penny when the time comes.

Nico: Right.

Penny went at Medusa engaged her in a ferocious fight. Me: I've seen enough! Lets go!

We went and helped and I punched Medusa in the face and Sora healed Penny.

Nico punched Medusa in the face and kicked her in the stomach. Zarya punched her in the face and fired energy arrows at her and they hit her and exploded.

She then had tears stream down her face and she then started crying and she hugged me and cried hard. She was crying and wailing in so much grief and she knew that her nightmare was over. I was comforting her.

Me: It's all right Penny. Just let it all out. Let it all out.

She was crying so hard and so much that it made our hearts hurt.

Nico: Poor girl.

Arkayna: Yeah.

I was comforting her.

Later she was better.

Penny L.: Thank you J.D.

Me: Noted.

We then rested.

THE END

Another Awesome fanfiction done.
