The alliance spent the rest of the day doing errands and preparing for the whole schtick. Meanwhile, in the Beach...
"Where are we...?" An inmate woke up.
"Hello, Junpei Tenmyouji! You've finally awakened." It's the Singularity. Arch-Sigurd, still possessing Bayonetta.
"WHOA! What the hell is this!?" Junpei is caught off-guard. "And you... you are without the Omnitrix..."
"Wha? So you remember that war where I served the empress?" The Singularity recognized Junpei and co. "You're six of those dangerous espers who spied on the Zerobreaker?"
"You mean Omnia!? GENJITSU-NO-OMNIA?!" Junpei is flabbergasted.
"You like my new body? It's Bayonetta all over." The Singularity then laughed. "Cereza looks good, as expected from a dreaded Umbra Witch."
Junpei then grabbed and wanked the bars and spouted expletives straight on the Singularity. They chuckled against him, and revealed the cell's physical debuffs and the ability to electrocute the designated inmates whenever powers are used.
"And it's powered by our customized Kizna system. You can't escape until we open the cell."
"FUCK!" Junpei bashed on the bars. "Why are we here!?"
"Because you spied on whatever the threats are, such as the empress. And you did everything intellectual for all kinds... whatever befalls the plans of ours." The Singularity explained. "Therefore, to be safe by preventing such standby and communication from your part, you're all in our prison."
"Who's in charge of this shit?" Junpei gets hard.
"The Order of Pariah, led by the Queen herself." The Singularity revealed. "Resistance is a taboo, because the third rule says: 'Death to all traitors'! Geddit?"
"So you expect us to... obey." Akane Kurashiki, already woken and heard.
"Akane!" Junpei hugged Akane.
"Awww, look at two inmates embracing." The Singularity mocked both. "What a heartwarmer in this miserable destiny." *giggles*
"How about you get me and Junpei and all our friends out?" Akane threatens the Singularity.
"Not without the permission from the Queen. Hmph!" The Singularity refuted.
"Ask the hell out of this queen of yours!" Junpei shouted.
"The Crash Keys as well. We imprison them to make sure they don't get to save you. Or even remotely pull our secrets." The Singularity walks away.
"What about the AB Project?!" Akane questioned.
"All but one of the elements we had to get around. Special Office of Internal Security from your world, too." The Singularity leaves.
Shortly after that, Junpei used morphogenetic resonance - thanks to him being a SHIFTer, but upon activation... *zaps the six*
"OUCH!" The six woke from the ele-shock.
"Argh! To hell with this cell!" Junpei is frustrated. "I got it! If we do the morphogenetics and SHIFT ourselves, we gets electrocuted!"
"Spacetime Human Internal Fluctuating Transfer triggers the shock here, guys." Akane cries. "We don't have any mean to escape."
"Sorry, forgot where we are." Sigma Klim replied. "I'll try to activate my 22-year old ass-"
"Don't!" Junpei warned Sigma.
He didn't listen, but did the SHIFT. The six gets electrocuted again.
"Just back off, grandpa- I mean, father!" Phi responded.
Diana calms Phi down before the latter could cuss toward Sigma. Akane cowers down, realizing that they're no longer allowed to use their SHIFT, period.
"I remember why we're being imprisoned. Those prove is dangerous enough to be here!" Cue Carlos explaining what they did in the previous war. Some guards just stood there and listened the story, and from there...
As it turns out, the leader, that black-to-gray hair and blue-eye queen with dark armor for limbs, dressed in red is free to build the Order and plan something big, thanks to several cycles caused by the Zerobreaker committing genocide and dead war across the omniverse. The caster plucks out powers and abilities to add to her being, and smashes the Zero Point when she's caught by all. She did it in order to destroy the Zero Point for real, and then cause a paradox event horizon to recreate the Zero Point so she can control the nexus core for herself. As a result, the Zerobreaker constantly refreshes the existence itself just to get more power in the interim, which gave a colossal window of opportunity for the Order to prepare anything for anything.
Oops. So once the SHIFTers finished, the guards outright confirm how that opportunity for used during the Zerobreaker. And then the guards left.
"Uh oh. Looks like that woman actually allowed that 'queen' to rise to further power." Carlos realized. "Zerobreaker fucked up more than we ever realized!"
"Alright, that's enough!" Akane grabbed Carlos.
"Do we have any more idea?!" Junpei complained.
"No, accessing morphogenetic field counts as using our powers, which would trigger the system and electrocute us!" Sigma rejected.
"No no no no no no no no!" Phi lashed out. "Then there's no use! We're fucking-"
-*ping*
"We nearly forgot those two." The same guards that told the SHIFTers about the opportunity... and then some, all has just brought in Delta, the Q and the robot Sean.
"Olden brother?" Phi noticed.
"Sean!?" The rest noticed.
"Open sesame." A guard authenticated with his face to open the cell.
Unfortunately, that guard has a keychain that contains a Super Star powerup. Junpei and Akane were both quick to recognize it.
-*cell open* And both instantly punctured the keychain. The guards reacted, but not fast enough.
"No!" That guard screams.
A rainbow flash briefly engulfed the area, followed by the rainbow aura surrounding the unwed.
"What a window of an opportunity." Akane kills the guards using the power of Super Star. "We reacted faster, now we've got a way out."
"We're invincible for a short while." Junpei invited everyone nearby. "We seek the way out. Now we all escape!"
Junpei ripped that guard's head, and then used it to open the cell and free several inmates, all at very high speed sure to the Star.
"My fucking god..." Delta is surprised.
And as the Super Star expired, Junpei himself returned to the rest of the SHIFTers, and they all went to escape... And reacting all that, the alarm...
"Warning! Security breach! Security breach! Security breach! Security breach! Security breach! Warning! Security breach! Security breach! Security breach! Security breach! Security breach!"
"Shit!" Arc-Sigurd realized.
Everyone who's freed then took a nearby emergency rift and escaped, getting back to the omniverse. SHIFTers stood to ensure the safety.
"Well, here be dragons!" Sigma then led the last of escapees except SHIFTers to leave.
"Well, that's everyone that I was able to break free." Junpei replied.
"Good, Tenmyouji," Sigma patted Junpei. "We're almost done."
"What else should we do? We've freed like-" Diana asked.
A magic bullet barely missed all 8.
"Oh, I recognize you all." Arc-Sigurd shot it. "And now you've more of that old man, plus a new companion."
"Leave Sean alone." Delta objected.
"All eight of you, you all managed to not only break free, but also helped dozens of other cells to get the same!" Arc-Sigurd revealed.
"I and Akane punctured a keychain of a guard, and got the damn sake, the Super Star from Mario!" Junpei admitted. "Got it? Now we're heading out."
"NOOO!" Arc-Sigurd teleported to the front of emergency rift.
"Also, you seems like... BAYONETTA?!" Sigma realized.
"Arch-Eve Omega." Arc-Sigurd responded.
"Wait a second..." Junpei stalled the scene verbally.
And the SHIFTers are staggered. They have SHIFTed, switching their consciousness to the very small past.
"What else should-" but the SHIFT complete, the two versions were successfully switched.
"Bayonetta?" And the switched version ends up...
"Arc-Sigurd."-"In Bayonetta ω!"/"ωバヨネッタだ!" *shoots*
...doomed. While our version to the past got extra time.
"SHIFT complete! Goodbye, Arch-Eve Omega! That junior Singularity is Bayonetta's body!" Junpei entered the emergency rift.
The magic bullet missed, and the rest of the SHIFTers escaped.
"Damn it!" And then Arc-Sigurd sensed a difference. "No... they actually SHIFTed. They did it."
And Singularity shouted "FUCK!" hard and loud.
Meanwhile...
"Well, during the Infinite Godmodders incident, why did you sacrifice your existence?" The Godmodder asked.
"Mr. Richard, it's because we had enough of the teardown of existence itself, from unlimited ragequitting and infinite madness." Riane replied. "But who is the Omni-Godmodder?"
"The one who perpetuated the incident. He used to be an ordinary godmodder." The Godmodder explained. "And then, he decided to lash out at existence itself sure to an incident, which led to him trying to hack the Zero Point. He succeeded, and so used that to make people in the omniverse suffer like I used to do to many other in servers I was..."
"And?" Zar while playing with serums.
"I was one of the prime victims of his exploits." The Godmodder continued. "He actually twisted space-time to bypass the weakness-fixing nature of godmodders, meaning I got to be tortured by tuba again. But worse: I got killed COUNTLESS TIMES FROM IT ALONE!"
"Quiet, you're disrupting the sleep." Teras shushed. "It's midnight. Day 16."
"Don't shout, dud." Zar agreed.
"Ok. But thanks to you three, that dogshit got erased from existence altogether. I no longer got hurt by tuba afterwards." The Godmodder finished. "I still hate and dread of tuba. Uzi gun doof."
"We don't really know how did we returned to existence, after quite a while nonexistent." Riane looked up at the sky. "But the Zero respects us."
"Yeah, the Zero Point isn't the only one shaping the omniverse." Zar agreed. "I mean, any form of canon, otherwise fictional, gotta happen somewhere in hypertime, isn't it?"
"Fourth wall doesn't care." Teras agreed.
"Yeah, Mr. Beholder." Zar pat the crystal showing Teras.
"Whassup, Tuba boy? I wanted to stay up to watch the infinite sky!" UserZero approached.
"Uzi, come and watch." Riane invited.
"Woah, the sky's unlimited, just as the Zero itself!" UserZero looks up.
"All while our alliance is preparing for some war perpetuated by the Order of the Pariah." The Godmodder replied. "This shouldn't have been canon though."
"Chipping away the fourth wall again, huh?" Zar heard it.
UserZero chuckles, while Teras whistles.
"Wait..." The Godmodder noticed. "There's 8 stars falling towards us!"
Everyone else then looked at that, and indeed the 'stars' are falling. And they fell to a water body in front the fivesome, splashing nearby.
"Huh?"
Then not long after, eight figures rose up. Six carried two.
"It's..." The Godmodder realized.
"Finally... we escaped."
"You're... the missing 8!" Riane has finally found out.
"Junpei Tenmyouji here. We were in the prison of the 'Beach', from the Order of the Pariah."
"Mr. Tenmyouji... it's you, and your friends!" The Godmodder hugged Junpei.
"And you're? Wait..." Akane noticed the lost trio. "I... I..."
"I have a Fixer and an Arbiter, a cybernetic Claw, and their Beholder. These three sacrificed their existence to save the existence from a being called the Omni-Godmodder." The Godmodder (re-)introduced the three. "Can any of you confirm?"
Akane peeked through the morphogenetic field with SHIFT to read her past and wouldn't she know it till so...
"You... you three are..." Akane recognized.
"Nice to meet you again, miss June."/"また会えて嬉しいです、紫さん" Greeted Riane.
"You saved us all..." Akane hugged Riane. "You saved us from that brat!"
"What happened?" The Godmodder questioned the escape.
"Firstly, 3 weeks ago, quite a while after the end of the Zerobreaker, we folded down all traces that doesn't match the respective worlds, and went back to ours." Carlos explained. "Our 'canon' is back to normal, and so is the morphogenetic field that were constantly drifted throughout the Zerobreaker war which prevented us from SHIFTing any further from the timelines we directly experienced."
"And suddenly, two people masquerading as Noah and Mio came." Junpei continued it. "We were able to deduced that neither of them were truly Ouroboros or Moebius, and yet..."
-*flashback*
"You're neither Ouroboros nor Moebius, I know it compared to our limited SHIFTing that knows of both of you at the time!" Sigma told N and M.
"It doesn't matter which version of Noah and Mio we are." N confronting the SHIFTers. "We're here to take you down, and imprison you all."
"What about the Crash Keys!? What about the religious fanatic?!" Akane responded.
"You're both more evil than Moebius N and M ever were! Or for that matter, that Z or Alpha!" Phi objected. "We won't surrender!"
"Then I'll simply beat you down." M coldly took her rings. "No more big deal. No hard feelings."
"Heartless, unlike Mio or her M!" Carlos pointed a gun towards M.
"You'll soon regret this." Akane declared. "Also, Radical-6 isn't supposed to have anything to do with you Aionios people!"
"Disappointing. Regretful. Mistaken." N unsheathes his Sword of the End. "You have no qualms of twisting your consciousness to our detriment. The Order of the Pariah thusly arrest you all."
"Because SHIFTing is dangerous to you?!" Sigma yelled.
"Because it can strike down our plans. That ability, those morphogenetic fields make you dangerous for us." N revealed. "Also, as an bonus, that kind of mental tine travelling is to be punished. We do not want the same scenario as those Founders of their City contacting that one villainess who tried to leak everything."
-*flashback ends*
"And... we were quickly overpowered by those shitty versions of the Aionios duo, and got knocked unconscious and ended up in the upgraded cell." Junpei concluded. "Not only the bars are overly hardened, we got no weapon. And our SHIFT not only restricted like in the Zerobreaker war, but outright banned. SHIFTing only electrocuted us even if only one of us used it."
"Or the morphogenetic field, for that matter." Delta added. "And the first 6 were in coma for 3 full weeks! Not long after their wake-up, I and Sean got added, and..." *explains how SHIFTers and broken free ones managed to escape (above)*
"Back to the islands."
