After a nice relaxing time after hunting, Alastor and Heart talk a little bit about their futures together.

Ch 28: A Dream, A Promise
Alastor grinned at Heart with a devilish glow in his eyes, "Round two it is darling. With the help of some friends." With that his shadow and some other little ones helped start the bath as he set her down on the toilet. The rest of them grabbed fresh towels and then their silky robes the others grabbed fresh pajamas and slippers.
"Oh my, i'm excited to see what you have in store." She smiled.
"Just watch darling~" with the snap of his fingers he summoned his tendrils as they carefully slithered around and then gently around her limbs. Bringing her up from where she sat and up against the closest wall. They don't hold tight but snugly, helping spread her legs apart and hold her arms outward and up.
She hummed as she had the tentacles wrap around her. "Oh my." She said with a smile
"Don't worry my dear I'll be gentle." He holds her face tenderly in his hands and kissed her forehead.
"You can be as gentle or rough as you want to be." Heart said with a wink.
"My love~" he coos then begins to hold and kiss her passionately. Another free tentacle creeps up to her entrance and starts to grind between her wet folds gently. She hummed then melted into the kiss. It was a wonderful feeling and just the feel of the tentacle between her legs made her moan into their kiss. He chuckled at her adorable noises as they took a breath for air . The then started to pepper kisses on her jaw moving down her neck gently, his hands feeling her as he drew closer and his manhood becoming hard once more. The tentacles are still soft and gently snug giving her pleasure as well.
"I always loved your touch." She breaded out and wanted to lean into his touches.
Alastor saw she wanted to be touched more and have freedom to lavish in it so he ordered them to give her a little slack so she could do that. He continued his assault on her making his way to her chest. Kissing her breasts and around her bud before gently taking it into his mouth giving it a gentle suck. She moaned as his lips went around her nipple. it was a rush feeling. her hair stood up and a shiver went down her spine at the action. She enjoyed this so much and missed his touch. She arched her back slightly as well from all the stimulation. "Mmm, Al."
He hummed with satisfaction in his throat. He knew exactly what she loved from him and got to make her tick in the best way possible. Continuing his attention on one breast he held the other in his hand giving it soft squeezes and playing with her other bud. She wiggled under him a moment from the feeling but stayed calm. She want panting already from the attention and moaned in her throat slightly as he attacked her breasts.
He wasn't only attacking her up too but the soft warm tentacle down below grinds against her dripping wet folds. Finally he has reached his point to where he is hardened once again especially after her moan. It set him off . The tentacle retreats and is replaced by his hardness as it begins to grind becoming soaked in her excitement.
She gasped from the feeling of his now hard length against her. She hummed in her throat. "Damn, Al. Your so hard...so hot." She panted.
"Aha.. you're too kind darling, but I have to say.. you're the one that is on fire... I want you so badly little wolf~" he panted.
"Hmm, I want you to." She breathes out."Please Al...take me." She slightly begged.
"Beg not further my love, I shall not keep you waiting any longer." The man panted as his member slid inside all wet from her excitement. He began to go in and out going a little further each time until he hit her sweet spot.
She felt him slide inside and he filled her so nicely. She hummed and then moaned as he started to thrust and she panted hard as he moved. "Ah, right there...feels wonderful." She moaned.

He allows her to do so, letting the tentacles holding her arms free. He knows she is so starved of touch and has to feel him. In all honesty he loves her touch too... always soothes him.. makes him feel so good and calm. "I am close.. ohhh to fill you..." Alastor chuckled and kissed her neck.
"Hmm, i want you to fill me good." She moaned and put her hand on his chest and started to smoothly run it down.
"I will." He growled lustfully, quickening his pace and kissing her.
She hummed and moaned into the kiss as she held onto his chest tightly and continued to moan with each thrust. She enjoyed the feeling so much that she felt her own release building.
"Yes darling yes! I'm coming!" He growled then moaned as he released heavily inside her riding the wave of pleasure with his love.
"Me..to!" She moaned and when she felt him release so did she, "Ah! Alastor!" She screamed his name.
"Heart my love!" He replied feeling euphoria from her release now just after he started. They finished together...she was filled to the brim as their built up passion oozed out and onto them as well.
She panted and laid against the wall. Her eyes were closed and her arms went to her sides. A wide smile was on her face and she let out a content sigh. She opened her eyes slightly. "That was amazing my buck."
His tentacles retreated, making sure to gently put her on the floor. She lost her balance for a moment but he caught her. "I'm glad... a wonderful round two indeed... my goodness I love you."
She smiled more and snuggled up to his chest. "I love you too." She closed her eyes and then yawned.
"Mm sleepy are we? Here my love let's get cleaned up, besides our shadow friends made a lovely bath for us" He quickly picked her up into his arms.
"Aw that was nice of them." She says softy and snuggled into his hold.
"Don't worry my love if you fall asleep I'll take care of you." Alastor cooed, placing her gently in the water, his own shadow helping her making sure she was steady until he got in.
"Aw honey, you're too kind to me." She sighed happily as she got put in the warm water.
He got in after her and carefully snuggled her helping wash seeing how tired she was. He didn't mind, another way to show his love for her. She relaxed against him and just enjoyed the closeness together with him. She yawned and just enjoyed his hands over her body to clean her.
"I love you, I am proud of you, and I hope to never lose you... my little wolf." The radio host says to her softly.
"I never want to lose you either. Never. You're my everything." Heart says as she plays with his hands.
He gave a chuckle as she played with his hands. "What do you see in such big goofy hands such as mine that fascinate you?"
"That they can be beautiful but also dangerous. Soft but also rough. So many things that i just love how you feel against me. The way you use them...i just want to hold your hand in mine." The librarian explained.
Alastor smiled happily but also in a sad manner. His hands are dangerous and rough when needed... it scared him to an extent...never intending them to harm her... but a fear lingers in the back of his mind: what if he can't control them and they do harm her?
Heart felt him get stiff a little and she looked up at him to see his face. She took one of her hands to touch his cheek. "I know you'd never hurt me...I trust you with my life." She tells him to try and reassure him. "I love you."
He was snapped from his thoughts when she touched his face and looked at her "I'm so sorry darling... it.. I don't mean-"
"Shh." She says as she puts a finger to his lips. "It's ok, don't be sorry. Nothing to be sorry about." The woman leans up to kiss his cheek. "Lets just enjoy our time together."
He blushed and melted under her care a smile stemming from his lips feeling puppy love all over her. "Sounds wonderful my darling... thank you." He whispers and kisses her head.
She giggled softly and went to kiss his hand. Kissing each finger before putting it down on her chest with her own hand on top of his. She sighed in content.
"Gracious me, never thought I'd have an adorable little wolf nibble at my fingers." Alastor laughed.
Heart laughed and looked at him with a playful grin. "I will nibble more than your fingers my buck."
"You silly wolf, I can nibble you back as well." He chuckled and gently nibbled her ear.
"Ah, now! The deer attacks with the nibbles." She said playfully and giggled as he did so.
"Yes I must nibble, you taste good." He laughs.
"Oh my buck, you're so silly." She got goosebumps on her arms.
"Not as silly as you darling. I adore you so much... how could you love such a man as me, then treat me so wonderfully... " he felt sentimental looking at her.
"I could ask you the same thing my love." She smiled at him with a lot of love in her eyes as she looked up at him
He held her face in his hands and kissed her soft and warmly. He just wanted her.. and no one else his heart of pain…was healing and and completing because of her, the magnificent angel sent to him... saving him from his worst self and showing someone else could love him. Heart didn't know where she would be without Alastor. She was so lucky to have him in her life. Maybe back in that alleyway, dead thanks to that gang? Who knows, it scared her a little that he was her savor.
Alastor managed to snap out of his thoughts first. "Now my love, how about we finish cleaning up before we become two prunes ? Then we can cuddle in bed?"
"That sounds wonderful" she says with a smile and the two of them get cleaned up and washed off.
The two went and got ready for bed. Getting dressed and ready. They got close in bed and cuddled.
"Ah much better my darling, clean and warm with you after such a wonderful day." He kissed her forehead tenderly, "I'm proud of you my little wolf."
She made a small purr. "Thank you Al. That means a lot coming from you."
"My love, you're such a wonderful and strong woman...so much in you that I adore...please never leave me." Alastor whispered.
"I'm glad you think of me in such a way. Not many people see me that way." She nuzzled close to him. "I'd never leave you."
"I love you my darling... so much to where ... I'd die if you were to vanish." He frowns clenching his jaw slightly, his emotions daring to show.
She sees him frown so she leans up to kiss his chin. "Now now my buck, I'd hate for you to end your life because of me. I would want you to keep moving on and life life to the fullest."
"You are my life, and I already am full... you're here in it, my love." The man cuddles her closer.
"Oh hun." She said softly and moved closer to cuddle with him. "It will be ok. I won't go anywhere, i promise."
"Thank you my darling... I am sorry to be such a fool with these feelings but.. they are the truth and.. it scares me.. a man who shoved them so far down to be numb... "
"Shh its ok my buck. Don't worry about that. Your feelings are valid and it's ok to be scared. I can be scared all the time." She tells him.
"My little wolf, I love you so much, thank you for loving me as I am." He nuzzled her a tear fell from his face but his smile returned to him.
"I will always love you no matter what." She says as she put her face in his chest and held him tightly.
"Thank you... darling... " He whispers, feeling calm and sleepy now thanks to her.
Heart smiled and just nuzzled up to him and soon falls asleep herself.
They slept through the night as peaceful as could be, one of the best night's sleep Alastor had in quite some time.
After her successful hunt, the rest of the week went by with no trouble. They had meat for a few days and they planned to take the rest home for storage. She was happy that Alastor was able to put his taxidermy skills to the test and mounted the head of the deer she got on the wall. It was her first trophy and she wanted it here in this cabin as a wonderful memory. When the last day of them at the cabin was upon them, they were packing everything away so they could head home.
Heart folded up one of her dresses and looked to Alastor. "Thank you for taking me out here by the way. I had an amazing time."
"I'm glad you enjoyed yourself, cher, I did as well. That deer there is a spectacular trophy suited just for you my love." He packed the rest of his clothes in a suitcase.
"Thank you, Al. I'm glad I was able to have this experience with you." She says smiling as she closes up her suitcase. "Think we can do it next year?"
"Well of course my love. I think this would be a wonderful holiday for us to take every year." Alastor said with a beaming smile.
Heart cheered with excitement from his response. "That is what i was thinking as well. We can make it a normal getaway where we hunt together."
"Always wonderful with you my love." He smiles and closes his own suitcase. "Well my little wolf are we all packed up?"
"I think so. We just have the rest of that deer meat and we'll be good." She told him as she double checked around the room.
"Wonderful, I'll take your suitcase with mine if you'd like to start on the meat?" He offered.
"I'll do that sure!" She kisses his cheek and head downstairs to the kitchen.
"Thank you my little wolf! I'll be down shortly." Alastor chuckles.
She went and got the rest of the deer ready to move and was all in a few sacks. She was sad to be leaving the cabin, she really liked it here. It was quiet.
"Don't worry darling, we'll come back soon." Alastor said as he could sense her sadness after coming down the stairs with their suitcases
"I know...I just wish we could stay here. It's so peaceful." She said and sighed while grabbing the sacks of meat.
"How about I make a promise darling?" Alastor says as he walks up to her "We save as much as we can and then move here living off the land as our new quiet home?"
The woman was surprised at his idea and gasped. "You really mean that Al?" She asked him with so much excitement she was jumping with joy.
The radio host smiled at his lover's response, "I do my love, I'm ready to promise you that. My job already pays me well. It will only be a matter of time, we can keep my home too and sell yours if that would be okay?"
"I don't mind trying to sell my house. I would love to move in with you." She says smiling.
"That can be a start my love, we can move you in with me and the money we get from your home can be our starting funds to move here." He hugs her.
The woman hugged him happily, almost making him fall. "Oh Al this would be wonderful." She started to cry tears of joy as it was something she honestly wanted.
"Oh my goodness darling!" Alastor laughed and held her then swooped her up in his arms, "We will make this our wonderful haven and…perhaps even have little ones running around?" He blushed saying the idea.
Heart blushed at his words but her face was soft and content. "I think that would be perfect." She agreed and held him tightly.
"Well my love let us begin to make our dream, my promise to you a reality!" He danced around with her in his arms before giving her a kiss.
The woman kissed him back and she made sure to put as much love into the kiss as possible. Just those words made her happy and gitty. He hummed as they kissed feeling her passion going right along with it. He was on fire with passion for this woman he loved all his being with. After their kiss was broken they made their way back home from the bayou. They stopped at Alastor's house and once he was settled he helped Heart with her things. Moving them back to her home and making sure she was safe along the way.
"There we are my love. All settled back at home. No need to rush to move you since we just got back. Little by little we can move your belongings to my home. For now we rest and prepare to work in the next day or two."
"Agreed." Heart says happily. "It makes me excited to take this step with you...i do have a question though." She wondered softy.
"Ask my dear what is it you need?" Alastor wondered.
"Do you think we should...be married or...engaged first before we take this step?" She questioned as she played with her hands. "I mean we don't have to but...oh i don't know its all stupid now. I'm sorry." She apologized and turned away to hid her shame.
"Darling where on earth is my head you are absolutely correct! To be married to you, what bliss! To say the truth was unsure if you wanted such a thing with me." He blushed embarrassed.
The librarian chuckled. "If i wanted to move in with you then i would be more than welcome to marry you." She smiled.
Alastor smiled in return, "My little wolf you flattered me. You put up with this fuddy duddy and half his brain."
"Forever and always my buck." She smiled and leaned up to kiss him.
He kissed her back and nuzzled her some more then twirled her around again, "Ah now I have the pleasure to surprise you in any way I like when I ask you to marry me." He laughed.
"And i'll be surprised when you do." She said chuckling as he twirled.
"Mon cher~" he cooed lovingly.
"Mon argent." Heart purred and kissed his cheek.
"Would you do me the honor of staying the night with me after we get you unpacked?" The man asked her.
The woman nodded, "I think that would be wonderful. I'll meet you over at your place in a half hour? Sounds good?"
"Perfection as always cher, I'll leave you to it." He kissed her one more time before heading out.
She sighed happily and was lost in a romantic bliss before taking stuff out or her suitcase she took with her and organizing. Stuff that needed cleaning she would do tomorrow so she put it all in a laundry basket and left it in the room. She washed herself off quickly and put on a clean dress. Once she was all freshened up she headed back out to Alastor's house.
Alastor had gotten his things squared away and was finishing freshening up for his love, even started to prepare dinner thanks to his shadow friends. With his main one overseeing everything. Heart got back to Alastor's house and knocked on his door. She made sure the dress she put on was straight and her back on her shoulder was adjusted
Alastor was still not ready fully when he heard the knock at the door. He was just finishing himself up, "Shadow? Could you get the door for our darling? I'm not quite presentable." The familiar nodded excitedly and went to open the door for her.
When the door opened, Heart was surprised to be greeted by the black figure. "Aw thank you shadow, that is kind of you." She says as she walks in and blows the familiar a kiss.
Shadow purred and overly dramatic fainted from the kiss. Alastor was almost ready but the room smelled wonderful.
Heart chuckled from how Shadow reacted and went into the kitchen. "Mmm, it smells so wonderful in here." She says and looks to see what he might be cooking.
Shadow got up and followed her as the other little ones excitedly greeted her as they just finished setting up the food. One went atop her head to snuggle her, the others inspected and moaned happily showing her affection .
"Aw you guys are adorable." Heart giggled as the small shadows surrounded her. Shadow stepped in and made sure the little ones were in line but they whined sadly not wanting to leave her. They love their mistress so much. One even curled around her shoulders and nuzzled her cheek. "Aw Shadow let them be. They are ok." She tells the figure as she pets the little shadows.
He was a tad jealous but she had a point... with a groan of dismay shadow let them be and sulked a moment before making sure everything was done right.
Heart felt bad for the familiar and went over to pet him as well. "Its ok, i'll give you some love too." It brushed her off and zipped around tending to the table and food. It wanted things to be perfect. She felt a little hurt from the shadow doing that so she let the little ones go back to work. "Go on, do what you need to do." She told the little shadows.
They moaned sadly but did as told. One gave her a kiss on the cheek and went to clean the kitchen. Alastor had finally arrived downstairs all put together, "I'm so sorry my love I didn't mean to take forever. I hope I didn't keep you long?" He greets her happily.
She perked up when she heard him and turned around to greet him. "Not at all love. Your shadow friends kept me company."
His own shadow gave them both the cold shoulder going into the kitchen when he hears that Alastor cocked a brow, "What's the matter with him? Gracious someone had their shadow tail twisted wrong."
Heart sighed. "I think that's my fault." She said shyly as she put her face in his chest.
"What? Oh no it can't be my love, I'm going to get to the bottom of it." He says and mentally calls shadow over. It listened to its master and hovered over, a little nervously. "Now what is the matter my friend? Why make our dear feel so sad?" The shadow explains the attention she was getting and the little shadows not following his orders. "Ah so our terrible jealousy streak got the best of you then?" Shadow nodded and gave a sad moan shrinking down feeling upset and scared.
"Aw shadow, I didn't mean to leave you out." She told it sadly. "Its ok though i'm not mad at you." She reached down to pet shadows head
"Darling we're sorry... unfortunately we have one of the worst jealousy streaks and it grabbed a hold of my friend. He meant you no harm or sadness." Alastor translated for his familiar as it accepted her pets, moaning sadly then dared to unshrink going closer to her slightly.
"I understand. Getting jealous. It's a normal feeling we all go through." She said and opened her arms. "How about a hug?"
Shadow was surprised but immediately floated into her arms and purred, melting in her embrace, happy to still be loved.
"There we go." She said happily and hugged him back and also petted his head.
He kissed her cheek and purrs in content, a melted mess in her arms, "Oh now you are being a drama queen." Alastor said with a small roll of his eyes.
She giggled. "Oh he is fine. Simply adorable." She stated as she held the shadow. "So what's for dinner love?"
"Well my wolf I figured we could have one more taste of our adventure while it's still fresh in our spirits. I prepared some of the best venison in the best Cajun spices from our trip with some lovely sides: fresh roasted corn, spiced potatoes, and biscuits." Alastor explained and listed.
"Aw darling, that is wonderful. You didn't have to do all this." She says and goes to kiss his cheek. "You're amazing."
"I desire to. Especially since we have such a wonderful life ahead of us with a bright future!" He holds her close and kisses her head.
Heart relaxes in his hold and sighs happily. "And I can't wait to see where it all takes us." She says and leans up to kiss his chin.
"I am the same darling, for now though, let's enjoy the meal and each other." He chuckles in his throat and pets her head.
"That sounds like a wonderful idea Al." Heart agrees and goes to sit down at the table and enjoy the meal the radio host had made for them.
Their adventures were not just over. They still had the mafia to deal with. Anthony was still out there…and he wanted Heart, because he wanted Alastor…that is something they had to be careful of. They wouldn't go down fighting but why now were they pulled into this mess. The hunting trip was a nice way to forget all that, but now back at home that feeling was sinking in. It would only be a matter of time before they saw the head mafia leader again. They needed to be ready and they needed to make sure that their future plans wouldn't be ruined.
