As the last year of middle school started for Izuku's friends and sister they kept teasing him about being the guiding hand of the hero profession. He got where they were coming from since he had provided the money, resources and plan for the new agency but he also understood he had a different perspective then they did as someone who was able to see the whole picture from outside since he couldn't be a hero because of his quirklessness. (Not that any of his friends or family believed that.) So he had done what he could to make sure the right support was in place for heroics as a whole. Though his mom had made sure the information that he had provided the money and resources for the new agency was buried so deep that it would take a resurrected All Might and an act of god to find it. As for the fact he provided the blueprints for the new agency that was obscured as he had been the inspiration for it by saying some of his musings had been heard by Nezu and he had use that spark with help from others to make the plans. Not that Izuku cared about the credit.

So the new agency was continuing to be a success with all kinds of people praising how it was improving the life of everyday citizens with the courses and ability to get a licence for quirk use. Said citizens were frequently boasting about how their lives had improved since they didn't have to worry about getting in trouble for accidental quirk use and the ones who could use their quirk on the job said they found it easier to find work now that there wasn't anything stop them. Mutant quirk users were finding more acceptance, especially since one of the first things the agency did was come down hard on those that discriminated against them. They also had developed a service to help match quirks to jobs to help people to find work, something Izuku hadn't thought of but thought was a great idea.

Another thing they did was go through a lot of cases of people that had worked for the HPSC and then suddenly were put in jail. It turns out most of them were legitimately there but a few were railroaded or thrown away when the heat on them became too much. The highest profile case was Lady Nagant, Kaina Tsutsumi who had been convicted of killing a government official and caught in the act. She had always stated that she had went there for a secret meeting with the official where she was going to blow the whistle on the HPSC but found the man dead when she arrived. She constantly pointed out that with her quirk she could have killed the man from a distance and gotten away, so why would she kill him up close and with poison in his coffee. Her words fell on deaf ears and she was sent to Tartarus. But now that the truth of the HPSC was known, her case was reviewed and she was released since they couldn't actually find any evidence that hadn't been tainted in some way by the HPSC railroading her into prison.

So even though she was now free from prison Kaina didn't know what she was suppose to do with her life. She was trained to be a Pro hero but with her record she doubted they would let her be one. Though the new agency had gotten her out of prison she thought to herself as she trudged up to her bare bones apartment. As soon as she opened the door she went on high alert as she sensed another person in her apartment.

"Looks like your instincts are still good. With some refresher courses you will be right back to how you were before the HPSC fucked you over. Or the president did since she believed you were gunning to kill her." a shadow said near her kitchen, just obscured enough by a lamp and doorway that she could see the person but not get a direct shot on them without moving and giving away her intentions.

Gritting her teeth, Kaina growled, "So you got me out of jail just to put me back under someone's thumb again? I rather go back to prison. At least there the other prisoners were honest in their hatred of me."

A laugh met her declaration before the shadow spoke again. "You misunderstand. I'm not here to force you to do anything. I will admit to meeting you this way to see your Conviction and how you would react. But I'm here to offer you a job doing what you were trained to do. Be a Pro hero and hunt those that would tarnish that position and the new status quo."

"Sounds great but I doubt this new agency would allow me to do that, so what makes you think you could make that happen?" she bitterly said in response.

The shadow moved and revealed Chizome Akaguro standing in her apartment. "How could the QRA deny one of the heads of their divisions when he wants to make sure his partner is licenced when he brings her on board. I plan to turn you loose on the scum of this society and let you do what you do best, Hunt."

Kaina's mind screeched to a halt as she took in that the head of the Investigative division of the QRA was standing in her apartment and what he had just offered her. The ability to hunt down the type of people that had screwed her over before and bring them to justice. One would wonder why she would trust the word of a man she had never met but she knew the type of man he was. She had heard plenty about the man from the bitching of the men and women he had sent to the prison. From what she heard the man tracked down the worst of the worst with unyielding focus. Just the type of person she would love to work with. "I hope you only want to work together. I don't think I'd want to mix business with pleasure." she said to see if she could rattle him in any way.

"For the love of God do not ever repeat what you just said to me in any shape or form again. I am a committed married man who would never cheat or use my position to force anything on a subordinate or partner. Second if my wife ever heard those words they would never find our bodies." He retorted as he face-palmed in reaction causing Kaina to laugh only to realize he was serious to a fault. It made her reevaluate her entire view of the man and to be weary of his wife.

"So I think I'm going to shut up now and just accept the offer before your wife suddenly appears and kills me. Sound good?" Kaina says with a blank look on her face as she rethinks all she knows.

"Probably for the best. If she could get you out of prison, she probably could stick you back in with no problem." Chizome said as he handed her some papers to go over before she came to the QRA offices.

Suddenly Kaina looks up in horror. "You're wife is Inko Midoriya? Holy shit! The only person bitched about more then you was her. It was all about how she found every dirty secret you had and used it against you in court. They swear she got kicked out of Hell for trying to take over the Devil's job. Yeah no I'm not getting on that woman's bad side."

Chizome just smiled as he said, "If you think she's scary wait until you mean her son. Super smart and the sole reason the HPSC doesn't exist any more." Kaina just mouthed "What The Fuck?" as Chizome left her standing there.

Katsuki glared around the grounds of Soumei Junior High School with a critical eye as the rest of his friends followed him towards the school. He wasn't happy that they had to change schools for their last year before high school but he could understand it since Shoto's mom had taken the head position of the quirk licencing division at the QRA while Himiko's parents had taken co-head positions in the investigative division. Hell his own parents had exclusive contracts for providing hero suits through the QRA while Hitoshi was the child of heros though only the administration knew that and only of Present Mic since his other two parents were underground. All that making almost all of them targets now. So they were attending this school because it provided more security.

As they entered the building he wished they all could have just stayed home and did online classes like Izuku but UA liked it better if their applicants attended actual schools and interacted with others, especially the hero course so that they didn't need to teach the students how to interact with people on top of teaching students to be heros.

He was knocked out of his thoughts as a loud boom sounded off and a door flew across the hallway. A familiar head of pink hair stumbled out of the smoke coming out of the room.

"Mei, what the hell? The school year hasn't even started and you are already blowing up stuff. You know Izuku will lock you out of your shop if you cause too much havoc." Katsuki said loudly as he got closer to the girl after seeing she was shaking her head like her hearing was gone.

"HEY THAT ONE WASN'T MY FAULT. THE TEACHER WAS SETTING UP SOMETHING AND KNOCKED SOMETHING INTO A FLame. Oh my ears just popped. Sorry if I was yelling." Mei answered as she poked her fingers in ears to get them to stop ringing and return her hearing.

Before Katsuki could scoff a voice from inside the room called out. "Miss Hatsume is correct in that the explosion was my fault. But by your reaction I assume Miss Hatsume likes to cause explosions as well. I shall have to keep an eye on her then." A well dressed young man came out of the room, though he did have some burnt spots on his shirt. "I am Mr Nye the chemistry teacher."

"Mei could blow this place up with a paper clip and a piece of gum. We don't know how, just that she can." Hitoshi drawled out as the rest of the friends caught up to Katsuki.

With confusion on his face Mr Nye said, "That shouldn't be possible?"

'Watch and see. You'll be a believer soon enough." Hitoshi said with a shrug. Himiko giggled from behind him at his dry tone.

When the teacher didn't say anything more and looked at Mei still confused, the five friends continued on to their classroom. Once inside they found their seats and then clumped up again to chat before class started. Well Himiko was talking while Hitoshi was laying on his desk with his head in his arms, Katsuki and Shoto argued about which of them would be the top of the class and Mei nodded along to Himiko while she tinkered with a device from her bag that the rest of them had made sure didn't have a power source even though that didn't guarantee the girl wouldn't find a way to make it explode, just made it less likely.

Eventually their teacher walked in and called the class to order. The teacher introduced himself as Mr Reigen and then had the students stand to introduce themselves. Hitoshi spoke in his most deadpan tone while Himiko was all bubbliness. Mei stood up and started to speak when the device she was working on cracked somehow and let out a small mushroom cloud of smoke. Everyone not in the friend group all mentally agreed to give the pink haired girl a wide berth. Katsuki spoke aggressively but also mentioned that his quirk made him aggressive so that if he seemed like he was angry with people he most likely wasn't. But it was when Shoto stood up and introduced himself that there was a different reaction then everyone else as a tall black haired girl shot up from her seat which made the other students gasp.

Whispers broke out all over the room as the girl flew toward Shoto as fast as she could. The students were all talking about how the most elegant, graceful girl in their grade was moving as though she had no composure and seemed to be going to attack one of the new students. And attack she did, just not in the way the students thought. Once she arrived next to him she picked him up, drawing Shoto into her very generous chest and kissed him so hard a cloud of steam came off of the top of his head as both sides of his quirk activated.

"Miss Yaoyorozu! What are you doing? Put that boy down!" yelled the teacher.

When Shoto heard the name he looked at the girl closer. "Momo? You grew up." he said as he dangled a few inches off the ground.

Abruptly Momo dropped Shoto back on his feet as her hands slapped on her cheeks. "Oh my god! I can't believe I did that. This isn't how I thought it go when I imagined meeting you again. Our eyes were suppose to meet from across the room and then we woul-" Shoto put a finger to her lips to silence her as she freaked out.

"Breathe and go back to your seat. We can talk later about this and explain to my friends who I can feel staring a hole in the back of my head. Himiko if you vibrate any harder you're going to hurt yourself. You can wait until at least lunch ok?" Shoto kissed Momo's knuckles as he nudged her towards her seat which she headed to with red cheeks. After that he sat down like nothing had happened and waited for class to resume.

With a sigh Mr Reigen told the last few people to introduce themselves and class went on after that.

At lunch Shoto didn't get a chance to even think of getting away as Katsuki and Hitoshi grabbed him under the arms to lift him up and carry him outside. At the same time Himiko and Mei materialized next to Momo as they just smiled at her as they gestured for her to follow after the boys. Momo was visibly nervous as the group walked outside away from the building for some privacy.

Once the reached a good distance the boys set Shoto down who had a bemused look on his face. "You know I wasn't going to run away right?" he said.

Katsuki rolled his eyes. "Whatever. Explain." When his other friends glared at him he grit his teeth as he added, "Please."

"It's easy. Momo is my betrothed." Shoto said as though that explained everything.

After staring at him for a few moments Hitoshi said, "Ok. A lot to unpack from that statement. Perhaps you could explain further since we're your friends yet we've never heard any mention of you being engaged. So clarify before I turn Himiko loose on you to shake you until you pass out. You know she is about to explode from excitement."

Shoto laughed at his friends reactions before he stepped to a quiet Momo and grasped her hand to pull her over to stand beside him. "OK. Ok, sorry. I couldn't resist. Lets sit down and eat while I explain." He moved to sit under a tree, motioning Momo to sit next to him so his friends could sit in front of them. "Ok, I and Momo were entered into an arranged marriage by Endeavor and her mother when we were born. My mom and her father didn't know about it until Endeavor was arrested and all the secrets came out. Then her father divorced her mother and sent her packing while you know what happened with my parents. Anyway me and Momo had played together at social functions so we knew each other. So when my family moved we kept in touch with each other and when we found out about the marriage contract we joked about it and then discussed how that would work out. We just been emailing each other for awhile now. I really didn't think we would meet until we were done with school. No offense Momo but I know your father has been grooming you to take over your business conglomerate so I figured we probably wouldn't meet until we were adults." he finished having turned to the girl in question.

Momo looked at Shoto before she started speaking. "Uh, well I guess I should tell my part of story. As Shoto has explained we have known each other since we were little and have kept in touch over the years. Yes we were entered into a marriage contract but that was taken care of years ago by my father's lawyers and Shoto's mother's lawyer who quite frankly scared my father's lawyers apparently. But back to us keeping in touch, at first it was just us telling each other about our days like two childhood friends would do. We would tease each other about being the other's fiancee but, and I blame this on romance novels, I started to develop real feelings for Shoto even though we hadn't see each other in years. So I confessed to him over the summer and he admitted he had been thinking the same about me. But like he said we didn't think we would be able to meet anytime soon. What he didn't know is I had been inspired by his talk about training to be a hero with you all and it had been my dream for years to be a hero too. It had always been a pipe dream since I was suppose to take over our conglomerate. But my stepmother stepped in for me with my father and basically told him that my life was my own to live and that I should be able to live it how I want. I guess she had seen how unhappy I had been and decided enough was enough. Then she dropped another bombshell by telling him she was pregnant with a son. But anyway you want to know about what happened in the classroom. Basically my father let me decide what I wanted and I asked to go to school near UA so I could have some experience with peers and not just tutors. So I started here since it has good security. As to my kissing Shoto, uh, I was so surprised to hear his name I just reacted and well you saw what happened." the tall girl babbled out, turning red as she finished.

Himiko cooed at them while Mei nodded along as she tinkered with an invention. Hitoshi just shook his head. Katsuki tsked before saying, "I'm hurt Icyhot. I thought me and Izuku were your best friends? Only for me to find out you have been hoarding a bride from us. Just wait until I tell Izuku. Then you'll get it."

"When you do you should ask him about Supportgurl#1. I think he has his own online girlfriend too. Besides what makes you think he doesn't already know? He probably tracks everything we do online just to keep us safe." Shoto responded with a raised eyebrow.

"What! Fucking nerd got a girlfriend before me? Goddamn it!" Katsuki shouted as small explosions popped in his hands.

"Not his girlfriend. Just someone he collaborates with through his analyst work. They ask his opinion about how to mesh support gear with hero's quirks. I've talked with her myself as we traded ideas about gear. But Shoto is probably right about him tracking our online presence. He is pretty protective as you well know." Mei explained without looking up from her tinkering causing Katsuki to calm down.

As everyone sat absorbing what they learned the silence was shattered by a loud voice coming towards them. "Excuse me but I must insist you release Miss Yaoyorozu right now. Bullying your classm-UMPH!" The voice cut off as the person it belonged to hit the ground face first. The cause of said fall being the cable wrapped around his feet from the invention that had been in Mei's hands which was now laying beside her where she bobbled it after jumping from the boy's loud shout.

When everyone looked at her all Mei said was, "Oops."

Tenya Iida woke up to blurry vision and an aching face. As he tried to remember what happened he heard voices nearby.

"But come on! He has literal engines in his legs. He is practically a cyborg." one voices said followed by another saying, "I don't care if you think you can improve his engines Mei. You will first apologize for knocking him over and causing him to fall face first into the ground thus knocking him out. Only then can you ask him about his quirk and working on it. Also I better not catch you caressing his calves again while he is unconscious or I will get your mom to lock you out of your shop as punishment."

The initial voice gasped. "No! Not my shop. Also you saw that?", an embarrassed tone leaking out at the end.

Frowning at the conversation going on he must have made a sound because the curtain next to the bed pulled back to reveal a blonde girl with a smile and a pink haired girl tapping her fingers together. Seeing Tenya squinting at her the blonde girl reached to his right and picked up his glasses to hand to him.

"Hi. Sorry you ended up here. It was an accident and we wanted to apologize for sending you here to the nurse's office. I'm Himiko Midoriya and that is Mei Hatsume, who has something to say. Right Mei?" the newly named Himiko said as she looked behind her.

Gulping and stepping forward, Mei bowed to Tenya as she spoke. "I'm sorry my invention went off and hit you with a bola. I was making it for Himiko here since she wants to be an underground hero and I thought it would be a good way for her to catch people. Umph!" Himiko elbowed the girl before she could take off in a invention tangent. "Uh, yeah I also need to apologize for touching your legs while you were out. It's just I've never seen someone's quirk that was part machine. I started to think about ways to upgrade it and didn't realize I was caressing your strong calves. Wow you have really blue eyes. Anyway I'm sorry again."

Himiko struggled to hold in her laughter as Mei talked while she took in Tenya's expression as the inventor talked. She watched him listen to the apology then look at his legs as Mei talked about them and then vaguely point at his eyes as she complimented them.

"Uh, thank you. For apologizing I mean. I'm not really sure what to say about the rest of what you said." Tenya said as he stood. He moved to leave and as he walked past her Himiko heard him whisper to himself, "Perhaps Tensei would be able to understand what it meant that she talked about my calves and eyes." She closed her eyes and shook her head lightly as she prayed for patience to deal with emotionally stunted people.

"Come on Mei. Lets go home. Everyone is probably waiting for us by now." Himiko called out as she motioned for her friend to follow her.

While Izuku's friends were starting school he was at another school. Specificly UA where he had been requested to come to for a meeting with Nezu. Curious, Izuku had shown up to see what the principal wanted with him since Izuku had already graduated high school and college, now working on graduate studies he found interesting and thought would help him in the future when he worked for Katsuki's hero agency.

He was met at the front gate by Shota, being told to call the hero that since he was friends with the man's son. The man lead him through the building towards the principal's office. Looking around at the students in the hallway Izuku got curious why Shota wasn't teaching a class. When he asked that question the man informed the boy that he had expelled the class and was waiting to see if any of them learned their lesson or came to him to figure out how to get back in the class. Shota wasn't optimistic.

Arriving at the door Shota looked at Izuku before he spoke. "When you and the Rat take over the world I want a comfy job where I can nap." After saying that he turned and left a confused Izuku to knock on the door. But before he could touch the wood the door swung open as the principal cheerfully beckoned him inside.

Nezu quickly started speaking as Izuku sat down. "Mr Midoriya I'm glad we could meet. You have caught my eye and I'd like to discuss your future with you. specifically you coming to school here next year with your friends. I imagine you would enjoy going to school with your friends finally. I'd also want you to become a personal student of mine since I think I could help your superior intellect blossom into something quite excellent."

Izuku smiled lightly before he responded, "As much as I would love to attend UA sir, I don't really want to retake high school courses just to be with my friends, though I would've been very interested to have been your personal student if I were to attend. As much as it pains me to turn down your offer I must decline."

"Oh dear me. I'm afraid I didn't explain myself in my excitement of meeting such an intelligent person as yourself, someone who I am able to talk to on the same level. Yes I want you to be my personal student but I want you at UA as a staff member. Perhaps as a teaching assistant to the heroics course? I know you are a qualified quirk counselor, even by the rather more stringent qualifications that are needed by the QRA now a days. I thought you would be able to help students to use their quirks better and in safer ways. I even know you are only a few courses away from a teaching degree so this is in line with what you know already." purred Nezu as he sipped his tea.

Izuku sat back in his chair as he lifted his own cup of tea to his lips. "That is twice you have mentioned my intellect. Just because I decided to do my schooling online and I could work ahead of the pace of most kids in school doesn't mean that I'm much more intelligent then another kid my age. If they did the same as me they could probably be as far ahead as me. Besides the courses aren't all that hard so they must make it easier for kids online since they don't have ready access to a teacher. As for working here that sounds amazing but are you sure the other staff would be ok with that? Or trust a teenager in that position?"

Nezu raised his eyebrow as he clicked a few buttons on his computer before turning it so Izuku could see the screen. "Izuku, if I may call you that, if you look at the records for your online schooling you can see there are many notes from the teachers of the courses saying they struggled to provide challenging material because you tore through the work quite easily. In fact many times they would contact universities to provide course work specifically for you. In fact they many times had to grade you separately from other people in the online courses because you threw the grade curve off so bad that they would have needed to fail the normal students. Has no one ever told you were far more intelligent then others?"

Izuku shook his head as his head spun. "My mom and later dad just treated me like a normal kid, never making it seem like I was different then my friends. It never occurred to me that I was different."

Nezu laughed in disbelief. "Izuku, how many kids do you know facilitated their own rescue from a kidnaping at age ten? Or started a business analyzing quirks and took down a corrupt hero and police officer at age eleven? What about the fact you took down a corrupt HPSC when they kidnaped you for your analysis skills? And then preceded to make sure a proper replacement was put in place afterwards."

"I just got lucky a few times is all. Anyone would do what I did." When Nezu looked at him with disbelief, Izuku tilted his head to the side. "Wouldn't they?"

"Some people would try and most likely fail. Others wouldn't even try since it wouldn't benefit them in any way. All of them wouldn't even know how to begin to do most of what you have done at such an young age. And I am talking about adult heros not children your age. Izuku with the right training you could be a force to be reckoned with. A leading force in heroics, able to be the backbone of the foremost agency of your choice or possibly take over for me when the time comes. You are a rare find that I feel comes but once in a lifetime." Nezu informed the young man. "As to your earlier question about the staff accepting you, Shota threaten to have me neutered if I didn't convince you to join the staff. He told me you have greatly improved and trained your friends and their quirks. That what you envision for your friends in terms of teamwork should be what heroics should be in the future. How it should be about protecting the public and working together, not about flashy quirks for ratings. That is the type of passion I want to impart to the future heros from UA. So finish your teaching degree and come teach the next generation to be the right kind of heros."

Izuku thought about it before nodding. As the two of them shook hands Izuku said, "After that speech I can see why Shota might be afraid that the two us might take over the world."

Nezu just cackled wildly.
