Chapter 1149 Green Dragon
I don't own Bleach or any of the powers and gear used in this story.
The group were inside a jet and Zack looks at Alex who's looking outside a window.
"So I heard you met someone that got your attention?" Zack said.
Alex looks at him. "Hmmm?"
"Wait Alex got a girl, who is it?" Aka grins.
"Just met this woman on a trip." He said.
"Do tell." Zack said since the trip was getting boring.
"Well..." Alex starts to remember.
Flashback
He once went to a city and was trying to check it out.
Alex walks around a crowd of people as he looks around, he then bumps into someone.
"Oh." He saw a woman with blonde hair wearing black pants and a white shirt, her hair covered her eyes but she looks at him.
"Sorry about that." Alex said.
She got nervous looking at him.
"It's okay, I won't hurt you." He said.
"It's just you're so big." She said.
"Well if I talked to you would it make you feel more confortable." He said.
"I guess so." She said uncertain.
"Hey there girl." A guy goes up to her and she got nervous. "How about we go-" He got lifted up by Alex and stares at him.
"Leave the lady alone... Now." Alex said.
"O-okay." The guy said nervously.
Alex drops him as the guy runs away, the woman was amazed.
"Oh I never got your name?" He said to her.
"Rachel." She said.
"Well Rachel, I'm Alex, if you want we can hang out at a place of your choice." He said.
"Ok." Rachel said as she tries to think of a place.
He goes with her and he said: "It seems your nervous around things, despite trying to act positive."
"Yes. I have tried my best but I still have trouble." She said looking down.
He puts a hand on her shoulder and she looks at him. "Don't worry, many have problems at the start, its to overcome them that's what one must do, and I can help you."
"Really?" Rachel asks.
"Of course." He smiled at her.
She blushes a bit and smiles back too.
"So, why are you here in the city?" Rachel asks.
He shrugs. "Just traveling."
"Are you traveling with anyone?" She asks.
"Well..."
"Daddy!" They saw Mary run towards him.
"Daddy?" Rachel questions in surprise. Alex picks Mary up.
"Yes. This is my daughter Mary." Alex said.
"Hi!" Mary said cheerfully.
"She is so cute!" Rachel said.
Mary smiles at her words.
"So do you still want to go out?" Alex asked Rachel.
"But what about Mary's mother?" Rachel asks.
"Mommy doesn't mind many ladies with daddy." Mary said.
"Huh?!" Rachel said.
"It's something for later." He takes Rachel with him.
Despite the surprise, Rachel was liking they're company and she smiles.
She got along with them being one of the happiest moments of her life.
Flashback ends
"Rachel is a very nice woman, just a little nervous." Alex said.
They nodded at him from that story.
"It's very exciting for me to join you on this mystery," Miyumi told her new friends. "I'm usually not allowed to venture so far from Miss Mirimoto."
"Why not?" Zack asked.
"She demands absolute loyalty, like that of a samurai." Miyumi replied.
"Indeed." Mr. Takagawa added. "Someone who still cares for the old ways."
"Yeah, like, the good old days when people chased each other around with big swords. Pardon my saying so, but that puts the mental in sentimental." Shaggy said.
Zack looks at Miyumi and Takagawa. "I wonder, what are both of your thoughts on Master Wu?"
"Master Wu from my information was said to be a wise master that many have wished to be trained by him." Takagawa said.
"Yes, he left the school because he has a different view on his ways of fighting," Miyumi said. "But I always dreamed of meeting him in person."
Zack then remembers his training.
Flashback
He was at his dojo as he carries a a staff swinging at Wu who dodges it with his hands behind his back.
Wu had his eyes closed as he dodges before he jumps into the staff making Zack looks at him.
He kicked Zack down before landing on his feet.
"Remember Zack, a good fighter senses can lead them to victory even when they're opponent blinds them. Those that resort cheap tricks have no honor and will always lose." Wu said.
"Yes master Wu." Zack puts his hands together.
Wu nodded. "Now let us continue your training, you have the potential to grow to become a great hero."
Flashback ends
Zack always listened to the words of Wu, since he was his mentor and he will make him proud.
He then saw the jet went inside a fog.
"I can't see anything, it's like the whole world disappeared!" Daphne said.
"Zoinks! Like, so much for our sunny South Pacific vacation." Shaggy frowned.
They saw the temple in the distance.
"Look, gang, there it is!" Fred smiled. "The Temple of a Thousand Steps."
They arrived at the place and looked at the stairs, while the others went up Zack looks around before he looks at the stairs.
Nothing, the beginning. Zack thinks to himself.
He saw he first step had a odd shape and he sees it, be pretends to step on it by accident making a trap door open sending him down.
"Zack!" They looked back.
"A trap." Velma said.
"Should we go after him?" Vivi asked.
"Zack can handle it, let's go." Draco said.
Zack reached the end of the slide and sees a tunnel.
"Master Wu, what did you hide in here?" Zack said to himself.
Then many holes opened as many spears jabbed foward surprising him.
He then remembers the training he did with Wu, he closes his eyes and goes foward to dodge them the same way Wu did.
He sees it now, his master trained him until the day came for him to go through these dungeons.
Meanwhile
The group reached the top of the stairs.
"We made it, gang!" Daphne smiled.
"And check out that stone carving above the temple door." Velma said.
Mr. Takagawa gasped upon the sight. "The Green Dragon!"
They checked the place before they went inside.
Yui then wonders. Why did Zack go down that hole?
"Check out the size of that disco ball." Shaggy points up.
"That's no disco ball, Shaggy, that's a Japanese lantern." Velma corrected.
"Hey, maybe that's got something to do with the next clue." Fred suggested.
"Or maybe we should just say we tried and, like, call it a day," Shaggy said before leaning against something but it activated something in the room. "Zoinks!"
Light came and they noticed it.
"Oh so we have to shine lantern." Victor said.
Draco saw writting on the wall. "Is this some kind of map?"
"Is that the Sword of Doom?" Daphne wondered.
Yes!" Miyumi said with a gasp. "It must be!"
"But it's on the other side of the island." Velma stated.
"Hey theres something written." Victor noticed.
"I will translate the inscription," Mr. Takagawa takes a look. "'The secret falls from the mouth of the dragon."
"Another dragon riddle?" Daphne sighed.
"Uh, speaking of riddles, like, does this mean there's a cafeteria on this island?" Shaggy asked.
Draco senses something. "Run!"
They saw many masked people come out.
"Hey don't worry let me talk-" Fred got cut off when Alex dragged him away.
With Zack
He avoided the traps and sees a pedestal with some written on it.
"Zack, take the stone on the pedestal and walk towards where the dragon lives to opposite of the sword of Darkness is where you'll find the golden blade." Zack said.
He looks at the pedestal to see a grey stone before taking it with him.
"Master Wu must have left it for me." Zack said.
Zack goes foward down the halls and could see that this place was made to any student of Wu to pass.
Many blades came out and Zack dodged and even slides down.
More traps activated and Zack kept going to find where the other sword is.
Note: The Rachel is the same one from Resident Evil that Alex met, also they arrived at the temple with the group not going to deal with the tribal guys since they're not idiots so they dragged Fred away.
