It's been quite a while since Sombron was defeated. Female Alear has been crowned as the new Divine Dragon Queen, and currently she's sitting in the place where her (adoptive and royal) mother, Lumera (ルミエル, Lumiere), kept her during the slumber. Gazing as the Emblem ring of her own, she ponders about the journey that led her to the second war. Especially Sombron (ソンブル, Sombre), her fell father who treated her and siblings like disposable obedient pawns.
"May I?" A king appeared behind the female.
"Huh?" Female Alear looks around.
It's Male Alear, her genderbent counterpart.
"Oh. You seems... rather... I don't know what to describe you in general." Female Alear is surprised. "You have same split colors, dressed in the same white robes with royal armaments. Even the sword and that Fire Emblem is identical to mine."
"Same to you." Male Alear replied. "So it seems like I have just met the other me. I don't know what led me to here, but I..."
"You seems to have undergone the same journey, fought the same wars as I did. Apparently, even had the same mother as mine, Lumera." Female Alear continued. "May I ask your name?"
"Alear."/"リュール"/"Lueur." Male Alear introduced himself. "Divine Dragon King."/"神竜王"
"You look like me as a handsome man." Female Alear pointed.
"You look like me as a beautiful woman." Male Alear figured it out.
"Does that means..." Female Alear realized.
"We're the same person but different people!" Both gasped.
"Sister, I heard that there's- wait..." Veyle approached. "What!? There's an imposter!"
"No, I'm not!" Male Alear is shocked. "It's me, Alear! I'm your brother, Veyle!"
"No! I don't have a brother!" Veyle refuted.
"Wait... he's not an imposter!" Female Alear realized. "He must be me as your brother!"
"I'm from another world. I'm her as a man." Male Alear confessed. "Veyle, your brother just got stuck in the same world as your sister."
"Ummm... so you two are the same Divine Dragon but different?" Veyle questioned. "The same person, only different in... uh..."
"Oh... I don't remember myself being that curvy... sorts of." Male Alear replied. "And the other me doesn't have the king body I am. And yet, otherwise we're the exact same."
"He is struggling to describe our differences." Female Alear told Veyle, who's native to this world. "Please bear in mind with that."
"So ultimately, I got either a brother, or a sister...?" Veyle is confused. "I only thought about the sister, and..."
"It's complicated, beyond our divine upbringing." Male Alear told Veyle. "I do not remember how I came here. I only remember everything from my world, wars included. We've been living for over a millennium. And like her, I went to slumber for being struck down for turning my blade against..."
A brief flashback of Male Alear helping Lumera to defeat Sombron, only to be struck down and go unconscious, spending the entire thousand years receiving the Divine energy, turning him from Fell Dragon into Divine Dragon.
Veyle final realizes that Alear and Alear are the same person but from different world or timeline. "Oh... I see."
Then conversation continued for a while, featuring whatever Male Alear experienced, and about Alear traveling into the past to advance, meeting the past self as such, and the relationship with the rest of Elyos. Once finished, the three then left the room and walked to exit the castle.
This seems like a royal circumstances from there on out, but...
"Oh no... Where's everybody?" Female quickly realized something's wrong. "People were en- no!"
What's in front of them are the castle seemingly intact, and a horrifying sight outside, a wasteland on Elyos with stuffs and points from several other realities, crashed down. Unsurprisingly, these creeps the three off.
"It's just a few hours, and no other has..." Male Alear is caught off guard. "What are these!? I don't recognize any of it!"
"I... I can't... believe..." Veyle is in denial. "What's going on?"
"Clanne! Framme! Where are you!?" Female Alear shouted. "Vander! Alfred! Diamant! Ivy! Timerra[\Misutira]! Mauvier[Mauve]!"
No response anyways.
"They're gone..." Male Alear is disappointed. "Does that mean..."
"At the very least, they disappeared." Female Alear revealed. "They're nowhere to be found. I can feel it: none from Elyos but us are to be!"
Suddenly, the Fire Emblem in both genders shone. Turns out, the Emblems wishes to accompany Alear again.
"Oh, so I don't have to wait for 1000 years after all." Female Alear is pleasantly surprised. "It's been a while though. Fire Emblem, Engage!"
"Yeah. We're back! Fire Emblem, Engage!" Male Alear shouted.
Alear transforms into the Emblem, instantly changing to their pre-coronation outfit in white, and their hair turns blue, same as Lumera. The 12 Emblems are summoned, taking the forms of the heroes from past worlds.
"Nobody has to necessarily wait for 1000 years after all." Emblem Marth. "So you want to let us all fight together."
"Wait... There's something wrong." Emblem Roy noticed. "There's not one of her, but..."
"There's two. Two different person assuming the same place and the same Emblems." Emblem Erika and Ephraim pointed it out.
"How is this possible? There can't be two ones each!" Emblem Sigurd is caught off guard.
"Oh no... Does that means..." Emblem Corrin too.
"They're the... two Connectors!?" Emblem Ike raised suspicion. "One of them can't be-"
Alear simply looks behind, freaking the Emblems out.
"He's from another world, same as my sister but different, he'd be my brother, and he got you Emblems." Veyle pointed it out. "In his world, I'm his sister. Please bear it in mind."
"Sorry. It's the other me, he knows you with battles." Female Alear nervous. "He interacting me directly isn't the only thing strange happening across Elyos."
"We knows what's the multiple worlds would be, as we're echoes of other worlds." Emblem Cecilia noted. "And yet..."
"Look around. So much things littered from other worlds that not even any of you know about." Male Alear suggested. "I have no idea how I or these ended up here."
Note: "You can search and search-but there's no point. You might meet the original hero. But Emblems are not the same beings-we are not them."
The Emblems looked around. They cannot move too far away from the ring(s), but they were able too see. However, some Emblems oddly feels vaguely familiar to some things.
"It feel like... a black baseball club." Emblem Roy looks at a Home-Run Bat.
"Those redundant... logs?" Emblem Lucina saw some Mokujins lying around.
Suddenly, a blinding light flashes throughout all of Elyos. "Seize it,"
"Argh!"
The light then subdued, revealing somewhere entirely different. A desert with skeletons littered everywhere.
"A wasteland. But how!?" Emblem Byleth noticed.
Suddenly, a certain whistle is blown from behind the party.
"Emblem of the Crisis. It will be a literal... game-changer." A mysterious, elegant yet ecstatic voice.
"Not about the Emblem of the Foundation. Not the Dark Emblem either. But..." Female Alear looks around.
A shadow in form of a woman, wearing armors in only her limbs only, appears behind Veyle. The Fell child screamed.
"Veyle!" Alear noticed.
"What!? IS!? THIS!?" Veyle is scared.
"Subjugation to all realities," The shadow spoke.
Male Alear slashed the shadow wide open, but it dissipated. Then it appeared behind him.
"What!?" Male Alear is shocked.
"So you are the former child of the Fell Dragon." The shadow whispered Alear, two places at once. *teleports into one in front of the party*
"You... how'd you know me?" Female Alear questioned.
"Simple. I watched your reality and its history." The shadow bluntly replied. "I don't mean it metaphorically or rhetorically or poetically or theoretically or in any other fancy way."
"Who are you!?" The Emblems points to the shadow.
"I am the Crisis." The shadow then dissipated again.
"What?" Emblem Marth is confused. "Crisis?"
"The only kind of 'Crisis' she could have meant... as she said 'subjugation to all realities'..." The Emblems thought. "That's it! We were first summoned to defeat the Fell Dragon over 1000 years ago!"
"Back then, me and siblings were Fell childrens..." Veyle noted.
Alear quickly recounted their involvement prior to the slumber.
"Papa killing brother, sister... poor Alear." Veyle sighed.
"I wonder who else is in this strange place..." Emblem Ike looks around.
"What's this... mechanical thing?" Emblem Micaiah noticed Freedy Fazbear, the animatronic.
The party approached the animatronic, only for the Freddy to suddenly jumpscare. Cue the Emblems screams and briefly contract themselves into the rings.
"Ahhh! Scary!" Veyle rushed away in fear.
"No!" Alear ran away as well.
"Please! My dear child!" Lumera's voice followed.
The party stopped, and looked back. In place of Freddy, it's Lumera.
"Mother?" Alear noticed. "You..."
"It's me. Your mother. Lumera, the late Divine Dragon Queen." Lumera replied. "I missed you. I'm so proud you actually beat the Fell Dragon and became-"
"Not possible! You must be a Corrupted!" Veyle refuted. "Because you're brought back! Again!"
"Oh, my sweet killer, my would-be adopted daughter." Lumera told Veyle. "No, I am not a Corrupted. I'm your true new mother. Poor killer, whose Mage Dragon mama got killed by ungrateful men."
"I-I-I... I cannot accept this. You only came back because... someone else with Fell powers revived you." Veyle refused.
"Mother, are you really yourself?" Alear questioned.
"Yes, I definitely am." Lumera conceded. "I even had my Divine powers restored, and I-"
"Are we all hallucinating?" Emblem Corrin is confused.
"Elyos. It is being destroyed, and neither you nor me can do anything about it." Lumera revealed. "This time however, it is not the Lord Sombron, who I just allied with, is behind such destruction. Some forces beyond all our worlds-"
"You actually allied with the Fell Dragon again!?" Alear is shocked.
"Papa!?" Veyle is shocked. "You actually... again!?"
"How!?" The Emblems is surprised.
"The Fell Dragon, Lord Sombron." Lumera revealed. "He's back, and now he friended me. Let's go together, Alear. Be ready to Engage, my dear-"
Veyle attacked Lumera the same way she once killed her, this (third) time knocking her out. "Why. Why? Why!?"
-*gets up* "Veyle, you are trying to kill me, your new mother, again?" Lumera is mildly disappointed. "Your previous mother was kind and affectionate, and there was so much love within her. But she died before you could truly appreciate what you had. Right, Veyle?"
"Yes, it's true." Veyle begrudgingly agreed. "But if I had to kill you, shatter your heart in order to save you, so be it."
"We understand your agony. We mourned you." Female Alear sighed. "Why do you now intend to torn us apart like the Fell Dragon tried to!?"
"My sister knows it was her fault that led to you dying in the first place! Can't you understand her!?" Male Alear tried to convince Lumera. "The second war... she stole the rings for her father... she now regret these, and the other her in general! Can't you understand her suffering, mother!?"
"My dear child, that sister of yours killed me so she could steal the rings for the Fell-" Then Lumera got hit by the same attack that originally killed her.
-*gasps* "Oh no... she fell down, but she isn't killed at all!" Veyle realized. "She's got full traces of the Divine Dragon! She's not a Corrupted!"
"Indeed, I am not. Instead, I have transcended." Lumera confirmed. "Actually, I'm far more powerful than even I ever was as a Corrupted."
"It's a shame, really. I thought this could be the ultimate reunion with my dear child." Lumera is disappointed. "But anyone blocking the way between me and the Order cannot be suffered to live."
"It's ludicrous to think you might murder me a third time." Lumera dismissed. "How are you so foolish? This is your last chance to exist as my child... and our Emblems. Stay with me-"
"And what if we refused forever?" Female Alear asked. "The mother I loved, the one who treated me with your kindness... wanted me to fight on, go strong with divinity... She wants me to-"
"Then die, you defects!" Lumera scoured. "My child, if you truly miss your mother so badly, then join me! Or your existence will..."
This shook Alear (both genders) and Veyle, leading them to cower in fear. And...
"That... Sombron... Mother... has... no, no, no... How...? No... you're... ruined... What...!? No, no, no, no no no no no...! NOOOOO!!!!!" Alear broke down.
Veyle screamed in terror. The screams echoes through space, followed by the same whistle that led them to notice in the first place.
"Using foreign shits we knows about to break the resolute brats down." The Anti-Life girl watching from afar. "Good job, Lord Sombron!"/"よくやった、ソンブレ卿さん!"
"Mission complete. Report to Nekron that I have finished all its missions." Sombre told the girl. "And bring those targets."
Later...
"Welcome, Veyle of Gradlon."/"ようこそ、グラドロンのヴェイル" The girl welcomed Veyle, who is forced into reverting to the (previously lost) evil personality.
"Father, I'm back." Veyle then bows to Sombron. "And I brought back this divine child of yours."
"Finally, now we're all together as a family." Sombron is satisfied. "Right, the Divine Dragon?"
"I'm so happy you actually, finally accepted!" Lumera exclaimed. "Now, we're also a part of the great Order."
"Engage." Alear takes the Emblems and joins the Order of the Pariah on behalf of them and the family.
And so, with the ensuing waste on Elyos and the Divine Dragon missing from the Lythos, the Elyos is going to be destroyed. Only two of its peoples other than the newly-recruited Divine-Fell family survived the ruins: Clanne and Framme, hiding in.
