Hello :P It is Wednesday so I am back with a new chapter. I wanted to upload one focusing on the group as a whole this week and so discovered this one in my stash. I can't remember exactly when I wrote it but it's based on the TV show "I'm a Celebrity - Get Me Out of Here" so I wrote it while that was airing. I got the idea after talking to AAML-TAML about what would happen if the group took part in a Pokemon version of the show and all the scenarios we came up with were mentioned in this :P I hope you enjoy!

Ages:

Ash: 25

Misty: 25

Jessie: 32

James: 32

Jayme: 24

Jayde: 22

Gary: 26

Cameron: 24

Disclaimer: I own the story but obviously the show they were on is based on I'm A Celebrity - Get Me Out of Here and is not my own :P

"Thank you for still sticking with us after the break!" the TV show host smiled into the camera gratefully before reading the words on the teleprompter. "I'm sure you would have all kept up with them when they were all in the jungle and they certainly all kept us entertained!"

The co-host grinned at the woman's words before nodding in agreement and also reading the scripted paragraph.

"Yes indeed they did! Today we are joined with the group who took part in 'I'm from Kanto – Get Me Out of Here' and they will be discussing the highs and lows of one of the most watched shows of the year. Please welcome Ash with his beloved Pikachu and Misty Ketchum, Jessie and James Morgan with their daughters Jayme and Jayde. Not forgetting Gary Oak and Cameron Espinosa!"

My eyes went slightly blurry under the harsh lights as I glanced around at all the people around me and to the audience who looked like they couldn't believe they were in our presence. That is something hard to get used to. We're so normal and we don't have immensely glamorous lives. Those guys especially didn't in the jungle they had recently returned from!

After showing the audience some clips from the TV show which aired last autumn, the female TV host began asking the group some questions that everybody wanted to know the answers to. She smiled at Misty and decided she wanted to ask her first.

"You're a proud mother of five year old twins with Ash, aren't you?" she paused and let the red headed female beam lovingly before continuing. "One of the hardest parts for you all must have been leaving your family behind?"

Misty sighed sadly and nodded at the memory, glancing at the rest of the group to which they all shared the same pained nod.

"It was definitely one of the hardest things emotionally. I personally felt like my heart had been left behind so far away and I think it's safe to say the other's felt that way about their children."

The male co-host nodded sympathetically as our group all said a few words about their children left behind before clips of video messages which they'd received in the jungle were shown. Needless to say, we were all teary eyed after seeing it and so the conversation was lightened.

The female with the microphone smirked and decided it was Ash's turn to speak.

"Obviously leaving your family behind was emotionally difficult and I'm sure you're glad to be back with them and your partner in crime, Pikachu, again."

I couldn't help but blush slightly as suddenly the cameras were on me so I decided to make the most of my time and let out a coo and nuzzle my best friend's cheek. This seemed to go down well and I was beamed at by both hosts before the female continued talking to Ash.

"What do you think was the hardest thing physically for you, Ash, besides of course some of the gruesome challenges?"

Ash shared a laugh with Gary as a picture of them attempting to devour parts quite disgusting was shown. He shook off his giggles and turned serious for a moment.

"Misty's pretty selfless and spoke for everyone but I feel I have to just speak for myself and say for me personally the hardest part was being voted out first."

Ash wasn't expecting it but upon hearing this, our group and the entire audience burst into laughter. My raven haired best friend raised an eyebrow at this and Jayme, who was sharing a microphone with her mother, decided to speak for the confused male.

"Ash got voted out first and it caused a lot of tension in the group…" she trailed off and shared a giggle while Ash gave a look of I don't know what you mean.

I knew exactly what she meant. Ash had such a tantrum that Jayme offered to leave the jungle first.

Once his girlfriend had told this story of Ash's undignified reaction to being told to leave the jungle first, Gary couldn't help but speak up to annoy Ash.

"Yeah, Ash was very shocked that he had to leave first but the rest of us weren't. He was such a baby in there!"

The Pokémon researcher's comment caused the audience and hosts to giggle before the male with the microphone decided to talk to Jayde Morgan. She was like her father and one of the more introverted of the group.

"You were voted off second and I'm sure you'll agree that your father had quite the…. Shocking… reaction?"

Jayde saw her father's embarrassed face out of the corner of her eye and this gave her the confidence to speak loud and proud.

"Yeah, when I was voted off, he didn't hear it was me and started laughing loudly and being quite mocking…" she trailed off and smirked when the exact clip of James was shown.

The lavender haired male didn't exactly like public speaking either and I giggled when I saw he was hiding further and further as the interview went on.

Jayde smirked at his reaction and gave him a fond poke before speaking once again.

"Apart from that though, dad was great in the jungle. He was more focused on keeping everyone content and didn't care much about winning but amazingly ended up in second place."

When this was said, the audience burst into claps and a mixture of swooning. James just held his wife's hand tighter and shyly saluted with the other.

Jessie took the opportunity to give her former partner in crime and now partner in life a quick teasing on TV.

"Yes he was very sweet to us all, even Ash's mother who isn't here to join us as she's not really into these TV things…" she couldn't help but raise a fond eyebrow at the mention of the woman who had quite the thing for her husband before continuing. "The cameras did capture him being the man I know, however, and he refused to go to the toilet while in the jungle. Especially after Ash had been and frankly, I don't blame him."

The audience's reaction of this was a mix of disgust and laughter. Upon hearing the sudden mention of childish things, Ash couldn't help but pipe up and get quite involved.

"Yeah we kept telling poop stories to try and make him unable to hold his business in!"

I could see James was dying of embarrassment upon hearing this but tried to keep his cool by pretend to whack Ash about the head.

"Yeah…" he mumbled, doing a comical uncomfortable shudder before giving off his famous smirk. "Yeah… Let's try and keep it classy."

Once again, the audience couldn't help but swoon at the shy man. I met both of the hosts gaze and I saw that they had noticed a favourite among the audience. We shared a giggle before the male host turned to speak to Cameron, the last of the group to yet speak.

"Cameron, you guys had battle all sorts of stuff while in the jungle from missing your families, the lack of sanitation, a lot of competition and even some unforgivable rumours from the media while in there. And that's not even mentioning the gruesome challenges you had to do." He took a breath after this long paragraph and glanced around the group to back at Cameron who was just nodding, waiting for his question.

I took a look at his childlike and innocent face and couldn't help but smile to myself. How did he take number one spot?"

The TV host cleared his throat before asking Cameron what he wanted answered before the show ended.

"At what point did you think you were all losing it out there in the wilderness? And if possible, can you connect it to something that basically sums up your group as a whole?"

We all shared a certain look when we heard this was the question that the khaki haired male had to answer. I believe that our entire group was equal and we all had something to give but common sense really wasn't Cameron's forte. Luckily he was very sweet and endearing and somehow could get through anything.

Cameron beamed at being chosen to be the interviewee to end the show and turned to glance at James out of the corner of his eye. How did I guess his final story would involve him?

"The moment I realised that jungle life was getting to everyone was when James and Gary got so annoyed with the humidity and lack of hair products that they tried to make their own gel out of tree sap."

This story was of course followed by uproarious laughter but the female co-host could see Cameron was deep in thought and shushed everyone, understanding he was about to say something good.

"The sap definitely sums us all up as a whole. In the jungle it got pretty impossible but it was our group bond that kept us all going in the end. Our weakness of being away from our loved ones, including children and when people were sent home, became our strength. We all stuck together and have taken amazing things out of this experience that some people don't dare to do. We're a sappy bunch!"

Cameron's mini speech ended with big smiles from the group and cheery clapping from the audience. As the co-hosts thanked us all for coming and spoke to the camera and told them next week's guests, I grew reflective.

I definitely agreed with what Cameron said and I think it applied to everything we'd been through, not just the jungle. Whenever times got tough, we stuck together and pulled through as the family we were. The jungle was hard for us all but it brought so many fond and funny memories to tell and laughter to share. We were all sappy. Sappy meaning soft and sentimental but also strong. We always found our way back to one and other. And we always would.

The End.

There you go! Thanks so much for reading and I hope you enjoyed :3 I think this chapter gives more of an insight of some other of the character's personalities and this year I really want to delve in and write more about them and who they are as people and what they've been through. This chapter also introduces (I think) Cameron's admiration for his future father in law, James. I'll be writing about them soon, I guarantee it :P Thanks again and I will be back next Wednesday so see you then!
