A.N. — We've been on a bit of a stretch of reprehensible people, so here's a supposedly innocuous someone to balance that out. I considered him for my birthday, as we're in generally the same profession, but another sorta obscure fellow is getting that honor come November. He also fits into the timeline here, as he was on the TV talking about All Might's retirement.

239. Daikaku Miyagi

The public trusted Daikaku Miyagi. He spoke to his viewers in a measured way, deliberately each word. But his quirk's two big horns often got in the way of his precise presenting style. Choosing to take the radical step of having one of them removed saw confidence in him shaken.

Backlash came quickly from those with hardline stances on quirks. They saw Daikaku's willing rejection of an innate, unique facet of himself as anything but the centrist position the esteemed newsreader had strove to maintain. In trying to more effectively do his job, Daikaku had unwillingly become the lead story.
