Chapter 1018 Demeter
I don't own Bleach or any of the powers and gear used in this story.
Aka was watching Souichiro power up making a symbol of a dragon come out.
"So you unlocked that dragon power from what Maya told me. Impressive but i've seen better." Aka said.
"Well seeing how much stronger you are I can believe it." Souichiro said.
Athena watches from her throne and she looks to the sky with a frown.
Her family was not something she has fond memories but there was one she always get along with.
Flashback
A young child Athena was at a garden sitting down looking at the flowers.
She was smiling having a good time before a woman sits in front of her, Athena saw she has a toga with long black hair and blue eyes, some of her hair are in buns.
"Aunty Demeter." Athena smiles.
Demeter smiles and rubs her head. "Athena, you have a kind heart, I know some day you'll grow up to become a great ruler."
"Really?" Athena asked.
"Yes, a true leader needs both compasion and knowledge, among your siblings I know you can do great things." Demeter said.
Athena got happy hearing that.
Later
Athena was walking down the hallways of a building and she heard a scream.
"Aunty?" She goes to her room and peeks inside.
She saw her on the ground bleeding making Athena scared and someone in blue was there.
Athena runs away before she is caught, she then bumps into someone and saw her father Zeus, who has blonde hair in a ponytail and he's wearing a white robe.
"Athena, what made you run like this?" He asked.
"Daddy, a monster hurt aunt Demeter." She points back where her room is.
"What?!" He runs to the room.
He arrives and saw his sister on the ground before she vanished into particles.
"Demeter!" He shouts in anger.
Among his siblings Demeter was always kind to him and his brothers, so she was important to Zeus and seeing her die made him mad.
Athena got scared ever since that day and missed her aunt since she was always there for her.
Flashback ends
Athena opens her eyes with a tear coming down.
"Aunt Demeter, the monster that hurt you will pay." She said.
Aya was with Kisara and she said: "So you can like see the future?"
"Well... Not now, I still don't have control." Aya smiles.
"Well if you want to become a saint, you gotta have that ability to use since a lot of these guys are tough." Kisara said.
Aya wanted to be one of them too seeing how strong they are.
"Well i'm ready for anything." Aya said.
Nearby was the Chameleon cloth and it was waiting for it's user.
Bob was fighting against Kiryu as the Saint blocks his kicks.
"Do better." He throws Bob away who landed on his feet.
"Well I knew what I got myself into." Bob said.
Chiaki watches the fight. "Man Bob's been getting busier, I wish he just quit school so can have lots of fun all day." She smiles.
"Oi!" Kiryu points at her. "Your here as a guest, so do not say such perversion words in lady Athena's Sanctuary!"
"Okay fine." She grunts.
Bob looks up and sees the Centaurus cloth inside of it's box.
"So that's what I would have." Bob said.
"When your ready yes, but until then get better." Kiryu said. "You should be lucky to be chosen to be a Silver Saint."
Maya was clashing swords with Noctis as he used a wooden sword to block her attacks.
"Well it seems being a gold saints is a big deal." She said.
"We gold saints are the most powerful and the last line of defense for Lady Athena, with Aka being the strongest among us, normally the Leo maybe in terms of order would be in the middle, but being the longest Saint among us makes him the strongest through experience." Noctis said.
They looked at the paths as each staircase leads to the temples going up to the temple of Athena.
"Well they have a lot of work to do, if any invaders come to get her." Maya said.
"Yes, now let's get back to the training." Noctis said.
Nearby the Camelopardalis cloth was there, and they picked a user for it.
Athena watches her new saints grow but they are still a long way to make them all back.
Masataka watches them all train with Koga and Ryuho watching him.
"Can't I train too?" He asked.
"Unless it's your normal training your not getting a chance to become a saint." Koga said.
"But i'm strong." Masataka said.
"It's not about strenght, control which you lack off if you get mad because of a girl likes someone else." Koga said.
Masataka looks down, he just been watching the others get stronger while he just sits, they got those two to watch over him so he wouldn't try anything.
"Your lucky, your just a guest, as lady Athena would have had you escorted out of here." Ryuho said.
"Yeah, I wanted to train but i'm stuck babysitting you." Koga said.
Ryuho meditates a bit to do mental training instead.
Masataka knows he has no shot to become a saint, since he knows he screwed up when Athena saw him and Aka made one chance and he ruined it.
"What am I going to do?" He rubs his face.
He loves Aya but she doesn't even see him, she's trying to get stronger to see if she can be like Souichiro as a Saint.
"Love can make people act differently." Ryuho said.
"Come on, even Aka has more self control." Koga said.
Note: Athena showed a flashback of her past with Demeter, the others outside of Masataka are getting training to become saints since Aka is not letting him become one.
