"The famous Gabriel Agreste turned out to be the one responsible for all of the chaos in Paris…"
"Paris is rocked with a major scandal as Gabriel Agreste is revealed to be Hawk Moth…"
"…Gabriel Agreste was not the only one responsible for the chaos among and outside Paris…"
"Accomplices of Gabriel Agreste…"
"DON'T MOVE!"
"YOU'RE UNDER ARREST!"
A still-feeling-hazed Tomoe was still restrained by the electric bola when dozens of black-suited agents. "Uh, what?"
"Get her up," said the head leading the raid and facing the Tsurugi elder. It was Chi Kyautauna, Aisha's paternal uncle.
"Wha-what's going on?" Tomoe asked dazedly. "What's happening?"
"I'll tell you what's happening: Tomoe Tsurugi, you are under arrest for multiple counts of aiding and abetting, conspiracy, mass destruction, brainwashing, domestic and international terrorism, and a host of other nefariously serious charges."
"What are you talking about?" Tomoe sneered. "You have nothing. I will have your job…"
Chi tilted his head up and slyly smirked. "Is that so? Because everything we need to convict you is right here…" he waved a plastic bag containing several USBs in one hand and manila folders in the other hand. "Your contracts with Gabriel Agreste, surveillance photos, documents, recordings, the antidote for the nightmares you and Mr. Agreste caused. Everything."
Ekon, Abdou, and Uche smugly waved to the Tsurugi elder. "Surprise!"
Ekon spoke up first. "While helping my sister free Adrien and Kagami from your white torture rooms in London and finding a way to take you down during the fight, I had another little look at your company computers other than the Alliance systems. I even sent out and had my little spy fly drones watch you and Mr. Agreste the yoctosecond after Aisha called us for help." Ekon held his hand out, and one of them—a small ball-shaped micromini fly appeared and reappeared at the palm.
"They recorded everything you two did."
"Including this confession…" Abdou played a video on Uche's screen.
"Once Gabriel Agreste and I possess Ladybug and Cat Noir's Miraculous, we will use them to create and wish for a new world order. A perfect world order..."
Ekon smirked mischievously. "Afterwards, I sent everything that was there to every major organization and agency in the entire world."
"Sorry about that," Uche replied sarcastically. "Not sorry about that."
Chi grinned ear-to-ear. "And plenty of countries are…really looking forward to having a bone to pick with you for all the damage you caused. And believe me, they all want a piece of you," Chi snapped his fingers. "Get her out of her…"
Uche responded. "Attaque toi, Tsurugi-san."
"You got played."
Ekon smirked. "Badly."
Some of those same agents, along with Geneviève Sebastian, approached Félix; his mother-Aisha kept her word that Amelie would be kept safe during the battle and stayed with the Worth family-stood in front of him protectively.
"Do you really have to do this to my son?" Amelie's eyes fogged with tears.
Geneviève crossed her arms. "It was his actions that led up to this, ma'am. Along with the Red Moon event a few weeks ago..." she lowered her eyes at the mention of the Red Moon incident.
Amelie had her hand over her wobbled mouth; Kagami held Félix's hand, who hung his head in shame. Geneviève then sighed. "But considering how remorseful you were, hearing your backstory, and how you helped stop all this chaos, I'm going to recommend an intense regimen sentence for you, young man."
"Will he have to spend time in jail?" Amelie worried.
"Normally, in cases like this for someone his age, yes or even worse…" Geneviève shook her head. "But as long as he stays out of trouble for the next several years...no."
An overjoyed Amelie hugged Geneviève.
Ladybug and Cat Noir managed to find the Kwamis in the lair. A large, dome-like, and dark observatory-like room with seemingly dead butterflies all around and something else.
The two superheroes gasped at the sight of the cages that kept the Kwamis. Glass shatters of the floating fishbowl-like cells lay on the floor, and the Kwamis lay frailly inside their destroyed little pods.
"Uhh…" All the Kwamis groaned from the pain of their demolished pods. "Ohh…"
"Hey-hey-hey-hey," Ladybug got half of the Kwamis. "It's okay-it's okay."
Cat Noir caressed his half. "You're safe now."
Sass groaned. "L-Ladybug? Oh…M-M-Monarch…"
"You don't have to worry about him anymore…" Ladybug petted Sass.
"He's defeated…" Cat Noir patted Wayzz. "You don't have to worry about him anymore…" Despite knowing Monarch was his father, his voice had a hint of sadness.
"So…hungry…" Kaalki moaned.
Orikko grumbled. "And tired…"
"Weak…" Daizzi wept.
"We're gonna get you all something to eat, and we're gonna heal you, too," Ladybug vowed. "But there's something I have to do."
Adrien-as-Cat Noir stood silently feeding the Kwamis with whatever was in the Agreste refrigerator. At the same time, Ladybug and Su-Han tended to Nathalie, now in an endless deep sleep.
Nathalie…
He couldn't believe it. Nathalie, of all people, helping his father terrorize Paris. And New York. That meant she knowingly aided in his father's crimes. She was Catalyst on Heroes' Day. She was Safari trying to take the Ladybug and Cat Noir Miraculous. He gulped at the horrible realization that she was Mayura…
Meaning she was the one who took back Sentimonster Ladybug's Amok and released her from existence.
"Okay…" Ladybug hoped she and Su-Han were almost done with coming up with an antidote potion with the help of the recovered Grimoire for Nathalie to drink. "Let's hope this works…"
Su-Han held her head up while Ladybug fed the potion to her.
"Come on-come on-come on…" Cat Noir prayed it would work on Nathalie but knew he wouldn't get to spend much time with her. "Please be alright…"
Everyone, even the Kwamis—despite still feeling a little weak from their torture at the hands of Monarch, circled Nathalie.
"Please wake up…" Ladybug let a tear fall.
Suddenly, the potion did its work on Nathalie. The dark bags under her eyes faded, and the white highlights were red again. At first, her vision seemed hazy, and her blinking started slowly but fluttered and sighed.
"Huh?" Her mind alerted when her dull blue eyes caught sight of Ladybug. "Wha-what happened?"
Ladybug had a little smile on her face. "It's quite a long story."
"But first, we have some questions for you…"
Soon, Ladybug and Cat Noir transformed into Cosmobug and Astrocat. They watched the Miraculous Ladybug work its magic among the world with its swarms of magic ladybugs restore the world to its natural glory.
"Adrien!" Nino led the Resistance in finding Adrien, who seemingly disappeared from the Couffine houseboat. The United Heroez, Ladydragon, Félix, Kagami, Aisha, and her brothers, Ziddy, and bodyguards helped in the search. "Adrien!"
"Adrien!"
"Adrien!"
"Look!" Alya extended her arm and pointed at Marinette, walking beside Adrien. Running towards their friends, she asked, "You two okay?"
Marinette huffed a sigh of relief. "It's been a long day…"
"You don't have to tell me twice," Nino agreed, along with everyone else, and turned his attention. "Adrien, dude…"
"I know," Adrien whispered. "I know…" He lowered his head.
He clenched his shaking hand onto Marinette's. He released a sniff before he started to cry.
Marinette embraced him first, then Alya, Nino, and everyone else.
