Phase 16: Home Terror
The trio has managed to collect three of the 8 gate keys which will allow them to enter into the city of Redford. "We are on a roll now. We are almost out of this frozen wasteland," Rachel said.
"Yeah, we are getting there," Jack said.
"Gee, the Connections seem to have their hands all over the place," Elza said.
"Especially with certain groups like the New Dawn," Rachel said with a grim expression on her face.
"Oh yeah, those fuckers are a personal project for the Overseer," Peter said on the radio.
"You drop by to say hey?" Jack asked.
"Yep, my friend. New Dawn those fuckers are getting clear backing from the Connections," Peeter said.
"Oh yeah, those guys are ultra-religious/Neo-Nazi nutjobs not liking the current state of the US," Rachel said as she saw images of their vicious bio-terror attacks on certain groups they don't like.
"Yeah, when that female president Ashley Graham came into power in 2020. They were going nuts with the bio attacks all backed on the Connections," Peter said.
"What would the leader be deeply invested in them?" Rachel asked.
"New Dawn sees her as a goddess of a new world order. They are her arm within the US causing trouble there and spreading chaos using bioweapons supplied to them. The Overseer is beyond scary, that is why I am going to get out here and steal this data taking it to the government," Peter said.
"Yeah, we need to get in touch with the US government to have them sweep this place off the map.
"Makes sense, the Connections sells to the highest bidder," Rachel said.
"Not anymore, the Overseer has taken the Connection in a different direction under her design. She wants to reshape the world to her liking and use all the assets of the Connections to do it. Using the New Dawn is just a distraction to keep the US off their backs," Peter said.
"Insane, they have doing more bioterror attacks within these past five years," Rachel said.
"Yeah, like that attack on the airport in New York. That was nuts," Jack said.
"You were involved in that?" Peter asked.
"Yeah Miss Graham send us in to take care of the situation," Elza said as they recalled their mission to save hostages against the bioterror group New Dawn.
-Flashback Begins-
The TV has a breaking news report with a video feed of a New York airport. "This is breaking news. The New York International Airport is being taken over by a far-right terrorist group known as the New Dawn. They have heavy arms, bioweapons, and hostages. The New York SWAT units are outside sealing off the building complex," the reporter said as both agents have their phones ringing.
"You guys see this?" Elza asked on the phone.
"Yep. Assholes from the past that didn't get the clue," Jack said.
"We will meet up at the regional HQ," Rachel said.
"Gee, these guys again. They think they take the hint when they got their asses kicked in the past. No one reasonably wants that," Jack said as they went to the DSO safehouse to meet with Elza in her combat gear.
"Well time to gear up," Jack said as he got into his combat outfit putting his Glock 40 into the arm holster.
Rachel is taking off her clothes to be within her blue sports bra and matching panties to look in the mirror to see the tension on her face. "Okay, I am ready," she said as she came out in her custom-fitted blue bodysuit with a Maxim 9 burst pistol in its holster on her right hip and fixed up her back pouch attached to her lower back.
"Very fetching Sunshine," Jack said to see her voluptuous curves are very prominent in her formfitting outfit especially her breasts and her rear.
"Such the sweet talker baby," Rachel said in a flirty tone to give him a nice wink making her counterpart flustered. They all meet on the roof of the building to see a stealth helicopter with Elza inside already.
"Come on. Let's kick some Nazi ass," Jack said.
"Yeah. That's what I am talking about," Elza said to give Jack a high five with the pilot driving the aircraft towards the airport.
The agents are flying through the towering metropolis of New York City to head for the entrenched airport. Rachel grabs her CS5 suppressed sniper rifle to cock the gun ready to fire with Elza and Jack wielding the PDR-C bullpup carbine with Holo sights.
"Looks like the roof has guards. Take them out Rachel," Elza said.
"Simple," Rachel said to open the door to hover nearby to snipe the terrorists in the head seeing blood escaping onto the ground. "Roof cleared," she said as the helicopter hovered above the roof for them to slide down the rope to land on the ground. Rachel switches to her Maxim 9 to set it to burst mode.
"Time to sweep the area," Jack said as they went through the door to head down the fleet of stairs. Jack raises his rifle to see a few New Dawn soldiers wielding SG-553 carbines put rounds into their chests to drop them onto the stairs.
"They are armed alright," Rachel said as they saw an Ooze appear out of a door to leash out with their limbs. She backs away to put a round through the monster's head putting it down.
"Seems like they are infesting people into Ooze," Elza said as they went into a hallway. They see multiple New Dawn fighters wielding ACR 6.8 assault carbines and Origin-12 shotguns.
The trio gets into cover with Elza firing her rifle to put down the fighter with the terrorists setting up defensive positions with Fenrirs covering them to begin the attack.
Jack pulls out a sticky grenade to blast the N.D. fighters into bloody chunks of flesh and bone.
Rachel maneuvers into another piece of cover to avoid a grenade as she gets knocked down by a Fenrir trying to bite her throat with her holding its head back. She shoves her tanto dagger into its head destroying its brain and killing it to push it aside.
Elza peeps out of cover to pop shots into the heads of New Dawn terrorists. She reloads her gun to avoid a barrage of bullets to move to another piece of cover.
Rachel aimed her handgun and got a headshot with her rolling by Jack. "Having fun yet?" Jack asked lightheartedly as a militia member fired his ACR 6.8 at their cover for Rachel to blast him in the face with her burst pistol.
"My perfect idea of a vacation," Rachel said in a sarcastic tone to see a terrorist getting too close to hit the butt of his rifle to knock him back to shoot into his chest dropping into his pool of blood.
"All cleared," Elza said as they went forward to be within the lobby to see multiple fighters in different areas. "Oh shit," she said to them seeing a ton of people who were killed by the far-right terrorists seeing even children didn't survive.
"Shit indeed, we need to take care of this fast," Jack said.
"I will hang back and give you sniper support," Rachel said to go to a higher vantage point with the duo getting behind cover.
Jack can see a group of fighters by a generator to shoot it causing it to explode taking them out. He grabs a fallen Origin-12 off a dead New Dawn member. "Here take this," Jack said to hand the shotgun over to Elza.
"These are some heavy arms, how did they get this?" Elza asked.
"The Connections are spreading out like madness. Giving viruses, bioweapons, and guns to anyone who can pay the money for it," Rachel said as she clicked the scope to turn on thermal to see a few Farfarello cloaking themselves from view. "Guys, invisible Farfarello coming at you," she said on the radio as she sniped one in the head to take it out.
"Thanks," Jack said as he tossed a smoke grenade to cover up the space between them. Elza sees a Farfarello about to leap at Jack to shoot it in the face with her shotgun seeing it fall into a pile of gore and blood.
"Gee, what a pain," Elza said using the Origin-12 to spread buckshots to take out Farfarello. Rachel is see-through the smoke with the thermal scope to take out New Dawn grunts with headshots.
Rachel is prone on the ground to see her team pressing forward with her taking shots to cut down multiple New Dawn with rapid yet precise shots for her to reload her CS5 bolt action rifle.
"Shit, we can't lose the hostages. Bring in the Heavies," the New Dawn commander said as he called on the radio for Jack to fire his PDR-C taking down several terrorists to hear heavy steps to see three armored-suited militants armed with UKM-2000Ms.
"Die communist traitors, death to all degenerates," the heavy N.D. soldier said firing a high stream of bullets to tear through the environment. The duo gets behind a thick metal box to shield from the mech. They fire upon the mech but its armor is too strong for bullets.
"Shit," Rachel said as one of the heavies noticed her to open fire onto her position. She leaps onto the floor to wield her sniper rifle to aim at the helmet of the heavy to knock it off his head. She cycles the bolt on her rifle and takes the heavy out with a brutal headshot. "One down and two to go," she thought.
"Give up my brother and sisters. Why fight for these diseased masses who have ruined this nation?" one of the heavies said.
"Take that neo nazi shit and shove it up your ass," Jack said as he tosses a sticky grenade which knocks the second Heavy onto the floor to drop his machine gun. Rachel puts two shots with the first one taking the helmet off and the second one ending his life.
"All people here, listen up," the New Dawn Commander said on the airport's speaker system. "The time has come for us to aid America in its time of need. This nation has been led to nonsense and the words of the devil. This filth must be purged for America to become wonderful again," the commander said.
"This guy needs to get off the internet and touch major grass," Rachel said.
"Indeed, they need a bullet in the head," Jack said as he peppered the last heavy with his assault rifle. He fires his rounds into his helmet to knock it off and sends a single shot through the skull to kill the last one.
"The whores, the filth, and degenerate have poisoned this nation and now the New Dawn will be the ones to cleanse it," the commander said on the loudspeaker to see more dead bodies the rest becoming Ooze including Tricorne and Chunks.
"Gee more Oozes here," Elza said.
"This guy likes to talk to himself too much," Rachel said.
"Yeah, very annoying," Jack said.
"These fools have destroyed our numbers and pushed us aside for the foreign fifth who has eroded this fine nation. This must be stopped, kill any filth you find and kill any race traitors who want to help them," the commander said.
"I want to beat this guy's ass," Elza said.
"Me too but we need to get to the hostages first," Jack said as they were shooting down the Oozes while Rachel took out the Tricorne trying to hit them with long-range attacks.
"So many Oozes here," Rachel said as she looked at the vents nearby. "They must have spread the T-Abyss through those vents and got people infected," she said as she fired onto a Chunk causing it to explode taking out a group of Oozes.
The duo uses their PDR-Cs to put 5.56 rounds into the heads of the Oozes to make them melt into the grey goo on the floor.
Achel finishes off the rest of the Tricornes from their vintage points to switch to cut through the heads of the Oozes with her sniper rifle.
"Okay on the enemy comm. The hostages are on the next floor below," Jack said looking through a camera to see multiple New Dawn terrorists holding several civilians in a large room having two doors. They go into the staircase with Elza blasting incoming N.D. militias with her Origin-12 blowing off their limbs and falling down the stairs lifelessly.
They reached the room where the commander and the others were guarding the hostages. "We are going to breach from both doors," Rachel said as Jack and Elza were on one door with Rachel on the other.
Rachel grips her burst pistol tight to signal the breach to slam through the doors to quickly pick off targets while avoiding hitting the civilians. They clear out the room to see the commander is dead with the airport staff safe from harm.
"Okay. We got the hostages," Rachel said on the radio to the SWAT units for them to swarm in to clear out the rest of the terrorists and the Bioweapons remaining inside.

They recall one of their missions against New Dawn. "Over 300 people were killed in that terrorist attack. We kept fighting these guys. Killing anyone different from them and pushing toxic ideas that don't fit in modern America. The sad thing is, some people in the government sympathize or share ideas with these nutjobs," Jack said.
"It's indeed sad. They want to take America back to the 1950s, a fantasy 1950s they see on TV. It doesn't exist what they want but they seek it out and kill people to try to get this impossible dream," Peter said.
"The Connections have fueled this with guns, gear, bioweapons, and other things to support them," Elza said.
"They have military gear, lots of them come from military, police, and mercenary backgrounds. These are not a bunch of hicks, they got military training and tactics," Elza said.
"So funny, the government pays billions of dollars to train these guys, and only for them racist dumbasses to come around to point it back at them," Peter said.
"Throughout the last year, we have been fighting their bioterror attacks for a while now. Miss Graham is pushing us to stomp them out but the DSO has not figured out where their main base of operations is. If they are being pushed by the leader of the Connections herself, this would make sense as to why they are acting the way they are," Rachel said.
"Those fuckers are nothing more than pawns to a greater power they don't understand. Better these stupid fucks than innocent people getting dragged into it," Peter said.
"Fighting for a 'true America'. Give me a break," Jack said.
"Yeah sad, I need to go. I need to keep track of the movements on the island. Catch you later guys," Peter said to cut off the radio.
"Gee, more bad news. The Connections and ultra-nationalist nutjobs teaming up," Elza said.
"The Overseer is looking over them herself, what is she cooking up," Rachel said.
"Not good, that's for sure," Jack said as they relaxed within the bunker to enjoy some rest from the combat outside.
