Hello everyone.
In this chapter Lincoln will be stopping a diabolical plan.
Now for the reviews.

Njistar: No worries, Lynn will be fine. Also Yes Lincoln was truly disgusted but he wouldn't kill them. But at least he gave them the beatdown of a lifetime.

Lets get to it.
It was 12PM the next day, and Lincoln was currently watching ARGGH.
Soon Luna came downstairs and sat next to him.
"Hey bro." She greeted.
"Hey Lunes." Lincoln greeted back.
They were both silent for a minute.
Then Luna threw her arms around her little brother.
"Thank you so much for saving Sam." She said.
Lincoln returned the hug.
"Of course Luna." He responded.
They then released from the hug.
"I can't believe those guys tried to do such a horrible thing to her." Luna said.
"I know, right." Lincoln said. "No worries though. I gave them the beatdown of a lifetime. They won't be doing anything like that again. Both because I made an example of them, and because they will be in prison for a long time."
"Thank God for that little dude." Luna said.
The two siblings then continued to watch ARGGH.
Later that night, Superboy was flying over New York.
He had just finished saving someone in Boston, Massachusetts.
The Loud hero was flying down the east coast to see who else needed help.
He then heard something suspicious, and he flew high up to avoid being seen.
He reached the cargo port in New York, zooming his vision in he saw two men loading stuff inside a truck. They looked very suspicious.
One man was well built with brown hair, and he wore a white tank top and blue jeans.
The other man had black hair, and wore a sleeveless leather jacket over a black long sleeved shirt, and blue jeans.
"We need to hurry." The brown haired man said. "Speed it up."
"Shut up, Jesse." The other one said. "I only take orders from Master Slicer."
"Well, in case you forgot Ryan." Jesse said. "Master slicer put me in charge of getting these weapons to the hideout."
"Whatever." Ryan said.
"Besides, by next week the entire world will bow down to Master Slicer." Jesse said. "These are the final things needed for him to take over the world."
"Ah, Yes." Ryan said grinning. "I look forward to watching the world kneel before The Great Slicer."
"Exactly." Jesse responded.
Up in the sky, Superboy did not like what he was hearing.
Someone called Slicer was going to take over the world.
Looking back down he saw them get in the truck and drive away.
The Loud hero followed them.
Soon the truck reached a warehouse. Jesse and Ryan got out of the Truck and started to unload everything.
Jesse punched a code in. And the warehouse entrance opened.
The two men then started getting everything inside.
The Loud hero remained in the sky watching. He was waiting for the perfect moment to strike.
After about 15 minutes, everything was offloaded from the truck. Jesse and Ryan then got in and drove off.
When they were gone, Superboy landed at the entrance to the warehouse.
He saw Jesse punch in the code from the sky, so he punched the code in, and it was a match.
The doors opened, and the Loud hero walked in.
Inside he saw numerous robots, all of them armed with different weapons. Some had machine guns, some had laser blasters, others had missile launchers, bazooka canons, flame canons, and much more.
They all appeared to be inactive at the moment.
Superboy then saw the boxes that had been unloaded from the truck. Using his X-ray vision he saw that there were parts for more robots, and the weapons they would be equipped with.
Superboy looked and saw on one of the boxes was a sheet of paper.
He looked at it and to his surprise it had the locations of the other hideouts.
The Loud hero knew what he had to do.
Facing the robots, he rose into the air and his eyes glowed red.
At a skyscraper in the city, Jesse and Ryan were walking into a throne room.
They saw the other henchmen there.
One of them was named Tony. He was extremely muscular with black hair, and he wore a blue tank top and black pants.
Another was named Shane. He had an afro, a pair of glasses, and wore a grey sweater and blue jeans.
The last henchmen was the fiercest one of them all. His name was Kyle. He was muscular with black hair, scars across his face, and he wore a black shirt sleeve shirt, and black pants. He also carried many weapons, and around his chest were rounds of ammo.
Finally sitting on the throne was the leader himself. The one they all followed. The one who's orders they all followed with no hesitation.
It was The Slicer. He wore a black helmet that had three spikes at the forehead. It covered everything except his eyes. You could see by what was visible that the right side of his face was horrendously scarred. He wore black armor that had blades and spikes. He also had two gauntlets on his forearms that had blades that could be extended to an enormous length.
He looked at Jesse and Ryan entering.
"Jesse, Ryan. Report." The Slicer said in a deep voice.
All the henchman bowed for The Slicer.
"The shipment has been taken to the warehouse, Master Slicer." Jesse said. "We now have the final components. Everything will be ready for you to take over the world in one week."
"Excellent." The Slicer said. "I have already killed all my enemies. Now the world will finally belong to me."
Suddenly an alarm went off.
"Master Slicer." Kyle said. "Our hideouts have been breeched."
"What." The Slicer said angered. "Shane, Activate the cameras."
"Yes, Master Slicer." Shane said activating the cameras at the hideouts.
Too their shock, everything was destroyed.
"What is this?" The Slicer angrily asked getting up from his throne.
Suddenly they all heard smashing from below the floor.
Superboy then broke through the floor, lifting The Slicer's throne up, and throwing it away.
They were all shocked that the Loud hero was here.
The Slicer quickly realized that it was Superboy who ruined his plans for world domination.
The ten year old hero was looking at them with a displeased look on his face.
"You're finished, Slicer." The Loud hero said.
The Slicer growled.
"How did you figure out my plans?" He asked.
"Jesse and Ryan over there showed me the way." Superboy answered.
The Slicer and the other henchmen looked at the two angrily.
Jesse and Ryan were shocked.
"It also helped that they were stupid enough to leave behind the locations of all your hideouts." Superboy continued.
The Slicer was further angered.
"It's over for all of you." The Loud hero said. "Just come quietly and I'll take you all in without breaking any of you."
The Slicer growled again.
"You'll never get us." He said.
The Slicer then threw a smoke bomb, concealing them from Superboy.
The young hero was unamused. He sped through the smoke to clear it, and to his shock they were all gone.
He was so confused. He was also concerned.
Where did they go?
Would they try something else?
Superboy made it back home.
When no one was around he went in through the back door.
The Loud hero had already told the cops in New York about The Slicer, his henchmen, and his plans.
They said they would be on the lookout.
Lincoln walked into the living room and saw his sisters watching The Dream Boat.
Lori noticed him.
"Hey, Lincoln." She said. "You're just in time. The Dream Boat just started."
"Great." Lincoln said. "Just let me get changed and I'll be right down."
"Ok." Lori responded.
Lincoln went upstairs to his room and changed out of his Superboy suit. He put on his pajamas and went back downstairs to watch The Dream Boat with his sisters.
In an Unknown location, The Slicer was seen beating down Jesse and Ryan. He was furious that because of them, Superboy ruined his plans.
Soon The Slicer was finished, and Jesse and Ryan were on the ground, bloodied and bruised.
"You morons led Superboy in and he thwarted my plans." The Slicer said angrily.
"We're sorry Master Slicer." Jesse pleaded. "It won't happen again. We promise you."
"If you break that promise." The Slicer warned.
He unsheathed his long blades from his arm gauntlets. Jesse and Ryan were terrified. They got the message.
"We understand, Master Slicer." Ryan assured.
The Slicer nodded and retracted his blades.
"Master Slicer." Kyle addressed. "What will we do now? The child has ruined your plans."
"Superboy thinks that he has truly stopped me. But all he has done is delayed everything." The Slicer said.
"Master Slicer." Kyle said. "This creates a big problem. Superboy can't be stopped."
"Everyone has a weakness." The Slicer said. "The world will still be mine. First there's one thing I need to take care of first."
"What's that, Master Slicer?" Kyle asked.
"I will find out that Child's weakness." The Slicer answered. "And when I do, I will destroy Superboy."
And that's chapter 22.
Well, Lincoln now has his first real villain.
The Slicer was inspired by The Shredder from TMNT 2012. I based The Slicer off of him because he was an absolute badass.
