(Chapter 3: Coming up in Flames)
It would be around 3 weeks later as Adrian had continued his growth in strength and furthering his mastery of pyromancy, with him having taken to driving from Hiroshima to Nagasaki and Kyoto in order to expand his hunting grounds. The end result was more monsters to practice his style of sneak attacks and ambushing them with his spells, with any moment that wasn't spent eating or chilling out watching Jojo's Bizarre Adventure or Konosuba was devoted to going out monster-slaying or doing dungeon crawls.
With this having succeeded in getting to Level 47 of his Pyromancer class, but as an added bonus having managed to beat the 2nd mini-boss of the Celestial Dungeon which was none other than Celestia: The Lightsworn Angel who managed to give him a run for his money with her skills in light magic, but ultimately was able to overcome her although it wasn't at the expense of him getting a faceful of light magic and having near-stalemate her.
(Adrian's house, August 6th, 2016, 12:37 Pm)
It was the 1st week in August as our resident Pyromancer was more or less taking it easy for the most part in nearing halfway of his current class, felt pretty good about himself thus far and knew that at the rate he was going he would be ready for most of what would come once canon started.
"I can't believe that I'm so close to being halfway through." Adrian said in feeling pretty proud of himself
I can't believe either. Honestly, I didn't think you'd get this far so fast. At this point I expected you to lose an arm or at least get one of your eyes torn out of your fragile skull. Yet here you stand strong as they come.
"Hey, give me some credit. I may not have much when it comes to being strong physically or take much damage. But I damn well know how to make use of what I got." Adrian responded in knowing that he may not have overwhelming physical might on his side but knew his growing prowess in pyromancy made up for it
I've seen it in action so far this summer and you've proven yourself quite formidable. In fact at the rate you're going you should be able to stand a chance against those Fairy Tale subdivision deputies. That is if they don't get a solid hit on you.
"Believe me I know I'm a glass cannon. My scrapes in the celestial dungeon and some of those bigger monsters prove that." Adrian said in knowing one of his weaknesses that needed to be shored up
That being that for all of his destructive might as a pyromancer that he was the definition of a glass cannon in knowing full well that all it would take is a solid hit from an opponent and he'd be down for the count. Which was why the first chance he got he was investing into a class that would get his constitution up and quickly so that he could stay alive longer, not to mention making an investment into a class that would allow him to better heal his wounds to further increase his survivability.
"That's why the moment I can, I'm investing in something to increase my constitution. Because I can't continue doing this and let myself get taken down by someone with a mean punch. That fact alone infuriates me." Adrian added in being angered that all it would take is one solid hit and he would down for the count.
Something that I agree you should do. While it is highly entertaining to see you get an ass-kicking every now and again. If you die that wouldn't bode well for me whatsoever.
"Well, will you look at do care." Adrian spoke with a cheeky grin on his face
To some extent I do care about your minuscule life. But only as my entertainment. Which is why I want you to live longer and grow stronger. So that way I can continue my amusement.
"I guess for my continued survival and your 'entertainment'. I'll find a way to make sure I'll become both powerful and won't get taken out because someone got a lucky punch at me." Adrian said in wanting to gain the means of no longer getting fucked over by people who were physically stronger than him
Good luck with that then. You'll be needing it. Especially if you somehow piss off Moka or god forbid her Inner self. Then you're most likely going to have your death assured.
"Don't remind me. But with how things are, I'll be able to easily get her on my side. If I can get her inner self on my side as a bonus, then I'll be golden." Adrian responded in knowing full well that he could get both Moka's on his side with enough time

"Well with that out of the way. Let's see what other stuff I've gained, since I have neglected to check my skills during these past 3 weeks." Adrian said in seeing what stuff he's gained from being in the 40's
Wall of Fire
MP Cost: 1,200 per minute
Range: 120 feet
Description:You can now summon forth a wall of flames on a solid surface to protect yourself, while scorching your enemies. You can make this wall 60 feet in length, 20 feet high and 1 foot thick. Conversely you can make it into a ringed wall 20 feet in diameter and 20 feet high and 1 foot thick. When the wall appears creatures within it must make a DEX saving throw against your INT or take 1,600 + (INT* 4.5) Fire damage per 6 seconds. If they succeed they take half damage.
Fire Shield
MP Cost: 800 per minute
Type: Self
Description:You cause wispy flames to envelop your body, shedding bright light in a 10 foot radius and dim light an additional 10 feet. You can choose to make this shield a warm a cold shield, a cold shield reduces fire damage up to your (INT*3) while a warm shield does the same for cold damage. When a creature within 5 feet of you hits you with a melee attack you deal 640 fire damage with a cold shield and cold damage with a fire shield.
Ash Clone
MP Cost: 1,400 per clone
Type: Self
Description: You focus your control over flame and fire to create clones made of white-hot cinder and flame to fight alongside you. With these clones having 1/4th of your HP, MP, and SP. These clones once destroyed will explode into white-hot cinder and fire and deal (INT*5) Fire damage to enemies within a 15-foot radius
Consume Heat
MP Cost: 960 per minute
Range: 20 feet
Type: Sphere
Description: Your control of flame and heat is strong enough to where you can consume it to replenish your own strength. All enemies in a 20-foot radius must make Constitution saving throws against your INT or take 750+ (INT*3) Fire damage per 10 seconds as their own body heat and vitality are ripped from them. You regain health equal 1/4th of the damage dealt in return.
"That's gonna certainly make group encounters easy. Not to mention Wall of Flame and Fire Shield are gonna finally give me some defense in case someone gets close to me." Adrian said in very much liking his new spells with the options they've given him
'I guess the only thing left to do is test this new stuff out.' Adrian thought to himself in knowing the only thing left to do was to test out his new spells
(9 hours later, Nagasaki, Japan, 9:54 Pm)
It was soon night time as Adrian was now hunting down a Jorogumo in Nagasaki and thanks to his fire abilities was able to render its attempts to ensnare him its webs all but useless.
"You know what I thought I'd have a lot more trouble dealing with the lot of you, but as it stands I'm currently on top of things." Adrian spoke while the burnt spider woman stood haggardly before him
"Why are you even doing this? I haven't done anything to you or even fucking know you!" The spider woman questioned as one moment she was walking home from getting a few drinks at a karaoke bar then the next this madman shot her with a fireball and began hunting her down
"Here's the thing. What I do to you and eventually turn you into a burnt-up carcass is nothing personal. It just so happened that tonight you were caught in my crosshairs is all. Had you not been I would've liked to have had a real fun time with you. Minus the spider legs, your pretty smokin' hot..no pun intended." Adrian spoke in it being nothing really personal considering that if it weren't for his near voracious desire for more power he would've liked to have had a good time with her
"I don't get how people can call me a monster when you're the real one." The spider woman said as Adrian laughed almost maniacally
"Oh that's real precious that you think I'm a monster. Oh no, I'm not one at all. What I am is a walking nightmare that's here to turn you into a burnt up pile of flesh. Or ashes for that matter...whichever one comes first." Adrian said as he cast Pyroblast at the jorogumo
The brunette spider woman quickly clambered onto a brick wall and began to quickly wall-crawl it to get away from the homicidal pyromancer who had merely cast Flaming Sphere and directed it to go after her like a heat-seeking missile, while he kept pace enough to be within distance of his spell. The spider woman used a combination of wall-crawling and webs to try and escape Adrian with her having shot a web-line to swing to the next building only for a sphere of vibrant emerald fire to barrel through the web line, and strike her in the stomach to send her careening into the sidewalk.
She soon landed with a series of thuds across the pavement that wasn't as painful thanks to her spider legs catching her and allowing for her to quickly skitter away as the sphere of arcane fire trailed after her like a swarm of angry wasps, with her being forced to dash away as a salvo of Scorching Rays came barreling towards her. With her dashing at full speed as the rays of searing flame impacted into the walls and concrete like a hail of machine-gun fire, a good portion of them struck her in the back and caused her to skid across the ground for a little bit before regaining her bearings.
With her staggering to her feet after the pain she felt from feeling her back and her lower two spider legs get hit by the attacks, the Jorogumo soon created walls of webbing 3 feet thick so as to gain some distance away from him. Yet this was soon rendered nothing more than another stall tactic and a weak one at that as it soon was turned to ashes by Adrian using his Flamethrower spell to burn his way through the web-wall, the spider woman having a terrified expression as he casually walked through it with a malevolent grin on his face.
"Nice try with slowing me down with those web walls. Those took a while to burn. Granted not very long, but enough to be annoying as all hell." Adrian spoke while he burned away the webbing that got on his clothes
"Now then either you can do this quick way where you get off light. Or the fun way, where you struggle like the overgrown insect you are, and I still burn you away." Adrian added as he had his hands smoke and spark with arcane fire
"Damn it, no matter what I do he keeps following me and taking me out. Looks like I don't have a choice then." The Jorogumo thought before rushing him with her clawed hands
Once she was so much as 15 feet away from him he merely cast Thunderwave to send her back a good 10 feet and knocked on her ass, with her recoiling from the thunderous wave of force that sent her sprawling onto the ground. All before she had to quickly use a web line to sling herself to a brick wall to avoid a Pyroblast speeding towards her before she tried to skitter towards him, which only proved to be a mistake as Adrian used a Cinder Blast to both blind and stun the Jorogumo in her tracks.
The spider woman violently coughing and hacking as she felt the ashes choke away her air supply and burn her eyes as she tried to regain her bearings, only for the pyromancer to bust out another Thunderwave and knock her back on her ass again. Yet refusing to die without a fight had used all of her speed to close the distance and impale Adrian in the gut with one of her spider legs, with the Gamer coughing up blood as nearly 80% of his health had been depleted from the critical hit.
She soon smiled in victory of finally getting a worthwhile hit on the pyromancer and raised her hand to quickly go in for a finishing blow, that was until she soon felt her body grow colder and colder at a rapid pace as a dark green haze of heat began to surround Adrian who grinned at her maniacally. She soon withdrew the leg as she felt herself begin to shiver and grow colder and colder as both her body heat and her very life began to feel as though it were being consumed, with her being right as Adrian had cast Consume Heat on the spider woman.
The dark green haze around Adrian grew more and more noticeable as his wound began to rapidly cauterize itself before soon enough healing over as though it had never happened to begin with, leaving Adrian grinning like a madman that his gambit worked to test out his new spell. With the Jorogumo being sufficiently paralyzed in fear that even with her attacking him with all she had it amounted to basically nothing, Adrian decided to finally put her out of her misery and use his Flamethrower spell to incinerate her until she was nothing more but ashes.
"That takes care of that, and at least I know my new spell works as a bonus." Adrian said feeling pretty great about himself at the current moment
I don't understand why you would make such a risky move against her? You could've just ended things there by unleashing a fireball to take away those pesky arachnid legs of hers. Then incinerate her and avoid putting a hole through your stomach.
"Simple really. I wanted to see how effective my Consume Heat spell would be in a fight and it turns out it was very much that." Adrian explained his reasoning behind it
Had this been any other creature that stunt would've gotten you killed and my entertainment over.
"Oh relax, I had it under control. I knew from the start that I wasn't in any real danger of getting killed by her. If I had been then I would've not taken the chance from the get-go." Adrian explained in knowing full well that he had the situation under control and as such felt it right to use it as a means of testing out a new spell
I swear I'll never understand your lot and your need for risk taking at the expense of your finite lives.
"Well that's something we can talk about in the future. Right now we've more monsters to slay for the next...3 to 4 hours." Adrian said with a great amount of excitement in his voice
(1 week later, August 14th, 2016, Adrian's House, 4:48 Pm)
It was a little over a week and a half later as Adrian had continued to do some grinding and had managed to get over halfway through his Pyromancy class at level 54 by the skin of his teeth after he just finished recovering from his recent grind in the Celestial Dungeon.
"Finally I'm halfway through this class. Worth it even after taking that blast from Celestia." Adrian said through gritted teeth as he was still sore from his fight with Celestia
'Now let's see what I've gained from being past level 50.' Adrian thought to himself as he went to check what some of his new skills would be
Immolation
MP Cost: 1,650 per minute
Range: 90 feet
You point to a target within range and cause them to burst into blistering flames. You deal 2,080 + (INT*5) and an additional 1,600+ (INT*4.5) Fire damage per 6 seconds. The burning target sheds bright light for 30 feet and dim light for an additional 30 feet. If the target dies from this spell they are turned to ash. These flames can't be extinguished through non-magical means
Blasted Ground
MP Cost: 1,800
Range: 120 feet
Type: Square
You point to an area within range and cause the ground to crack and burst into bubbling magma, reducing movement speed by 40% for the next minute. This spell deals 2,400 + (INT*6) Fire damage
Searing Blood (Passive)
The potency of your fire magic becomes so great that it is infused into your own veins. When you take piercing or slashing damage your blood rushes forth to burn and scald your enemies for fire damage equal to your CON*3
Ignite (Passive) (Rank 1)
The power of your flames has become devastating enough that when they seriously wound an enemy they will continue to persist and ravage them like an all-consuming inferno. When your fire spells land as a critical hit they deal an additional amount of fire damage equal to 15% of the total damage dealt over the next minute.
For having reached Level 50 you can now upgrade your spells to become more powerful. Although doing so will increase the cost of mana to use said spells.
Due to having reached Level 50 you can now select a production and profession class and are now able to multiclass.
"Finally I can get to multiclassing into something that'll help me live longer. Until then I know exactly what class I'm gonna get myself into." Adrian said with a grin as he selected his Production class
Engineer
Level 1 out of 60
You gain 4 INT and WIS and 2 LUC per level of this class
You've selected the engineer class. With this you'll be working with machinery to do all sorts of things so long as you have the needed materials. From building security drones to gunnery turrets to transport vehicles to help you get from point A to point B.

Allows you to summon machines
Create Machine (Passive)
Creates a machine to serve and to aid you, if you have the required materials.
Requires Blueprints
Create Gadget (Passive)
You can create gadgets to use to help aid you, so long as you have the materials to build them
Create Weapons (Passive)
You can create any tech-based weapon so long as you have the materials required to make it.

"I guess for my profession it'll be as an artist. Because I'll be more than needing that to draw up blueprints and schematics for all my stuff." Adrian said in deciding to go into the artist profession in order to help with making detailed blueprints and schematics
"Now comes the problem of materials, as I doubt I can get the stuff I need to consistently make what I want. Especially since I want to make all sorts of dope stuff." Adrian added in knowing materials were gonna be hard to come by once he was at Yokai
I believe that we can work out an arrangement that can work out between us.
"Alright I'm listening." Adrian spoke wondering what this would be
Simple. I can provide you with the materials you desire to build your machinery until you can gain a consistent means of gaining them yourself. All I require is that you do a quest here and there for me as compensation.
"All I gotta do is a quest for you on occasion? No other strings attached and I get what I need to build what I have too?" Adrian questioned the game in wondering about the bargain he was about to make
No other strings attached besides what I would have you do on these quests. Since these would just be for my additional entertainment. So long as you agree then I will not have any problem keeping you supplied until you find a consistent means of being supplied with materials.
"Well seeing as how you have no real reason to lie to me. I'll accept these terms. However, if I'm doing these quests for you. Then I'm doing them with stipulations in mind." Adrian told the game as he was gonna set some ground rules for this so he didn't get dicked over in the process.
Alright, what are these terms of yours?
"First, things first. No having me square up against stuff as a suicide run for your amusement. I get that I'm your entertainment or what the hell ever. But I'm not gonna do this and have myself get killed or dismembered. So no quests that are gonna wind up being suicide runs just to get your jollies off." Adrian said as his first stipulation to all of this as he wasn't gonna do these quests if they wound up as suicide missions
Fair enough I suppose. It wouldn't be beneficial to me if I had you go on those missions only for you to die. Even if it would be hilarious.
"Glad to see we understand each other. Secondly, no having me go bullshit retrieval mission. I may be a lot of things. But a delivery boy, isn't one of them. So no quests that have me running around to retrieve something for you. Also, no having me do any escort missions as well. Because I am not a fucking babysitter." Adrian added as one of his guidelines as fetch quests and escort missions were the types of quests to where he'd put his fucking foot down on
I'll accommodate you on that. Especially the one about doing escort missions. Having to watch you babysit some moron is even too tedious for me.
"Excellent to see we're on the same page. Next one up would be no having me go after hot girls and or ladies. Because unless they explicitly piss me off, then fuck doing any of that. Since I'd rather have the opportunity to at least plow them into next week than kill them. Or better yet use them to cuck some schmuck whose pissed me off them kill them off." Adrian spoke as he'd rather not kill attractive women when he could instead either fuck them or use them to cuck some poor bastard into submission
That's something I'll allow as well. Especially since the prior gamers before you were famous for doing that and using that line of thinking to get ahead in their own playthroughs.
"Are they anyone I should know about?" Adrian questioned in wondering if these gamers were anyone he should worry about
No and I would no recommend even daring to think of challenging them. For they would kill you faster than a single thought would be able to form in your brain. Now then are there any other stipulations to our deal that you would like to add?
"That's all I can think to add really. Other than that, our deal is complete." Adrian replied as that was about all of what he could think of in terms of stipulations
Since that is all you have to add. Then I'll leave, and get back to watching you entertain me.
'Well, I guess I have a butt-ton of time to work on my stuff now that the Game is giving me shit to work with.' Adrian thought to himself in being happy with the terms of the deal he made
'Now then let's get started on that Artist profession. Since that's gonna come in real handy for blueprints and more importantly all of the kill lists I need to make.' Adrian thought to himself in knowing that his Artist profession was gonna come in real handy later on down the line when it came to the creation of his kill lists
(The next night later, August 15th, 2020, 6:30 Pm, Hiroshima, Japan)
It would be the next evening later as Adrian had finished getting dinner via the 3 bowls of chicken ramen he'd bought for himself and was currently walking home until he found himself getting bumped into by a mystery figure.
"Oi! You know ya dropped something." Adrian spoke as he picked up the letter that had been dropped on the ground
"My apologies. I was simply on my way to drop off an acceptance letter for my academy for an Adrian Taylor." The mystery man told him causing Adrian to look at him in curiosity
"I'm Adrian Taylor and what's the acceptance letter for?." Adrian answered back
"Good to know who you are. You saved me a lot of trouble and time towards finding you're home. The acceptance letter is to my school I run known as Yokai Academy." The mystery man informed the pyromancer who had the faint idea of who this mystery man was
'Let's see dresses like a priest, despite the suppressed power could probably still beat my ass like a snare drum and overall feeling of creepiness. I definitely have a good idea on who this is. But just to be on the safe side..' Adrian thought to himself in having a good idea who this was but decided to use Observe to double-check and confirm
Tenmei Mikogami
Level: 348
Rank: Champion
Description: Known as one of the 3 dark lords and a powerful kishin. Tenmei Mikogami runs Yokai Academy. He is interested in you and has chosen you to come to his academy due to you having gained his attention via your rapid increases in power. Seeing you as someone who can change things for the better.
'Nice to know that this guy recognizes my power.' Adrian thought to himself in feeling proud that his growing strength was enough to make a top-tier monster recognize it
"Alright, well can you tell me about your academy since we've got the time?" Adrian questioned the kishin
"My academy is one for students who can't necessarily attend regular schools. Due to either extenuating circumstances or because they're for a better term 'gifted', and seeing that your gifted as well like them. It only stands to reason that I would have you enrolled." Mikogami informed him in the best way he knew how without outright saying it was a school for monsters
"You mean gifted like this." Adrian spoke as he made a small ball of flame in his hand appear before quickly extinguishing it
"...Yes. Which means that I don't have to dance around what I have to tell you." Mikogami responded while silently breathing in relief
"Of course, I mean if your wanting me to join this academy of yours, which I'm guessing is for the supernatural. Then I'm all for it." Adrian told him as he was ready and wanting to go Yokai Academy
"Excellent to hear. I will be sending you your uniform and details of when everything starts by the end of the week." Mikogami informed the pyromancer of when everything would be sent to him
"Good to know. By the way, anything else I should know about this place? If I'm going here, then I wanna know what exactly I'll be up against or what's gonna be going on." Adrian questioned in wanting to know what he was gonna be up against
"If you must know one rule of ours at Yokai Academy is that all students must remain in their human form while on school grounds. Which shouldn't be a problem for you." Mikogami answered back as to the number 1 rule of Yokai Academy
"Of course not. Anything else I should know?" Adrian asked the headmaster who gave an eerie smile that honestly creeped him out
"Yes. Be careful Mr. Taylor, I'm expecting great things from you. For it would be an honest shame if something happened to you because you weren't careful." Mikogami said in not wanting anything to happen to the pyromancer because he got in over his head
"But that's all I feel is needed to say at the moment. So until I see you with the rest of the students, this is goodbye." Mikogami added before bidding the Gamer a farewell
"Holy shit, he's fuckin' creepy." Adrian said once Mikogami was out of earshot in feeling very creeped out by the headmaster
He may be creepy but be glad he's on your side at the very least. Otherwise, you'd be dead faster than you could blink or so much as move a single muscle against him
"Still doesn't help that I feel like I need an adult just by being near the guy. Still at least I'm secured in my position to be at Yokai." Adrian said in feeling an aura of omnipresent creepiness around Mikogami
Even so, I will be inclined to agree with you. You're now in the clear to go to Yokai Academy.
"You got that right. In the meantime I'm gonna go level up Artist so I can start getting practice at making halfway decent blueprints." Adrian responded as he went home to start leveling up his artist class
Meanwhile, Mikogami was walking with a broad smile across his face that he now had the Gamer attending Yokai Academy; with him knowing that with Adrian's rapid growths in power that were unprecedented even among monsters that he would be a great asset to him. Especially in getting rid of the Public Safety Committee and correcting some of the other things amidst the academy that had started to run amok, as he knew that despite Adrian being a mere human that his capacity to grow stronger was something that could potentially eclipse even Alucard.
'This is certainly going to be an interesting school year. Especially with Mr. Taylor in the mix.' Mikogami thought to himself in knowing the pyromancer was gonna make this a hell of a year
"Especially with how strong he's able to become, he'll be able to get rid of that bothersome Security Committee," Mikogami spoke in knowing full well that Adrian would be very useful in getting rid of said committee that had been making things a hot mess at his academy
With Adrian's gains in power having continued to grow all the more powerful he not only has grown enough to branch himself out into other means of power. He now gains his admission to Yokai Academy. So how will he fare once he gets to Yokai? Well, find that out in the future chapters of A Gamer among Monster.
With all that being said let's get down to some of the reviews from the last chapter.
McKenray: Yeah, Yukari's antics thanks to Adrian being in the picture are gonna leave her with a very short shelf-life if that's any indication.
TheOnlyKing: Yeah and too be honest I rather like this pacing of Adrian's power increase than I did in Necromancer. Because it felt very much like I was writing an underpowered MC rather than in here where Adrian feels much more capable to handle the threats around him and back up anything he can say against him.
Lq840i: I'm waiting to build him up more in terms of what he can overall do before he can start doing stuff like what Fire Lord Ozai could do. Also thanks for the idea of adding Ignite to Adrian's arsenal. He doesn't know any as of yet, but he will be multi-classing into a martial class to help him out.
Tundis: Glad you came to read my story. Also, the idea of what you have from Nuova Shenron sounds like a pretty good idea. Something I will more than likely include as a higher-up spell once he reaches an advanced class.
CuriousGuest: Yeah, as tbh I just wasn't having any fun writing Necromancer as I used too. So sadly it had to go. Eventually, Adrian will deal with Kyoko its just a matter of when not if. But yeah Adrian knows full well that he has to constantly get stronger if he wants to survive at Yokai Academy with all the OP monsters there that could very much kill him. Also, yes there will be loads and loads of fire.

Koshiro Uzumaki: Well the thing is that he's more or less stockpiling Gacha Tokens for himself. That way when he gets to a new world he can have options of how much he'll want to expend if that makes any sense to you.
NazgulBelserion: The thing is that Adrian is gonna be full-on evil no doubt. But he's not gonna be a Chaotic Evil mess all the time since that wouldn't really be any fun. But eventually, he will get himself some girls, its just gonna take some time to get there.
Eljin1: He will eventually be multiclassing into Martial Artist in order to help cover his bases when it comes to both his issue of having a small HP pool and his lack of dealing with enemies in close-combat.
elorielee: Well, he now has Wall of Fire and Fire Shield to help cover his bases in terms of defense and Consume Heat as a dps/healing spell.
Wilson Jordo493: I'm glad you like Adrian as a character so far, as I did get tired of Gamer stories for one reason. In that eventually, most of them start suffering from Shiro Emiya syndrome and overall become just super bland because of it. Also, I will show off his gains in how far he comes over the course of the chapters and all that jazz.
Treksh: I do plan on writing how Adrian's flaws can be more positively channeled towards his desire for more and more power. But rest assured that they will rear there ugly head every now and then.
I guess that makes it a wrap and as I hope y'all have enjoyed this chapter all that went with it, so without further delay let's get down to it now shall we. Also, holy shit did I not expect to get the massive wave of reviews and stuff from you guys. So thank you Shiro for the shout out and hope all is well with ya.
First up we've got Adrian having enjoyed hit the 40's of his Pyromancer class and talking with the Game which I thought would be fun in developing their dynamic with each other.
Following that we've got Adrian pretty much obliterating a Jorogumo which I liked doing for the simple fact that it allowed me to show what Adrian would be like once things are on his terms, considering that he very much operates himself as a predator.
Next, up is Adrian now being halfway through his Pyromancer class has now branched out into his new production and profession classes, via the Engineer and Artist classes. Not to mention Adrian making a deal with the Game itself which will come into play throughout the story.
Lastly, we've got Adrian meeting Mikogami and gaining admission to Yokai and not much else besides that.
All that being said please favorite, follow, review and share this story out as much as possible. And flames, for the most part, will be ignored because at the point you're mainly wasting mine and everyone's time. Other than that constructive criticism and ideas on how to improve things are welcome.
