Track type: Superspeedway
Everyone was so excited for the next track on the schedule: Talladega, a track where anyone can win, a big superspeedway where three, even four wide is possible, but the Big One can take anyone out if you're not careful. Codi Gizmodi makes her second start in the #38, while Al, still driving for Front Row, will drive the #36. Also, Jake who missed the Daytona 500, will make his debut in the #62 car for Beard Motorsports.
SATURDAY (QUALIFYING)
Everyone went out to qualify. The Cheetah was looking to claim pole position as she had the fastest car in the first round of qualifying and she had her result as she crossed the start finish line.
"That's pole position right boys?" The Cheetah asked with cockiness.
#14 Radio: P4 Cheetah.
"NO! THERE'S NO WAY!" The Cheetah shouted in shock.
"THAT'S POLE POSITION RIGHT?! I WANNA HEAR YOU SAY IT!" Marshall exclaimed.
#11 Radio: That's pole position Marshall!
"LET'S GO BOYS! Let's make the most of this tomorrow!" The Dalmatian said with joy.

Marshall chose the inside lane, but Coral behind him did not get a good restart which caused Marshall to lose the lead already and the Duke led the first lap.
LAP 2/188 Leader: Duke of Flappington
Commentary: Trouble turn 4! Hubcap has lost a tire and he'll spin down on the track! Everyone misses him and we are under caution for the first time today.

#34 Radio: Hubcap we think something is broken.
"NOT EVEN 2 LAPS! GOD THESE TIRES SUCK!" Hubcap shouted.
LAP 7/188 Leader: Duke of Flappington
GREEN FLAG
The Duke was able to block Rubble on the inside, but the Cheetah had momentum on the outside and was able to take the lead.
LAP 8/188 Leader: The Cheetah
However, Claw with the help from Coral would get side by side for the race lead.
LAP 26/188 Leader: Claw
Claw was leading with Ella, Liberty, and Coral right behind
"Ask the Toyotas if we're putting together again like we did at Daytona." Claw said.
#23 Radio: We're getting them on board with the plan now.
LAP 35/188 Leader: Tracker
Tracker and Rocky were side by side battling for the lead, but the Toyotas behind were ready to pit.
#11 Radio: Pit this time Marshall.
#54 Radio: It's bubble time Coral.
#23 Radio: Lead the way Claw.
Commentary: And the Toyotas are pitting, and Everest has a lot of speed coming to the pits! Everest locks up, AND SHE GOES AROUND! SHE'LL HIT THE OUTSIDE WALL, BUT WE STAY GREEN.
"Come on Eve. You can't do that." Marshall sadly said as she saw Everest spin out in front of him.
"Did she have too much speed?" Skye asked.
#20 Radio: Yeah Skye.
"I'm so sorry guys. I just lost it." Everest apologized.
#45 Radio: Keep your head up Everest. It's a long race.
LAP 39/188 Leader: Sweetie
#1 Radio: Pit this time Sweetie. You'll have a lot of cars following you.
Sweetie got on the brakes and sure enough, Tracker, Rocky, all the Hendrick cars, and others pitted with her giving Gasket the lead for the time being.
LAP 41/188 Leader: Gasket
#41 Radio: Time to shine Gasket. Lead the cars to the pits.
Commentary: Gasket will lead a bunch of Fords on pit road, AND WE GOT ANOTHER ONE SPINNING! THE CHEETAH SPINS OUT JUST LIKE EVEREST, BUT THIS TIME SHE'S STUCK ON THE PITS! #14 Radio: Get it re-fired Cheetah.
"I can't! The right front tire is down, I can't go anywhere!" The Cheetah panicked.
LAP 43/188 Leader: Rex
"I gotta pit guys." Rex said on the radio.
#43 Radio: Stay out, stay out! There's a car still on pit road.
CAUTION
#9 Radio: Caution is out Chase.
"That means we'll cycle to the lead right?" The German Shepherd asked.
#9 Radio: That is correct.
The other cars who hadn't pitted yet made their pit stops which put Chase as the leader of the race.
LAP 48/188 Leader: Chase
GREEN FLAG
Chase got a good restart but Mayor Humdinger was already side by side with him.
#48 Radio: It's important to get ahead of the #9 Humdinger.
"I'm trying, but Ryder won't help me!" The mayor complained.
LAP 60/188 Leader: Mayor Humdinger
Chase and the mayor were side by side for more than half a lap, until finally one got ahead of the other.
#9 Radio: You got help from the #1. And, clear. You are clear of the #48. Control both lanes here Chase.

CAUTION #9 Radio: You got it Chase. Great job!
"Thanks guys. Let's keep pushing!" Chase exclaimed.
Everyone came to pit road, but Marshall would win the race off pit road because he took fuel only.

GREEN FLAG
Marshall with the help of Zuma would get clear of Leo on the outside and would maintain the lead.
#11 Radio: Alright Marshall. You are leading at Talladega.
"Let's keep it that way." Marshall replied.
LAP 71/188 Leader: Marshall
Marshall was leading on the inside but there was momentum on the outside from Zuma and the orange and blue Ford Mustang would now have the lead.
#4 Radio: You're clear of the #11, take control here.
"I got it dude." The Lab replied to his team.
LAP 78/188 Leader: Zuma
Commentary: Zuma leading on the inside, but up high! Liberty and Marshall have momentum! Liberty now leads and it's Marshall and Zuma battling for second behind!
#19 Radio: Stay with the #11. He'll help you.
"I trust Marsh all the way guys." Liberty replied.
LAP 92/188 Leader: Liberty
"We can't just sit here running in the 20's guys" Rex complained.
#43 Radio: Jump to the outside. Make a third lane and maybe you can go forward.
Rex jumped to the outside making it 3 wide for the time being and a few cars went with him and they were moving forward.
LAP 98/188 Leader: Liberty
#23 Radio: Outside is coming Claw, jump high
Commentary: Claw goes to the high side! 3-wide for the race lead! Claw surges ahead! What a move from the Doberman!
LAP 103/188 Leader: Claw
Commentary: Green flag pit stops will take place and now most of the Chevys are coming! Trackhouse, Hendrick, Rocky, and others all come to pit road for fuel only.
LAP 104/188 Leader: Liberty
Commentary: And now here come the Toyotas and a couple others of Chevys pit with them. They will also take fuel only, and it's Liberty who leads everyone off of pit road.
LAP 105/188 Leader: Zuma
Commentary: Zuma will lead all the Fords onto pit road and they also took fuel only and they are away. And we are getting a report. Rubble was speeding on pit road. He'll have to serve a pass through.
#22 Radio: #22 too fast on pit road.
"You've gotta be kidding me…" Rubble groaned.
LAP 116/188 Leader: Chase
Rubble would get lapped by the field, but instead of getting out of the way, he stayed in the middle of the pack to make sure he was the first car one lap down to get the free pass.
"What the hell is Rubble doing?!" Chase shouted.
"He almost wrecked the entire field." Liberty exclaimed angrily.
#2 Radio: Help Rubble. Make sure he stays ahead of the #14.
"Got it." Tuck replied.
LAP 120/188 Leader: Chase
Chase was looking to sweep the stages, but the Duke had Zuma and Dwayne right behind him.
#10 Radio: Get him Duke! Get him!
Chase tried to block him in the tri-oval, but the Duke had too much speed and barely beat Chase at the line.
LAP 121/188 Leader: Duke of Flappington

#10 Radio: You got him! Great work!
"Haha! No pup to stop me this time!" The Duke laughed.
#9 Radio: Sorry Chase. He got you right at the end.
"It's fine guys. Bigger picture is ahead of us." Chase remembered.
Everyone came down pit road to get four tires and fuel with the Duke maintaining the lead of the race.
LAP 127/188 Leader: Duke of Flappington

The Duke got away well but Claw on the outside was able to get ahead, but Dwayne who was helping him went to the inside and got the lead for himself.
#21 Radio: What a move Dwayne. 49 laps to go. Stay focused.
LAP 142/188 Leader: Dwayne
Dwayne and Ella were side by side for the lead soon, but things changed when they went into turn 3.
Commentary: TROUBLE TURN 3! DWAYNE GETS TURNED BY MOBY! HE'LL SLIDE ON THE APRON! MORE CARS CRASHING FURTHER BACK! HAROLD HUMDINGER, THE #38 OF CODI GIZMODI GETS COLLECTED, SAME WITH JAKE, AND THE CAUTION IS BACK OUT!

"I'm fine, just pissed off." Codi angrily replied.
#3 Radio: How's the car Harold? "Toe link is killed. I'm done." Harold replied.
#21 Radio: Keep the car stable. Good save.
"Darn! Who was that?" Dwayne asked.
#21 Radio: It was the #42.
"Figures." Dwayne said.
"I didn't mean to do that. I think we ran over a bump and I hit him wrong." Moby said.
Everyone came to pit road with different strategies. Some took fuel only while others took tires, some two, others four.
LAP 148/188 Leader: Ella
GREEN FLAG
Ella would get a good jump on the restart, but Claw would go to the lead with the help from Marshall.
#23 Radio: #11 with you, #12 inside, you've got the better help, you're clear Claw.
LAP 153/188 Leader: Claw
#41 Radio: Outside is coming, switch lanes Gasket.
"10-4 team. Let's have some wheel fun!" Gasket exclaimed.
LAP 157/188 Leader: ?
As she went to the outside, she was able to go 3-wide for the race lead, Ella was leading the bottom lane, Coral was leading the middle lane, and Gasket in the top lane. The top 34 were three wide and the crowd was going absolutely crazy for this race.

#12 Radio: Just hang in there Ella. #54 and #41 still on your outside.
LAP 160/188 Leader: Ella
Gasket and the rest out the outside lane would fade away leaving Ella as the race leader and Coral and the Duke fighting for 2nd place
#54 Radio: Come on Coral, you can get the lead.
"I don't think I have a fast enough car to pass the #12." Coral said, worried.
LAP 179/188 Leader: Ella
#20 Radio: We're not gonna be able to do anything just sitting here Skye. If we're gonna make a move, we better do it now.
"Tell my cuz I want to lead the draft. Maybe I can get us to the front." Skye suggested.
#54 Radio: Coral, they want the #20 to lead the outside lane because they feel the Toyotas can get to the front with her leading.
"Alright, go get 'em, cousin!" Coral exclaimed.
With some quick switching around, Skye was now leading the outside lane in 6th place, but the outside was stacked with Coral, Claw, Marshall, and Liberty all helping her.
LAP 184/188 Leader: Ella
Commentary: Trouble back straightaway! Rubble gets turned! Alex and Wheeler have nowhere to go, and Dwayne spins and hits the outside wall! Caution is back out.

#22 Radio: Rubble, bring the car to pit road, are you ok?
"I'm fine. No point in continuing." Rubble said as he shook his head. "Thanks #7."
#21 Radio: Dwayne are you ok?
"Car ain't though." Dwayne replied.
#7 Radio: Great job Alex. You wrecked the field.
"I do not need that right now." Alex replied.
With everyone lining up for the restart, some drivers worried that they didn't have enough fuel for another overtime restart if it happens.
#12 Radio: Ella, finish this race.
#42 Radio: Moby, you can do it. Play spoiler and be the hero.
GWC ATTEMPT #1 Leader: Ella

Ella got a terrible restart and it allowed Moby to claim the lead on the outside with the help of Sweetie going into turn 1.
Commentary: Moby leads into turn 1, but Ella is fighting back on the inside- AND HE GETS TURNED! MOBY HARD INTO THE OUTSIDE WALL! RYDER SPINS ON THE APRON, AND COMES BACK UP! GASKET HAS NOWHERE TO GO AND ABSOLUTELY CLOBBERS THE RIGHT SIDE OF RYDER'S CAR!

#42 Radio: Moby, stop the car, it's heavily damaged are you ok?
"FUCKING #1. SHE'LL NEVER LEARN!" Moby hollered.
#5 Radio: Ryder are you ok? "Ohhh… that hurt. I'm fine." Ryder replied but was in pain from the hit he took.
#41 Radio: Gasket, let us know if you're ok.
"The hit was so hard, the visor got knocked up from my helmet. I'm fine guys." Gasket replied.
Because there was at least another restart coming up, some guys decided to play it safe and pit for fuel while others stayed out.
#11 Radio: Pit Marshall, we don't think you can make it 2 more laps.
"We have a win at stake and you're telling me to give it up?!" Sweetie shouted.
#1 Radio: Better safe than sorry Sweetie.
#4 Radio: Play it safe Zuma. Come to the pits for fuel.
#8 Radio: PIT ROCKY! PIT PIT PIT!
"TOO LATE!" Rocky shouted.
"Please God do not let this car run out of fuel." It was Ella and Rocky on the front row to begin the restart and find out who would win the race.
GWC ATTEMPT #2 Leader: Ella

"NO! I'M OUT OF FUEL!" Coral shouted. She was running 5th, and it could not have come at a worst time.
#54 Radio: Stop the car, and wait for the race to be over. You won't make it back to the pits.
Commentary: Rocky on the outside of Ella with the help from Claw into turns 1 and 2. Rocky leads at Talladega!
#8 Radio: Stay with the #23. #12 has no help yet. You both are clear, block inside.
As they came off of turn 4 and into the tri-oval, Claw had a massive push from Shade and jumped to the outside, and with the help from Ella, he got the race lead.

WHITE FLAG Leader: Claw
Commentary: Claw leads at the white flag and he goes into turn 1! CLAW BLOCKS ELLA, HE BLOCKS HER AGAIN UP HIGH AND HE GOES AROUND! HE'LL COLLECT AT LEAST FIVE OTHER CARS! WILDCAT, LIBERTY, AND TUCK GET COLLECTED AND THE CAUTION WILL COME OUT! ROCKY ESCAPES THE CRASH AND HE WILL WIN AT TALLADEGA!

#23 Radio: Claw, that looked bad. Let us know if you're ok.
"Had this race won… HAD IT WON AND I MADE A STUPID BLOCK!" Claw shouted in frustration.
Claw climbed out of his car and chucked his helmet and walked away absolutely furious knowing he had the race won and he choked it away bad.
#2 Radio: Just bring it to the line. "I'll try, but it's killed." Tuck said re-firing his car
#16 Radio: Are you ok Wild?
"I hate this place." The feline replied, pissed off.
#8 Radio: WE GOT IT! SAVE FUEL ROCKY!
"WE JUST WON AT TALLADEGA!" WOOOOOOO!" Rocky cheered.
Rocky had enough fuel to bring the car around the tri-oval and take his second win of the season.
#12 Radio: Ella, I'm sorry. P2. If he didn't block you, you'd be the leader.
"Thanks guys. It hurts, but it's a good finish." Ella admitted.
#17 Radio: Great job avoiding the wreck! You're third place Rory!
"Phew. Adrenaline was pumping there. Purrfect dodging of the crash!" Rory exclaimed.
Rocky did his burnout at the start finish line and celebrated just like he did at Auto Club.
Reporter: Rocky, you escaped the crash to claim your second win of the season, how are you feeling right now?
"Oh man! This race taught me a very good lesson. Sometimes it's better to be lucky than good. I thought when we lost the lead to Claw on the white flag, I thought it was game over, but when he crashed, I was able to avoid it and yeah, here I am the winner! I LOVE TALLADEGA BABY! WHOOOOOOOO!" Rocky exclaimed.
