• The Expressionless Kuja Warrior •
In the summer, a woman named Nerine was walking towards Belladonna at her house in nothing but a white, blood-covered bikini outfit, instead of her usual purple skimpy clothes.
Now this, in itself, should not be too surprising as the Kuja tribe members often have accidents nearby and come to Belladonna's house for medical attention since she the doctor of Amazon Lily, but there were two things that caused other Kujas who saw her to vomit and flee in terror.
Once Nerine arrived at Belladonna's house,
The first thing to come in mind to Belladonna is that Nerine doesn't look human. She resembled somewhat to a mannequin, but had the dexterity and fluidity of a normal human being. Her face was as flawless as a mannequins, devoid of eyebrows and smeared in make-up. And also she isn't acting like her herself, Nerine was usually has cheerful personality, and is a memo-freak, and has a habit of noting down anything that might interest her. But for some reason, Nerine isn't showing any emotions and has a cold stare.
There was a small notebook clamped in her jaws so unnaturally tight that no teeth could be seen, and the blood was still squirting out over her gown and onto the floor. Nerine then pulled it out of her mouth, tossed it aside and collapsed.
After a moment she got up, Belladonna guide Nerin to a bedroom, before being prepped for sedation, she was completely calm, expressionless and motionless. Belladonna thought it was best to restrain her. She was unable to get any kind of response from Nerine and Belladonna feels too uncomfortable to look directly at her for more than a few seconds.
But the second she tried to sedate her, Nerine fought back with extreme force. Belladonna tried to hold her down as her body rose up on the bed with that same, blank expression.
She then turned her emotionless eyes towards Belladonna and did something unusual. She smiled.
As she did, Belladonna screamed and let go out of shock. In Nerine's mouth were not human teeth, but long, sharp spikes. Too long for her mouth to close fully without causing any damage…
Belladonna stared back at her for a moment before telling Nerine...
"What are you really? Nerine?"
Nerine cracked her neck down to her shoulder to observe Belladonna, still smiling.
There was a long pause, and Belladonna could hear other Kuja tribe members heading towards her house after hearing Belladonna's scream.
As she heard them approach, Nerine darted forward, sinking her teeth into Belladonna's left shoulder and starts chomping down on it. She ripped pieces of her skin and flesh, causing Belladonna to fall on to the floor, screaming in pain.
Nerine stood up and leaned over Belladonna, her face coming dangerously close to hers.
Nerine leaned closer and whispered in Belladonna ear.
"I… am… God…"
The Kuja doctor's eyes filled with fear as she watched Nerine calmly walk away from the back door. Her last sight before she fainted.
After the incident Belladonna nicknamed Nerine "The Expressionless Kuja Warrior".
That was the last sighting of Nerine and she was never seen again.
