Author Note: A day in the life of Rogue Harry. (Also fixed a plot point I had made a mistake about. As each of these may be referred to again at some point I needed to fix it here before I got to there.)
The swirling wormhole disgorged its traveler into the world. Harry J. Potter. Six foot tall with spiky short hair, emerald green eyes, and full, neatly trimmed, facial hair looked around the world. Pulling a pair of dark sunglasses from the pocket of his long brown trench coat he stood for a brief moment in the dappled sunshine of this world.
He was standing on a low hill and could see in the distance Hogwarts. The tall white stone edifice shone brightly, causing a brief momentary smile. Looking at a device he removed from another pocket he saw that Hermione was in Hogsmeade. So was the local Harry Potter. That was a good sign if they were both in the same town. Widening his search he saw that the Weasleys were further south. With the chief subject of his wrath in London. The girl Weasley was in Ottery as was Longbottom. Lovegood was in Northern Canada? Shaking his head he decided not to pursue her and focus on the one reason he did this. Putting the device back in his pocket he started walking.

Reaching Hogsmeade Harry J. looked around the village and stopped in surprise. There was Hermione standing in front of a shop talking to Lavender Brown. This Hermione looked happy, healthy and amazing. All twelve feet tall of her.
He shook his head and touched his glasses. She was twelve feet tall and four feet wide at the hips and shoulders. Proportionate in all other regards as well. She was wearing a simple green dress with a pair of high boots that complimented her dark brown hair that reached her lower back. It was held in a single thick braid that swung back and forth as she talked.
He waited for her to finish her discussion and begin walking again. She appeared to be heading for the tall gates of Hogwarts. The local Harry Potter seemed to be on the grounds of the school. He hurried to intercept her.
"Excuse me. Ma'am. Are you Hermione Potter?" He called out.
She stopped and turned. Looking down at him with a curious smile. "Uh yes I am. Why?"
Close up he realized that even at his height he only reached her waist. If the local Harry was any shorter he would be able to walk between her legs without touching anything. It was good though she confirmed she was married to him.
"Uh sorry. I'm new in the village and saw you. I had heard you were, well, big. But I didn't realize how big. The stories don't do you justice."
She sighed as if she had heard this once before. "Yes. But I'm still a normal witch. And late for lunch with my husband and children so if you don't mind."
"Oh. No. I'm sorry. I was just struck by how beautiful you are."
She giggled in an honestly amused way. Flipping her head back and forth. "You sound like my husband."
"Well he's a lucky man." Harry smiled in relief. They were married, had children and from the way she talked loved each other.
She shrugged, "I guess. I think I'm the lucky one. Its not like I had a lot of boys vying for my attention."
"Right. A lot of guys are stupid. So. Do you mind if I ask how you. Why you're." He waved his hand up and down as if to refer to her height.
She made a surprised hum, "You're the first person that has actually asked. Most people just assumed I got cursed or was a half-giant. They don't understand magical genetics."
"Oh. So you were a muggle-born?" Harry was a bit confused but then after some of the things he had seen so far it was not impossible.
"Well both of my parents were squibs from a long line of squibs. Somewhere long ago one or both sides of my family had mated with giants. So when my magic awoke I started growing. I was always a big child but I really took off when I hit puberty." She laughed.
"Oh. That makes sense. I see." He said.
"Really? You're the first magical that has understood what that meant." She thought for a moment, "How would you like to come up to the cottage and meet my family? Maybe we could talk a bit about genetics and such."
"I'd like that." Harry followed her. Talking about magical animals and how they bred and how that related to the muggle study of genetics. Apparently Hagrid had retired from the position of Care of Magical Creatures professor and Hermione had taken over. She still kept up with her muggle studies though and introduced other animals to magical students.
"So you go out among the muggles?"
She laughed again, "Oh yes. I use a shrinking potion which lets me not quite tower over everyone. Just be normally tall."
"Wow. So you're a magizoologist, a potioneer and anything else?"
"Well a wife and mother are very fulfilling too. Although my kids are not entirely happy with me when I go into teacher mode they say."
Harry J. cleared his throat but she must have been asked it often enough she laughed and said, "Yes. My husband and I have a very healthy and active sex live. No. We do not find it too difficult as there are spells and potions as well certain techniques to compensate for our size difference. We've had three children together." When she was done talking she looked at him with a sly grin.
"Right. Of course. Sorry for being impertinent." He said.
"No its a common subject of discussion among some of the older students especially." she sounded amused more than upset.
They had reached a nice cottage that was set back from the lane. There was a stables behind it that had unicorns and Pegasus and some tall black horse with hooves that glittered in the sun. "Are those heliopaths?"
"Yes the only tame mated pair in all of Europe. Our friend Luna brought them back to us. She is amazing." Hermione sounded very proud of her blonde friend Harry J. noted.
"She must be quite good to have tamed them."
"Well we had to work on them a bit. Between her ability to talk to them and my sturdiness we got it done though. Although they are still too skittish for anyone but Luna to ride them." she admitted.
"I believe you."
Entering the cottage Harry j. first noticed the place seemed to be designed for Hermione's height and bulk, but with average people in mind as well. The second thing he noticed was books were on shelves all over the place. Big books, small books, thick books, old books. So she was still quite the researcher. The third thing he noticed was the local Harry going up and giving her a hug. As tall as she was this did put his face squarely in her groin. The three children already in the dining room greeted her warmly too.
She had picked Harry up so they could kiss then gently set him back on the floor. "Harry this is." She stopped and turned to Harry J. "I'm sorry I never got your name."
"Oh. I'm Hadrian. Like the wall. My father was a student of history." He said smoothly.
"Ah. Yeah mine is a major fan of the bard. Hence the name."
"And a very lovely one at that. Well you must be another animal lover, intellectual or some combination of all of the above. So come on in and relax. We're having a light lunch." The local Harry said shaking his hand.
Harry J. Enjoyed the lunch which was a small roast for Hermione all by herself with another that was carved for the rest of the people. Harry J had to admit the two tiered table was ingenious as it allowed the family to sit together at a reasonably same height.
The two of them were happy together it seemed. They were very sociable and enjoyed talking to people. They were still in contact with many of their friends from school as well as people in their fields of study.
Harry J. was asking subtle questions to see what their life was like otherwise. The local Harry taught Defense at the school, having removed the curse after Voldemort's defeat. His best friend Neville taught Herbology which seemed par for the course Harry J. thought.
When he asked about Ronald and Ginny he learned that they were still friends with Ginny but Ron's treatment of Hermione had seriously strained any friendship until after school they had just drifted apart.
Ron had never done more than be mildly insulting and bigoted it seemed though and did not hurt her physically or much emotionally. She said she realized who her real friends were.
Harry had loved and stood by her all through school. Understanding what it was like to be strange and different, called a freak, he had been one of her staunchest defenders until she became comfortable enough with herself. Then they discovered they had crossed from being friends into loving each other and the rest was history.
Their three children were all smart, polite and seemed to be a fine mix of the two parents. Although the middle child was the tallest and he would be taking after his mother it seemed like.
Harry J. thanked all of them for lunch and after talking magizoology with Hermione and letting the youngest child, a very pretty girl who had her father's deep green eyes show him the unicorn foal she helped take care of he left. He briefly considered doing something to the local Ronald but aside from being an idiot and a jerk he had done nothing worth sanction. Ginny and the other Weasleys had adopted and accepted Hermione as one of the family. Ginny Longbottom had named Hermione godmother to her daughter.
So he walked back to the hilltop where he had entered this world and with a final look back he smiled and checked off another good world.

Harry J. entered another world immediately after the previous one. It was early afternoon on a bright sunny warm late summer day. He pulled the device out and found Hermione not far away. Harry Potter was in the village of Hogsmeade, as was Luna. Neville was in London as was Ginny Weasley. There was no sign of Ronald Weasley. Which was curious but not important. The fact Hermione was not far away was.
Harry started walking in the direction the scanner had shown her to be. After a half mile he found her in a clearing picking berries with a young girl who must have been her daughter. He stood staring for a moment as the two of them from the waist up were wearing a harness of some kind that covered their breasts. Hermione had a magnificently large pair jutting proudly outward from her broad rib cage. Her long flowing hair was a mane down her back.
And Mane it was because from the waist down they were both chestnut mares. Tails swishing as they talked and moved. Joking and laughing about something. He must have made a noise as Hermione spun around quickly rearing up to place her daughter behind her. Wand in hand she called out, "Who are you?"
"Uh sorry. I didn't mean to startle you." He said holding his hands up.
"Okay. Are you lost?" She asked lowering her wand but not putting it away.
Harry J. thought for a moment then with a sad chuckle said, "Well yes and then again no."
"That sounded like one of aunt Luna's answers." The girl said peeking from behind her mother.
Giving a snort Hermione nodded, "Just a bit. So what's your name mister?"
Harry J. noticed neither of them had remarked on his having two legs so humans must not be uncommon. "You probably wouldn't believe me if I told you."
"I've known Luna Lovegood for over a decade, trust me the concept of what I don't believe has been expanded quite a bit." she said with a laugh.
He laughed as it seemed Luna was a universal constant. "Alright then. My name is Harry James Potter. I came from an alternate reality to investigate and make sure the the Hermione of this world is safe, sound and happy."
She looked at him like he was a madman he thought. Even knowing Luna there were certain statements that would be met with an incredulous stare. This was one of them.
"Right. Pull the other one." She replied while the girl stared at him blinking wide eyed.
"It doesn't matter. May I ask you a few questions then I'll be on my way."
She looked at a watch on her wrist and shrugged, giving him an expression like she was humoring a madman she said, "Why not. Go ahead MR Potter."
Harry J. Smiled. She was nice and did not seem to be easily scared. Her maternal instincts were strong though as he had stepped a few paces to the side and she had turned pushing her daughter behind her all the time. He wondered how far she would kick him if he stepped closer, or hex him into the ground. Either way he declined to test her that way. So he sat on a nearby rock.
"Okay. Thank you. First off why are you a centaur?"
She looked back at her equine half in sarcastic surprise then grinned, "It was an accident with a potion and a microwave. Old history."
"Oh. So you can't be reversed?" he asked in surprise.
She frowned at him but said, "No. But there are ways I can compensate to go out among the muggle world."
He nodded, "And your husband, Harry Potter? He is a human?"
"Yes and before you ask we are just fine. This is one of my children. Say hello Penelope."
"Hello strange man." the girl said still staring at him curiously.
"Hello. So you're a centaur too?"
"Yes. Mum already got me a magic belt too." she proudly said, "But I like to run on four legs so I don't wear it unless we visit gramma and grampa."
"Oh that's nice. So you like your daddy?"
"Yeah he's great. He's a big hero that makes bad wizards go away." She said with the excited pride of a child.
"Since you are somehow unaware of it Harry is Assistant Chief Auror." Hermione interrupted. She had crossed her arms but not put her wand away yet.
"Ah. And obviously the two of you are happy and love each other." he asked.
Hermione looked at him like he was starting to wear her patience thin. "Yes. We are quite happy together."
Harry J. raised his hands in surrender, "Sorry. I just have to make sure."
"Why?" Hermione asked.
"Excuse me?"
"Why do you want to know. Is there someone you work for?"
Harry J. stood up. She uncrossed her arms and held her wand in a ready position. "Sorry. I really can't talk about that." he said.
"Well I don't really think we need to continue this conversation then." She flatly said.
"You're right. You seem pretty happy, safe, adapted to things. Although one last question please."
She sighed, "Alright. Ask it then go on back to whatever world you came from."
"Ronald Weasley. What is you relationship with him?"
She looked sad then angry for a moment before frowning at him. "Ron was a good friend. He and I didn't go beyond that but we were never upset about it."
"Was? Is he dead?"
She huffed briefly before saying, "It was in the news you know. The Quibbler ran a full special issue on him."
"Right okay. Because he and Luna were close?"
"If you call being married with two kids and one on the way when he got killed in that damn raid on Malfoy Manor. Then yeah. At least he saved the hostages." She bitterly said.
Harry J. blinked several times before wrapping his head around the concept that Ron was a hero. "Oh. Well uh. My condolences on your loss. So that's why Luna stays with you?"
"She comes to visit. She's still missing him and we help take care of her and the kids. Now MR Potter, or whatever you are. I think this interview is done." She stamped one of her hooves to emphasize that statement.
"You're right. Good day and give my regards to your family." He activated his portal and stepped through.
Hermione stood blinking at the spot for a long time. Her daughter looked up, "Was that really daddy?"
"I have no idea." Hermione said, "But I think Luna and I have a new project we need to work on."

Harry J. had decided to finish his day on one last new world. He arrived at his usual spot. The hill had seemed to be a universal constant, found in every world he had encountered so far. It was secluded enough he would be able to arrive and depart with little interference.
Pulling his scanner out he looked at it with a confused frown. Harry potter and Luna Lovegood were in Ottery, Ginny and Hermione though were in Wales in Holyhead. That made sense if Ginny was a professional Quidditch player as he had encountered before.
Ronald was in London with Millicent? And Neville was in Ottery with Susan Bones. Lavender appeared to be in Ireland with Seamus Finnegan. So everyone was with someone, it was late enough in the day that they were probably having tea or relaxing before dinner. So he apparated to Holyhead.
Landing outside a nice house in a nice neighborhood he walked up to the front door. A pair of crossed broomsticks hung on the wall, there were flowers and a porch swing. He felt the wards though as he crossed them. They were auror grade at the very least.
When he knocked a nine year old boy with dark brown hair and deep green eyes opened it.
"Hello can I speak to your mother?"
The boy shrugged, "Mum, some guy wants to talk to you." He shouted into the house.
Hermione came walking into the living room. She was slightly pudgy he noticed, wearing a nice dress and an apron over it that was covered in flour. She wiped her hands on it. He noticed Ginny walked in behind her a moment later. She was tall, slender and athletic. Wearing a Quidditch jersey and shorts.
"Yes may I help you?" She politely asked.
"Uh. May I speak to you a few moments Miss Granger. I have some questions I need to ask you."
She looked at him in confusion. "Uh its Weasley."
Harry J. Flinched. "Weasley you married Ronald?"
She gave a vexed laugh as she shook her head, "UH no. Why would I marry him?"
Harry J. looked over her shoulder and Ginny who was hovering closely. Almost protectively behind her. Comprehension dawned on him.
"You're a lesbian and married to Ginny."
Hermione's eyes flashed in fire when he said that, "Bugger off asshole." She said just before slamming the door hard enough that a small shockwave threw him back three feet.
Collecting himself he realized he could have said that better. This was only the second lesbian version of Hermione he had encountered, the other one was with Lavender. He knocked again.
This time Ginny opened the door with her wand out and shoved into his belly. "Look asshole. I don't know what your game is but Mia politely asked you to leave. Now do so before I get rude."
"I wanted to apologize. I was just taken by surprise. You and your wife have a nice day." He tried to smile as friendly as possible.
"Thank you for apologizing but I still think you should leave mister." Hermione said from behind Ginny.
"You're right. You seem to be doing quite well for yourself." He said then turned and walked out side the wards. Feeling the glare of the two women on him until he apparated away.
He landed in London outside a decent detached home. Deciding not to bother with subtlety he phased through the door and stunned the occupants of the house.
Ron was half in an auror's uniform. His wife Millicent was wearing an apron and a summer dress. The two children looked normal and healthy.
Opening Ron's eyes he stared into them and walked the corridors of his mind blowing past the rather effective mental barriers that had been built up he probed for thoughts of Hermione.
Ron had never thought Hermione was cute or good looking. He had been annoyed with her at first but then when she and Harry had become friends he became her friend too. It was when in sixth year she was caught snogging his sister Ginny and she came out that he gave up on the idea of a relationship with her. Beyond that though he considered her a nice sister and was proud to be godfather to the child she had with Harry. She had not had sex with him and used a magical spell to impregnate herself with his seed. Her second child though she had found a way to let Ginny get her pregnant with their daughter.
Apparently Hermione worked in the department of Mysteries with Harry's wife Luna. Ron of course did not know much about what they did and was fine with that. After their encounter in the fifth year if he never set foot in that part of the Ministry building he would be happy.
Harry J. probed around for a few other memories but found this Ron was a decent loyal friend and a hard working beat Auror in Diagon Alley. He loved his wife Millicent and let her decide how many children they had. Her career as a healer at Saint Mungo's being the primary factor.
This Ron and the Harry of this world were close friends and worked together at the Ministry. Harry choosing to live a more relaxed life in the sports regulation agency.
Harry J. pulled back out of Ron's mind and sat for a second frowning. It seemed like he had never hurt Hermione and neither had Harry. The three of them protecting and caring for her like big brothers. Although she had chosen to have a child with one of them, apparently the only reason it was Harry was because he won the coin toss.
Hermione and Ginny loved each other and had a good family life. Hermione being Ginny's biggest cheerleader. Which meant that she did not need to be taken care of. Nor did this Ron or anyone. He felt odd. Three worlds in a row that had no problems and the Hermione was having a good, if odd life. Ronald loved and doted on his wife and kids.
He left the Weasleys here to recover from the stun on their own. Returning to the hilltop he thought he might as well go home and rest. It was good to see that there were a few places that had turned out good.
Review Responses
Guest: Maybe not thousands. But certainly quite a few.
Phyxius5150: Thank you. Glad you are enjoying. The episodes do seem to be working out pretty good indeed.
IdlemanRPG: Sorry. I tried to make it as clear as I could but sometimes things get a bit cloudy. Basically thanks to Rogue Harry there are now several Hermione's running around the Alpha universe, some of them living with or married to Harry. Ron has managed to collect several Luna's As for writing the characters as heavier I just write people. People come in all shapes and sizes so I write them. I try to follow canon as to skin tones but even then people have various shades. I didn't realize that was so unusual or brave. Oh well thank you anyways. I'm just glad people are enjoying the stories.
