It was a first time when the Zone three created a feeling of a safe place to live in since Gotham's City government created it. A first time when people in the Zone where happy about the fact that they were immigrants living in Gotham city the greatest city, the biggest, the richest and now they even could say the safest city. They had their saint, just like main land had Batman people of the Zone had The White Shadow. They could keep businesses open, their kids would go to school without fear to be killed or kidnapped on the way there, young teenagers could walk all night long without fear. The White Shadow cleaned the Zone and people where grateful, they did their best to maintain an order and safety of a place they lived in.

Logan often thought about this White Shadow and it would be a great honor to do a reportage about this human nevertheless at this point he was sure the White Shadow was a woman. Unfortunately after his brother's funeral he committed to solve his case with the chemical plant and people on the main land who were buying a stolen chemicals. His sister Ilham more then even was ready to dig this mystery out but Logan still didn't tell her anything he learned from their brother before Hassan's death.

It was no other cases to solve or crime to highlight because of The White Shadow's war on crime. Logan's crew was stuck in the library almost without any job to do mostly because he didn't want Ilham being involved in her dead brother's business.

—So, what do we have. Do we even have anything? - Ilham was nervous she wanted to start digging but Logan was slowing things down.

-We don't know much yet. Still waiting for a full autopsy report.

-I want to do anything! Like I feel the rush I can't just sit! I go nuts if I sit still! - Ilham stood up and walked back and forth in the conference room.

-I understand Elle but we just have to wait.

It was a light knock at a conference room door.

-Hi! May I come in?

-Justice! Sure! - Jimmy was happy to see her. He set himself a goal to take that librarian on a date one day.

-How are you. - said Logan and kept looking straight in her eyes. He wasn't sure if he liked her as a person in general or as a woman in particular.

—I know you are going through some tough time now but I just wanted to ask you something.

-Sure! Go ahead. - said Jimmy pointing on a chair for Justice to sit on.

She set down and presented them, in Logan's opinion, a great topic for a new upcoming episode of the Zone news. Justice told how unfair was Wayne's Annual Public Library Sponsorship to their library and how each year this library was applying over and over again for this sponsorship.

-I was thinking maybe you can make a news report about it. Our library needs money, a roof is leaking, the bathroom is about to cave in a basement, windows need replacement. The government funding is only good to pay salary to five workers.

-What do you say Ilham? We can do it while we are waiting, right?

-Sure. What ever. Let's do it!
