It is hard to see someone being infected by a deadly virus, for Kevin losing his mum was the biggest pain he had to go through by every trauma in his life. Jill still looks at him with such loss of his mum, she doesn't know what to say to him but to give him sympathy. "I'm sorry about your mother loss." Jill said to Kevin. He didn't reply to her, but he stayed quiet, a broken heart can never be repaired like a missing jigsaw piece. As they were walking across the streets, Jill heard something running around as she stops, but Kevin wonder why Jill stopped for a moment.
"Jill, what is it?" Kevin asked.
"I've heard something, stay with me, Kevin." Jill holds on to her gun, keeping her guard up to defend. "Keep yourself alert, Kevin, look like we're being hunted." As the two sticks together by keeping their guard up something jumps out jumps with sharp claws, zombie dogs are everywhere as Jill takes the shot directly towards the head. Kevin was almost out of ammo for his shot gun since there are still more zombie dogs coming towards them.
"I'm running out of ammo!" Kevin shouted.
"Let get out of here!" Jill takes Kevin hand as they sprinted fast from the zombie dogs. They were getting fast to chase them as they sprint and jump through the cars as they get closer towards Jill and Kevin, a police department was spotted as they quickly made it inside and barricaded the door, but the zombie dogs nearly had their luck of prey. "Hey, are you okay Kevin?" Jill asked.
"Yeah, I'm fine." Said Kevin as he catches his breath. The police department looked very dark and empty which almost looks like the same department in Raccoon city, Jill gets a flashback from her past memories after the investigation of the umbrella corporation on how she discovered the whole truth.

Helicopter lands at Raccoon police department. Chris, Jill and Barry got off board as they head towards chief Irons office. Jill can only sense about the tragic moment from the umbrella corporation where the truth was finally found, the police were finally glad to see them in one piece after they lost too many of them from the forest. Jill takes a deep breath by closing her eyes where she is not liking this moment from coming back.
"Jill, you okay?" Chris asked Jill.
"Yeah, sorry, I just had to take some deep breaths." She said in response. The door was open as they all walk in, chief Irons standing there with such anger and disappointment about the S.T.A.R.S mission.
"So you did it, big fucking whoop." Chief Irons exclaimed. "You blow up the whole mansion and the corporation of umbrella, do you have any idea on what happened back there." He slams his hands on his desk with rage. Jill cannot stand this whole argument about the umbrella corporation as she shouts back at him.
"Listen, we've already found the whole truth about umbrella plans by using the T virus they used it for tests making." Jill shouts back at Irons.
"Oh god, you honestly think I would believe this whole crap about umbrella." He shouted back at Jill. Irons never believes in this whole story about umbrella corporation business. "You've really given me no choice but to kick your ass out of this job." Iron said to everyone.
Barry would not stand a chance against chief Irons. "Listen asshole, if you're gonna kicking us out of the department, it your own fault." Said Barry. "You don't know what going to happen right now, there will be billions of people suffering from the disease because of umbrella." Barry glares at Irons as walks out of his office. Jill packed her stuff into the box, she really wasn't ready to leave the department, and she doesn't want to give up on her job.
Chris Redfield came towards Jill to comfort her. "Are you okay Jill?" He asked Jill.
"No, I don't think nobody isn't really going to believe this investigation." She said. "With chief Irons not believing the case that found from the umbrella, what an asshole." Jill was right about umbrella, same as Chris. Kevin snaps his fingers to check on Jill, she was too busy daydreaming from her flashbacks about the end of Raccoon city.
"Sorry, I didn't realise you were daydreaming." Said Kevin.
"It okay, just got a bit lost in my own mind." Jill said. Jill decided to check the department, she walks into the office room everything was a complete mess, but she still checks around. Someone was in pain and badly injured, but Jill rushed to help by aiding an officer. "Sir, are you okay?" Jill asked the police officer.
"No, I'm not alright." Said the officer. "I'm hurt quite badly hurt, I'm glad you got here in time." The officer takes a sit as Jill helps him out. Jill asked some questions to the officer as she grabs the first aid kit by wrapping the surrounding bandages to recover his injuries.
"What happened back there?" Jill asked.
"We are under attack, people have been turning into zombies, they're on a rampage around New York." Said the police officer. "I don't think if I'm not going to make it out alive, take the key card with you and be careful." The officer gave Jill a key card, but doesn't know where the key card goes to. The officer gave Jill some ammo for her gun, she came back to the main department where Kevin is sitting on a chair waiting for her return.
"Hey Jill, what that you got there?" Kevin asked.
"A key card, I probably don't know what to use it for?" She said. Kevin knows how to use a key card that has a bar code on the back, he finds a computer and uses the key card on the scanner. All the doors were unlocked in every floor level. "Wow, good job Kevin." Jill congrats on Kevin. Jill takes the door on the left as Kevin follows behind her, They both stumbles across towards the hallway but Kevin must have saw something lurking from the outside of the window. How strange it didn't really look like a person must have been a zombie or monster, Jill stopped for a moment and sees a dead body on the floor. Blood was everywhere, and the body was missing a head that was pulled off, something was dripping down towards them as she looks up.
"Oh my god!" Kevin said in horror. The licker jumped down from the ceiling and lunge at Jill by taking the scratch. "HEY! Leave her alone!" Kevin blasted his shot gun at licker, Jill lays down on the floor and places her back to her. Kevin was deeply worried and scared about Jill getting attacked by the licker, Jill still groans in pain, but he needs to find a way to recover her.
"Kevin, there might be another first aid kit somewhere around the department." Said Jill, holding her arms to cover the blood. Kevin can't leave her by herself, he decided to pick her up in his arms, so strong and manly. He places her on to the chair as she sits down in the meeting room, Kevin goes around looking for the first aid kit in the back room until he found a key that has a label on it 'Investigation room' a med kit was already found as he rush towards Jill.
"Got the first aid kit and I found this key." Kevin gave the key to Jill as she checks the label.
"Of course, the investigation room." Jill said. "But still, it might be some evidence left from umbrella." Jill slowly gets up by rubbing her left arm to recover. "Before we get to the investigation room, we need to find someone who works for umbrella." Jill leaves the meeting room along with Kevin as she puts the key into her pocket as they could the prison cells.
