Hello everyone.
This will be the aftermath of the dream.
Now for the reviews.
avenger44: She sure does.
phil34metro: Thank you.
beninator5: Yeah.
Lets get to it.
The next morning, Lynn woke up and saw her little brother still asleep in her arms.
She remembered that last night he had such a horrific dream. His own family practically disowned him for something as stupid as bad luck.
She was going to be there for her brother today. She wanted him to know that his dream would never happen.
Lincoln soon stirred and opened his eyes. He looked up at his big sister.
"Morning, Lynn." He said.
"Morning, baby bro." Lynn said back.
They both just laid there in silence for a few minutes.
"Lincoln." Lynn addressed.
"Yeah?" Lincoln responded.
"I want you to know that the dream you had would absolutely never happen." She said. "You're our family's greatest treasure. We all love you too much to do something so stupid. I love you so much, Linky."
"I love you too, Lynn." Lincoln said. "I know you would never do that. I know none of the others would either. I just don't know why I had that dream."
"Dreams mean nothing, Lincoln." Lynn said. "They never come true. If they did, my team would be the worst one out there. I would not be the athlete that I am today."
"You have dreams about that?" Lincoln asked.
"Sometimes." Lynn admitted. "But I never let it bother me because whenever I have those dreams, I tell myself that it isn't real. I tell myself that it would never happen."
Lincoln then hugged his sister, which she instantly returned.
"Thank you, Lynn." He said. "I'm really lucky to have you as my big sister."
"And I'm really lucky to have you as my baby brother." Lynn said.
They both stayed in that embrace for a while before releasing each other.
When they left Lincoln's room both Lincoln and Lynn decided to bathe together. They felt they could really use it after last night. Also it reminded them of when they were really little.
After that, they both went downstairs for breakfast.
Lincoln decided to tell the others about his dream. As expected, the others were horrified.
"Lincoln, I would never say such an awful thing to you." Lori assured.
"And we would never think you were bad luck." Rita said.
"Look at everything you've ever done for us, bro." Luna said. "Everything you've ever done is the exact opposite of bad luck. Besides, no one could ever be bad luck. Especially not you."
"You're the best pageant coach in the world." Lola said. "You're also the best big brother ever, Linky."
"It's true, big brother." Lucy assured.
"You're always there of all of us like the amazing brother you are." Lana said.
"Indeed." Lisa said. "After all, luck is a load of poppycock."
"We love you, Linky." Leni said.
"Yeah, You're the Link that holds us all together." Luan laughed. "Get it?"
"They're all right, son." Lynn Sr. said. "You and your sisters are our greatest treasures. We would never disown you or any of the others."
"I wuv you, Inky." Lily babbled.
Lincoln smiled.
"I love all of you too." He said.
They all embraced him in a group hug.
They all wanted him to know that his dream would never come true, and that they all loved him.
It worked. Lincoln knew his dream would never happen. He also knew that they all loved him.
Later that afternoon, Lincoln was at Jordan's house. In her room he was confiding in her the terrible dream he had.
Like his family, Jordan was horrified.
"Oh my gosh." Jordan gasped. "Are you ok?"
"Yeah." Lincoln assured. "I'm a little shaken, but I know they would never do that."
Jordan hugged her boyfriend, which he returned.
"Just remember, Linky, It was just a dream." Jordan said. "They would never do that. They love you so much. It's gonna be ok."
Lincoln smiled at his girlfriend's words.
"I love you so much, Jordan." Lincoln said.
"I love you so much too, Linky." Jordan said.
They then made out.
Lincoln knew that no matter what, all that was just a dream. He would always have his loving family, and his loving girlfriend.
And there we go.
