241. Danjuro Tobita (Gentle Criminal)

A.N. — I really like this distinguished gentleman's name. He is a class of bad guy that's easy to support. Why, then, were his actions mostly dismissed when his quirk is so potent? Either way, today is Danjuro Tobita's birthday, and I for one am celebrating his lost heroic potential.

241. Danjuro Tobita/Gentle Criminal

Nobody had believed in Dajuro Tobita.

Told to abandon his dream of heroics after repeatedly failing the licensing exam, Danjuro still clung to lofty hopes till he was expelled from school and home. Thus Gentle Criminal was born out of desperation.

But internet celebrity (or lack thereof) wasn't nearly as fulfilling to Danjuro as he imagined finally saving someone would be. Then Manami Aiba found him, and for once Danjuro felt he was doing some good. Here was someone Danjuro could pull back from the brink, a person who was wholeheartedly behind him and his cause. Gentle would spring back!
