I do not own the Lion King, The only stuff I own here are the OC Characters
The whole pride was in mourning a king have just died, Kali, Thamani, and Ruudhi was in shock and felt for the king who was a great ruler for the Umojelands.
"To rise from the ashes of this tragedy it is with a heavy heart that i assume control, with Kali as my heir... which would start a NEW ERA and a NEW ORDER together we will rise AS A NEW EMPIRE WITH A STRONG AND GLORIOUS FUTURE!" Rifalme announced as the lionesses roared
Rifalme's announcement shocked Kali, who was Rifalme's student since the very beginning everyone was just as shocked as him, being a warrior for the kingdom was one thing but a heir?
It was at this moment, the new order has began the beginning of a formidable empire that will only be stopped by another more formidable opponent.
Years have passed since that event, The Umojelands has grown which is now the empire, other kingdoms have failed to stop it's might.
But all hope was not lost...
It all started here...
"Nafasi!" roared the lion with a brown mane, his green eyes blazing with anger as he scolded his adolescent son. "What you did was unacceptable!"
"Yeah, yeah, I know," Nafasi sneered. "What am I supposed to do? Let myself be pushed over by some jerk?"
"Look, I understand, but sometimes you just have to let it go rather than starting a fight," his father attempted to reason. "When I was your age..."
"Yeah, I know! You grew up alone and got beaten up by everyone!" Nafasi interrupted. "You just don't understand me."
"And who do you think would?" his father asked.
"Mom... Before you let her die," Nafasi spat.
"I did not let her die!" his father shouted, then sighed. "Well, if you seem to know so much, you'll be staying in this den for four weeks!"
"Are you serious?!" Nafasi exclaimed.
"You heard me, young boy!" his father scolded as he walked away.
"Grr! I can't wait to leave this place when I grow up!" Nafasi vented in frustration.
The Empire is growing with Thamani's death still fresh on Kali's mind... He can't forgive himself for what just happened he wants to hurt himself just by thinking about it! But no, he has a job to do.
"Sire," Giza announced, "Our dear friend Kamando has returned and wishes to speak with you."
"What does he seek?" Kali inquired.
"He... Wishes to present something to you, sire," Giza replied.
"Allow him entry," Kali affirmed. Kamando entered the scene, a lion with a black mane and fiery red eyes. "Hello, Sire."
"Get to the point," Kali urged
"I see... My troops and I are embarking on a significant mission, and I seek your guidance," Kamando explained.
"For what purpose?" Kali inquired.
"To invade the Northern Lands," Kamando declared. "The Pride is our rival, and our history with them is fraught with conflict. It's time for them to face their fate"
"And what would be our benefit if we ever go with that?" Kali inquired.
"My lord... The Northernlands have always been our rivals. Bringing them under our control would finally put an end to years of conflict," Kamando explained "For peace and prosperity"
"Interesting..." Kali replied. "Giza, prepare the lioness. We are en route."
"What does he think of himself?" Nafasi muttered, "He just can't push me over. And yet my father is on his side... It's the world against me."
Nafasi pondered, "You know, I can just go outside. He can't tell me what to do. I have a mane now."
As he stepped outside, something was amiss. Everyone was running in fear, shouting, It was unlike anything he'd ever seen.
"What's going on?" he wondered as he hurried to find his father.
After moments of searching, he finally found his father. "What's going on?" Nafasi asked.
"I told you to stay inside!" his father scolded, then added, "It doesn't matter; we have to go now."
"First, tell me what's going on?" Nafasi demanded.
"We are being attacked!" his father replied urgently. "We have to go now!"
With no more questions, Nafasi and his father ran to safety as their pride and kingdom burned. It was a sight he had never witnessed before; his home was under attack by outsiders.
Unfortunately, while fleeing, they encountered the one and only Kali on patrol.
"Hide!" his father hissed, and Nafasi followed suit.
"Make sure that there are no survivors, and the whole place has been pacified!" Kali ordered. "This day will mark the union of the Umojelands and the Northernlands after years of bloodshed in our history."
"Stay here," his father whispered.
"Whoever opposes this can freely express their concern," said Kali, knowing that no one in their right mind would challenge him.
"Excuse me! Who the hell do you think you are?" Nafasi's father appeared suddenly.
"Dad?! What are you doing?" Nafasi asked while hiding behind a tree, but it was too late.
"Is there a problem?" Kali grinned.
"Who do you think you are, trespassing on our home?" Nafasi's father demanded.
"Oh, is that so?" Kali replied, as he delivered a lethal strike on the lion leaving a scar on his right eye. "Let him be an example of what happens to someone who expresses their concern."
"Dad, no!" Nafasi yelped.
It was too late for Nafasi. Kali delivered a lethal strike to his father's neck, ending his life in an instant.
"Noo!!!" Nafasi yelled.
"Oh! The bastard had a son," Kali grinned.
Nafasi mourned his father's lifeless body. How could someone do this? Whoever this Kali was... he had to pay! He had to die! Kali had taken the last remaining member of his family.
"You're going to pay for this!" Nafasi growled.
"Oh, what are you going to do, you brat?" Kali replied. "I certainly do not want to kill another youngling. Trust me; it was way younger than you. But I won't hesitate if I have to kill you."
Nafasi stood there, realizing that even if he fought him, it would be futile. There was no way he could win a fight against him.
"Exactly what I thought... Now go away and maybe take your father's corpse to bury him," Kali said. "Remember... This is your home now, under the Empire's rule."
Anger filled Nafasi. How dare he?! His home... his family, all gone.
"And I guess you know what happens if you ever try to fight me, you little brat," Kali continued.
"I cannot fight you... for now," Nafasi said. "But I promise you that you will pay for this."
After uttering those words, he ran away as fast as he could, determined to escape his home before facing Kali again.
"Let him go," Kali said to the Lionesses. "It's just some brat."
Moments after the job was completed, Kali successfully accomplished his task with Kamando's assistance.
"Brother... May I introduce you to someone?" Ruudhi entered.
"Ruudhi, I told you to ask for permission before entering my space!" Kali hissed.
"I know, but this is important," Ruudhi said. "May I introduce you to Mheetu, my friend who wishes to join our quest for peace and prosperity."
Kali was skeptical, but he decided to give Mheetu a chance. All he had to do was ask a few questions to determine if Mheetu was fit to join the mission.
"Mheetu... Do you wholeheartedly swear an oath to serve our glorious empire?" Kali asked.
"Yes, Sire!" Mheetu replied.
"Do you swear to fight for it, even if it means risking your life?" Kali asked.
"Yes, Sire!" Mheetu responded.
"Do you understand the consequences if you ever turn your back on our cause?" Kali inquired.
"Yes, Sire!" Mheetu affirmed.
"Are you certain you have no intention of turning back?" Kali questioned. "I'll give you a choice now – you can now freely turn back, or will you join us with no option to turn back?"
"Yes, Sire!" Mheetu replied. "I will serve the empire with unwavering loyalty."
"Well, he seems pretty fine to me," Kali remarked. "Welcome, Mheetu."
