Author's note: Thanks for the feedback! I'm so excited for this story and hope to not disappoint. I've never really written Frisco before so I hope I do him justice. Also don't know if he actually met Ethan on the show but the recent Frisco run wasn't true to character anyway. Enjoy this chapter!
Felicia had gotten footage from the security cameras the night Holly went missing. They found Holly, broken but trying to be okay.
"I think that's when she called me." Ethan chimed in when he noticed Holly was on the phone.
At the end of the call Holly seemed hopeful, she had made another short call then went to make another when a man approached her. Robert noticed Holly's demeanor, was she going to call him? Maybe he was hoping for too much. He watched this man talking to her while Holly kept a hold of her phone. She seemed to be showing him something and then was gone.
"Where's the rest?" Robert asked, knowing there had to be more.
"That's it Robert. There should be more but there's not. We can't even get a clear shot of this man. Whoever has her knows how to get rid of evidence. I think this was left on purpose." Felicia knew this would be challenging.
"Why? To show me what an idiot I am? To show me that once again I failed to protect one of the things that I love more than life itself?" Robert's tone was that of a man who was crushed. He wanted to keep his cool but this was beyond frustrating.
Ethan placed a hand on his back. "Robert she knows you love her, she knows you will do anything to save her."
"Ethan is right. We must stay focused." Felicia reached out and touched Robert's arm.
There was a knock on the door. Robert took a deep breath and got up, going over to open it. On the other side stood Frisco Jones holding a piece of paper he found outside the door. Frisco walked in knowing nothing should be discussed in public.
"It's good to see you Robert, wish the circumstances were better." Frisco gave Robert the paper. "This was outside the door. You in the market for a new car?" He asked him.
Unbelievable, after her behavior last night Diane really thought this was appropriate. He took the paper and crumpled it up. "Not me, I prefer a classic." Robert stated, tossing it in the trash.
Frisco's confused look was matched by Felicia's and Ethan's. "Who doesn't?" Frisco replied as he went over to greet Felicia.
"Thank you for getting here so fast." Felicia gave Frisco a hug.
"As soon as you told me. Annie is following up some leads." Frisco told them. A big grin appearing on his face as he saw Ethan. "Oh man, Holly's pride and joy. It's good to finally meet you." He gave him a hug. "Between her and Robert I feel like I know you."
Ethan was taken aback by the hug but welcomed it. "It's good to meet you."
Frisco sat down near Felicia. "I did find out that it was definitely not Holly that went to Australia." Frisco showed them a picture of the person who flew with her ticket. "Annie is trying to locate her. This was a well thought out plan."
Robert shook his head. "Not when they messed with my wi...Holly." Robert caught himself. She would never be anything but to him.
There was another knock on the door. Ethan got up to go get it. Opening it he came face to face with someone he briefly knew a few years ago.
"You!" Annie and Ethan said in unison as Robert, Frisco and Felicia looked on.
