Chapter 919 Lady's past
I don't own Bleach or any of the powers and gear used in this story.
Lady was at Karakura town sitting on a rooftop as she watches everyone go on they're normal lives.
She saw Uryu with his friends of Ichigo's group.
"That weirdo again. He always been trying to follow me ever since he saw me. Am I that crazy for him to think for not being a Fullbringer or Shinigami that he would try to find answers."
"Why don't you tell me that?" She heard a man's voice.
She looks back and saw a man wearing a white suit and white hair with a stern look that resembles Uryu.
"Who the Hell are you?" She said.
"I am Ryuken Ishida." He said.
"Wait... Are you that guy's father?" She got confused.
"Yes. I came to see what has been getting my son confused and I see the answer." Ryuken stares at Lady.
She got up and said: "Okay when did I turn into some animal for people to see what I am. What's the big idea between you and that guy to go after me?!"
Ryuken examines her and said: "Because you were able to use Reishi without anything like the Fullbringers and Shinigami, Uryu's friend Orihime has a similar position to you but theres more to your bloodline than what you even know."
"Yeah whatever, my mom and dad never told me much." She said.
Ryuken noticed a familiar bracelet making his eyes widen seeing it.
Could it be? He thinks.
"What's your name?" Ryuken asked.
"Lady." She said.
"I meant your real name." He said.
"Your kidding me why would I say it." She said.
He narrows his eyes at her and they stared at each other. "Tell me."
She got mad and moves her around around. "Mary Ann Arkham!"
His eyes widen hearing that name more so the Arkham name, something he only heard from his father.
"I see. All I can tell you is to be more careful in the future. What your parents kept hidden might have been for your own safety." Ryuken said.
Lady got confused at his words. "What?"
She noticed the cross. "So your Quincy, maybe the last one since your more Pure compared to your own son."
"So you noticed. I am the last Quincy." He turns his back at her. "Or was." He goes away.
She got confused again. "Was?"
"Also you would need to impress me more if you even want to be with my son." He said.
She chokes on her spit and blushes. "What?! Why would I ever be interested in a four eye jerk like him! You must be out of your mind!""
Ryuken didn't answer her as he left making her growl.
"I'll get him one of these days." She said.
She then looks at her bracelet and wonders why he was looking at it.
"This belonged to my mother." She said and thinks about what happened.
Flashback
When Lady was young she the daughter of Kalina and George, her father died in battle so her mother Kalina raised her alone and she worked as a seamstress to provide for her daughter.
Mary was at her room before her mother came inside, she has long black hair, white shirt and skirt.
"Mom?" Mary looks at her.
"Mary you gotta hide!" Kalina grabs her and takes Mary downstairs.
"Mom what's going on?!" Mary got scared.
"You need to be safe." Kalina said.
They went towards a bunker inside of the house that was silver before a blue light came down making Kalina throw Mary inside as she lands on her butt.
Mary sits up and watches her mother smile as she got hit. "Be brave Mary."
"Mommy!" Mary calls out to her.
Flashback ends
Lady stares at it as tears came out of her eyes.
"Mom, i'll find the one that did this to you." Lady said.
Her parents told her that she must not speak her name out in the world out of fear so she uses Lady for most of the times.
She didn't know why she said it to Ryuken but it seems he was more trust worthy.
Lady goes off on her own and she looks at Uryu. "Why would I even like him?"
Uryu looks up and he thought he sensed someone but looks like it was in his mind.
"Hey what's wrong?" Ichigo asked.
"Oh nothing. I just thought it was her." Uryu said.
"Oh your new girlfriend." Ichigo teased him with a smirk.
"What?! Why would I even consider is dating a barbaric girl like her!" Uryu said.
Ichigo chuckles at the reaction since he was too easy.
"Oh guys." They se Orihime come and she was pushing a baby stroller.
"Seriously?" They said.
"I couldn't find a sitter." She said.
Inside the stroller is baby Nero as he sleeps.
"Well it seems your taking you position as Mother seriously." Chad said.
Orihime smiles. "Of course. He's my little angel."
Or demon in this case. Ichigo thinks to himself.
"So how is Victor doing with your current situation?" Uryu asked.
"He's been helping out even his daughters come to play with Nero." Orihime said.
"Well that's good." Uryu said.
The group went together as Orihime smiles at her own son being her miracle.
Note: Lady's flashback is shown and Uryu's father Ryuken has his first appearance in the story.
