"Doughnuts," the Doctor said, prodding at one with the tip of a finger. "Why doughnuts?"

Rose gave the Doctor an odd look. "What d'you mean, why? Because I like them, isn't that a good enough reason?"

"No! I mean yes, it's a good reason to eat them, but that's not what I was asking."

"You've lost me." Rose took another bite.

"Well, doughnuts. I understand the dough part; that makes sense because they're doughy, but why doughnuts? There aren't any nuts in them; I checked."

"What would you call them then?"

"Jam-filled dough blobs."

"Yeah, I'll stick with doughnuts, thanks."
