(Chapter 22: Here we are at a World Cup)
It would soon be the day of the Quidditch World Cup which Adrian was all down too go to and everything that went with it, considering that it would be the first time he'd be meeting the Girl Who Lived and him being able to put his plan into action of getting the Black sisters under his belt starting with Narcissa. That being said in the few short days leading up to the Quidditch World Cup he spent that time either bonding with Jack over Power Rangers and working on her Power Rangers suit, and started getting back into training with his Martial Artist class in managing to get it up to Level 40 in the short time period.
(Dartmoor, England, 7:17 Pm, August 27th, 2013)
With it being later into the evening, Adrian dressed in some casual clothes in the form of a Slipknot t-shirt, some jean shorts, red and black sneakers and not much else besides that as he was looking forward to seeing his 1st Quidditch match in person.
'Well, might as well say hi to the Potter girl and see what she's all about.' Adrian thought to himself as he went over to the Girl-Who-Lived
"Ain't this a surprise. The Weasley family and little Mrs. Potter here at the World Cup." Adrian spoke catching the attention of the group
"Wait who is that guy?" Ron asked oblivious as to who the blue-eyed man before them
"Ronald, this the man who defeated Fenrir Greyback with his own bare hands. Lord Ravenclaw himself." Arthur told his son who was very in disbelief that someone could've done that at all
"T-There's no way he could have done that! He probably paid the prophet to say that so he can make himself look good. Heck he doesn't even look all that impressive to begin with. Besides, I bet that even I could take him on myself in a wizard's duel." Ron responded in refusal to believe that Adrian could've killed a werewolf without magic and that in his bravado he could beat the nobleman
"I can show you first hand of how good I am throwin' hands, ya little shit. Because don't get it twisted that just because I'm a wizard that I need my magic to beat you. Because if you wish to talk to me like your so much hot shit, then I'll gladly smack you back into the dirt where you belong." Adrian spoke as he was ready to pimp slap the freckles off the 2nd youngest Weasley for doubting his level of destructive power
"Please forgive my son if he offended Lord Ravenclaw, he's still a young boy and all. Its just that your feat of killing Greyback in how you did it is a bit hard to believe is all." Arthur replied in trying to prevent Adrian from backhanding one of his sons into a bloody paste
With Arthur from his first impression of Adrian in feeling not just the immense amount of magic that even in a resting state radiated off him like an inferno, also could see that despite his otherwise calm demeanor and unassuming form he held a massive amount of physical strength at his disposal that he'd rather not have used on one of his sons. Because he'd rather not have to explain to Molly as to why their son would be at 's for angering such a powerful noble lord who could not only get away with it, but also punish them further for disrespecting his name if he wanted to be petty enough.
"Its fine. So long as he knows his place when he talks to those better than him." Adrian spoke making his eyes glow a deep emerald while looking at Ron who felt the air around him start to grow uncomfortably hot
"Of course he will." Arthur responded while giving Ron the look of 'do not piss off the man that can kill you in one hit'
"Anyways, I wanted to say hello and meet Mrs. Potter. Since I've heard a good deal about you." Adrian spoke as he turned his attention towards her
"Did you really kill the guy who made Professor Lupin a werewolf?" Rose asked her bright green eyes staring up at Adrian who at 6 foot 5 towered over her by a little over a foot
"Oh yeah, Honestly, it wasn't even that much of a challenge." Adrian answered back with a shrug as either way Fenrir never would've had a chance against him
"I just wanted to say thank you for getting rid of his lycanthropy. It means a lot that you did that for him." Rose told him in having been very grateful for lifting Lupin's curse
"It was no problem. Besides, he seemed like a decent enough guy that just so happened to get the short end of life. So my doing that for him was something I was more than happy to do for the guy." Adrian spoke waving it off considering that he did feel sorry for Remus that he got shat on by being bitten and even aggravated further that Dumbledore fucked him over for that long
"Also I do wish to talk with you in private soon. Because beyond you being the whole person who killed Voldemort, which by the way I could give less of a shit about. I'm more interested in what you can do as Rose Potter." Adrian added as he was mainly curious to what Rose Potter was all about since he didn't really give a shit about the whole killing Voldemort thing
"I'd really like that, thank you." Rose responded in being interested in talking more with him

"Well, then I'll hold you to that. But I don't wanna hold either of you up since I'll be in the top box enjoyin' things." Adrian told them
"Wait a minute. We'll be up there too, do you think we could talk there?" Rose asked the pyromancer who towered above her
"Sure. Also, I'd love to talk to Mr. Weasley over there since I hear you like to mess with muggle machinery?" Adrian spoke as he turned his attention towards Arthur
"Yes I do, as I used to do some artificing back in the day before I had the kids." Arthur replied in having been an up and coming artificer before having to settle for being in the Ministry to support his family
"Excellent. While the game is going on perhaps you and I can talk over some ideas. Since I happen to tinker with some machines and such. So perhaps I can get your thoughts on a few things and maybe come up with some ideas for stuff." Adrian spoke as he also wouldn't mind bouncing ideas off a fellow man of machines and tech
"That sounds absolutely splendid. You don't know how hard it is to find someone who enjoys messing with and creating new machinery. I swear if there's one thing that's always impressed me about muggles, and that's their innovation and creativity." Arthur said as soon enough the two soon began walking up to the talk about muggle technology and mainly engineering
'Looks like Ron's dad has found a friend. Good for him.' Rose thought to herself as the green eyed witch followed everyone up to the Top Box
With it being until the match started Adrian and Arthur began talking about engineering and machinery and with Arthur being impressed at all of what Adrian was able to build on his own, and further impressed by his sketches/blueprints in the eyes of the Weasley patriarch was very futuristic looking muggle cars and motorcycles. The Gamer enjoyed bouncing off ideas with the Weasley patriarch on future ideas for vehicles and transport, since it was fascinating to share ideas with someone who was like-minded as himself concerning machinery and engineering.
Even still during their conversation Adrian had some of his surveillance drones spread out and had a few attach themselves to Lucius Malfoy, with the Mark 3 model he'd been working on being a more compact version with his cloaking technology to aid in making it undetectable. Besides that, Adrian then awaited for the match to begin and it do so with a bang as Adian had to admit that up close the game of Quidditch was quite entertaining to watch happen; although his destructive nature felt that it could do with being amped up to being more akin to rugby or football to give it more oomph.
Despite this Adrian found himself enjoying the match between Bulgaria and Ireland, with him also seeing that the Potter girl had enjoyed the match greatly and saw that with the extreme amount of joy and interest that this was one of the few things that gave her actual happiness; something of which he'd file away for later to get her onto his side. Even so the match continued to be a fast-paced yet highly entertaining spectacle that was quite enjoyable to see unfold, with a surprise unfolding in the Irish managing to beat the Bulgarians.
So once everything was all over and the Irish and more importantly Adrian who was greatly enjoying the fact that he'd be getting winnings from having made a 13 to 1 bet on the Irish being able to defeat the longtime champions. With him now just waiting for things with the inevitable to happen in terms of the Death Eaters soon assailing the camp where everyone was at, with him having deployed his attack droids which he had armed with stealth tech and their weaponry set to kill and or incapacitate.
'Things should be poppin' off in 5..4...3..2..1 and now.' Adrian thought to himself as he soon saw everything start erupting into chaos
Which Adrian soon began teleporting himself into the middle of as Adrian soon burst onto the scene and started in tandem with his attack droids which had gotten the drop on the large mass of Death Eaters, started attacking with his White Magic. With him using Arrow of Light, Holy Malediction and Sacred Light to just massacre and wholesale slaughter any of the Death Eaters that got in his way due to the raw power of his white magic spells, and the fact that the Killing Curses and hexes of the Death Eaters weren't all that effective against his machines.
With it the night instead of becoming one of mass terror was one of where the mass swarm of Death Eaters were being put onto their backfoot thanks to Adrian's attack droids, who even with them unleashing dark curses on them the effects of it didn't turn out all that great. Considering that Adrian had provided the small assortment of them with shield generators that could handle a Bombarda spell, which combined with them being armed with high powered rifles and cannons proved to be an effective fighting force to drive them back and kill them off.
Something of which was only exacerbated when Adrian was also busting out his Martial Artist techniques in using Misty Step to get up close and beat the living hell out of them, with him teleporting and unleashing his white magic spells on top of it; it was proving to be nothing short of pandemonium for the Death Eaters. With a good chunk of them being further massacred when Adrian had cast Obsidian Missile and watched as the projectile of volcanic glass shredded them into a bloody pulp, as Adrian could only revel in the mass destruction being caused by him and his machines.
So it was through the Death Eaters quickly realizing that between those damnable machines and Adrian cutting through them like a knife through hot butter that it was time for a tactical retreat, hence why there leader quickly shot off the Morsmordre spell to make the Dark Mark appear in the night sky before having everyone retreat. With Adrian feeling quite proud of himself in this moment for having with the use of his machines and his own magic to have pretty quickly dispatched of the numerous Death Eaters, and pretty much ruined their little spectacle.
'Well, this was one heck of an entertaining night.' Adrian thought to himself at the job well done tonight
"Guess the only thing left to do is just wait things out, and play some Pokemon while I'm at it." Adrian said to himself as he took out his Nintendo earlier on in the week and began playing Pokemon Diamond until everything else cooled off for the night
(4 days later, August 31st, 2013, Taylor Residence, 3:14 Pm)
It was around 3 days later after the World Cup and the Death Eaters failed attempt to cause chaos at it, as Adrian had been hailed even further as a hero for his having taken out a mass slew of Death Eaters through the combination of his white magic and machines. However, his attention was further focused on what he was gonna do with the footage he had gone over with each of his droids and further practicing on unlocking Storm Magic.
'Well at least I'm closer to unlocking my Storm magic.' Adrian thought to himself as he continued to manipulate and mess with his arcane lightning
Congratulations, your one step closer to being able to make your own thunderstorms.
"I know right. Oh man, I can't wait to see the looks on either Voldemort's or Dumbledore's faces when I drop a whole-ass thunderstorm on top of them. I wonder if I could possibly combine a tornado with my magma to make a lava-tornado?" Adrian said in excitement before wondering of how he could get to work on combining his Storm magic with his magma powers
You do know you can combine magics from different classes to create new spells. Honestly, I'm surprised you haven't tried it yet.
"Had a vague idea I could. I just never thought to do so with everything else going on." Adrian replied in having had a vague indication that he could mix his other magics together and form new techniques
Fair enough I suppose. But seeing as how you're in a world full of wizards where creation is pretty much the only limitation to what you can do. Then I'll be immensely surprised if you haven't figured out a way to ramp up your destructive power by the time your done with this place.
"Trust me. By the time I'm done with this place, I'll definitely have some new stuff cooked up for my return." Adrian spoke with a grin in having all sorts of new ideas for new spells and techniques
"But in any case. I do have some other plans cooked up in the future of what's to come." Adrian added as he did have a few other things on the backburner that he was waiting to implement
So after an hour and a half more of messing around and training to unlock his Storm Magic that he went inside to further review the footage of what went on at the Death Eater's would be invasion at Dartmoor, and had found that through his going over it that he had enough to pay Lucius a visit.
"Whatcha doin'?" Jack asked having popped up into Adrian's room
"Oh hey there Jack. I'm just lookin' over some stuff that happened when I went to that World Cup thing a few days ago." Adrian answered back as to what he'd been doing for some odd half an hour
"Can you tell us how it all went? Because there wasn't much fun to do while you were gone." Jack told him in having been bored out of their mind due to Adrian having been at the World Cup for a large portion of the night
"It went pretty well if I'm to be honest. Especially since that whole Quidditch thing up close is pretty entertaining. Although the people I got to go up against weren't all that challenging for me." Adrian spoke in having found that with a small number of attacks he could decimate most Death Eaters
"Anyways, what did you do while I was gone? Did you behave like I've been telling you too." Adrian questioned the Assassin of Black
"We didn't really do much but go out and get rid of people. Their hearts did taste pretty good to us though." Jack answered back in having spent part of her night in killing her boredom by slicing up some unassuming muggles
"You didn't let anyone catch you or see you, right?" Adrian asked as had anyone seen such a thing going on it would've been quite the shit-show
"No one saw us at all. We're the best their is at making sure no one can see or find us!" Jack told him in pride of their stealth abilities being second to none amongst most servants of the Assassin class
"That's great to hear no one saw ya, Jack. I'm happy you got to have your fun." Adrian said internally breathing relief at the fact that Jack had remained to go unseen
"So anything else going on with ya Jack?" Adrian questioned the killer loli who shook her head no
"But we do want to go to that Hogsmeade place again. It was really nice there. Can we go there again soon?" Jack told him wanting to visit the village of Hogsmeade again
"Sure why not. Besides, I've been having my own bit of fun there on our visits." Adrian replied as he had been having his own brand of fun in Hogsmeade
All in the form of using his Eromancy spells on none other than Madame Rosemerta herself, with him having wanted to see what would happen when he would consistently use them on someone over an extended period of time. Much to his amusement in having begun this since he got started on his Eromancy class in seeing Rosemerta's face becoming more and more red-faced and gradually flushed with lust, something that he had expected would be harder to do; but from using his Observe ability had found out it wasn't considering that it had been years since having a man in her bed to satisfy her.
"Yay!" Jack cheered at being able to once again visit Hogsmeade
"Which reminds me, we'll need to get you more clothes to go out in." Adrian spoke in knowing that the killer loli needed more attire beside her rather revealing outfit
"That sounds great! Can you let us pick out what we're gonna be wearing when we go there?" Jack asked the Gamer who smiled and patted her on the head and ruffled her hair a bit
"Of course. I mean why wouldn't I let the best little lady in the world pick out what she wants. The only thing I ask from you, Jack. Is that you keep doing the great job in getting rid of these mean people for me that you have been." Adrian told her as all that he really asked from the Assassin of Black
"Don't worry we'll make sure to get rid of all the mean people for you. We promise!" Jack swore to the Gamer who gave a broad grin at hearing that
"Excellent. Now then why don't we go ahead and get started on getting you some new outfits for our next day out." Adrian spoke as with that the two soon began heading off to get Jack some new clothes for their next trip to Hogsmeade
(Malfoy Manor, 5 days later, September 5th, 2013, 2:12 Pm)
It was nearly a week later as Adrian had during this time period decided to arrange a meeting with none other than Lucius Malfoy, as he figured now more than ever was time to make his move on the Malfoy patriarch and have him on his side.
"You'd think that the Malfoys could do with getting some brighter color in the place. I mean seriously would it kill him to add some brighter greens or maybe some blue in here to liven things up." Adrian said to himself as he had honestly felt that the place could use with some more vibrant colors to make it more lively instead of somewhat dreary in his opinion
'Guess that's something I can ask him after we do all this.' Adrian thought to himself as he saw Lucius Malfoy himself come striding towards him
"Lord Ravenclaw, a pleasure to finally meet you in person." Lucius spoke as he soon had to look up at Adrian's tall and rather imposing form
"Same to you. There's quite a bit I'd like to talk to you about that I think you'll be interested in." Adrian replied in knowing that there would be a lot to discuss
"Then let us not waste anymore time." Lucius said as together they went into the meeting room of the Malfoy Manor
That in mind Adrian was led to the meeting room of where Lucius conducted a bulk of his business, which pretty much looked like where the Death Eaters would hold their meetings in both the movies and in the books; except much more spacious.
"What is it that you wish to discuss with me Lord Ravenclaw?" Lucius questioned the blue-eyed Gamer
"Oh that's easy. I want the two of us to work together. Call it an alliance, partnership, union or what have you. I want us to join up together." Adrian answered back in feeling that he should just come out in say it rather than just dance around what he wanted to say
"Now you have my attention. Why is it exactly that you wish to make an alliance with me? Why not go to any of the light-sided families? Seeing that you cured Frank and Alice Longbottom of their insanity, cured Remus Lupin of his lycanthropy and last but not certainly least killed off Fenrir Greyback. All of these things would definitely make you endeared to them, and yet you wish to side with myself who is known for being one of the most prominent dark-sided leaders." Lucius wondered as to why Adrian would want to throw his lot with a dark-sided family when he'd have a far easier time with the light-sided ones
"That's simple really, Lord Malfoy! While I'm alright for the most part with a small number of them and I mean small number of them like Arthur Weasley, since we both have similar interests. Besides that rather small handful I don't see myself getting along with any single one of them for a few reasons. The main reason why I couldn't and why I want to make this partnership with you is because of the man that leads it all, Dumbledore." Adrian answered back as to one of the main reasons why he came here to see Lucius and the overarching one of why he'd never be apart of the light
"Dumbledore. That bearded tool has been a thorn in my side and the sides of my allies for so many years." Lucius spat the name out like it was rotting meat stuck in his teeth
"Yes, Dumbledore. Its thanks to him and his supposed side of 'light' that's stopping progress from being made and Britain being at the top of where it should be. Because thanks to his side squabbling and holding back everyone from reaching their full potential in fear of creating another 'dark lord' or because he loves parading himself around as this great chessmaster. That has every side pitting themselves against each other and casting aside anyone that has real value that won't fit into his plans of the 'Greater Good' that Britain is left to rot. Something of which I want ended and ended quickly, which is why I need your help to start taking him down." Adrian replied in knowing full well that Dumbledore was a major part of the problem in preventing his plans for Britain to reach his version of its full potential
"I mean you can't honestly tell me that your satisfied with Dumbledore and his people getting in not just your way. But the way of your kid. I mean think about if Draco is gonna have a successful future where he can expand the influence of House Malfoy beyond Britain and make his mark as something greater. Then those chances become slim and few between. Thanks to Dumbledore's bothersome light stifling any chances for him to venture out and delve into things enough to where he could be something amazing. Heck he could be the next greatest alchemist, transmuter or master of darker magics like Hemomancy or Necromancy that could be used to help better things here. Yet those possibilities that would make House Malfoy a household name are sealed off thanks to Dumbledore." Adrian added which had gained Lucius's attention at hearing of his only son's future being stifled
With Lucius now thinking it over and gaining even more reason to despise Dumbledore and consider things on Adrian's side of thing to take down the old goat, considering how the Gamer was right in the fact that Draco's potential to make himself and by greater and more importantly House Malfoy was being limited by Dumbledore's presence.
"I very much see your point. Especially with how my House's future was nearly ruined after the last war. I can't even begin to tell you how many strings I had to pull so that I could get a slap on the wrist." Lucius replied in having had to call a considerable amount of favors and pull out a lot of blackmail to get off relatively scot-free
"Glad you see things my way. Not to mention that in siding with me, your house gains the backing of one of the most ancient and noble houses to date. On top of House Ravenclaw having immense stores of arcane knowledge and being able to get you anything from potions, more efficient wards and security runes and gear that deals with artificing and such. Good ol' Rowena sure liked to have her hands in everything." Adrian spoke in having done his research on Rowena and found out that she liked to keep her hands in things from alchemy, to wards and even some forbidden magics such as Necromancy, Blood Magic and even having tried to delve into Void Magic of all things
"So really you being in this partnership with me can only do good for you. All I'm asking in return from you is that you help me take down Dumbledore among some other requests I have from you." Adrian added besides wanting his help in taking down Dumbledore that was all he really wanted
"That sounds more than satisfactory, Lord Ravenclaw. Now what was the other topic that you want to discuss with me?" Lucius questioned as Adrian pulled out a tablet and scrolled through a few things
"Simply to show you this, as it's a neat little something I caught from the footage my attack drones I built during that Death Eater invasion at the World Cup caught. I mean it never helps to have a little something extra for when things pop-off." Adrian answered back causing Lucius's lips to thin from a broad smile to a neutral and somewhat worried expression
"What was it that these machines of yours found?" Lucius wondered
"Merely some footage that I thought you'd like to see for yourself." Adrian replied as he showed him the footage of what his attack drones had caught
That being of Lucius engaging in the invasion and having killed a number of muggles and half-bloods with footage having shown his mask getting cracked by some that chose to fight back and him retreating from Adrian's machines as they fired back onto the swarm of Death Eaters. With Lucius having cursed his having to engage in the spectacle to begin with, but his master in Voldemort had ordered as many Death Eaters to engage in it as possible so as to cause as much possible chaos and begin the heralding of his imminent return.
"Relax, Lucius before you start breaking out into a panic. I'm not gonna show this to the authorities. However, I'm not gonna do that on 2 to 3 conditions. The first being that all ties to Voldemort are gonna end, as I'd rather not have one of my future partners being compromised by some charlatan to be something better than what they are." Adrian told him which made Lucius internally breathe a sigh of relief at not hearing of how such damning evidence would be used against him
"I can't exactly cut ties with the Dark Lord. Seeing as how his brand is upon me and if I do not answer his calls or commands then it will come back on me or worse yet my family." Lucius responded as the Dark Mark made it so that if Voldemort wanted you for something then you damned well answered him
"Don't worry I can get rid of what makes you have to be subservient towards Voldemort. After all the best counter to dark magic is white magic and I'm a rather powerful white mage." Adrian told the Malfoy patriarch in full confidence his white magic could rid Lucius of his Dark Mark
"As I've seen with you curing the Longbottom's of their madness. But if I am to betray the Dark Lord then I want your assurance that my family will be kept safe from his wrath. Things such as turning against him when your in his inner circle do not come without dire consequences." Lucius replied in wanting his family kept safe from Voldemort's fury
"You'll have my word that once Voldemort comes back and tries something that the lot of you will be under my protection." Adrian told him as he wasn't gonna let someone as valuable as Lucius be snuffed out by some pretender
"Good. Now what is your other condition?" Lucius questioned as to what the other one was
"Simple that when the time comes for when Voldemort comes back, and I know the charlatan will. That you give me free reign to go against him and do whatever is in your power to allow me to do so. Considering that I've got a pretty good chance at destroying Voldemort, but that only works if his other minions are kept off my back." Adrian spoke in wanting everything cleared out of the way for when he came for Voldemort's neck
"That is something I can do. Especially since it'll mean my rivals in the dark being eliminated." Lucius answered back without any real hesitation to kill his fellow Death Eaters who a good amount of them he saw as competition
"Excellent! Those are really my only 2 conditions for ya. Besides, being with me over Voldemort is gonna be far more advantageous for you in the long run. I mean what can Voldemort offer you besides empty promises of a pureblood paradise that failed against a toddler. His being a cruel, insane sadist who'll fuck you over at a moments notice; especially in regards to you're wife and kid who he'll torture to keep you in line or for his own entertainment. Not to mention that if you follow him a 2nd time then you risk following some damned squib for the small chance that he'll grant you all a place at the top." Adrian spoke as he listed off the negatives of being with Voldemort
"Meanwhile, I am of one of the most powerful houses in the Wizarding world, a man of my word that wishes to see everyone at their best. I can make sure that all of y'all can become even more powerful if you follow my lead. Not to mention that I also have plans to run for Minister of Magic soon enough and lead Britain into a new golden age that Dumbledore and Voldemort could only dream of. So stay by me and away from that treacherous serpent in Voldemort, and I can promise you without a doubt that you'll get far further ahead than what you ever could've with Voldemort." Adrian added which made Lucius's mind race and light up at hearing all of the positives of being with the Gamer that outweighed what he would have in being with Voldemort
Considering that Lucius knew that in being with Adrian who was a head of one of the if not the most powerful house in all of Britain on top of being a future candidate for Minister of Magic would open a hell of a lot more doors for him and his family than it would by being under Voldemort's thumb. Not to even mention that the Malfoy patriarch could feel and sense that unlike with Voldemort who had people obey him out of fear and a twisted sense of entitlement, that with Adrian the conviction and passion of which he spoke was something that combined with the dark determination in his eyes he knew one thing.
That if he were to follow Adrian in his plans to take down Dumbledore and to play a helping hand in his becoming Minister of Magic, that House Malfoy would have far more power and status than what he'd know to do with; which made his decision one of complete certainty.
"Lord Ravenclaw. Consider myself and House Malfoy in alliance with you." Lucius said as Adrian had a massive grin on his face as he extended a hand outwards for Lucius to shake
"Excellent to see your on board Lucius. Trust me that as long as your patient and in this for the long haul. Then I guarantee that Britain's next golden age will have you and your house at the top. Oh what a glorious day that'll be for us all." Adrian replied as the two shook hands to cement their partnership with each other and gaining another piece in his quest for power
(3 days later, September 8th, 2013, Taylor Residence, 6:06 pm)
It was 6 minutes after 6 in the evening as Adrian had invited Andromeda Tonks or rather Black to his house for some company, in order to start making his moves on the 1st of the Black sisters that would soon be his.
"That must be Andromeda, honestly didn't expect her to be here till 7." Adrian thought to himself as he heard the doorbell ring
So with that being said Adrian went downstairs and opened up the door to reveal Andromeda in all her mature glory with her having nearly elbow-length hair that fell around her in a thick curtain of cinnamon brown, with her having wide yet kind light grey eyes that border on silver in color. Combining it with her high cheekbones, the matronly yet still aristocratic bearing befitting someone who was both a wife of over 2 decades and a noblewoman and the smile she put on which had a warmth to it that only a mother could give made her quite attractive.
Which was further amped up by her rather curvaceous figure with a large DD sized bust, wide hips that had a rather large round as a peach shaped ass behind it and rather long legs that added to a statuesque frame of 5 foot 10. Andromeda wore a short sleeved crimson colored blouse that had a few buttons undone to show a bit of cleavage, a onyx and pale emerald colored long-skirt that went a few inches past her knees and red slipper like shoes.
"Hello, Andromeda, glad you could come over. I thought that with everything that's gone on that you could use some company." Adrian spoke as the widowed lady Black entered into his house
"Thank you for inviting me. It's..its been rather lonely since Ted died. I just can't stand to be in that house anymore, now that he's gone." Andromeda thanked Adrian for inviting her over to his house
"Of course. I mean figured that it wouldn't do anyone good to be alone in a time like this. So I felt why not have such a lovely lady like yourself over for some dinner and whatever else." Adrian told her as the middle child of the Black sisters let out a soft laugh
"Thank you for such kind words Lord Ravenclaw." Andromeda thanked him
"No problem at all. By the way how do you feel about lasagna? As I had made some and some garlic bread for us to eat." Adrian asked Andromeda as he knew it wasn't anything fancy but he figured it would be something for the lady Black
"That sounds rather lovely. Ted was never really that good of a cook if I was to be honest. While going out was nice, it usually fell to me to do most of the cooking at home." Andromeda thanked Adrian for cooking a meal for her
"Well, hopefully everything will turn out great and be to your liking." Adrian spoke in hoping that this would go great enough to begin his plans to woo and then hopefully plow Andromeda
That in mind Adrian had managed to successfully pull off making a above average lasagna for Andromeda which the lady Black enjoyed in having a dinner and light conversation with the Gamer; who to her gave off a warm air of easy-going calm, omnipresent bravado and a energy that while barely restrained seemed almost without limit.
"Thank you for making the dinner Lord Ravenclaw. It was quite delicious." Andromeda thanked Adrian for being able to make a dinner that was quite good

"Its no problem. But please I'd rather you call me Adrian. After all, there's no need to be all formal and all that jazz. Especially since your a welcomed guest in my home." Adrian told her as he wanted her to feel as comfortable as possible in his home
"Well, Adrian. I have to say that as far as lords I've met you make a great first impression. Since you seem more...genuine and approachable than other pureblooded lords." Andromeda spoke in feeling herself being able to be more relaxed around Adrian than she would any other noble
"Thank you. That's something I try my best to do. Since that's something I appreciate my time around muggles for. Because its thanks to being around muggles for so long that I have that common touch. Not to mention that from what I've seen..I haven't missed out on a lot." Adrian replied as he really thanked the fact that his past life of being a nerdy everyman allowed him to be the guy you could just chill with
"..You aren't wrong. Nearly everything here is such a bore. Take it from someone who took the first chance they get to escape having to be sucked into pureblood politics. Having to worry about being friends with who or being set up with some stuffy suitor who wouldn't know what real fun was if it bit him in the arse. Well believe me when I say that I was glad to get hitched and no longer have to worry about etiquette and the political games of everyone else around me." Andromeda said in having remembered the constant lessons on pureblood etiquette and the politics to succeed as being a noblewoman of an ancient and noble house and having utterly hated it with a passion
"Is it a bad thing that I'm already dreading the day I'll be stuck at a ball or 'party' that one of these nobles are gonna throw? Because I'd rather not be stuck in some stuffy robe for a few hours. When I could be doing a lot better stuff than having to play nice with some uppity dickhead. I'd rather get mule kicked by a Clydesdale on steroids than waste my time." Adrian spoke in already dreading when he'd have to go to 1st ball or party with all the nobles of pureblooded and wealthy houses and mingle with them for who knows how long
"More than anything I know how you feel. Unlike my sisters Bella and moreso Narcissa who enjoyed it. I didn't and was lucky to have some of my friends in Herbology give me a little something to help past the time." Andromeda told Adrian who quickly caught onto what that something was
"Wait a minute. You mean to tell me that one of the Black sisters was a stoner?" Adrian questioned as Andromeda let out a hearty chuckle
"It was one of the classes I excelled at, as I made so much of my own stuff that it was how I was able to partly help fund Dumbledore's little Order. Much to the old goat's dismay. Not to even mention that when I gave some of the stuff I cooked up I blew Ted's mind when we'd get high together. Those were really some good times back then." Andromeda answered back with a fond smile on her face over how she became Hogwarts equivalent to a weed dealer during her teenage years and to a lot of witches and wizards who wanted to take the edge off
With Andromeda being something of a herbology prodigy during her time at Hogwarts to the point where even Professor Sprout had to admit that she was immensely talented in what she could grow with her green thumb, not to mention that said Herbology professor was one of her biggest customers and at times collaborators. Furthermore and to this day Dumbledore kept it a secret of how his Order of the Phoenix during its heyday had a considerable amount of its funding supplied by Andromeda selling her equivalent of marijuana to wizarding society, as one could only imagine that fallout of how the side of light was kept funded thanks to many a witch and wizard getting high as a kite thanks to Andromeda.
"Ok and hear me out. Is it a bad thing that I'd maybe like to get stoned with you sometime? Because you just got infinitely more awesome in my opinion right now." Adrian requested of the middle Black sister who let a a widening smile come across her face
"After all of what's happened and having to come to terms with what happened with Ted. I'd really love to get stoned with some proper company. Its been ages since Ted and I would get high together. In fact we used to get high as a hippogriff when Nymphadora was at Hogwarts...good times." Andromeda answered back in fondly remembering her garden back home and how she and Ted would often on occasion smoke some of her new creations together

"Hey anything to take the edge off of what I'm gonna have to deal with in the future, is alright by me. Besides, if I get to spend time with a pretty cool lady like yourself because of it. Then I'm all down for it." Adrian replied in being down for getting high and getting to know more about her
'Wait a minute can I even get high?' Adrian wondered to himself on if he could get stoned anymore
"That sounds delightful. Cause after all that's going on I could really go for a smoke." Andromeda told Adrian in knowing that after this she was gonna smoke herself some stuff she kept in storage
"Have fun with that. But anywho, while your here and we're both in good company with each other. You wanna watch a couple movies with me?" Adrian asked with a shrug of his shoulders
"I'd love that actually. Its been awhile since I've seen a good movie with someone." Andromeda answered back in being down to watch a movie
So with that Adrian and Andromeda spent well into the night watching a few movies with each other, some of which were the classic Godzilla movies and others being some DC animated movies which had Andromeda feel herself become happy; a feeling she hadn't felt in a good long while. So once they'd finished watching movies with each other and just overall having a good time, Andromeda bid Adrian a farewell and apparated home leaving Adrian feeling pretty good about things.
'Yup..today was a good day.' Adrian thought to himself as he himself headed upstairs to turn in for the night after the events of what'd gone on
So with Adrian having prevented the Death Eaters from causing chaos at the World Cup, his making an alliance with Lucius Malfoy and getting started on knowing Andromeda. It seems as though things are taking a rather interesting turn. Now all that's left is to see how things will soon unfold in the months to come. Stay tuned to find that out in the new chapters of, A Gamer among Monsters.

Giblenator: The world I have after Harry Potter that Adrian will travel too will be that of Akame Ga Kill.
NazgulBelserion: I loved Dino Thunder too when I was growing up, but the one that will always be at the top for me is Power Rangers Time Force. But yeah Bellatrix will be coming into play later on down the line.
Lq840i: I was more or less gonna have him get to work on inventing the equivalent to Holocrons so that way he could better store and digitize knowledge, but I do like where your going with the memory partition idea. Also its gonna be stupid fun to see how Adrian when using Eromancy on Kurumu has to deal with her turning into diet Agaeha. Yeah they're gonna have their minds blown when they realize that in terms of astronomy they're woefully behind along with how much data storage something such as a single terabyte can hold. And I definitely like the idea of Adrian using full-cowling to make people take fire damage from that self-immolating curse.
Austin: Yeah now that the wolf in Lupin is gone he's gonna start having more and more of common sense from Adrian start rubbing off on him, something that wizards and witches in Harry Potter clearly are lacking in. Also I've had to shelve the Super Sentai story for a later date, but my friend Nomadic Chaos has been trying to work on a Power Rangers Wild Force AU for sometime.
Setokayba2n: Technically it would make him Zordon lol. Also just for the lols it would be hilarious as a short side story to have Jack with her Power Ranger outfit and weapons go and just fuck up the Megaforce rangers..since they really, really suck.
Demzerff1: Yeah besides her growing up like a normal girl she would be able to learn new skills such as a Riding skill and disguise skill to better help her out in situations and develop her more overall. As for Rose she really won't go crazy or batshit insane but during the whole Order of the Phoenix arc that's when she's gonna start being taken under Adrian's wing where he rebuilds her into something better. Also with the next worlds he'll be going into being stuff like Akame Ga Kill and Bleach he'll have some aces up his sleeve by then as even he knows that he'll have to step up his level of destruction if he's gonna be playing in the big leagues. And there will always be people in his group that will have some usefullness to him even if they can't match up with him in terms of sheer destructive power.
billymom2: Thanks. Because I always hate when evil characters are so stereotypically mustache twirling villains, as come one mix it up once in awhile and have a Lex Luthor or Vandal Savage or Diavolo from Jojo's to shake up things.
Ev: That sounds like pretty good ideas. Although how to frame Dumbledore for those murders is beyond me
That takes care of that as I hoped y'all enjoyed this chapter and everything that went into it. But without further delay let's get into it now shall we.
First up we've got my version of the events that happened at the Quidditch World Cup and not much beyond all of that.
Next up we've got the aftermath of it all and Adrian having a bit with Jack and some details on what she did while Adrian was away.
Coming up after that we've got Adrian making his alliance with Lucius Malfoy which I hoped that y'all liked. Considering that it worked as well as it did because Adrian knew all of the right things to really say to Lucius to get him on his side and make sure that when the time comes he can really stick it to Voldemort.
Lastly we've got Adrian officially meeting with and getting to know Andromeda who I hoped you guys like as the reference for what she looked like was actress Julia Ann it y'all know who that is. Along with knowing the base for Andromeda's past growing up.
All that being said please favorite, follow, review and share this story out as much as possible. And flames for the most part will be ignored because at the point you're mainly wasting mine and everyone's time. Other than that constructive criticism and ideas on how to improve things are welcome.
