Hello everyone. I'm back for a new chapter.
From this chapter, we will start the whole Victory Arc.
Many things you already expected will appears to this arc.
But expect the unexpected.
Since you probably know about the whole story about Victory/Re Birth3, not everything will be the same.
Also expect new characters to come from this day on.
Anyway, let's start this chapter, or else Neptune will bugging me into writing this chapter. And i can see that everyone is excited to see how far this arc will go.
So without further ado, let's the Victory Arc begin.
I also have to warn you that this chapter contents a little bashing Neptune, as she, and Arfoire meet each others.

Hey everyone. My name is Naruto Namikaze/Uzumaki, I'm Blanc, Rom and Ram's little brother after Blanc took me in.
Along with Rom and Ram, there's the other CPUs Candidates, they are Nepgear from Planeptune, Uni from Lastation, Rom and Ram from Lowee, whom you already know in my previous line.
There's also Asuna who is Leanbox's CPU Candidate, though she is unable to transform yet.
Let's start with how we ended up there.
First of all, I lost a game against Neptune aka Purple Heart, the CPU of Planeptune.
Then I found myself inside of Neptune's buggy game. That was fun but also… weird.
A-Anyway I eliminated the source of the bug.
Unfortunately, the game was no longer playable.
Then soon after Histy scolded us, we encountered that strange lady who acted weird and suddenly, she sent us into an alternate dimension.
Now how did I know about us being in another dimension?
Well… let's just say that my dad tinkered with space manipulation. And some… theories… Hince is why I deduced that we are in an alternate dimension.
Anyway… We fell down from the sky. That was scary though, but we're still alive at least.
Then we meet Tia (Plutia), and Noire…
And now here we are.
Whoops I forgot we still have a story ongoing ! Anyway, let's resume where we were.

Noire glared at Naruto, wary of him not knowing him.
"Wait, how do you know my name?"
Naruto smiled.
"Because we have a Noire too in our dimension."
"Woah woah! You expect me to believe you came from another dimension?"
U-Noire asked highly doubt of Naruto, starting to lost her patience
"Aww… But it's true Noire!"
Neptune suddenly gasped.
"Noire, could you be in your epic pisspot mode right now?!"
Naruto just groaned exasperatedly
"Awww, I'm sooo jealous… You three are such close friends…"
Plutia said.
"We can prove that we came from another dimension."
Naruto said.
"Yup yup! It's Nep's time to show you I'm a CPU. Access!" She said as a bright light appeared as it quickly faded.

…
…
But nothing happened nor changed.
"Um… Nep-chan ? Are you trying to transform or… ?
Naruto asked.
"But I'm trying! Why can't I transform in this dimension?!"
Neptune was now panicking. Did she lose her CPU transformation? No that cannot be. If it was the case, she would feel the feeling of aging again.
"As expected. You cannot be a CPU without that CPU Memories. So you cannot be from another dimension!"
Noire said confidently but still wary of the two of them.
"We can prove it we came from another dimension. And i know exactly who may confirm it!"
Naruto said determined.
"Who is it…?"
Plutia asked curiously.
"Well… It's no other than Histy of course."
Naruto said
"Ohhhh right I forgot about her. I bet she is still pissty though…"
Neptune said.
"Histy…? Wait you mean Histoire?!"
Noire asked
"Anyway! Let's go to Planeptune everyone!"
Neptune said cheerfully as everyone else except Naruto just sweatdropped. It's going to be a long day isn't it?

Meanwhile in Hyperdimension's Planeptune's Basilicom, Nepgear informed Histoire what happened. Histoire then asked all CPUs and Candidates to come in Planeptune's Basilicom IMMEDIATELY.
They didn't wait long as every single CPUs and Candidates from other nations came as fast as possible.
Blanc, Noire, and Vert had a very bad feeling about this.
"Pardon me, Histoire. But where are Neptune and Naru-kun?"
Vert asked.
"It's better to be important…"
Blanc muttered. Although Vert does raise a point. Neptune, and Naruto would never miss such a meeting. Especially how Blanc raised Naruto.
Histoire let out a sigh.
"I was coming to it… I have very bad and disturbing news…"
That drew the CPUs and the Candidates attention before Histoire continued.
"Naruto and Neptune were sent to another dimension by a woman who attacked them suddenly."
SNAP
Suddenly the pressure was heavy as they knew where that pressure came from.
"What. Did you. Just. Say?!"
Blanc demanded as her face was shadowed and very pissed. No one attacke her family and got away with it. Especially when it came to Rom, Ram, and Naruto.
"Uh oh… this is very bad…" Ram said, very upset about what happened, and afraid of Blanc right now.
"Uh uh…" Rom agreed, very sad. She was on the verge of crying, also afraid, but also saddened of what happened to Naruto.
"C-Come on this isn't funny. It cannot be true right?!"
Asuna asked as she couldn't believe what happened. She didn't want to believe that Naruto just disappeared along with Planeptune's CPU.
Speaking of Neptune, things could be very bad for Planeptune if they knew their goddess disappeared into another dimension.
"Unfortunately… This is quite possible." Vert said distastefully. She was mad that someone just attacked Naruto like that as Naruto was still young. "I remember that Minato-kun was interested in the theories of the existence of another dimension… At first, I thought such a thing wouldn't be true, but now…"
"Forget about that." Blanc interrupted before she glared at Histoire who flinched from her look.
"Do you know who the woman is? Is it Arfoire?"
Histoire quickly shook her head before a screen popped out and showed the picture of the leader of the Citizens' group.
"We have a suspect–"
"Rei Ryghts, I remember her as the leader of Citizens Group."
Histoire nodded at Noire.
"Yes, and this was the last recording our surveillance camera had before both Naruto-kun and Neptune-san were cast into different dimensions."
The group watched as Naruto dispatched the monsters in the park before Neptune joined by transforming to her CPU form, that was when Rei came out of nowhere and they were talking peacefully until something dragged Neptune and Naruto into a portal underneath their feet. Naruto was trying to get the Goddess who had reverted to her normal form out of the portal but they were overpowered and dragged into it. Rei was later shown talking to a floating tome, similar to Histoire but with a different color palette and shorter hair before the two walked away.
"Do we have her location?" Noire asked.
"We're tracking her and I believe in an hour or two, we'll be able to determine where she is."
Blanc cracked her knuckles as she smiled evilly.
"Good, I can't wait to bash her face for doing that to my brother."
They nodded in agreement.
There'd be hell to pay and the glasses woman would be the one who's paying.
"Oh, by the way, do you have a way to check which dimension Naruto-kun and Neptune-onee-chan were sent to?"
Histoire gave Nepgear a bright smile at the inquiry.
"I'm glad that you asked, and the answer is Yes. I'm trying to establish a connection to the Histoire in different dimensions."

Back in Ultradimension.
"You know… this Planeptune looks better than yours, Nep-chan…" Naruto said in awe as he gazed at the view.
"Wha!? That's cruel, Naruto-kun!"
"Araaa~ thank you, Naru-kun~"
"Can we just hurry and see Histoire-san!?"
"Ugh wow, this Noire is a lot worse than ours, isn't that right, Naruto-kun?"
"Really? I think Noire-chan is the same?"
Said girl whipped her head at the youngster for the suffix he used.
"Nope. Our Noire is much better! especially after you came around!"
"Well, I think the same will happen to this Noire if there's also a me in this dimension."
"Areee~ are you saying that you're originally not from Gamindustri, Naru-kun?" Plutia asked as she glanced at the boy behind her.
"Nope, I came from Elemental Nations and stayed in Lowee when Blanc-onee-chan adopted me as her brother."
"Elemental Nations?!" Noire shouted out loud in surprise.
"Uhh… yes?"
"That's a name that I haven't heard for a very long time…" the ravenette added with a frown on her face, the same went for Plutia.
"Eh? Why?"
"Naru-kun… Elemental Nations was a civilization from eons ago and we know almost nothing about it."
Both Neptune and Naruto paused on their spot, eyes wide as dinner plates as they listened to what the two girls said.
"O-Oh…"
"Wow… so that means no Naruto-kun here… too bad you guys are missing all the fun with him staying with us." Neptune nodded in pity.
"Does…his presence really changed me a lot?" Noire asked in disbelief.
"You really did! You went from this lonely-no-friend-Noire to a much more friendly-Noire!"
A tick mark appeared on the ravenette's head.
"I told you I have friends!"
Neptune blew a raspberry at her.
"You don't until I see them myself, lonely-Noire."
"That's it!"
Noire was about to jump at the alternate Planeptune's CPU if Plutia didn't step in-between the two.
"Now, now, play niceeeee~ we're here, Neppy, Naru-kun~"
Said two dimension-travelers gazed at the Basilicom in awe.
"Holy… this place is bigger than yours, Nep-chan…"
"How many puddings can I hide in this place, I wonder."
Naruto deadpanned at the CPU before sighing in exasperation.
They then followed Plutia heading to the chamber where this Histoire resided.

"She's so small!" Neptune pointed as she laughed out loud.
A tick mark.
"Naruto-kun! Look at Histy! Oh God! I have to take a picture for them to see!"
Another tick mark as Neptune took the picture.
"Uhh… Nep-chan… I think you should look behind you…" Naruto called out as he, Noire and Plutia stepped away from Neptune who looked at them in confusion.
Neptune did what he asked before she turned pale at the glaring tome.
"...Mercy?"
That day, a loud scream was heard from the Basilicom, making the citizens wonder what happened inside it.

"I'm never gonna make fun of Histy's size anymore…" Neptune said as she nursed her aching head.
"Now, now, Nep-chan…"
AHEM!
Both Neptune and Naruto turned to Mini Histoire floating toward them.
Said tome then laid her eyes on Naruto before widening in surprise before she bowed, surprising the CPUs.
"It's an honor to finally meet you in person, Hero of the 4th Great Ninja War, Jinchuriki of the Kyubi, Kurama, 6th Hokage of Konohagakure of Elemental Nations, repellant of Otsutsuki and Creator of Gamindustri."
"..."
"..."
"What?"
"THAT'S A MAJOR SPOILER!" Neptune declared loudly.
"..."
"..."
Everyone just looked at her very confused except for Naruto who was shocked.
"Wait… me? The creator of Gamindustri?" Naruto asked in disbelief.
"Wait wait… Histoire you don't mean…?" Noire asked, clearly surprised by the news.
"He is a little different from who I remembered, but there's no doubt it is indeed him, Naruto Uzumaki Namikaze. The CPU of the Scarlet Seas, also called Scarlet Heart."
Mini Histoire said, surprising everyone in the room before she continued.
"However, from how young Naruto-san looks here, clearly he's not from our dimension." She confirmed.
"Wait! So they were telling the truth the whole time?!" Noire asked, earning a smug look from Neptune which irked the twin-tailed CPU.
"Wait! Hold your nep! The Naruto from this dimension actually created Gamindustri?! Woah, I cannot believe what I've heard. Wait until I tell the others that!" Neptune said excitedly.
"Me neither." Naruto said very curious. What the hell was going on there?
"I'll tell you a bit of his story." Mini Histoire said as she took a deep breath.

An hour later, Mini Histoire finished the story of the Legend of the Scarlet Fox.
"Which was basically the canon Naruto timeline except he didn't marry Hinata and was an expert in Fuinjutsu and absorbed the Otsutsukis that attacked the planet and learned Shinjutsu. He is an immortal and lives for several eons and watches the dawn and dusk of civilization until he creates an AI due to his curiosity before he left the planet to his creation and went to space."
The group turned to Neptune in confusion before they turned back to Mini Histoire.
"Woah… just… wow…"
Noire was speechless.
"Do other people know about the legend?"
Plutia asked curiously. But Mini Histoire shook her head negatively.
"No… Not even Lowee's CPU knows about this story. This is a highly guarded secret that only a select few knows."
"What's more, the Guardian itself, right after Gamindustri was created, made a special CPU memory for Naruto-sama if he decided to come back."
"Wait so you had a CPU Memory this whole time?!" Noire asked incredulously.
"Yes. However this CPU Memory is different from the others. Only Naruto-sama himself can use it." Mini Histoire said seriously.
"W-what happens if anyone else tries to use it?" The whiskered blonde asked.
"If those who aren't Naruto-sama himself try to use it, they'll transform into a statue." Histoire said with a smile as everyone paled.
"Well, that is if they can pass through the Guardian, which I doubt anyone could since the Guardian was incredibly powerful, and even the four CPUs combined strength pale against it." The tome continued with a giggle seeing the dumbfounded look on Noire, Neptune and Plutia's face.
"Where is this Guardian, Histoire?" Plutia asked in curiosity.
"Well, if I recall correctly, the Guardian is…" She was about to say but then. "ABA! ABAABABA! ABABABABABA!" Mini Histoire suddenly vibrated.
"H-Histoire?!"
Noire was surprised by that reaction.
"Mini Histy are you ok?" Naruto asked innocently yet confused why she would vibrate like a phone.
Speaking of phones, Naruto should give one of IF's phones back as she let him borrow it since he has one on his own now.
"S-Someone from a-another d-d-dimension is t-t-trying to c-communicate w-with me."
Mini Histoire said still vibrated.
"C-commencing c-communication…"
She robotically said before she completely stopped to vibrate and her eyes changed color completely as her eyes went completely blue with white lines.
"Finally I'm able to establish a connection there…" Histoire said through Mini Histoire.
"Histy!?" Naruto said.
"Naruto! I'm so glad you're ok. We were so worried about you, and Neptune (mostly Naruto) after Nepgear told us what happened." Histoire said with a relieved sigh.
"Naruto!" The voice of Nepgear, Asuna, and Uni joined in.
"Naru-kun you're ok!"
"I'm… so glad you're ok… Big sister is being mad and scary right now…" Rom and Ram said as Naruto immediately turned pale from what Ram just said.
"W-wait everyone! Not everyone at once" Histoire said on the other side.
"Hey hey! What about me?" Neptune asked as her eyes sparkled. "Missed the old me?"
"Neptune. Why do troubles always follow you?"
Histoire asked with a sigh. "I'm glad you're ok."
…
After things calmed down, Naruto told them about what he and Naruto learned from Mini Histoire.
"... I see… That is very surprising but not impossible…" Histoire muttered herself.
"What do you mean?" U Noire asked.
"There's many alternate dimensions where each one differs from another. In our dimension, Scarlet Heart doesn't exist, the peoples of the Elemental Nations still exist, Gamindustri was created a long time ago before we discovered the existence of the Elemental Nations. And most importantly, young Naruto here is Blanc's adopted brother." Histoire paused to let them digest what they heard before continuing.
"Listen carefully, Naruto. If what the Histoire from the dimension you are currently residing says is true, then you will need to meet with the Guardian. With enough power, and Shares energy, I may be able to create a portal that will send you both back to our dimension. Oh, and keep Neptune out of trouble since I know it follows her everywhere." Histoire told him seriously as Naruto nodded.
"That's mean, Histy…" Neptune dejectedly said.
"I don't have much time… I'll contact you again whenever I can…"
The communication was suddenly cut off.

After the phone call and their brief discussion regarding going back home and where the Guardian stayed, Neptune and Naruto, well, mostly the former, wanted to see what it looked like.
Noire and Plutia wanted to come along, however Histoire told them not to since people from this dimension weren't allowed to go there.
Only people from different dimensions who weren't affected by the Guardian's power and Histoire and her kinds were able to.
That disappointed the two CPUs since they wanted to see the AI.
They didn't go where Histoire pointed to immediately, instead, they decided to tour Planeptune and Plutia was kind enough to provide rooms for the pair.
In their visits to places that Plutia brought them, Neptune and Naruto met alternate versions of Compa and IF who were their best friends, though in this dimension, they were still toddlers.
Neptune secretly took pictures of them even when Naruto said not to.
The hyper CPU of Planeptune also saw one of her nemesis, Warechu, but instead of being an antagonist like she called him, he was a waiter in a restaurant and had been working for quite a time.
It took both Naruto and Noire to hold Neptune or she would have assaulted the poor scared rat.
The day went by fast after that and currently, Neptune was bunking in Naruto's bed despite having one for herself.
"I can't believe it! That rat is an honest worker in this dimension!"
Naruto sweatdropped at the fuming CPU.
"Nep-chan… I think I should say this first, if you meet any of your ex-antagonists tomorrow, please don't assault them like you did today at the restaurant…"
"Hmph! As long as they don't attack me first, then I won't do it."
The blonde deadpanned before stretching his arms.
"Anyway, let's go to sleep now, we've got a lot to do tomorrow."
"Got it!" Neptune quickly moved under the blanket in Naruto's bed.
"..."
Releasing an exasperated sigh, Naruto turned off the light before he joined Neptune in the bed.
He was immediately suffocated by Neptune's insane strength soon after that.
"Night Naruto-kun…"
"...night."

"How in the world did this happen…" Naruto asked no one as he watched Neptune and her former main antagonist, Arfoire, badmouthed each other.
"Listen brat, I don't know who you are and I'm having my lunch here! Shoo!"
"You just proved yourself being an old lady!" Neptune pointed out.
The woman gritted her teeth as he glared at the CPU.
Naruto didn't know why Neptune called her an old lady since in his eyes, Arfoire looked like an elegant witch with white witch hat decorated with light purple rose and golden thorns. Her white dress itself increased her elegance and looks, to add that her bust was emphasized by it was a huge bonus itself.
"Now, now Nep-chan, that's mean of you to call her that, I mean, all I see is a beautiful lady enjoying her eggplant lunch until you rudely called her names."
Both Neptune and Arfoire turned to Naruto in pure disbelief.
While Arfoire quickly got over her shock while being elated that someone defended her, not to say that this was the first time an opposite gender called her beautiful, Neptune felt betrayed that Naruto chose the old lady's side.
"..."
"..."
"Wha!? Naruto-kun! Are you siding with this old lady!?"
Arfoire twitched at the remark.
She was just enjoying the feeling of having someone siding with her and being called beautiful, yet the disrespectful brat kept throwing those rude words.
Said witch decided to ignore Neptune and sauntered toward Naruto.
"My, I thank you for siding with me against this disrespectful brat." Arfoire gave him an elegant smile that made the young man blush. "You're much younger than her but you're more polite and seem observant than the old lady in the disguise of a young girl." The witch finished with a finger under his chin.
"What did you say!?" Neptune howled as she stomped toward the two.
"Did I stutter?" the purple-haired lady caressed the whiskered blonde's cheek with her own making his blush more prominent. "I can tell that you're much older than him yet you act like a child while… young Naruto is wiser than you."
Arfoire then turned to Naruto, looking him up and down while Neptune was pulling her hair in annoyance.
'Cute, unbiased, smart and powerful too though he isn't as strong as the brat… a bit too young but maybe in 5 years or so he will do.'
"Naruto, isn't it?"
The blonde nodded at the lady as he tried to calm himself from the close proximity.
"Do you want to join me for lunch? I cook great eggplants."
Naruto tilted his head to the side cutely with squinted eyes.
If it wasn't for her self control, Arfoire would have glomped him on the spot.
"Eggplants?"
Arfoire blinked.
Twice, then thrice.
"You don't know what eggplant is?"
Naruto shook his head.
"Nep-chan said that Eggplant is dangerous and she'd remove the eggplants from my food everytime we eat."
Arfoire shook her head in disbelief, but before she could continue, Neptune interrupted her.
"That's true! Eggplants can kill you even if you leave them alone! They're abominations that need to be erased from the planet! And you yourself look like an eggplant, therefore, as the CPU of Planeptune, I hereby sentence you to death!"
Neptune summoned her weapon and charged at the witch while trying to get her off of Naruto.
"Nep-chan! Wai–"
"It's useless, from what I've observed from her, she is biased since I have the same look as her former nemesis."
Arfoire called upon her staff and parried off Neptune's swing.
"Naruto, please stay further since I have a naughty brat to discipline."
"Can you…not hurt her?"
Arfoire smiled at the blonde before giving him a small nod.
As Neptune regained her bearing, Arfoire was already in front of her and was about to hit the CPU with the back of her staff.
She knew she was much stronger than Neptune, and she had told Naruto that she would hold back to not hurt the dimension traveler.
"Ouch! This old hag is faster and stronger than she used to be!" Neptune gasped as she blocked more of Arfoire's hits.
"I told you not to call me that, you brat!"
"What's wrong with calling an old hag old hag!?"
"Because I'm not! You're much older than me, aren't you the old hag?! Pretending to be a young girl to hide your wrinkles and saggy tits!"
"Oooooohh! That's it! C'mere you old bitch!"
Neptune launched a barrage of slashes and while she wasn't a CPU in this dimension, she was stronger than a normal citizen and her experience helped her in making an opening in Arfoire's guard.
Neptune drew the first blood on Arfoire's cheek, making the witch winced as she widened her eyes in shock as she saw the blood.
"You… you hurt me…"
"Uh-oh… I have a bad feeling…"
"Nep-chan! You went overboard!"
"It's not my fault! The old bitch is evil! You should know that she caused trouble for us and I can't trust her not to do it anymore! Noire and the others will understand why I'm doing this!" Neptune retorted with heat in her voice as she rushed at Arfoire, preparing to remove her head.
"Fine then… I told Naruto that I'm gonna hold back…but it seems that I need to teach you severe lessons…"
Dark miasma began to seep out of her body and made a cocoon of energy surrounding her body.
"Uh-oh… this is bad nep! bad bad bad!" Said CPU and Naruto began to cover their eyes from the dust.
"I told you not to antagonize anyone that looks like your nemesis!"
Before Neptune could retort, a blast of dark energy hit Neptune and the cocoon surrounding Arfoire dissipated and revealed Arfoire's new form.
Her current form was a beautiful rabbit-like form. On her back, there were 4 white purple mechanical wings. Her ears are the shape of light purple wings. On the center of her forehead was a red jewel.
She had magenta fur outside her neck and there was darker purple fur that served as a collar. Black fur wraps around her chest to serve as a bra. She wore purple gauntlets. A white cloth hung from her waist to the side to serve as a dress.
"Oh..shit…" Neptune gasped before continuing. "The old bitch turned into her disgusting rabbit form…"
"...how in the world can you call that disgusting…" Naruto deadpanned at his companion. "She looked cute with those wings-like ears…"
While Neptune couldn't hear the last part, Arfoire heard it and couldn't help but feel flustered by the praise again.
'Again…this is the second time he praised me…'
"Hah! She's so desperate to look young that she had to dress so openly."
That was a huge mistake for Neptune as in her rabbit form, Arfoire became a little bit wilder than her usual calm demeanor.
In a flash, Arfoire disappeared from her spot and reappeared in front of Neptune with her sword about to chop off her head.
Neptune, who was still laughing, didn't realize it and Naruto saw her.
The boy dashed toward Neptune as he pulled out one of his swords.
But he was too slow.
Even with his enhanced legs and body, he wouldn't be able to make it in time.
'No! I can't make it in time!'
"...do you want power, boy?" A sinister voice asked.
In less than a second, some things happened to Naruto.
His eyes began to turn demonic red with black slits.

And as if reacting to that, a CPU Memory out of nowhere went inside his body, negating the Kyubi's influence and acted as medium for Naruto to use all Kyubi's power.
A pillar of light appeared where Naruto is, and quickly faded as Naruto's new form appeared.
Naruto's body was taller now, standing at 5'11" and his hair became spikier, standing up on its ends with tufts on each side of his head appearing as fox ears. His whisker markings became thicker, with the upper ones on each side curving up below his eyes. The pigments around his eyes became black and stretched up towards his makeshift fox ears, and his eyes turned golden with black slits.
Behind him, there were 9 floating chakra tails forming a half circle and his body was covered with armor-like red chakra.
Instead of Elucidator and Dark Repulser, one of its tails transformed into a sword in his hand before Naruto stood protectively in front of Neptune with his sword blocking Arfoire's.
The latter then landed her eyes on the familiar person blocking her attack before she gasped in shock.
With the swords making a clashing sound, Neptune looked at the scene in front of her with widened eyes.
"Naruto-kun…?"
The screen cuts with the screen showing Neptune, Noire, Vert, and Blanc dancing.
