• The Terrifying Story Of Buggy The Clown •
In the East Blue, there is a town called Orange Town which is located in one of the Orange Archipelago Islands. In that Town there lives a Terrifying Urban Legend about a sadistic killer clown name Buggy, who about 42 years ago haunted and murder anyone in Orange Town late at night.
In current day Orange Town, most civilians don't know if the story is true or not, other shrug it off to be just a scary story, that youngsters like to tell in a dark stormy night.
The story goes that in the past there was a traveling circus that travel all over the East Blue. Among the circus is a young clown named Buggy. Buggy was originally an innocent, sweet, and pure-hearted clown who tried his best to impress his mentor and idol, circus clown senior Caesar Clown.
When Buggy was a child he loved the traveling circus. Whenever the circus comes to his town he'll go and see every show. Buggy especially like the clown segment. His favorite among the clowns is Caesar, who he considers to be the funniest. Since then Buggy decided to be a clown when he grown-up, and he greatly look up to Caesar as his role model, and a childhood hero. When Buggy became a Teenager he joined the traveling circus.
After he joins, he and Caesar got along very well immediately. He train Buggy all sorts of circus tricks, what the the life of a clown is, and many great lessons.
Both Buggy and Caesar were a great clown duo, and the audience from every town the circus visits enjoy their performance and became famous among the circus crowd.
Then one day the circus came to Orange Town. The night before their circus performance, Buggy went to Caesar's cabin with an idea for their next act. When he got there he discovered Caesar brutality killing an average civilian. Little did Buggy know that Caesar is secretly a cruel person and a brutal serial killer, that kills random citizens at night whenever the circus is in town. Despite Buggy discovering his secret, instead of killing him, Caesar told Buggy to remain with him and join in his secret. Ever since then Buggy joined in his secret and told no one, which made Buggy grow a strong sense of hatred towards Caesar, losing all respect for his mentor and clown idol. Despite being disgusted by Caesar's cruel actions, Buggy begins to feel a strange depraved impulses within him when he sees Caesar killing his victims.
This went on for a few weeks until one afternoon a bookstore owner named Poro, spotted Caesar murdering a woman with an axe in a back alley.
When Poro told the citizens of Orange Town and the circus what Caesar just did, they formed an angry mob and captured Caesar. The mob took Caesar to the center of Town, and horribly executed him in front of a large crowd.
After Caesar's execution, Buggy left the circus and spent months living in Orange Town, in a monochrome and emotionless state due to knowing what an awful person Caesar is. Buggy couldn't get the thoughts of Caesar killing his victims out of his head and had a complete mental breakdown. Eventually Buggy was found dead on the streets. People say Buggy died from a severe hallucination. After recovering his body, they buried him in the local cemetery.
Sometime after his death, they say Buggy's spirit came back as a vengeful ghost who inherit Caesar's depraved and cruel personality, and kills people who are wandering alone late at night.
In one infamous story, Buggy's evil spirit visited a 9-year-old girl named Mocha who was in Orange Town visiting a relative, under the guise of an imaginary friend, who one night appeared outside her bedroom window. Mocha told her mother all about her imaginary friend, Mocha's Mother thought little about it and dismissed it as being just a "phase". One night, Mocha's Mother had a nightmare, witnessing Buggy's memories of Caesar killing his past victims in his circus cabin. The next day, Buggy places one of Mocha's dolls on top of her mother's nightstand, basically taunting her. She questions Mocha, but she simply tells her the truth, much to her disbelief.
Later, Mocha receives a cotton candy from Buggy in the backyard. Her mother notices this and asked her where she got that cotton candy from. Mocha, again, tells her the truth, but she assumes that someone in Orange Town gave her the cotton candy. Few hours later, Buggy kills Chouchou, the residential dog of Orange Town near Mocha's relative's house. Buggy hanged the dog's body on the side of the house. Chouchou had his stomach gutted out and replaces with cotton candy. Mocha's mother witnessed this and left her daughter in the care of her relative while she went down town, where the police are. The Orange Town police told Mocha's Mother they will look through the incident.
Mocha's Mother return back to the relative's home and decides to check on her daughter. when she enter the livingroom she sees Mocha's relative chopped to pieces, and nailed to the wall, while her head is placed on top of a lamp, with her eyes gouged out, and her tongue and teeth removed. Mocha's Mother screamed at the awful sight, and then hears moaning upstairs she quickly ran to the kitchen and grabbed a kitchen knife and ran upstairs. She then enters the room where Mocha was staying, where she sees her daughter being chocked against the wall by Buggy The Clown. Mocha's Mother charged at Buggy with the knife, trying to kill Buggy. Then suddenly Buggy vanished. This cause Mocha's Mother to accidentally plunge her knife into Mocha's heart which killed her instantly. When the police arrived, they suspect Mocha's Mother to be the culprit and arrested her. They send her to the Orange Town's Mental Hospital. They say when she stayed at the hospital, she claims to hear somebody playing circus music outside her room.
