Chapter 5: Reunion. Revelations, and Forgiveness.

Earlier…
"...do you want power, boy?" A sinister voice asked.
In less than a second, some things happened to Naruto.
His eyes began to turn demonic red with black slits.
And as if reacting to that, a CPU Memory out of nowhere went inside his body, negating the Kyubi's influence and acted as medium for Naruto to use all Kyubi's power.
Mindscape
Naruto suddenly found himself in a huge landscape that resembled the cyber world with the numbers of 0 and 1 floating all around. Similar to the virtual world he played in.
He could see a lot of paths and tunnels out of his reach, except one only path Naruto could walk on.
"What is this place…? A second Neptune was about to be killed, then I found myself here… did I pass out?"
He questioned out loud when finally he reached a huge metal gate of a cage that seemed to be heavy and solid. In the middle of the gate stood a keyhole that a scroll could fit in.
"So my host finally decided to pay me a little visit."
The same sinister voice said.
"Who said that?!" Naruto asked, looking around warily.
Without any response, Naruto felt a huge amount of killing intent coming from behind that cage.
What shocked him was that he saw two big red eyes glaring at him, huge sharp fangs were also visible. It was hard to see clearly because of the darkness, but he could see a huge nine tailed fox waving his tails lazily while the fox was glaring at him.
"Do you know who I am boy?"
The nine tailed fox said.
"You… You're Kyuubi aren't you?"
Naruto asked but he wasn't afraid of Kyuubi.
"At least you have the brain for a meatbag. Unlike that vixen who is a so-called goddess."
The Kyuubi growled out. Before Naruto could protest, Kyuubi then spoke.
"Do you want my power brat? I will give you a little bit of my power. In exchange, open the gate over there."
Kyuubi said, but before Naruto could say anything a bright light suddenly appeared out of nowhere.
"W-WHAT?!"
The Kyuubi roared in anger and in confusion. What the hell was that light?! Then suddenly…
"Wha-?" An older male voice asked as he suddenly appeared.
"W-Where are we?!" A female voice asked.
Two people suddenly appeared as the light faded.
One was a man that looked alot like Naruto, but he was taller, his blonde spiky hair was a little longer than Naruto's and he didn't have whiskers. The man had a white cape with red flames on it with the word Fourth in kanji. Like Naruto, he had blue eyes.
The other one was a beautiful woman that had long red hair with a small hair clip and had violet eyes.
Naruto's eyes widened as he recognized who they were.
The two of them were none other than Minato Namikaze, and his wife Kushina Uzumaki.
"RAGHHHHH! THE FOURTH AND KUSHINA!!"
The Kyuubi roared in pure anger and hatred, and banged it head on the cage bars.
"Oh hi Kyuubi how are you doing?" Minato casually said.
"HOW DARE YOU TO COME HERE BEFORE ME?! COME HERE SO I CAN EAT YOU BOTH!"
The Kyuubi roared, threatening them.
"Thanks but no thank you."
Kushina said before continuing as their surroundings changed and the Kyubi disappeared.
"But how did we appear there? This is too early."
"Mom… ? Dad… ?"
Naruto finally found the ability to speak again, getting over his shock.
"Wait… Naruto is that you?!" Minato asked as Naruto nodded and suddenly Naruto was crushed by Kushina's hug of death.
"My little baby Naru-kun!"
Kushina said as tears fell down from her eyes.
"B-but how?" Naruto asked as he too had tears. He finally met his parents.
"I believes I shall answer it"
A female, yer robotic voice said.
Suddenly a bright light once again, and when it faded, a beautiful rabbit-like woman, similar to Arfoire's form appeared. Except the woman has gold and white wings and a spear.
"Naruto stands back! It's the Deity of Sins Arfoire!" Minato told him as he moved protectively in front of Naruto and Kushina.
"Fear not child. I mean no harm to the chosen one."
The woman said robotically
"Are you… the Guardian?" Naruto asked as Minato and Kushina stared at him confused.
"What are you talking about Naru-kun?" Kushina asked.
"Well you see…"
Naruto told them everything he knows, and what is currently.
"So… this is the Guardian itself… the one that you, or rather the other you created when he created Gamindustri?"
Minato asked, surprised.
"It is correct."
The Guardian said.
"However, this is not what I came for. I'll be blunt. You transformed into a CPU young master."
The Guardian said as everyone's eyes widened. They could only say one thing.
"HE/I WHAT?!"
Minato, Kushina, and Naruto all yelled together respectively.
"Quiet!" The Guardian unleashed enough KI to shut them up with a single glare.
"Apologize, let me continue."
"Young master isn't old enough to handle his CPU form for long. And he cannot transform into his CPU form anytime he wants. For that, he will need to grow older, and he will need an incredible amount of Share to be able to master, and utilize his CPU form at its full capacity. I shall be the one who shall test him if he is worthy of this CPU Memory."
The Guardian explained with a very serious tone.
"We shall meet again. Until then…Welcome back young master." the Guardian said as it quickly disappeared as fast as it appeared.
"Well… that's… unexpected…" Minato said out loud.
"Tell us about your life, Naru-kun," Kushina said excitedly, ignoring her husband.
Naruto then proceeded to tell them his childhood, and how he grew up with his big sister Blanc who adopted him.
Both Kushina, and especially Minato were mad against Konoha who denied his last wish to treat his son like a hero. And he immediately paled in the mention of Blanc.
Both of them were glad that Blanc, and the other CPUs, and CPU Candidates took care of him.
Minato then told him about the truth behind the incident that night with a man wearing a mask removing the Kyubi from Kushina's seal and he sealed it inside Naruto, hoping that he could control the Kyubi's chakra to defeat the masked man in the future.
The thought of controlling Kyubi's chakra troubled Naruto greatly as he felt the Biju wasn't supposed to be treated like a tool for war.
He, however, kept his thoughts to himself, not knowing that the Kyubi was reading his mind and feelings.
Naruto then asked them about their first meeting and Kushina giddily told their son their story which greatly surprised the whiskered blonde.
They had a lot of fun talking together, but eventually the time was up and his parents slowly faded.
"Looks like our time here is up. Go stop this nonsense fight between Nep, and this dimension's Arfoire."
"Wait! Please don't go! I still have so many questions!" Naruto yelled.
"Don't worry… I believe in you, like I believe you will stop that masked man who manipulated the Kyuubi…"
Minato said with a bright smile as he put his hand on Naruto's hairs and rubbed them gently.
"We'll always love you Naru-kun… I don't want to let go…"
Kushina said sadly hugging Naruto as she didn't want to let him go.
"Mom… Dad…"
Naruto said with tears in his eyes.
"Do one last thing for me… If you see Vert, Blanc, and the other CPUs, and Histoire… tell them that I'm sorry…" Minato said sadly. Histoire was like a mother to him.
"Don't worry… I will…"
Naruto then faded from his mindscape.

Now in the real world…
A pillar of light appeared where Naruto was, and quickly faded as Naruto's new form appeared.
Naruto's body was taller now, standing at 5'11" and his hair became spikier, standing up on its ends with tufts on each side of his head appearing as fox ears. His whisker markings became thicker, with the upper ones on each side curving up below his eyes. The pigments around his eyes became black and stretched up towards his makeshift fox ears, and his eyes turned golden with black slits.
Behind him, there were 9 floating chakra tails forming a half circle and his body was covered with armor-like red chakra.
Instead of Elucidator and Dark Repulser, one of its tails transformed into a sword in his hand before Naruto stood protectively in front of Neptune with his sword blocking Arfoire's.
The latter then landed her eyes on the familiar person blocking her attack before she gasped in shock.
With the swords making a clashing sound, Neptune looked at the scene in front of her with widened eyes.
"Naruto-kun…?"
With a small sigh, Naruto glanced at the girl.
"I told you not to pick a fight, but you wouldn't hear me."
"B-But–"
A KI was sent at her, shutting the girl up before Naruto turned to the crazed Arfoire.
"This is going to be a problem… and I can't keep this form up for too long…"
Naruto pushed back the rabbit-like woman who was surprisingly able to keep up with his strength.
With a small grunt he put more strength to his arms and finally managed to push back the woman, leaving a huge opening for the blonde.
He stepped in and swatted her hand holding her weapon, letting it drop to the ground before he tried to deliver a body blow.
Arfoire however managed to catch his fist, once again surprising the blonde since he hadn't expected her to be this fast.
Naruto didn't let her stop him there, he head butted the woman, drawing drops of blood from her nose and a small yelp of pain.
He rushed at her, this time, an uppercut managed to land before being followed with a roundhouse kick, sending the crazed woman flying toward a wall and buried into it.
Seeing that the woman was still conscious and trying to get out, Naruto flew toward her and landed a straight punch to her face, rattling her brain and this time successfully in making her unconscious as she reverted back to her normal form.
Naruto fell to her knees with heavy breath before he felt Neptune checking his condition in worry.
"Nep-chan, try…to be nice…to Arfoire, okay?" Naruto pleaded between his breaths as he slowly lost consciousness.
He never heard what Neptune said, but hopefully, the girl would grant his wish.

Meanwhile in the Hyperdimension.
Two figures were talking to each other.
One of them was a floating tome that looks like Histoire, while the other one was the same girl who sent both Naruto and Neptune in the Hyperdimension. However if one looked at her face, her personality had completely changed from a shy girl, to a cruel and sadistic girl.
"I told you Rei! This is a grievous mistake you've made." The tome spat out.
"So what Croire?! It's just a weak CPU and a brat." Rei scoffed in arrogance.
"ARGHHH!! You don't know what, or who this child is, do you?!"
Croire asked, almost wanting to bash Rei on her head for such stupidity. "This child is the vessel of the Scarlet Heart. And because I'm part of this, I'm the one who resurrected the Scarlet Heart into our world!"
"As if I would care about that. This so-called Scarlet Heart is nothing to me and won't be a match for me."
Rei said simply.
"... Fine. Do whatever you want. But I won't be a part of this anymore! That little game has gone too far this time. A fair warning… Once the child is sent back to this dimension… This world will have the most powerful CPU. It's only a matter of time before my actions start to take effect."
Croire scoffed in annoyance as she flew away toward Planeptune's Basilicom.
Rei just ignored Croire's warning as she knew that no one would match her.
It was almost time.
For her to destroy Planeptune, and rebuild her lost nation into her image once again. It was a matter of time now.
But first… To deal with the annoying pests.
"I know you're here. Come face me."
She said.
Suddenly 5 figures came out from their hiding spots. All of them wore a mask that said "Ne" in kanji. That was the ROOT ANBU.
One of them spoke.
"You there. Come with us. Danzo-sama will want to see you."
The leader of the group said in an emotionless tone.
"Or else what?"
Rei asked with a daring glare as she smiled cruelly as she licked her lips in the anticipation to kill them all.
"We will use force if we must." The leader said with a warning tone.
Then suddenly.
The head fell off his shoulder.
"How boring…Weak. All of you ARE WEAK!"
Rei declared.
In the few seconds that had passed, the ROOT ANBU were all slaughtered except one who managed to flee, ditched his comrades behind to their painful death.

In Planeptune at the same time in the same world…
"Histoire, any updates on where this Rei is?" Noire asked as she finished some of Neptune's job along with Nepgear, might as well teach her since Neptune wasn't doing her job well as a CPU.
"Noire-san, Nepgear." Histoire nodded at the two before continuing with a small sigh. "Unfortunately, we still don't have an idea where she is. Whatever she did, she completely erased her presence…"
"I see… where's Vert and the rest?"
"Vert-san and Blanc-san are searching Planeptune manually while Uni and the rest went home to take care of your Nations since no one attended them while you girls are here."
The Lastation's CPU facepalmed.
"I forgot…"
Histoire giggled at the twin-tailed girl.
"It's fine, I know we're in a dire situation right now."
Noire nodded before she took a seat on the couch.
That was when something flew past her and stopped in front of Histoire.
"Hey there sister!" she greeted.
Noire and Histoire dropped their jaws at what they heard.
"You have a sister!?"
Histoire shook her head rapidly.
"N-nonono! I don't!"
"Aww, does Histoire not love me anymore? As your sister, I'm hurt…" Croire said with a fake hurt look.
"N-no! I-I mean, I don't know you…"
A second later, Croire began to laugh boisterously.
"Of course you don't! My sister is much smaller than you after all!"
"E-eh?"
"I'm Croire, and I was the one who gave Rei the power to teleport Neptune to my dimension." She introduced herself with a smug look.
At this time, Noire was already standing beside Histoire with a wary look and Histoire had called for Vert and Blanc to return to the Basilicom.
*CRASH*
The roof was destroyed and Blanc in her CPU Form was standing menacingly in front of Croire with her weapon on her head.
"Who is this, Histoire?"
Another CPU floated down from the hole in the roof that Blanc made and stood behind Croire who was now surrounded by 3 CPUs.
"Ara? We've got a gal Histoire, and seeing how White Heart and Noire react to her, I guess I'll do the same." Green Heart said as she raised her spear, pointed at the tome's back.
"W-W-Wait, wait, wait! I've come in peace! Really! I promise!" Croire said in a hurry as she knew that the light blue haired girl wasn't joking with the dark look on her face.
"She told me and Noire-san that she was the one who gave Rei-san the power to teleport Neptune-san and Naruto-kun to her dimension…"
"WHAT!?" White Heart roared as she stomped toward the terrified tome.
"I'm sorry!!"
"You kidnapped Naruto-kun! I don't think sorry is enough!"
"It was a mistake! It's supposed to be only the Planeptune's CPU! Naruto-sama wasn't supposed to be teleported to my dimension!"
"Blanc-san," Histoire called though she Eeped when White Heart glared at her. "I-I think we should listen to her for now…"
"...Fine!" Both Green Heart and White Heart reverted to their normal forms as Noire lowered her weapon.
They moved to the couch before Blanc forced Croire to talk.
Since she was afraid of the Lowee's CPU, she croaked everything easily.
From how she was bored in her dimension and travelled to this one and gave Rei her power since she wanted Neptune to be her entertainment.
However, she didn't expect that Naruto would be there and got sent into her dimension together with the CPU of Planeptune.
When Croire was asked how to open the portal again, she told them that right now, Rei had all her powers and she would need them to subdue the leader of citizen's group for her to absorb all her power back.
"The problem is… All of us have been searching for Rei-san and we still can't find her at all…" Histoire said with a sigh.
"Ah, right now, that girl has the frequency of my dimension since she has my powers, the only best solution you have is to depend on me in finding her."
"How do we know that this is not a trap?" Noire asked as she crossed her legs and arms.
"Ugh… just by involving Naruto-sama in this matter threatened my life already… Guardian-sama will definitely punish me for this…"
"Wait, you've been calling Naruto-kun in such respect, why? And who is this Guardian?" Vert asked in curiosity.
"Oh, right. Naruto-sama is Guardian-sama's creator who then created Gamindustri after the former left the planet and has never returned even until now."
The three CPUs dropped their jaws in disbelief before turning to Histoire.
"Yes, Naruto-kun told me that matter when I talked with him privately when I made a connection to that dimension's Histoire. It would seem that the Naruto-kun of that dimension is our ancestor who created the Guardian who in turn created Gamindustri after Naruto left."
"And if Guardian-sama makes contact with him, it will definitely give Naruto-sama the CPU memory it created in case our Naruto-sama returns to the planet, making him the Scarlet Heart of this dimension…"
Noire groaned while Vert and Blanc were in deep thinking mode.
"Why did your Naruto leave the planet?" the black haired CPU asked.
The floating tome looked solemn at the question.
"...Naruto-sama is immortal and has lived for eons while watching the rise and fall of every civilization. He got married once and had a family until he outlived all of them, from then on, he didn't get involved too deeply with each civilization and only helped when he needed to." Croire paused as she took a deep breath and let them process what she said.
"And after seeing the last civilization fall, Naruto-sama decided to leave the planet. I guess he got tired of humanity since in each era, there would always be wars and bloodshed and he would always participate in it."
"Why did Naruto-san participate?" Vert interrupted.
"Well, to say that he participated is wrong… I think the correct term is helped. Naruto-sama helped those who were in need while wars ensued and made sure their safety was guaranteed and they had enough to keep them alive."
The girls nodded in approval as that's what their Naruto would do.
However, an image was etched into their mind where an older Naruto had to live alone by himself without anyone since he outlived all his families and friends and that hurt the girls' chest.
"Before he left, Naruto-sama made sure that the planet would be protected, thus the creation of the Guardian. Afterwards, Guardian-sama created Gamindustri and unlike the CPUs in this dimension, they could only access their Goddess Form if they possessed a CPU Memory which was given by Guardian-sama itself if they're worthy."
"And since your dimension is too peaceful, you decided to prank Neptune by sending her over there to be your entertainment but you didn't expect for Naruto-kun to be there since you were touring Planeptune…" Blanc concluded.
Croire sheepishly scratched her cheek.
"Well, your technologies are much more advanced than ours…"
"Wait," Noire chimed in. "I've been wondering… does time move the same here and in your dimension?"
Croire put a hand under her chin.
"I guess so, I mean… I've never traveled to another dimension before and this is my first time doing it…"
"I think I can attest to that since when I made the call with the other Histoire, I could see Naruto-kun looking the same."
Noire sighed in relief at that.
Unfortunately for them, time moved faster in Croire's dimension, which meant a day in this dimension was a year in her dimension.
After that, Croire began to spill everything about Rei including her power and her location.

Back to the Ultradimension…
Neptune and Arfoire were on their way to Planeptune as the former carried the still unconscious Naruto.
Arfoire, who woke up first, was worried about Naruto's unconscious form and suggested or in this case, ordered Neptune to take him to Planeptune, so he could rest, while she informed Mini Histoire of what happened. As much Neptune disliked it, she obeyed Arfoire without saying anything since then though in a small part of her mind she wondered how did the witch know about Histoire.
Neptune wasn't the same in their way back to Planeptune.
She was quiet, unlike her cheerful self from this morning, her face was shadowed and the smile was absent from her face.
The Planeptune's CPU was angry at herself.
She regretted her actions that had resulted in the blonde on her back not waking up.
Neptune had told the witch of what happened after the latter lost control and went berserk before Naruto accessed some kind of different form like a CPU did.
The old– Arfoire rushed over to check on him, and while she could feel his pulse, it was quite weak. The fact that his body temperature was so high was not helpful because it merely made Neptune more anxious.
Neptune bit her lower lips.
If she could go back to the past, she would give her past self a huge slap on the face. If only she listened to Naruto.
Because of her stubbornness, this happened to him.
However, amidst all that happened earlier, there was one thing she could never forget.
Naruto's transformation, and his KI that she felt. Or rather what she saw.
A gigantic silhouette of an angry nine tailed fox that roared at her when the KI was unleashed.
Never in her life she felt such overwhelming power before.
Then suddenly a thought appeared in her mind.
Was that a manifestation of Scarlet Heart? She didn't know. She didn't want to think about that right now.
What matters right now was to go to the Basilicom where Naruto could rest until he regained consciousness.
That was when Arfoire interrupted her thoughts.
"We're here."
She said plainly as they saw Planeptune's Basilicom.
Don't get her wrong, she wasn't this petty but what Neptune said and did was really disrespectful.
Not only did she badmouth her, Naruto also fell unconscious from protecting the girl.
Though the witch couldn't help but be curious about what that form was she saw before she had gone berserk.
It was blurry, true, but she remembered the feeling quite clearly.
The witch shook her head, there was no point thinking about the matter for now.
The only one who may know what happened was Histoire.
And that CPU Memory she found went in Naruto's body directly.
While it was true that the Guardian decided who was worthy of the CPU memory, it also hid them in various areas and only the CPU could use the memories properly.
"Finally…" Neptune muttered.
"Hang on Naru-kun…We're almost to the Basilicom…" Neptune sadly said as she thought that it was her fault if Naruto was in such a state.

At the Basilicom…
"What happened to Naruto?!"
The black haired girl asked as she saw Naruto's unconscious form.
"Well… you see…" Neptune was about to say something when Arfoire interrupted her.
"We got into an argument and we fought. This cutie here stopped the fight before we went too far." Arfoire said bluntly.
"Neptune provoked you and you went berserk. I took it?" Mini Histoire said as she crossed her arms.
It wasn't a question. But merely a fact.
"Ah Lady Histoire." Arfoire gave her a small respectful nod. "I must say that Neptune has the bad habit of being disrespectful to people. But..." She continued before Neptune could protest. "I will admit I'm at fault too."
"I see… Let's put Naruto-sama in Plutia's bed to let him rest, we'll continue this discussion later on."
"Keeey~" Plutia said as she held Naruto in her arms before she went to her room.
"Are you sure this is a good idea to put him in the same bed as Lady Plutia?" Arfoire asked as she shivered about the thought.
Hopefully she wouldn't transform or she might traumatize the boy.
"Wait, how do you two know each other?" Neptune asked as she thought about that since their way back to the Basilicom.
"Well duh! She IS the most well known researcher in Gamindustri. Her deeds helped a lot of people thanks to her knowledge. What interest her the most, is the CPU Memories, and their origins, as well as the legend of Scarlet Heart"
U Noire said to Neptune, who was surprised by this revelation.
"So… even the old- I mean Arfoire has an honest job." Neptune stated in surprise.
"I wouldn't say a job per say, but more likely my passion other than harvesting eggplants." Arfoire said with a tick mark for the slip.
"Either way… Did you find anything near the ruins?" Mini Histoire asked.
"Indeed." Arfoire brought out a single CPU Memory. "I couldn't go far into the ruins since a lot of paths were sealed off so I've only managed to find two CPU Memories." She finished.
"But why do you have only one now?" U Noire asked.
"I originally had two of them. I was about to be on my way to the Basilicom, when I wanted to take a small break. That's when Neptune, and the cutie found me, and Neptune was disrespectful by then. When we fought, one of the CPU Memories I found suddenly went into Naruto, transforming him into a CPU." Arfoire said with a frown.
"So it's already begun… Scarlet Heart's resurrection… However this isn't still enough…" Histoire said.
"Why is that?" U Noire asked.
"That's because of Kurama, and Naruto-sama's blood. A regular CPU Memory won't be enough. Once used, the CPU Memory will be destroyed."
Histoire said, gaining a surprised look from everyone since they thought that a CPU Memory cannot be destroyed as they were created by the Guardian itself.
She continued after letting it sink.
"If what Arfoire said is true and Naruto-sama accessed his CPU form, that means Guardian-sama must have contacted him by then and helped him this one time. It could be that The Seal at the ruins has been broken since Guardian-sama's awakening." She said with a deep thought before looking at the witch.
"Which means, once Naruto wakes up, we need to go back to the Sealed Ruins." U Noire said which earned her affirmative nods.
"For now, let's Naruto rest a lit-"
Histoire couldn't finish as a person went out of Plutia's room.
The person was a long iris haired woman with pink eyes. She wore a revealing black, and pink bodysuit, along with large boots of the same colors.
Neptune tilted her head in confusion as she had never seen the woman before.
And for some reason, U Noire, and Arfoire paled when they saw her.
"Oh Histy~ Can I keep this cute little boy? He is so much cuter than a cat, that I cannot resist~" The woman said with a sadistic, yet lovely smile.
"N-no! Why did you transform Plutia?!" U Noire asked, afraid of her form right now.
Neptune's eyes turned dinner-sized plates when she heard what Noire said.
"Wait what?! Th-This person is really Plutie? The same spaced out and cheerful Plutie? I mean, I know most HDD forms switch our personality but… This is way over the top! Wait. Does that mean that Naru-kun is the cause of her transformation?" Neptune said and asked, a little afraid of the woman as well.
"I honestly wouldn't be surprised…" Arfoire said. "Should she find everything she finds cute, or everything that angers her, expect her to take that form… So whatever you do, Don't. Make. Her. Mad." she told the girl as she shivered.
"I've once fought her… and I still have some scars from that fight…" Arfoire said.
"Aww i'm hurt Noire-san. I couldn't help myself but he was so cute when he purred~"
Iris Heart said, as Neptune blushed at that thought. She already knew that Naruto could purr for some reason and she had to admit she found it rather cute more than anything. It's too bad that she couldn't take care of Naruto instead.
"Y-you didn't need to go that far…" U Noire sighed exasperatedly
"That reminds me. There." Arfoire gave Noire a CPU Memory. "I don't need it as I've already got the data I want." She finished.
"Wait, what about me?" Neptune asked in a hopeful voice.
"..."
"..."
"..."
"Did you seriously forget? The second CPU Memory was absorbed before it was destroyed…"
"Ohhhh right…" Neptune chuckled sheepishly as she rubbed her head before continuing. "Anyway, I'm going to see Naru-kun in Plutie's room."
Neptune went into Plutia's room before Mini Histoire could say anything.
The girls knew she was feeling guilty for Naruto's condition and wouldn't be able to do anything unless it was Naruto himself.
Arfoire, though she was also worried for the boy, decided to relent this time and let the girl take care of him.
Once in Plutia's room, Neptune closed the door behind her, and she approached the bed where Naruto was laying on.
She sat down on the floor beside the bed as she pulled her knees to her chests.
Gone was the cheery girl from before as she began to cry.
"Naru-kun, I… I'm so sorry for what happened before… If… if only I listened to you, this wouldn't have happened…"
Wiping her tears, she let out a dry chuckle.
"Heh… Blanc will definitely kill me if she learned what happened to you…"
Tears began to fall once more as she gritted her teeths.
"So please… Don't leave me behind Naru-kun…"
Neptune started to cry again.
She had forgotten the fact that Naruto was a human, unlike her and the others who were Goddesses even in their normal form albeit weaker than their CPU form.
Due to Naruto living with them from when he was still a baby, she had convinced herself unconsciously that Naruto possessed their incredible physical capabilities and that endangered his life due to her being so egoistic.
If only she took his warning to heart, Naruto wouldn't be in this situation.
What if Naruto wasn't able to transform? What if Arfoire managed to overpower him?
Scenarios, one after another began to play in her mind.
Thinking of losing the blonde made her heart feel torn apart to pieces.
She wept.
Her sobbings resounded in the room.
Then, she felt a hand placed on top of her head.
"Nep-chan… why are you crying…"
Naruto asked with a hoarse voice since he felt his whole body burning from the inside.
Neptune's eyes widened in clear surprise before she jumped on top of him, straddling him as she put her head in the crook of his neck.
"Naru-kun! I'm so sorry..."
Neptune said as she cried.
His hand then moved behind her as he rubbed her back.
"Nep-chan… please don't cry, this isn't your fault…" Naruto weakly said as he wasn't completely recovered.
"It is my fault! I was being an egoistic girl and I caused this to happen to you!" The girl said frantically before she choked on her breath.
Taking a deep breath, she continued.
"I-I…because of what I've done, you could've died…what if you couldn't transform…what if arfoire managed to overpower you and it costs your life…I won't be able to forgive myself if that happens…"

Seeing her current state, Naruto decided to do what Blanc used to do to him.
He kissed the crown of her head, catching the girl by surprise.
"Shhh… it's alright Nep-chan… There's no need to blame yourself anymore, Nep-chan…" The blonde said as he tried to placate the CPU of Planeptune.
It worked flawlessly as Neptune began to calm herself slowly though he could still hear her sobbings.
Naruto let that sink before continuing.
"What you did was wrong, true, but… I know you had your reasons… You, Blanc, Noire and Vert had a bad history with Arfoire of our dimension… and I can understand it…" The blonde paused as he began to sit with Neptune's help and leaned on the bedhead.
He reached for the glass of water on the table beside the bed and downed it in one gulp.
Naruto then turned to Neptune who was still crying although it was much better than before.
He wiped her tears away as he began to caress her cheeks.
"However, you have to understand that currently we're not in our dimension and bad people from our dimension could live a different life here… like Warechu from yesterday, he is an honest worker, right?" A small nod from the girl. "The same goes for Arfoire, she might be evil in our dimension, but here, I doubt she is because she didn't try to attack us after you insulted her."
Neptune winced at that as she looked at her knuckles on her thighs.
"Remember when I told you the story about me being capable of sensing negative emotion?" Another small nod from Neptune. "I felt that Arfoire had no negative emotions toward us even after she went berserk, true, she was irritated, but she didn't plan to kill any of us."
With another caressing, Naruto lifted Neptune by her chin to look at him.
"From this day on, could you promise me to not judge the book by its cover again? Give them a chance to explain themselves and try to be reasonable?"
Neptune nodded before she wiped her tears dry and she started to smile again.
Then, she noticed something in the blonde's eyes
Were they so bright and radiated so much confidence?
As if drawn by his eyes, Neptune leaned closer to take a better look.
A thud interrupted her thought.
Neptune blinked.
She noticed Naruto was looking intently at her with his cheeks having a fresh pink hue.
That was when she realized what she was doing.
She was still straddling him.
On. The. Bed.
Her face was so close to his, only a few inches away before their lips met.
"..."
"..."
"NEPU?!"
Neptune's face turned atomic red before she jumped away and covered her face with her hands, earning a confused look from Naruto.
She felt her heart beating much faster than usual, then she realized that she was THAT close to have her first kiss!
She didn't know why, but she felt something that she had never felt before.
Not. Even. Once.
But that was impossible. That couldn't be real could it? Her mind was so confused right now of what happened to her.
She had to ask Histoire about it.
But for now, she needed a rest.
Neptune skidded next to Naruto as the two laid down on the pillow.
The blond was the first one to drift to the land of dreams since he was still too tired.
As for Neptune, since she was still experiencing the weird feeling from earlier, she didn't wrap her arms around him like usual.
She would ask Mini Histy tomorrow and hopefully she could tell what was wrong with her.
Neptune then fell asleep, unaware that U-Noire took a small picture of them sleeping together and found it rather cute before she left the room.
Neptune was lucky, if it wasn't for her kicking the door earlier, maybe the two would have an awkward moment.
She hummed as she went to see the others.
