Author's Notes:

Hey everyone! Looks like we're going back to America, where we last saw the heroes are engaging the armies with Ritsuka getting blasted by cannon fire by one of the armies in the War of Independence. With them having to find someone to help him.

Now in this chapter, they're now meeting a peculiar nurse, and the Riders of the Seito Hospital. Where they are going to be treated with the weirdest treatment ever.

1783: One loony Nurse

3rd POV

Inside a tent, United States, North America

Year 1783

We then open up with Ritsuka waking up to find he was now on a bed with the others as well as a red-head nurse and four young Doctors with white clothes, two men black clothes and an idol girl with pink hair as well as a capped girl tending on him, "Patient No. 99, severely wounded. The wound on the right arm is serious, I recommend amputation."

"Are you insane!" the one with the skunk hair shouted.

"Please there has to be another way." The Pink hair interjected.

"Yeah, that's not necessary." The serious one agreed.

"Here, too... I don't think it can be saved. Left femur shattered. It's a miracle that this one's alive. We're going to have to amputate this as well." She said bring up a saw.

"Hey! Hey! Hey!" Everyone shouted.

Ritsuka widen his eyes, with the nurse saying, "Don't worry, you'll still live. Your condition is far better than the other patients here. In another 200 years, highly advanced artificial limbs should be developed... I suppose that's too far ahead. Now then, it's time to amputate." She said as she gets ready.

"Whoa, whoa, whoa!" Ritsuka shouted.

"This should've been a surgeon's job, but seeing how we don't have enough physicians here, I will do it." The nurse said as she grabs a cloth and continued, "Please bite on this. It's going to hurt. If I were to compare it to something... It'll hurt as much as getting your arm ripped off."

"That's the same thing!" Ritsuka shouted.

"You mustn't be so childish. At least it's better than dying, isn't it?" The Nurse replied.

"Just stitch me back up, please!" Ritsuka said.

"No. I'm doing it. I'm cutting. This wound, at least, must be dealt with swiftly. Don't worry, you're still young. I know you can endure something like this. ...Sorry. That sounded rather vague. Let me correct myself. You must endure it no matter what." The nurse insisted to Ritsuka.

"You're crazy!" Ritsuka shouted back.

"...You there, don't come in here in that unsanitary state when I'm treating someone!"

"Please wait! Stop! You've got the wrong person!" Mash shouted.

"There's no mistake. All patients are equal, be they a private or a colonel. No matter who they are, I'll do the best I can to save them. In order to do that, proper hygiene is essential."

"We know that, but you don't have to go that far!" The Doctor with the pink clothes said.

"Yeah, now's not the time for this!" Gentaro shouted.

"Listen to me. Miss, Mr. Hojo. Take one step closer and I'll shoot you two."

"Hey! Hey! Put the gun down!"

"We-We weren't about to!"

"Your eyes told me otherwise."

"I am fine!" Ritsuka shouted at the nurse.

"Senpai! Thank goodness, you're conscious!"

"You notice that right now?" Tsukuyomi muttered.

"How are you fine? It's a miracle that your limbs are still attached after taking a direct hit from the cannons. Normally, I would amputate those limbs to prevent the blood from reaching unnecessary areas... And by keeping those wounds clean, we can prevent them from getting infected. Don't worry, I am going to heal you, even if that means killing you. Yes... I will do everything in my power to save you! I will take your life if I have to!" The nurse proclaims.

"That's messed up!" Ritsuka said.

"I am sure some people see it that way. But sometimes, you have no room for doubt in the field of medicine." The nurse proudly said to them.

"Wait! Wait! What do you say?" Zi-O asked.

Mash suddenly realize something, "Medicine... Cleanliness... Ah. Um, are you..."

"Am I what?"

"You're a Servant... Aren't you?"

"That has nothing to do with this. As long as I'm summoned here, I'll only think about how to follow my conviction. My conviction is my strength, and that is medical treatment. It doesn't matter if I'm a Servant or not, I must do my best here. Now that I'm summoned to this battlefield, I must treat these patients."

"Huh? Ah, um, but you're a Servant, right? That person there is a Master. I'm sure you know that means that I must protect my Master. That's non-negotiable, even with you."

"That goes the same with me. My conviction won't falter unless you can have a stronger..." She then widen her eyes as she stared at Mash, "...Wait. You... That body of yours... ...Wait. You... That body of yours..." She then sighs, "...Fine, understood. I'll withhold my treatment for now."

"Master, here's a Scroll of Healing." Mash said as she pulls out a scroll and started to chant a healing spell. As it healed Ritsuka which causes the others to sigh in relief.

"...You're all right. You're back to normal now."

"I thought I was a goner..." Ritsuka muttered.

"Yeah, you got that right…"

Another Adventure begins with Zi-O and Ritsuka going to the wild west, as they discover something strange in the history of America.

Oh, yeah, Oh...

We saw Mash, Ritsuka, Roman, Da Vinci look and marveled at the Rider kicking Kamen Riders, when suddenly they saw Zi-O, Den O, Ghost, Build, Wizard and Decade walking as their faces are now shown.

We saw Sougo, Ryotaro and Ritsuka look at the clocks as they reach it, they then swing their arms the background starts rotating.

We then saw Geiz throws his cloak as he transforms to Kamen Rider Geiz.

With Tsukuyomi and Mash walking as Tsukuyomi changes to Kamen Rider Tsukuyomi.

We then cut to Sougo and Tsukasa who then transform to Oma Zi-O and Decade Violent Emotions as their eyes turn red and slanted.

We then saw Takeru appear with Makoto, Alain as well as the Heroes of history. With Roman, Sento, Haruto and Da Vinci at mission control

We then saw Woz turning his book as it shows a shadowy figure with white hair and black eyes.

We then saw the Shadowy figure as he walks, as an image shows the Heroes doing their daily routine. As we cut to Woz's book showing Oma Zi-O destroying things as well as the Shadowy figure sending creating golden cups.

As it changes to a white version of Woz. As we saw the Ridewatches.

We then saw the statues of the Riders appearing as Geiz activates his Ridewatch.

As the statues continue to appear, as Sougo activates his watch with Ritsuka, Tsukasa, Takeru and Ryotaro watching him.

Sougo, Tsukasa, Ryotaro and Takeru transforms into their Rider Forms.

We then saw the Riders riding their backs, as Shadowy figures started walking. As the Rider kicks started moving.

You, Over "Quartzer"

We then saw Zi-O riding through the blaze. As it cuts to Sougo then entered an infirmary where he saw Nightingale trying to amputate Ritsuka with Emu Hiiro and the others trying to stop her

We then saw heroes standing with serious looks on their eyes. With Artoria Pendragon splitting into her three aspects. As two armies faced off in a desert. One led by Edison and the other led by Cu Alter

We then saw the Riders as well as the Servants fighting some enemies. With Woz using his Kamen Rider Ginga Miridewatch.

Kanjiro sō Nexus Future

We then saw Tsukuyomi and Mash walking down the stairs, as the scenery started changing. With Natsumi, Medusa and Kaitou appearing to take their hands.

Now, Over "Quartzer"

We then saw Zi-O using his sword.

As it switches to Geiz with them duking it out as the title appears.

Emu POV

Inside the tent, United States, North America

Year 1783

We then continue the story with Mash saying, "...Whew. Thank goodness it turned out okay..."

"All right, if you're finished, get out of the way! My next patient is coming!" The nurse interjected.

"Yeah, we will…" The Pink shirted Doctor replied.

"What is this place?"

"I... don't really know myself... But this is the rear base of the American Independence Army. Do you remember that last battle? Me and the others followed along. Um... since they carried you here, Master. I don't know who's on the other side. ...But I'm at least certain that it's not the British army. And there's one more thing. This army is strange, too. The American flag they're flying isn't what it's supposed to be... ...and the ones they sent in to fight... were the same things we encountered in London."

"They're the robot army?" Ritsuka inquired.

Mash then replied, "That's it. Charles Babbage, the King of Steam. These things were the same as his production model."

"Hi, Fujimaru. Um... So that was a disaster, huh?"

"Ahh! Doc! Come on! Man!"

"Sorry about that… In any case, what you've encountered was probably due to the Singularity. I don't know what they are, and there are many mysteries about this army you've joined up with... But what I can be certain of is that someone is trying to prevent the United States of America from being established. If the United States isn't established, it will cause a logical error in this world. Aside from the "anchor" that King Solomon used, I believe other powerful Servants are appearing in this era. But we're not going to change our methods. We'll keep looking for help from Servants who are already summoned. ...And I fully understand how you'd be nervous about this, but I think we should ask the Servant that's in front of us now. She seems dependable... I think?"

"Doctor, when you say it like that, it almost sounds like this isn't your problem..." Mash said

"I agree you look like you were freak out," Geiz said.

"No, I'm just a little scared. Just a little. I'm not good with nurses who are too serious... But you two aren't me. That's a battlefield, not an infirmary! Besides, we can't afford to be picky! Just try talking to her, Fujimaru, Tokiwa!" Roman answered.

"Actually... I proposed that earlier... but it didn't work. She won't listen. Seeing how she talks and acts, I have no doubt that her class is Berserker, and– I can't be certain yet, but her True Name is probably... Florence Nightingale." Mash replied.

"Nightingale one of the influential nurses in history." The Doctor with the blue clothes said.

"Wow you know, Hiiro-san?" Hojo said.

"Of course, Intern." Hiiro replied.

"Umm who are you?"

"Oh I'm Emu Hojo and this is Hiiro Kagami, Kiriya Kujo and Taiga Hanaya as well as Parado, Kuroto Dan, Nico Saiba and Poppy." The Pink Doctor Emu Hojo answered.

"And let me guess, you're all Kamen Riders?" Ritsuka said.

"Yup…"

"Did we get a new patient? ...Don't call my name unless you need me. All right, the treatment is done. Keep the wounds clean, you hear me?" Nightingale said.

"Thank you...very much... Are you...an angel?" The soldier asked.

"I don't know. Angels don't give out beautiful flowers, they're the ones who fight for those in distress. If you're in agony, yet still choose to fight– Then I will be there for you." Nightingale muttered.

"I knew it, you're Florence Nightingale, aren't you?" Mash exclaimed.

Nightingale looks at her, "–I fail to see how that makes any difference."

"Please help us. Unless we correct the Singularity– "

"Please don't bring up such foolishness. I have patients here waiting for me. That is the only reason and motivation for my being summoned." Nightingale replied.

"Yes… we know that! But please hear us out!" Kivala said.

"There's a way to save them all."

"...What's that now?"

"You heard that right. May I, Ms. Nightingale? No matter how hard you struggle, the number of patients will keep increasing. In a normal war, the number of casualties slow down somewhere along the line. However, this is no normal war.
This enemy will fight until the last man is dead." Mash explained.

"You say the patient count will keep increasing?"

"Yes, unfortunately. That's exactly why we need to cut it off at the root." Mash agreed.

Suddenly, they heard the soldiers screaming with one of them coming in shouting, "Enemy raid, enemy raid!"

"What!" the Riders shouted.

"You there, sir! Is the enemy the same as before?" Mash asks the soldier.

"That's right! Anyone who can walk, prepare to engage! The mechanized brigade won't get here in time! So get the cannons ready!" The Soldier shouted.

"Oh boy… Looks like another mees to clean up"

"Master, everyone! Let's fight with them. If we can't maintain the front line here, the patients will... "Mash said.

"I know!"

"Yeah!" They then went outside to the battlefield.

In the Battlefield, United States, North America

Year 1783

The Kamen Riders except Emu's group. Transforms into their respective rider forms.

Emu and his group then pulls out belt that are mix of belts and game consoles. They then pulled out cartridges as they started their transformations.

They then transformed into game styled Riders with Emu and Kuroto transforming to the same Rider form only with pink and purple hair, Hiiro a blue Knight, Taiga a black Shooter and Parado being a martial artist with blue and red hair. These are Kamen Riders Ex-Aid, Brave, Snipe, Lazer,Genm and Para-DX.

"Let's clear this with no continues!" Ex-Aid shouted.

This impresses as well as intrigued the members of Chaldea and the Heroic Spirits.

"My… intriguing Kamen Riders based on gaming?" EMIYA said.

"That is something you don't see every day." Jeanne Alter exclaimed.

"And one of them is themed after a Knight." Artoria said.

"–Wait. I'll go with you. Despite my appearance, I know a thing or two about combat. But most of all, I can't let these patients be injured anymore. Doctor Rush! Please treat these patients just the way I told you. The patients who mustn't be moved are housed in the big tent. I want to move them, but that would risk their lives more. Those who can walk on their own, please help those who can't. When you do, be very careful not to touch their wounds. I won't let the enemy reach this tent. This is our sanctuary." Nightingale declared.

"R-Right. But... Who are you?" The Doctor asked.

"I'm a nurse. Nothing more, nothing less. Follow me, Servants! Masked Men!" Nightingale shouted as she readies for battle.

Mash then replied, "R-Right!"

"...Th-That's a nurse?" the Doctor asked.

"Okay, time for treatment. I'll remove the infected parts right away." Nightingale smiled.

"Do you really have to say that?" Snipe asked.

"C-Calm down, okay? ...After another look, it seems our enemy can move better than humans. Anyway, let's fight. This is the front line.
We can't win if we don't hold them here. Here we go, Master! Tokiwa-san!" Mash shouted.

They then started to fight the army, with Ex-Aid and his group showing their skills. Which causes the Chaldea members and the Heroic Spirits.

"My… this is awkward…" EMIYA muttered.

As they continue to fight, Nightingale starts to punch and kick as well as crushed the Robots as they destroy the last of them. they saw more coming, "More are on the way. They're more powerful than the ones before..." Mash declared.

"We've become more powerful as well." Ritsuka muttered.

"Right! Let's keep going!"

They then continued to fight until it reach a stalemate, "It's a stalemate. For them, it may have been their first Servant battle ever." Mash said.

"I don't think they'll reach the tent, but– Mm. Mm, mm. Mm."

"–Detecting enemy Servants. Two of them!"

They then look at the direction and saw two men with spears one being a blondie and the other having two spears slick black hair and a mole in his cheek.

"Are they—" Artoria said.

"Yes…"

"Is it just me or does the black-haired guy looks handsome?" Kivala asked.

"You're right…"

"Your Majesty. We've found them. Apparently, they're Servants. I can see why our troops aren't pushing onward. This is probably as far as the unsung warriors can go. Now it's our turn to step up."

"Just what I'd expect from my subordinate, Diarmuid Ua Duibhne. Your eyes are, yes, if I were to compare, akin to a hawk's!"

"...You are too kind. Compared to your wisdom, Fionn mac Cumhaill, I am nothing." The black-haired man replied.

"Hahaha! Enough with the modesty. You have an eye for beauty. The fact that you chose Gráinne proves it." Fionn smiled.

"...N-No. I wouldn't...say that... Uh... Let's show them the power of the Knights of Fianna! And... let's bring an eternal empire to this fertile land!"

"As you wish! Now, ladies. Prepare yourselves. I am Diarmuid Ua Duibhne, the best spearman in the Knights of Fianna." The man Diarmuid declared.

"Diarmuid... the "radiant-faced" Diarmuid Ua Duibhne. And standing right behind him is his lord, Fionn mac Cumhaill..." Mash declared.

"Wait… Fianna? As in the band of warriors from Irish Mythology?" Tsukuyomi exclaimed.

"In other words, you two are pathogens." Nightingale muttered. This statement caused the others to face palm.

"Yeesh… This is awkward." Fourze said.

"Whoa!"

"—With your death, I shall eradicate this disease!" Nightingale declared.

"Ugh... So you don't listen to what people say, huh? I don't like it; I really don't like such women..." Diarmuid muttered.

"Let's get this over with." Brave sighed.

"Get ready for I am GOD!" Genm shouted causing the others face palm again.

"Is he always like this?" Ritsuka asked.

"Most of the time." Poppy and Nico answered back.

The Servants and Riders then started to fight Diarmuid and Fionn who also fights them with their skills with the spear. While Fionn was having a good job at holding his own. Diarmuid isn't.

"Ugh!"

"You were caught off guard, Diarmuid! Leave it to me, I'll heal your wounds!"

"My lord, I am grateful. Please accept my apologies. Forgive me, I was overwhelmed." Diarmuid replied.

"Hahaha, that's my "Ladykiller" Diarmuid. So you're not comfortable taking on women?" Fionn laughed.

"No... I wouldn't say... Uh..."

"Hahaha! I jest, I jest! That was a pretty good one, too! But no need to worry. They're both good-looking, powerful women and men. I don't blame you for holding back. Now then, I shall head out myself. In the name of the glorious Knights of Fianna, I shall claim their heads! Lancer, Fionn mac Cumhaill... here I come!" Fionn shouted as he charges towards the heroes.

"Here he comes again!" Den-O Shouted.

They then continue to fight, however, Fionn is starting to struggle, "Hmm. To think they're more than a match for both of us. Quite impressive... Are they seasoned veterans?"

"Master, we couldn't finish them off!"

"Wait! What's this... The wounded back at the camp..." Nightingale said realizing something she then goes back to the camp.

"Wait, what? Nightingale, where are you going?" Mash shouted.

"Oh, my, I think she's noticed. Oh, unknown Shielder Servant. This Holy Grail War is by all means...a war. As far as we're concerned, we only needed to keep you here."

"You mean—"

"You distracted us?!" Geiz shouted.

"Oh no! The other soldiers!"

"They're nameless warriors. Just unique monsters who will continue to fight. Of course, they're no match for Servants... But I wonder... How about the American troops?"

Mash and Zi-O then grunted, "Ugh!"

"...! Your Majesty, please retreat!"

"–What?"

"Right flank, left flank, surround the enemy! We're going to charge down the middle! They're beasts who only process what's right before them! But we have wisdom!" Geronimo shouted.

"Is that... the much-rumored Resistance? If there are more Servants, there's nothing we can do. Fine. We'll retreat for now, Diarmuid!
Give the order to the other warriors as well!"

"Very well. But will they be able to comprehend our orders?"

"Hmm? If they don't, it can't be helped. We'll abandon them. Come on, don't feel bad. They're monsters born indefinitely from our queen. Even if we lose a few thousand here, it won't be a problem for us!"

"...Indeed, my liege. All right... Let us retreat."

"Oh, before we do, I forgot something important. Oh, beautiful Demi-Servant."

"D-Do you mean me?"

"Yes, I mean you. Are you determined to oppose us?" Fionn asked.

"...Yes. Along with my Master and Tokiwa-san, we will defeat you."

"That's a beautiful gaze, full of sincerity. I shall forgive your transgression for showing me such a wonderful gaze. In return... If you're defeated, I shall have your heart! That's right, you shall become my wife!"

"...Excuse me?"

"There he goes again, just like that..." Diarmuid sighs, "Pardon us. It's a bad habit of my king's. You might think it's a prank, but he actually never lies. "He proposed to you."

"Hey! Are you okay? Looks like the enemy Servants are gone for now... ...but now a different Servant has appeared. It's heading your way."

"Man… Another one." Zeronos muttered.

"Let's join Nightingale right away!"

"Yeah…"
