Harry learns his name

*sometime in the year 1999*

"Mr. Potter, are you aware of why we've summoned you here?"

"Uh…is this about the dragon? Because it wasn't my idea and if I can. I'll pay to fix the bank."

"No but your concern is noted. You are here because your former Accounts Manager was skimming off your accounts and never opened your parents' wills under the false authority of Albus Dumbledore."

Harry's eyes got big. "You mean my parents had wills? I could've gone somewhere else?"

The goblin in front of him nodded gravely.

"Alright, what do I have to do?"

"Prick a finger and allow three drops to fall on the parchment in front of you."

He complied and noticed first that the parchment had a different name listed at the top.

This is the last will and testament of James Charlus Potter and Lily Evangline Evans Potter. We leave all our property and holdings to our son Berry Jessamine Potter. To the custody of our son, we name his Godfather, Sirius Orion Black III. In the event he is unable, we name Godmother, Alice Marie Longbottom, nee Fortescue. In the event both Godparents are unable, custody is to go to Andromeda Lacerta Tonks, nee Black on familial bonds through James Potter and Godfather Sirius Black.

If the Dark Lord has found us, we name Peter Matthew Pettigrew responsible as our named Secret Keeper.

To Sirius Black, we leave Potter Manor to help raise our son.

To Remus John Lupin, We leave the Potter family hunting cabin.

To Petunia Ivy Dursley, nee Evans, Lily Evans Potter leaves a family photo album and her mother's recipe book on the condition that heir Berry Potter can collect a copy of the book for future generations.

To Severus Tobias Snape, James Potter leaves a Potions Journal from Ancestor Fleamont Potter and a private letter. Lily Evans Potter leaves the collected notes from collaborations and a private letter.

Thus concludes the Will and Testament of James Charlus Potter and Lily Evangeline Evans Potter.

Harry blinked. "My name's Berry?!"
