A.N. — The temptation to do one of Shigaraki's horde of hired help was strong here, but it's too soon between USJ underlings. So I went with a minor Vigilantes character whose one appearance fits around here in the timeline. Rather than draw obvious parallels to Captain America, I played with humor versus seriousness in this drabble.
247. Rojiya Yonenaga
Rojiya Yonenaga was a deadly serious individual, always comporting himself in a manner befitting his standing as the reigning head of the Abegawa Tenchu Kai. But behind his back, even fellow gang members had to hold back snickers at Rojiya's particular peculiarity.
Collecting manhole covers was odd, to be sure. But having heavy metal discs flung at you was no laughing matter. There was a reason Rojiya was an unquestioned leader despite his remote demeanor. He posed a significant enough threat to have his yakuza organization officially classified as villainous. Like any other unpleasantness, Rojiya wasn't ruffled in the slightest.
