Monsters, for a long time the world thought of them as creatures that were made up. Creatures that terrify humans for centuries, but it turns out that they were real. Very real. After so many years, the Monsters have decided to stop hiding and living with the humans peacefully. A treaty was signed between the two species, allowing the offspring to live with humans to test if they could co-exist.

Some rules were laid out, though. Monsters could not harm or eat their human caretakers. If a monster wants to go out, its human must be with them. Finally, any relationship between the two is forbidden. Anyone caught in one will be arrested and their monster taken away.

Danny stood with the rest of his class, learning that he was chosen to take care of a monster that was staying in his town. His friends stood next to him, each with a different reaction.

"I can't believe I didn't get picked!" Tucker whined.

"You think that's bad? My parents think that having a monster will make me a better person! And they don't even like monsters!" Sam said, groaning.

"Guys, can you please stop whining? I'm sorry for you, I really am. But Mr. Lancer said the choice was final." Danny said, sighing.

"What's with you, dude? Are you looking forward to this?" Tucker asked.

"Kind of? I'm not sure what monster will be staying with me, but at least I can learn a bit more about them." Danny said.

"Sure you are, Fenton," Dash said, walking up behind him.

"I'll get the best Monster that will overtake yours!" He added, causing Danny to roll his eyes.

"We'll see, Dash." He said, causing his bully to glare at him.

Soon, the buses carrying the monsters came and many of them step out. Some Danny knew, others he did not. Mr. Lancer step up and turn to another Monster teacher that nodded at him.

"So, do we have everyone?" He asked.

"There's been a small change." The teacher said before whispering into his ear.

"I see." Mr. Lancer said, nodding.

"Alright, class. I will call your names one by one while Ms. Celia will tell you which one you're taking care of." Mr. Lancer said.

With that, everyone that sign up heard their name and was given a monster to take care of. However, Danny notices that something was up. His name wasn't called and there were starting to be fewer and fewer monsters. Finally, he heard his name and walked up.

"Mr. Fenton, there has been a little mix-up with the monster we wanted to send you." Ms. Celia said, confusing him.

"What do you mean?" Danny asked.

We discover that the monster that wanted to come was planning on hurting you and your family. He was arrested and we had to find a new monster to take his place." She said.

"Okay, so who's taking his place?" Danny asked.

"You may come out now." Ms. Celia said, making Danny turn.

He was surprised to see a girl with long white hair, pointed ears, and wearing white clothes that made her look as if she came from Japan. The one thing that surprise him the most, was the lower part of her body. It was a long white snake tail.

"This is Luna. She wanted to come and live with humans for a while." She said as Luna moved close.

"Err, Hi, Luna. I'm Daniel Fenton, but you can call me Danny." He said, trying to be nice.

"Nice to meet you, Danny." She said, bowing a little.

She seems polite.

"I'm sure you two know the laws. Ms. Luna will be staying with you for the year, Mr. Fenton. If she wishes to travel somewhere, you must be with her." Mr. Lancer said.

"Yes, sir," Danny said, knowing the laws.

"You still don't agree with them, don't you?" Mr. Lancer asked.

"I understand why they were placed, but it doesn't sound like we're treating them as equals," Danny said, surprising Luna.

"A perfect fit." Ms. Celia smirks.

"I normally would expect that from Ms. Manson, not you Mr. Fenton." Mr. Lancer said, surprised.

"Let's just say, I had my eyes opened." Danny sighs, making Luna smile.

"We'll send Luna's things later. As for now, take her to your home and learn all that you can about her species. We'll be expecting a report at the end of the month." Ms. Celia said, still smiling.

"Of course, Ms. Celia," Danny said.

"Just Celia." She said, leaning close to him.

"Take good care of her, Phantom." She said before backing away.

Danny blinks, making him wonder how she knew. Luna heard her as well and looked confused. Many monsters heard of Danny Phantom and many what to stop hiding after hearing him defeat the Ghost King. It took the leaders almost a full year before agreeing to it. But why was Celia calling him Phantom?

"Um, you coming, Luna?" Danny asked, trying to save face.

"Yes." She said, following behind Danny.

Luna looked at Danny, while not very muscly, he wasn't all skin and bones. Meaning that her people wouldn't eat him without fattening him up first. But she's not here for that. She came to learn from the human. See them something other than food. She also came in hopes to meet Danny Phantom, many of her people's God.

Later,

Danny took Luna home, informing her about his parents.

"Mom and Dad are nice people, I just hope you can deal with how they treat ghosts," Danny said.

"My people see ghosts as powerful deities. But that doesn't mean we worship all of them. The one we love the most is Danny Phantom." Luna said, surprising him.

"You do?" Danny asked at the same time his parents pop in.

"That's still weird," Danny said as his parents step up.

"Mom, Dad, this is Luna. She's the special guest staying with us." Danny said.

"Welcome, Luna. I'm Maddie and this is my husband, Jack." She said, holding out her hand.

Luna shook it as Jack looked confused.

"What do you mean you love the ghost boy?" He asked.

"Unlike most humans and other monsters, my people see Danny Phantom as God of some sort. We're one of the first monsters to agree to stop hiding, thinking that he would want us to stop being afraid. My people pray to him to keep me safe when I discover that I was chosen to come here." She said.

Danny turned away. Another tribe worships him? He didn't think that he would gain another one.

"Why? He's a ghost! They're nothing but trouble!" Jack asked.

"Not the way my people see him," Luna said, crossing her arms.

Jack still looked confused but Danny cut it.

"I need to show Luna to the guest room. Her things will be sent later." Danny said, making his mother nod.

"Alright, Danny, will you be to get up the stairs? We didn't have time to remodel." She said before asking Luna.

"Going up, yes. Coming down, no." Luna said.

"Can someone carry you?" Danny asked.

"Since you're my caretaker, I will only allow you to carry me," Luna said.

"You kind of sound like a princess," Danny said.

"I am. My mother is the queen of my people and thinks that learning from your kind will aid me in the future." Luna said, surprising the family.

'And hoping to find some of the tasty humans around. Argh, did she read the letter?' Luna added in thought.

"You're a princess?! Oh man, if Dash finds out about this..." Danny said, groaning.

"Please, don't treat me like one. I'm a guest in your home. And don't tell my mother. She thinks that a princess must be above your kind. I don't want to be seen as one while I'm here." Luna said.

"Alright," Danny said.

He then looks around, noticing someone was missing.

"Where's Jazz?" Danny asked.

"She's at the library," Maddie said, confusing Danny.

"Why? I know she didn't sign up because only one of us was allowed to take a monster in." Danny asked.

"Who knows," Jack said, shrugging.

Danny blinks before leading Luna upstairs.

Luna's room,

Danny opens the door, showing the room Luna will be using.

"I know it's not much, but it's the best we have," Danny said as Luna slide into the room.

"It will do. Not as big as my old room, but enough for me to move around." She said, climbing onto the bed.

"Well, I'm glad you like it. Mom and Dad are going to order a few things for dinner. We're not sure what you eat since we didn't know which monster we'll get." Danny said.

"Well, I am a Lamia. Since I'm part snake, I can eat eggs, small rodents, and some plants, but not all of them." Luna said.

"And humans, but I'll never eat one!' Luna added in thought.

"Alright, I'll let my parents know," Danny said, getting ready to walk out.

He was surprised to see her tail wrap around his arm, pulling him in.

"Listen to me, I meant what I said downstairs. Don't treat me like a princess. Don't even say this in your report. If my mom finds out about this, she'll come and hurt you, regardless of the treaty." Luna warned him.

Danny was a little surprised but nodded. If there was something he was used to, it was lying about things he wanted to keep secret.

"Okay," He said, but Luna pulled him back down.

"Listen, my people are not very nice to humans. If they find out, I won't be able to stop them until I take the crown. I came to learn about your kind. I don't even know if Danny Phantom will stop them." She added.

"Got it. Can you let go, now?" Danny said, then asked.

Luna unwarps her tail from his arm before sighing.

"Danny, thank you." She said, confusing him.

"For what?" He asked.

"For agreeing to take me in. I'm sorry about the monster that was supposed to come, but I promise I bring no ill will toward you or your family." She said.

"Thanks. Even if you are a princess, you're really nice." Danny said, blushing.

"Thank you," Luna said, bowing.

With that, Danny finally left the guest room, not knowing that Luna was panting.

"No, not now. It's not until a few months." She said, trying to control herself.

She didn't know what was going on, but she needed to fight it. After all, she just meet this family. She didn't want to get on their bad side because her mother refused to tell the people about the mating season that was coming up.

And another one of my Monster Girl stories. I've been trying to write this one for a long time. So here we have Luna, a white Lamia. Since I can't tell what the clothes are from the cover, I just said that they made her look like she's from Japan. If I'm wrong, please let me know.

So, Luna's people worship Danny's Ghost Form like Frostbite's people do, only they have a different idea of how to treat him. Not only that, she's a princess and her people eat humans. Luckily, she has no desire to eat Danny or his family, or any humans for that matter. So how will things play out? We'll see in the next chapter.
