Chapter 22 - Kim

A/N: Okay so I really hoping that you guys are enjoying this story. Now we're gonna get a peek into what's going on through Kim's mind. Might be a short chapter…not sure. Also, I've been thinking about writing a Bella/Jasper story. Just not sure what to call it yet. Anyway, here's the next chapter.

I couldn't believe it. Jared and that thing. She wasn't even Quileute. But apparently she had ties to the tribe. Chief Black was her godfather and Old Quil, the tribe's Shaman was her great uncle. And now she had Jared, my Jared. I needed to do something. I had to get rid of her somehow. I knew that if I did, that I was sure that I could get Jared to see me, like really see me.

I spent days following her. She was living with Jared, which almost made me throw up. She'd leave the house around mid-morning and head over to Old Quil's place. She was there majority of the day before she left and headed to Joy's store before heading over to Chief Black's house. She'd stay the for an hour or two then she'd leave and head back to Jared's. I followed her from a distance. When she got back to Jared's I stayed to the tree line for a while. That was until I started hearing noises. Then I had to force myself to leave.

After following her for a couple of weeks, I felt like I had everything I needed to put my plan into action. The following week, I was sitting outside of Joy's store when I saw Emily Young and Rachel Black coming out. They were coming out of the store and I stopped them. They looked unsure at first. I casually asked them if everything was okay with Bella and Jared. They told me everything was fine. I told them that was good because I was concerned because I'd seen her around lately with various guys. They told me not to worry, that it wasn't my business who Bella hung out with. I scoffed at that and walked away.

A couple days later, while Bella was at Old Quil's, I tracked Jared down so that I could talk to him. I needed to make him see reason and clearly I couldn't do that when she was around him. When I got to his house, I knocked on the door. When he opened the door, he didn't look happy to see me. "What do you want Kim?" He said.

"I wanted to talk to you. I'm worried about you." I said.

"Why?" He asked.

"Jared, she's not good for you." I said.

"Kim…"

"No Jared, listen to me. She can't love you like I can. She doesn't know our customs, our traditions." I told him. Jared rolled his eyes at my words. "I'm serious Jared. What are your parents going to say?"

He had to know that his parents weren't going to like this. "Kim. I'm going to say this and I'm only going to say it once. I don't have feelings for you. I never have. I am dating Bella. I live with Bella. I love Bella. She is the one who warms by bed at night. She is the one I am building a life with. She is the one I will marry. She is the one that will be the mother of my children." Jared said. I glared at Jared. "Now leave. Don't come back. Because if you do…you won't like the outcome." He said before slamming the door in my face.

I turned around and stormed off his porch. Now I was pissed. I was so sure that if I'd gotten him alone that I could convince him to leave her. But he's not. In fact, it sounds like he's planning a future with her. I had to do something. I had to stop him. And I had to get rid of the pale-face.
