Chapter 14 Old friend

Haru was at his room alone and he was looking outside a window, he then looks at his desk and walks up to it, he sits down and starts to draw on a note book, he then made a simple sketch of a man that had a top hat with the eyes on the hat with a big smile.

He smiles at the image since that face always gave him hope.

Flashback

A young Haru is walking foward in the city all alone, he was sad after his mother passed, he then stops to see a alley with a small creature walking foward, he wonders and runs towards it, he then stops at a building called Balan Wonderworld, he opens the door and walks foward to see a hall, he then enters a room that looked like a dining and saw man of the sketch there being white and red sitting on a chair.

"Oh?"He looks at Haru with a smile."Why hello there."He gets up chuckling and spins around before bowing."And welcome."

Haru got surprised and he then presents the small yellow creature."Here child have this"

Haru grabbed it and he said:"What do you seem to be missing?"He looks at Haru."Of course a piece of your heart."He then takes Haru through a door and they were now a stage with Haru sitting in front of it.

He then starts to dance with music playing, he makes many lights appearing and clones himself making them dance too.

Haru was amazed at the show and he smiles.

"And remember young Haru."he tips his hat while looking at him."Never give up on hope."

Flashback ends

"Hey Haru!"Ruby goes to his side surprising him and she saw the image."Hey who's that?"

"Oh, it's just someone from my past, he helped me a lot."Haru said.

"Oh?"Yang came along with Weiss and Blake.

"Were you all watching me?"He asked.

"You kinda zoned out."Blake said.

"He's seem strange, what was he some kind of weirdo?"Weiss said.

"No, he's..."Haru looks at the drawing."A good friend."He smiled.

"He must have been really important to you."Yang said.

"Yeah he was."Haru said.

"So what was he like?"Ruby asked.

"Well he's basically a showman that puts on a show when I always come, he always taught me the importance of hope and friendship."Haru said.

"This guy."Blake said.

"Yeah, you know what happened to my mother?"He said and they nodded a little sadly."Well, he was always there for me after that happened to me, he always brought a smile to my face."He chuckles at some of his memories with him.

"He's must been a really nice guy, can we meet him?"Ruby asked.

"Well, he kinda vanished when I gotten older."Haru said making her frown.

"Maybe he didn't exist."Weiss said.

"I don't believe that."Haru said.

"Well I read that a trauma can cause kids to imagine things, so maybe you made him to cope with your loss."Blake said.

Haru sighs and said:"I can understand what your saying but I know he's real, he's just out there somewhere."

"Well, if Haru believes exits then I do too."Ruby said.

"Thanks Ruby."he smiled.

"If he exists then where could he be?"Yang said.

"Well I'll be going out."Haru stands up."I'm going to clear my head."

"Oh okay."They said and he left.

Haru teleports to a forest and he sees Atalanta sitting on a tree, he waves at her and she waves back at him.

They sit together in a tree and she said:"So how is school going?"

"Well good, this is one of the first times we get to spend time together."He said.

"Yeah, last time that Anna girl came and made quite a mess."She said and he shudders a bit.

"Yeah, it's not one of my best times."he said.

"But I wonder, you told me a bit about your past but you must have had a good memory after what happened to your mother."She said.

He looks at the sky and said."Yeah, Balan."

She got confused and he told her the same thing he told the girls.

"I see, he could be a mage."Atalanta said.

"Maybe or maybe not, but he was sure magical."Haru smiles.

He then hears a squeak and he then saw the little bird bunny creature from his past wandering around.

"No way!"Haru said surprising her.

"Haru?"she said and he jumps off chasing after the creature.

She goes after him while he runs.

"A tim, here."He couldn't believe it."Balan!"

He then saw the Tim vanish and many Grimm coming towards him.

He then gets ready but then a bright came and blinds Haru, all the Grimm scream and ran away from it, Haru peeks over through his arms and then saw a familiar shape on the light, it turns it head at him and waves before vanishing.

Haru was stunned and then Atalanta came up to him."Haru what happened?"

Haru smiled and said:"He was here."She got confused.

Ozpin was at his office and he gets up, he then stopped and looks outside a window, he felt this big energy of positive emotions that is poison to the Grimm, he never felt this before.

"What was that?"He said stunned.

On another part of the world where darkness covers it and the sky is red, there stands a woman that resembles a Grimm, she was looking outside a window before a bright flash of light appeared making her blind since it was dispeling the darkness of the area.

She looks and saw Balan stands in front of her."Who are you?"

"I am Balan."He bows and appears in front of her.

She then shoots a beam of darkness and he hits it away surprising her, he then charges at her and does a flying kick sending her back, she got up and summons many shadow hands to grab him but he spins around and jumps over them, he then shoots a ball of light making her use a dark shield to stop it.

"What are you?"She said."How can you have such power."

"Simple, I'm one that uses the power of friendship and hope, the opposite of you."he said making her grunt."I only came to see the level of your power and I can say that there is someone in this world that can defeat you."

She growls in anger."How dare you say that, I will not be stopped by you."

"I never said it was me."he said stopping her."I meant there is someone else who's hope will grow above and beyond giving this world a big bright happy ending. One who will even surpass me."

She got shocked and tries to capture him but he vanished and he appears at the door, he winks before going inside the door vanishing.

She was still in shock, who was he talking about, she couldn't let some unknown member stop her plans, she will win this game no matter what.

At Beacon

It was night time and Haru was sleeping, then a bright light appeared and a white arm came and leaves a card on his desk, he has the words "Never give up on Hope."with Balan's symbol on it.

"Your doing great, I made the right choice."

Note:Yeah Balan from Balan Wonderworld is a old friend of Haru, yes the game wasn't good but I love the style of the art and animations, Balan has a great design so I had to put him in my work, if your wondering how he defeated "her" well then he's a symbol of friendship and hope the complete opposite of her, so because of that he was able to do some damage, also Wizard's thing is showtime so it fits with Balan, now to answer a review:"Guest no, the only robot here is just Penny, why would I give Wizard a magical guy a machine, magic or not the only gundams that are here are ones that are going to be piloted so no SD guys."
