• Dressrosa's Unidentified Serial Killer •
In the New World, there is an Island / Kingdom called Dressrosa. Dressrosa is well-known to many people for its flower fields, delicious cuisine, its very passionate women, and its battle colosseum which is used for hosting fights and competitions. But at one point Dressrosa was cast into an abyss of fear when series of five vicious and grotesque murders were committed by an unidentified serial killer, who many people of Dressrosa called The Demonly Yaksha.
Many years ago in Dressrosa, the murders committed by The Demonly Yaksha typically involved young females who lived in five different cities in Dressrosa. Their bodies were cut to pieces and were horribly mutilated. Three of the victims had their internal organs removed which led to proposals that the killer had some surgical knowledge. The name "The Demonly Yaksha" originated in a letter written by an individual to the King and authorities of Dressrosa claiming to be the murderer which was dismissed at first by the King who thinks that the letter is a hoax and may have been written by a jokester. Then the King received another letter which the people called "The Letter From Hell" which came with half of a human kidney, which might have been taken from one of The Demonly Yaksha's victims. Public unrest and fear increase greatly because of both the brutal murders and news coverage of The Demonly Yaksha's crimes.
Dressrosa authorities investigated the five brutal murders committed in Acacia, Sebio, Primula, Carta, and Balsa, which are the names of the cities in Dressrosa were five of the women were murdered between the months of September and October. The five victims are— Viola, Rebecca, Acilia, Esta, and Aremo Ganmi.
The body of Viola, a well known passionate dancer, was discovered on Friday September 6th by a Mrs Maria in Acacia outside the Corrida Colosseum. She was stabbed multiple times in the neck, back, and abdomen, head partially ripped off, one of her arms are ripped off and several of her organs were missing.
One week later, on Monday September 9th, the body of Rebecca, a local swordswoman, was discovered in the woods in Sebio. She was face-smashed into a tree right before she was decapitated, her limbs were sliced into pieces and was speared through the chest. In the same case as Viola several of her organs were missing.
Rebecca was last seen alive by a man named Gatz, who was standing outside his house early at night, and spotted Rebecca walking down the street with a blonde-haired man wearing sunglasses, and dressed in a black dress shirt with a red tie, and white pants. According to Gatz, Rebecca told the man, "It's night already?" to which the man replied, "Yeah, let's go somewhere else."
Then on Friday September 27th, Acilia, a well known female Gladiator from the Corrida Colosseum, was found dead in the early morning hours. Acilia's body was discovered at approximately 1 AM in Lover's Lane which is located in Primula. Acilia was stabbed in the head which was slammed into a wall, and her body was dismembered all over the street. And like Viola and Rebecca, several of her organs were missing too.
Several witnesses later informed police they had seen Acilia with a man close to Lover's Lane on the evening on Thursday September 26th, but each gave differing descriptions: some said that her companion was arrogant, others carefree; some said that he was flamboyantly dressed, others said that he was colorfully dressed.
On Sunday October 13th at 7:30 AM, a young local woman named Esta, was found dead in the streets of Carta. Esta was both Axed on the head, had her neck snapped, and her body was slammed against the wall of a building, stabbed a few times on the back of her head, neck, and stomach. Her face ripped open, and she was missing her right arm and left leg. A surgeon who conducted the post mortem upon Esta's body stated in his opinion that her mutilation was done for "at least five minutes" to complete.
A local man named Mukkashimi Tower was passing through the streets of Carta with two friends, and said that he saw a blonde-haired man dressed in a red suit, with a woman who may have been Esta. Mukkashimi's companions were unable to confirm his description.
The extensively mutilated and disembowelled body of Aremo Ganmi, described by many people who know her to be a shy woman and a regular spectator at the Corrida Colosseum, was discovered lying on her bed in her house which was located in Balsa, at 7:36 AM on October 19th Saturday. Her throat was slit open, body was stabbed a ton and folded in half, ribcage ripped out, her legs were mutilated off, head skin ripped off and her skull crushed.
Dressrosa authorities investigated these murder cases deeply. A lot of Dressrosa's butchers, slaughterers, and surgeons, were all suspected, but in the end the cases were never solved. Aremo Ganmi is the last victim that The Demonly Yaksha killed.
The Demonly Yaksha, Dressrosa's unidentified serial killer decided to stop his crimes and faded into mystery. To this day his motive and his identity is unknown.
