Prime Town, 11:55 P.M.
Dapper Bones (おしゃれコウベ) has changed. He became Doomsday, for he was infected with the Doomsday Virus. So when he is seen, he appears as a skeletal version of Doomsday wearing a tail coat and a long hat.
"Doomsday! Oh!" Dapper throws a tantrum.
"Great. He got Doomsday Virus! He touched the spores, and now he's all spiky!" An IO Guards holding Dapper, screaming in agony.
"Hold him down! Hold him down!" Ms. Continuum yelled.
A television, the same one broadcasting countdown to the Herald back then.
"So... you got this CRT-TV from scavenging the broken part of the remains of old islands?" Ma asked. "I set it up, to test broadcasting something."
"There you go." Ms. Continuum is surprised.
Ma turns the TV on, and it's static right now. However, the both in black has appeared from behind, wanting to watch the announcement of sorts.
"You actually turned it on." The woman in black. "As expected from those we have high hopes for."
"How did you get here?" Ma has no idea.
-*shows the technological scroll* "While we were wandering across dimensions, we found out that the island some just escaped has been linked to this town we're all in now." The woman explained. "We thought we get to know the next answer one day."
"I have never felt anything so much like Borderlands outside of it." The man noted. "By the way... so Ringo from the past has been possessed by Ecolo. Things are mostly proceeding as Liu Kang has planned. 'He must win', indeed."
"You actually changed the past because Liu Kang says so?" Ms. Continuum is surprised. "Why?"
"He has something in mind of." The man replied. "And as you know now, there's someone above them."
"You meant all the threats returned to existence and the Realitiers, magical girl with Anti-Life included?" Ms. Continuum questioned.
"Right. Just who could it be?" The woman wondered, not knowing that Ma figured it out a bit for much earlier.
"Who knows?" The man shrugged.
At the same time, Ringo's home, recently repurposed with monitors by the resistance's police. She turned on, and alongside the group that found her, watching.
"If I remember correctly, there will be a mysterious announcement at midnight." Renegade Ringo noted. "Just a couple of tens of seconds, and we'll get there."
Shortly prior...
"Well, there it is." Tsukasa Kadoya, Kamen Rider Decade. "Wait..."
All he is seeing is a massacre in the Battleworld, as knights from several realities were being slain by the Dark Army... Darkseid among the slayers.
"No. I can't let this slide." Tsukasa walked in.
"Finally, Decade!" Doomsday responded. "You finally arrived. We were enjoying the slaying, and now, you have..."
"I am busy, and I can't let any of you get away." Tsukasa took out the Decade Rider Card for (his) Decadriver. "I'm just a passing-through Kamen Rider. Remember that!"/"通りすがりの仮面ライダーだ。覚えとけ!"
-*inserts the card* "Henshin!" Tsukasa transforms.
"KamenRide: Decade!"
"Very well." E0!Ares engaged. "Us Dark Army shall rise! Forever!"
"Alear of Lythos and Gradlon..."/"リトスとグラドロンのリュール..."/"Lueur of Lythos and Gradlon..." Nekron chanted. "Rise."
Alear, both male and female, both summoned at Nekron's behest.
"What the!?" Decade noticed. "What have you done to the Dragon Child!?"
"Emblem... engage!" Cue the engage transformation of Alear, which caught Decade off guard.
"How the hell is this happening!?" Decade is ridiculed. "Alear is still alive few moments ago!"/"少し前までリュールはまだ生きていた!"
"Now, the Divine Dragon is ours." Kaala the Lord of the Black Diamond, Eclipso argued. "Alear, kill that Kamen Rider!"
("AttackRide: Illusion!") Cue Decade splitting into two. "You seriously want my life? Try and take it!"
Decade and the clone from him fights both genders of Alear, while the Dark Army continues the massacre.
"No... the Divine One can't be dead! Not yet!" Decade fighting Alear. "You know the 12 Emblems! You are the Divine Dragon!"
"Yeah... But we're one with the Realitiers now." Female Alear giggles. "Actually... I should just kill you and have this driver in her leading hands."
"The leader of the Order of the Pariah!?" Decade is surprised.
Male simply strikes a Decade. Both of the Rider has enough of it, so he reached out for Zero-One and Saber Rider Cards.
"This fight would've been easier for me if you didn't went for the Emblem from the start." *inserts the cards*
Transforming into Zero-One and Saber (Dragon), the battle is has becoming more even, as the Emblem of Beginnings no longer has the higher ground.
"Damn!" Male Alear struck by Decade: Zero-One.
"Ahhh!" Female Alear struck by Decade: Saber.
As the day draws close, both pairs are still fighting, distracted Decade from the Dark Army, who is literally laying bloody waste to Battleworld.
"No... You let them go!" Decade is engaged.
"Final AttackRide" he proceeded with Rider Kick to each. Alear has to transform themselves into Fire Emblems. This sent both pair flying off the ground.
-*returns to base form and merge* "Damn it!" Decade is frustrated. "You're surprisingly powerful." *gets up* "Your Engage is real effective."
"Yes, it is." Male Alear confirmed. "The power of the Emblems... I got it with my mother, Lumera, after she got killed. The power from the Emblem, so I can reforge bonds and fight together with the warriors, not alone."
"Long story short, we were among the childrens of the Fell Dragon, Sombron." Female Alear revealed. "Then both we each betrayed each other at the end of the original war, us to graze the kindness of mother, and take the thousand-year long slumber and be bestowed of the divine power and aether from her, turning us half-Divine, half-Fell warrior that call themselves the Divine Dragon."
"Each of us, the 13th Emblem, the Connector..." Male Alear bloated (in an epic way, much to Decade's shock). "We are guided by the Emblems. In the second war, we were each eventually able to defeat father, and end his terror once and for all, saving Elyos just like a millennium prior."
"And as a bonus, we even got our otherwise defective sister." Female Alear continued. "Another child of Sombron. Lady Veyle."
"We became the Divine Dragon King or Divine Dragon Queen of Lythos, after the second war is over, in case you were wondering what's our happily ever after." Male Alear concluded. "But one day, we got another reality check. This time, we answered the Order of the Pariah, and we were truly awakened as a result."
"With the power of the Emblems, the Divine power and the Fell power in one pack, we have-" Female Alear concluded-
"Why are you with the Order now?" Decade questioned. "Why did you let them take over all of Elyos then!?"
"What?" Male Alear is caught off guard.
"Oh no." Female Alear realized. "He's going to..."
"Double, OOO, Fourze, Wizard, Gaim, Drive, Ghost, Ex-Aid, Build, Zi-O, Zero-One!" K-Touch 21.
"Final KamenRide: Decade Complete 21!" *cue the transformation*
"Run!" Alear just fled away.
Meanwhile...
"Lady Veyle of Gradlon..."/"グラドロンのヴェイル..." Nekron rises Veyle. "Rise."
Veyle appears as her loyal self, black dress and normal parts and all... except for the enchanted helmet, and she has red and violet mismatched eyes.
"Welcome, master. What are father doing?" Veyle told the Dark Army.
"Lady Veyle, the Former Defect, we're currently taking care of the Fell Dragon." Darkseid revealed. "You can visit him and the old Divine Dragon later."
"Sister..." Both the Alear finally approached. They both collapsed afterwards.
"Brother? Sister?" Veyle noticed Alear.
"Decade... He just beat me..." Male Alear passes out.
"Complete... 21..." Female Alear passed out.
"What!?" The Dark Army is caught off guard. "Lady Veyle, he..."
"What? What? What!?" Veyle is ridiculed.
Decade and his summons ultimate forms, all approaching the Dark Army.
"What have you done to Alear?" Veyle is upset. "My father will... no, no-"
The summons attacked the Dark Army, forcing them, Alear and Veyle to all retreat.
"Well, what a waste of my time." Decade un-summoned. "Time to recruit the Riders and our associates. Also, this world is being ravaged already. Sorry, the Divine Dragon and Lady Veyle..."
And so, Decade left, and went to recruit Kamen Riders, Super Sentais and Power Rangers, just like in the previous omniversal war. By the time he's finished...
11:55 P.M.
"So we're going to fight across the omniverse?" Ohma Zi-O (Sougo Tokiwa from 2068).
Decade explains what he got in the Battleworld ruins and falling domains, where and when he saw Alear (both genders), Veyle and the Dark Army.
"To agree on who gets the miracle, the one who becomes the next Emblem, I heard..." Sougo Tokiwa, the man destined to be the king, noted.
"Their name is Alear, and their sister is Veyle." Decade then recapped the backstory and the venture of both wars.
Suddenly, holographic monitors surrounded the entire fleet of heroes all at once. The Sentais are especially surprised to see this so suddenly.
Meanwhile...
"There you go." Ms. Continuum is surprised.

It doesn't take long for the group to realize what the renegade girl is talking about.
The three sides watches through the screens, and finally, as the clock strikes 0...
"SPECIAL URGENT BROADCAST"
"Congratulations to all of the existence out there." A woman as the announcer.
"What?" Super Hero Time is confused.
"What the hell is this?" The Rangers are confused.
"Oh no... I recognize those wordings..." The man recognized.
"Mira..." The woman replied. "Was she a predecessor of this?"
POV unblurs, revealing the woman to be the leader of the Order. Unmasked, and in front after the white background.
"You!" Ma realized who.
"With the exposing of the hypertime, you saw the entire omniverse and wound up against the Anti-Life." The leader in behalf of the Order. "Sweet survival of yours thus far... by sacrificing numerous realities."
"I wonder... how many of your allies and allying enemies have died?" Said the unmasked. "Try remembering... those that suffered fates worse than death as of recently." *montages appears*
"No... She... It's her rules that..." Ma sees the montage, while the announcing walks. "You're seeing my point... Realitiers and gambits alike beating down worlds..."
-*more montages appears in the screen(s)*
"What the..." Ringo is ridiculed. "Unscientific! Insane!"
"The Fell Divinity, corrupted altogether." This leader woman continued. "Those corrupted by the Anti-Life and those who crushed by retcons."
"What!?" Decade noticed the words. "Isn't they... No... Damn..."
"Those 'threats' you all once exterminated." *shows some montage of past omniversal wars*
"You... she's bringing up..." Ms. Continuum is shocked.
"We were... killed." Marin saw the brief montage.
"The despair you've felt and accumulated and those crises that none of you can truly forget." Leader woman continued. "I'm extremely touched!"
"More insane than Mira. Mira was a psychologist and neurologist, but this woman..." The man felt something.
"All of existence, we would like to give you a present." This woman offered.
"Save all worlds." The three sides except the two in black.
"There'll be so that: crises collide!" The leader gets visibly lunatic. "Let's break reality itself! You'll fight for your existence!"
"Crisis?" Ms. Continuum is surprised.
"We've still got many more wonderful crises prepared for all of you, so look forward to it!" The erratic leader. "The next stage will commence the next morning. Let's have some fun together!"
"Oh well, here we go again..." Three sides except Renegade Ringo and Ma.
Morning. 6:00 A.M. It's now 15th day, and the CXA is standing throughout the now-abandoned Asteria, fireworks on top of the island.
"We're threatened." Ma looks up at the sky.
Spaceships from countless worlds flying across Reality Zero... as improvised blimps.
"We must save the reality again." Ms. Continuum replied.
And across space... spaceships from countless realities, everywhere as blimps. They indicates... the next stage.
