Danny sat at the table, eating his breakfast thinking about Luna. She's only been here for a few days and seems to fit in. Despite being a princess, Luna was very much like a person. She was worried that she'd be taken away, but Danny would ensure she had every right to defend herself. After all, all she did was a slap on the wrist.

Danny could also tell that Luna was holding something back. Something that made him worry about her. He wanted to ask, but after dealing with ghosts for so long, he decided not to in case it was something Luna couldn't share. After all, asking some ghost how they died was the best way to talk.

"Danny? Are you okay?"

He turns to his sister, who heard everything that happened yesterday.

"Yeah, just trying to make sure that Dash won't try anything because his monster doesn't like him and Luna is going to stick with me." He said, not putting it past him.

"Well, at least it's not Vlad." Jazz said, making him nod.

Since monsters stopped hiding, Vlad had other problems in his office. Giving him little time to flirt with his mom and mess with him. However, he knew that Vlad wouldn't stay in the office for long. He saw Luna enter the kitchen, wearing the white t-shirt he brought for her.

"Morning, Luna." Jazz said.

"Morning, Jazz. Morning, Darling." Luna said, making Danny sigh.

"Sorry, Danny." She said, bowing a little.

"It's fine. Ready for your first day of human school?" He asked.

"Yes. And from what I heard, we're going to share the same classes." Luna said.

"She's right. Luckily, you don't have to worry about her in gym class." Jazz said.

"That's good." Danny sighs, wondering about that.

"So, what about you, Jazz?" Luna asked her.

"Me? Well, I'm a few grades ahead of Danny. We don't share any classes, but you'll see me in the hallways." She told her.

"And here's hoping Tucker remembers that some of those monsters can hurt and eat him if he doesn't back off," Danny said, knowing Tucker would try and hit on a few monster girls.

"Well, we can't hurt him, let alone eat him..." Luna said, flinching.

"But we will warn him if he doesn't back off." She added.

Both Fenton siblings noticed her flinch but didn't have time to ask. Luna spotted her plate and grabbed it. Danny helped her into her chair, and she started to eat her eggs.

Casper High,

Danny helped Luna out of Jazz's car before they entered his school. Danny saw many more monsters walking around some of the other classmates. Some he spotted during Luna's tour. Others he has yet to see. It didn't take him look to run into Tucker, Sam, and Nights.

"Hey, guys. Hey, Nights." Danny said, walking up to them

"Hey, Danny." Sam smiles as Tucker has his mouth covered in web.

"Still at it?" He asked,

"Yes, many monsters have warned him about flirting with them. So, I put some of my webs on him to stop him for a while." Nights said.

"Tuck, you better stop. You might not be as bad as Dash, but you're going to give some of these monster girls a reason to hurt you." Danny told his friend.

Tucker groans as Luna slides up to Danny.

"When are the classes?" She asked.

"In a bit. I do know that Mr. Lancer is going to call everyone to the gym to set a few rules about what monsters can or can't do here." Danny said.

"Well, at least the A-Listers won't be bugging us for a while," Sam said.

Danny notices Dash starting to head for him, but Dina stops him. Danny had a feeling that things were going to be different around here.

Later,

As Danny thought, Mr. Lancer called everyone to the gym and laid down a few rules about what monsters can or can't do. After that, classes went on as normal. Luna remains close to Danny, helping him write the essay about her species. She made sure to leave the Man-Eating Lamia's out. She almost reviled her people's mating season but was able to catch herself. Danny was surprised to learn a bit more about Luna and absorbed everything she told him. Luna smiles, glad to find that Danny was willy to learn about her species. It made her fall in love with him even more.

Dash growls as he saw them. He couldn't believe that Fenton got a monster girl! And she was pretty too! He shouldn't have gotten her! Well, he had a plan to fix that.

"Mr. Baxter? You better be working on that essay, or else you will be left out of the next game. And you must write it yourself." Mr. Lancer told him.

Dina hooked her head. She knew what he was going to do and she wasn't going to let him.

Lunch,

Danny and Luna went outside, where Luna lay in the sun. Danny sat under a tree as he ate his lunch.

"So, how's your first day going?" Danny asked.

"It's okay, so far. And do they really have to give us that many rules?" She said.

"I sometimes think that those rules are made up. Yeah, monsters have stopped hiding, and there's not much we know. However, that doesn't mean everything we read is true." Danny said, having found some of those rules ridiculous.

Not to mention that Luna was nothing like most Lamia's. He was aware that there were a few out there that were dangerous, and it was one thing he didn't disagree with. After all, the monster he was supposed to get was caught after discovering the truth. So far, none of the other monsters show any signs of hurting anyone. Luna slides up to Danny, placing her head on his shoulder. Danny blinked but had no move. After all, Luna was just being herself. He had no right to change that.

'I wish that I can tell him how I feel. Stupid law! For the first time in my life, I'm treated as a person! And I can't seek out these feelings because of the law! oh, I so badly want to kiss him!' Luna thought.

However, she was able to keep it hidden from Danny. She just laid there, enjoying the feeling she got from being close to them.

Later,

The final class was coming to an end and Danny leaned back in his chair. Since the ghosts had been appearing less and less, classes were starting to feel a bit more boring. Luckily, he was able to stay awake a lot more. He did have to wake Luna a few times, though.

"Mr. Fenton?"

Danny looked up and saw Mr. Lancer waving him and Luna towards the door. Confused, Danny grabbed his things before they both followed him.

"Is there something wrong, Mr. Lancer?" Danny asked.

"In a moment, Mr. Fenton." He answered.

Danny and Luna looked at each other. However, they were shocked to see two people wearing suits appearing, making Danny know who they were.

"What's this about?" Danny asked, making Luna worry.

"Mr. Fenton, it has come to us that your monster is acting outside the law." One of the men said.

"And how's that?" Danny asked.

"It was reported that she has been clinging to you and a few people even called you darling a few times." The man said.

"So? She's part snake! She already explains why she does that." Danny told them.

"And the attack at the mall?" The other asked.

"She was defending me!" Danny shouted, making the men raise an eyebrow.

"Look, I was helping Luna look for new clothes since her normal clothes weren't allowed here. Dash came up to me, wanting to use me as a stress relief and Luna stopped him. There was no fight. All she did was a slap on the wrist! That's not fighting!" Danny told them.

"Mr. Fenton..." Mr. Lancer started.

The men held out their hands, making him be quiet. They nod for him to continue.

"Look, despite what the law says, Luna has every right to defend herself and the people she's with. She knows she's stronger than humans, she knows that she can crush me with her tail. However, she doesn't want to! Dash was going to beat me and Luna defended me. All beings have the right to self-defense!" Danny told them

Luna felt her heart miss a beat as Danny stood up for her. The two men notice and nod. They could see that the boy was telling the truth and Laima had actually feelings for him. That meant the test could work.

"Very well. Then we don't have to worry about this picture." The other man said.

"What picture?" Danny asked.

They showed him the picture of him and Luna lying under the tree with Luna resting her head on his shoulder. Luna looked shocked and worried but the men put the picture away.

"We would like to speak to both you and Miss Luna in our office later, there's something we wish to tell you, but it must be with you two. And yes, we'll inform your parents as well." The man said before bidding them a good day.

Danny and Luna looked at each other, confused. Even Mr. Lancer didn't understand it.

"Well, I guess I can't give you detention, then." He said, walking out of the room.

Danny sighs before he felt Luna hug him. He looks at the snake girl, who has the cutest and happiest face on her.

"Thank you, Darling! I'm so happy that you stood up for me!" She said, happily.

"Of course, I wasn't going to let you get taken away without a chance to explain yourself. I know I did most of the talking but..." Danny started before he was cut off.

To his surprise, Luna suddenly kissed him on the lips. It took her a few seconds to realize what she had done and broke it.

"Sorry! I'm sorry! I didn't mean to do that!" She said, bowing repeatedly.

"Luna! Luna! It's okay! I understand." Danny said, making her stop.

"It caught me by surprise, but I have seen enough movies to know that sometimes a girl kisses a guy to so their thanks," Danny said, blushing.

'It was more than just a thanks.' Luna thought, blushing.

"I guess we should head home. If those people are going to call mom and dad, we better explain ourselves." Danny said.

"Right!" Luna nods.

'Oh, Darling, how my heart beats for you. I wish I could tell you the truth. Sadly, I'm not sure if my mother would approve. Of if Eclipse will accept you. But, I'm n longer at my home! Danny's right! I have the right to be what I want! And I'm going to earn his love no many what the law says!' Luna thought, following him.

"So?"

"They'll do. The Lamia has a huge crush on the boy."

"She doesn't know, does she?"

"That he's her people's "GOD"? No."

"What about her her mother?"

"Keep an eye on her. Her younger daughter carries no traits of her sister."

"She will come after the boy when we mention this."

"Maybe, but it's also part of her people's law. Once a Lamia chooses a mate, he is protected by the laws of Lamia's mate. Meaning, none of the other Laima can mate with him or let alone EAT him."

"I can also tell she hasn't told him about that, either."

"No, she's aware that could mean and she wants to stay with him. For that, we will not expose that until she tells him herself."

"I don't like it, but if this test is to work..."

"It will work. However, we must let these two take their time. Forcing them would ruin the whole plan."

"And if the boy's family doesn't agree?"

"We'll cross that bridge later. Call the Fentons."

"Yes, ma'am."

"Danny and Luna. I hope the two of you can finally bring trust between human and monster."

And Snake Princess is updated this time! Well, here was Luna's first day at school. So far, she had it easy. However, Dash did try to get back at Danny and Luna for what happened yesterday, but Danny stood up for Luna, and the people who were tasked to watch over the human and monster understood Danny's reasons. However, they seem to have a plan that they need both Danny and Luna for. Don't worry, it's nothing bad. But yes, Danny and Luna will learn the truth about each other and Luna's mother and sister will appear at some point.
