Bruce Wayne woke up late afternoon. His bedroom was dark and for a second he thought he was still in sewages. Right after that he heard the usual sound of a breakfast tray shaking in hands of the old butler.

-Good afternoon, Sir.

-It's already noon, Alfred. How long did I sleep?

-Twelve hours, Sir. - Alfred put a tray on a table and a room filled with a sweet smell of breakfast, fresh coffee and a fresh newspaper.

Bruce stood up quick and did some push-ups waking up his body.

-So, in a nutshell I was out for almost two and a half days? - asked Bruce doing sit-ups.

-You are right, Sir. You spent almost thirty five hours walking in a sewage and it took you an hour to wash yourself from that smell and then you slept twelve hours. I cleaned your Bat suit, Sir.

-Thank you, Alfred. What's new. What happened while I was gone? Any murders?

-No, Master Bruce. It was pretty quiet these two days nothing what GCPD couldn't handle. - Alfred walked to curtains and pushed them on a side.

The weather was gloomy as usual. Green smoke was covering lower buildings. Fog was so thick that it was hard to see nearest skyscrapers next to Wayne's penthouse.

-God! It's getting worse. What does the forecast say, Alfred?

-Well, the problem is not the weather, Master Bruce. Meteorologists and control of environment scientists say it's Gotham's City problem.

-Means what?

-Pollution, overpopulation and high number of vehicles that what makes this City drown in these green clouds and fog.

-I agree the City has some pollution problems but it has never been like this before!

-They say it's a cumulative effect. This City has had enough, I guess.

Bruce took a newspaper from the table and the first page wasn't screaming about a new murder or a scary accident. There was a picture of the City of Gotham barely seen through the fog and big letters said "Gotham is choking itself".

He set down and ate breakfast reading a newspaper.

-One more thing, Sir. - said Alfred cleaning a tray with empty dishes.

-Yes, Alfred?

-Do you remember you gave me a task to monitor one YouTube channel about the Zone Three?

-Sure! Did you find something about … ah…

-The White Shadow? No, but I found her, you know and I think you should watch that last news episode. I sent you a link on it.

-I will, Alfred. Thank you. - Bruce caught himself on a thought about Justice. He totally forgot about her and the suit and yet he didn't know if he trusted her enough to give the suit.

He decided to watch a video while exercising in his gym. He was doing weightlifting when the video started showing an old building. The paint on walls cracked and stairs were crumbling, insides weren't better, a leaking roof, floor looked destroyed to the ground and a bathroom wasn't usable at all. First Bruce thought it was some abandoned structure but it turned out being a functional library in the Zone Three. Video shown five people who worked there, four old ladies and Justice. Bruce knew she worked in a library but it was so wired to see her on camera. A news team took a small interview from one of the old women and Bruce learned that this library was applying for Wayne's Public Library Sponsorship from the day it existed and never won. A reporter good looking man was saying that all this Wayne's sponsorship was a joke to begin with because every year money were going to the same main land libraries forgetting about Zones libraries or pretending those never existed.

-He is good. - said Bruce out loud because the reporter was a great orator and woke feelings of justice and equality for all people of Gotham. He also mentioned that thanks to the White Shadow streets of the Zone now safe and it's time for people unite and fix the old library.

Bruce stopped his workout and called Alfred who was in a kitchen.

-How can I help, Sir?

-I need to see everything about Wayne's Public Library Sponsorship, every transaction for all years of its existence and more important where those money went after libraries got them.

-Sure a thing, Sir. I will creat a file for you.

-And also, Alfred call that library and schedule an appointment for Bruce Wayne I want to see it for myself and we probably going to make some announcements during my visit.

-Great decision, Sir.

-Keep me posted I'll be in the Bat laboratory.
