A Japanese Weresheep in Mutsuba Town

Summary:
There are some forms of alien activity even MIK turns a blind eye to. The truly alien activity between Chupataro and Ohdo Yuhi, for instance.
Chapter 40: Riot Girl
Something or someone wanted in to Yuhi's room, and was banging on the door with ferocity that shook the floor and the liquid in Yuamu's mug.
"Yuna-chan? I didn't know you were here. What's the matter?"
"It's your brother! He and that alien of his ate the chicken I was going to cook for Rovian-sama after the Rush Duel tennis competition! MY BELOVED ROVIAN-SAMA WAS STUCK EATING BROCOLI FOR DINNER LAST NIGHT!"
"Ch-Chupataro, find me something to barricade the door with!" Yuamu heard her brother panicking inside.
"Chu-pa!"
Yuna kicked the door down without repercussions to her foot. Fortunately, Yuhi had heard her rearing her boot and hightailed it out of there by the time the door caved inward off its hinges.
Yuhi and Chupataro's eyes were big as saucers.
"Uh, I'm charging you for a new lock. And a new door."
"Bill me!" Yuna panted like she'd gone another round with the Duel Card Manufacturer. The money was worth it. Her intimidating peridot eyes had homed in on her quarry.
"Ahhhh! I'm sorry! I'm sorry! Don't hurt me!" Yuhi attempted to bargain with her.
"When I'm through with you, you'll wish hurting you is all I did!"
Rovian strummed her guitar and Yuna dropped everything she was doing to turn her attention to her and listen to what the Queen of Badloon Castle had to say.
"Rovian-sama?"
"No chicken, no cluck-cluck, no Life Point. A Duelist who has no bindle for the road has no Duel Disk, yet treks out into the sea in search of a turtle, ja-ja-ja-ja-jackalope."
Yuamu, Yuhi, and Chupataro didn't get any of that. But Yuna was fluent in Rovian's folk stylings (or constructed the fantasy she was), and rejoiced with undying adoration.
"KYAAAAH! ROVIAN-SAMA'S SPACES POEMS ARE SO HEARTFELT!"
"Heartfelt? Yuhi forgot his very being was in Yuna's hands at present. "That?"
"Are you saying Rovian-sama's poems aren't wonderful? KEEEEE! Unforgivable!"
"For every flower, the sun. For every affront, a Duel, pa-pa-pa-pa-princess."
"You should count yourself blessed Rovian-sama is in a merciful mood! Call on Valvelgear!"
"Valvelgear?"
"You and I are going to have a Rush Duel! If you win, we'll pretend like this incident never happened! But if I win…You and Chupataro will toil in Badloon Castle's kitchen for an entire week!"
"What'll you do, Yuhi?"
"Not lose, Yuamu!"
They took their squabble to the backyard.
"Goha Yuna!"
"Ohdo Yuhi!"
"GO RUSH!"
"My turn! I shall draw! I summon Stray Familiar and Spell Archer, and release them! Advance Summon! No matter if walls, mountains, or planets block my way! I shall carve a road through it all and press onward! Come forth, Sevens Road Magician!" (Level 7 DARK Spellcaster/Effect ATK 2100 DEF 1500)
"Augh! Sevens Road right out of the gate?"
"I summon Magician's Valkyria!" (Level 4 LIGHT Spellcaster/Effect ATK 1600 DEF 1800)
Magician's Valkyria…That's the monster Yuna played in her Duel with Yudias against The*Luge. 1600 ATK…Her ATK is the same as Transamu Rainac. None of my low-Level monsters can take her down one-on-one. In that case –!
"I set a card and end my turn! And just so you don't get any ideas, Magician's Valkyria has a continuous effect. While she is face-up on the field, you cannot attack my other Spellcasters."
"So to get to Sevens Road Magician I hafta go through her first? All right, I'll do that! My turn! Draw! I summon Stud Hedgepeg, Tamabot, and Jointech Ace! I activate Stud Hedgepeg's effect! I send the top card of my Deck to the Graveyard, and if that card's a monster, I can lower the ATK of your monster by 500 until the end of this turn! The card I sent was a second Tamabot! Magician's Valkyria's ATK goes down 500!"
"What?" (ATK 1600 ↓ ATK 1100)
"I release Stud Hedgepeg and Tamabot to Advance Summon! Joined friendship! Joined bonds! If we join together infinite power, we can trample over anything! Jointech Tinplatesaurus!" (Level 7 EARTH Machine/Effect ATK 2300 DEF 2000)
"Chupa! Now she's in for it!"
"Tinplatesaurus' effect! I ditch one card from my hand, changing Sevens Road Magician to Defence Position and reducing his DEF by 2000 until the end of this turn!"
"By 2000?" (DEF 1500 ↓ DEF 0)
"I battle! Jointech Tinplatesaurus, attack Yuna's Valkyria!"
"Magician's Valkyria!" (Yuna LP 4000 ↓ 2800)
"And with her out of the way, Jointech Ace can attack Sevens Road Magician!"
"No!"
"Turn end!"
"You! How dare you make a mockery of me in front of Rovian-sama! My turn! I shall draw! Magic Card, Reincarnation of Sevens Road! By sending a card from my hand to the Graveyard, I can return Sevens Road Magician in my Graveyard to my hand and draw a card! Then I shall summon Dark Sorcerer and release him to Advance Summon Sevens Road Witch!" (Level 6 DARK Spellcaster/Effect ATK 1600 DEF 1000)
"Another Sevens Road, chupa?"
"I send one more card from my hand to the Graveyard, and activate Sevens Road Witch's effect! Witch can Special Summon a Level 7 or higher DARK Spellcaster-Type monster from my hand, and if that monster is Sevens Road Magician, she gets 400 ATK until the end of turn! MAGICAL SEVENS CALL!"
"WHAT?"
"Come back at once, Sevens Road Magician!"
Damn!
"I activate my set card! Magic Card, Road Magic – Backflow! I send the WATER-Attribute Hydro Magician from my hand to the Graveyard, returning Jointech Tinplatesaurus to your hand!"
"Not my Tinplatesaurus!"
"Sevens Road Magician's effect! I send the top card of my Deck to the Graveyard and he gains 300 ATK for each Attribute in my Graveyard! EARTH, WIND, LIGHT, DARK, WATER! That's 1500 up! ELEMENTAL ROAD!" (ATK 2100 ↑ ATK 3600)
"3600 ATK?"
"Battle! Sevens Road Witch, destroy his Jointech Ace! SEVENS PUNISH!"
"500!" (Yuhi LP 4000 ↓ 3500)
"Yuhi's field is empty!" Yuamu chimed in.
"Deal the finishing blow, Sevens Road Magician! SEVENS MAGIC!"
"3600!" (Yuhi LP 3500 ↓ 0)
Yuhi relived that direct attack innumerable times in the kitchen at Badloon Castle sometime thereafter.
"Yuna's nagging for her tempura, chupa!"
I'm weak. If I don't get training… Yuhi turned a deaf ear to Chupataro.
