Chapter 756 Virgo

At Athena's Sanctuary many of the saints were training and Koga clashes with Ranma as they traded blows.
Ricky watches them and said: "They're getting stronger."
He then looks up. "I wonder if he's still at his temple, he spends there a lot."
At the temple of Virgo there was a man around 16 years of age with long hair with a familiar shade of purple, he was wearing a purple shirt and white pants and he was meditating with his face looking to the other side not yet revealed.
He turns around to reveal a handsome face with the same eyes as Mirellia's.
"It's almost like I'm being watched." He said.
He is Maximus the son of Mirellia and the second child of the family.
He walks foward. "It's been a long time since I was brought back to life, ever since she killed me."
He still remembers the time where he was killed by Malty.
Flashback
When he was still alive Maximus was having a nice dinner with his family.
He looks to his right to see a 6 year old Melty who was eating and he smiles at her.
But then he starts to cough.
"Maximus!" Mirellia looks at him.
He starts to cough out blood and his father said: "Someone get a medic!"
He falls down as Melty hugs him while crying.
Maximus looks up to see Malty smirking at him and his eyes widen, she did this to him.
Many tried to save him but it was too late, Maximus died that day.
When he was in the afterlife he saw what Malty wanted, to kill him so his father would be mad at the demihumans even more and manipulate him, while also getting rid of Maximus so that she could get the throne.
"How could she do this to me, I know she didn't like me and was a bully, but to kill me for greed." He said.
"It's not too late." Maximus looks back.
He saw the former Virgo Saint Shaka meditating.
"Who are you?" Maximus said.
"I am Shaka, there is a way to come back to life, but it will take some years of training, I wish for you to become my successor as the gold Saint of Virgo Maximus." Shaka said.
"But why me?" Maximus said.
"Because you have potential and are kind." Shaka said.
Maximus thinks about the offer and accepted.
He trained for years to get the power he needed, he didn't age but he free wiser before he was ressurected at Athena's Sanctuary where he met the goddess herself.
Flashback ends
Maximus walks outside of the temple and he looks to the sky. "I truly miss my family, one day i'll see them again."
He then senses something and looks to see a group of demons in armor heading towards the sanctuary.
As the demons came they heard a sound. "Tenbu Hōrin."
They stopped and saw a illusion happen with many the area changing to that of Shaka's illusion.
"It seems Saga is sending monsters to attack the new saints while they train, he knows if they get stronger he would be in danger, but I will not stand and see my allies be harmed." They heard Maximus voice.
Then they saw many figures walking around making them look before they saw him sitting down at a stone with his eyes closed.
The demons shoot beams at him.
"Kan." He made a barrier stopping the attacks.
"Now, die sinful creatures." He sends a energy blast that vaporized them.
The area goes back to normal and he senses someone. "Noctis."
Behind him is Noctis Lucis Caelum, who was wearing the Libra Saint armor.
"It seems you managed to defeat them all by yourself." Noctis said.
"Yes, I was just doing my duty." Maximus said.
"Well I expected what would have happened, afterall you were trained by Shaka the man closer to God." Noctis smiles.
"I still have room to improve." Maximus said.
"Yeah, Aka is still the strongest among us, but that's to be expected since he was a Saint way before any of us and was with Athena before he got his destiny to rebuild the saints." Noctis said.
Even when some are higher in rank in terms of the cloth it didn't matter with Aka since he was stronger in terms of power and skills.
Aka has proved that when he defeated some of the gold saints by himself, which included Maximus.
"Theres still a lot more saints to be recruited, I heard that he found a potential aries Saint." Noctis said.
"I wonder what he can do." Maximus said.
They went back to the sanctuary and they kept they're training, while some gold saints have been restored they are still missing Gemini, Pisces, Sagittarius, Cancer, Taurus, Scorpio, Capricorn and Ophiuchus.
Athena and Aka are trying to find suitable candidates for those cloths as last time one of the recruits tried to steal them.
"Let's see if Aka can get the right members." Noctis said.
Note: Yes, in the other works Melty said that she had a older brother that got poisoned by Malty, so I made that brother here being Maximus with a few differences to fit in with the timeline better, he's also Virgo Saint while Noctis Lucis Caelum from Final fantasy become the Libra Saint, now theres still plenty of saints even non gold ones like silver and Bronze, like a certain two from the original show.
