Darkworld Clan:
There wasn't much noise when Shelly woke, dripping water somewhere in the dark, a faint whistle of rotten-smelling air, and the soft breathing of someone beside her. A small crack of light shone down on her and Akiza from above. It was just enough illumination to confirm they were together, but not enough to see where they were. She lifted her arm to look at her duel disk and her deck was gone.
"Aw, you're awake." A voice sounded in the dark.
"Who's there!?" Shelly asked.
"We are the Underworld Alliance, and you are our prisoner's humans." The voice said.
"Why were we brought here? Why take humans prisoner? And what do ya' want with us!?" Shelly fired off questions in rapid succession.
"My, aren't we a nosey busy body, but let's try to answer these questions and put your mind to rest. You were brought here so you can't talk about what you've heard about us to any other humans. You're the first prisoners we've taken since this whole ordeal began with you humans invading our world, and we will not stand for it!!" The voice said.
Shelly kept her left arm cocked and in a defensive posture, ready to use her duel disk as a shield if needed.
"And now what are ya' goin to do with us?" Shelly asked as a small amount of worry crept in the back of her mind.
"Oh don't you fret human, we intend to kill you, slowly, painfully, but keep you alive just long enough to make sure you tell us everything you know!" The voice said menacingly. "Well, maybe fret a little bit. Hahahahaha!"
Akiza stirred awake from the noise and began mumbling as she did. "Mmmm.. what's going on, why's there so much noise?" She yawned and stretched, then looked around and saw Shelly. "Sis? What're you doing in my room?"
Shelly grabbed Akiza, and held her tight against herself, bringing her to full awareness of her surroundings.
"Sis!? Where are we!?" Akiza asked.
"I'll explain in a minute, right now don't move around too much! My eyes have adjusted to the darkness enough to know we're in danger if we move!" Shelly said sternly.
"Ah, so you've noticed your predicament." The voice said. "Allow me to illuminate the subject so we're all on the same page." A snap of fingers echoed around the room, and fires ignited on torches in a circle around the women. They were on a pedestal of a rock formation with nothing on all sides to keep them from falling off. Akiza gripped Shelly closer to herself from the sight. Shelly held firm to Akiza, but was staring straight ahead at the one she presumed was the voice speaking to them. A monster floating in the air, wings spread wide and arms crossed. It had a black body with gold armor and a nasty-looking face.
"Goldd," Shelly stated flatly.
"Who?" Akiza asked.
"Wu-Lord of Dark World, Goldd. A fiend type monster that destroys monsters ya' may have on the field when summoned." Shelly explained.
"So you know of me? How grand. I'm almost tempted to give you your deck back and we battle it out here and now!" Goldd held up their decks for them to see but closed his fist around them. "But I think the shockwave would be too much for that pedestal to take or you could be thrown off into the razor-sharp rocks below," Goldd said.
Shelly looked down as much as she dared and saw the tips of hundreds, if not thousands of spikes below them.
"Now, shall we begin the interrogation?" Goldd mocked, creeping closer to them through the air.
Akiza visibly recoiled and Shelly pushed her behind herself for protection.
"Oh, not to worry, I won't touch the little girl. They will." Goldd stated, pointing past the women.
"What!?" Shelly asked while turning to look where he motioned.
Akiza screamed out as she was yanked away from Shelly. "Sis!!"
"Aki!!" Shelly shouted, and saw Akizas' feet disappear into the darkness beyond the torches. "No!!"
"Now it's just you and me human." Goldd goated her.
"BRING HER BACK!!" Shelly shouted her demands.
"Oh, we will, just as soon as she tells us all she knows," Goldd stated. "But until then, you are mine to interrogate."
Goldd moved closer to Shelly, who was visibly recoiling and keeping her disk up as a shield.
"Sis!! Shelly!! Shelly!!" Akiza screamed as she was grabbed and dragged away by unknown hands.
Akiza struggled to get loose from whoever had a grip on her wrists and ankles, but she couldn't see anything and she wasn't touching the ground so she had no idea how high up she was.
"Broww said to take this one to the torture chamber!" One of them said.
"Yes! Torture! She will squawk then!" Another cackled.
"No!" Akiza struggled in vain.
The ride lasted for just a few minutes until she saw a light up ahead. They were in a tunnel and she was just a couple of feet off the ground. She renewed her struggle to try and break their grip on her. It was four smaller monsters, each holding a different limb, and each had an iron grip on her.
"Stop squiggling human! You can't escape!" One of them said
"You're going to tell us everything you know, and then we're going to kill you!" Another added.
Akizas' eyes went wide as she stopped struggling.
"But we may have some fun with you first." One holding her leg said giving it a lick with its long tongue across her calf muscle.
Akiza shivered from the thought as it crossed her mind. "You wouldn't dare!" Her voice betrayed her fear.
"Brron will decide your fate, and he will decide what will happen to you." The one that licked her said. "Maybe he'll give you to us after he's done with you."
They entered the lit room, at the back of the room stood a skinny, chained up monster with mad hair in every direction.
"Welcome human. I am Brron, Mad King of Dark World, and this is my special table." Brron gestured to something in the middle of the room with several things sticking out that did not look friendly at all.
"What are you going to do to me!?" Akiza asked, fear creeping into her voice, worry etched across her face.
"Oh, nothing much, I'm just going to ask you some questions, give me a wrong answer, and I'll use my toys on you." Brron held up a mangled piece of an object. "The more wrong answers you give, the more toys I'll use."
Akiza shuttered to her core, none of what was here would do no small amount of damage, he would kill her if he went too far with anything here. The four minions carried her to the table and chained her to it.
"Now, shall we begin?" Brron asked while leaning over Akizas' body. "Hehehehehe!"
Dual World Council:
"We need to go after them right now!" I shouted, slamming my fist onto the table.
"Calm down Captain!" General Marcellus ordered. "You're anger won't help us here!"
"I don't care! They have my...Shelly and Akiza and I'm not about to stand by and do nothing!" I stated.
"We understand your feelings in this matter Captain, but you have to remain rational to what we can do and what we should do." Maiden with Eyes of Blue said.
"Should do? Should do!? Are you implying we do nothing and not start a war with this Alliance that is hell-bent on our destruction!?" I questioned.
"No...I just.." Maiden started but Dark Magician Girl stepped in.
"Ka'an!" A stern voice grabbed everyone's attention, the power and force put into it didn't hurt here either.
Everyone looked to Dark Magician Girl with a little shock at her display, but her face was one of sadness and determination, and she was staring at me.
"We will not be rash, but do not think we will just leave them to their fate, and we will get back your woman and her adoptive sister!" She stated full of confidence.
I stood there looking at her, then I breathed and tried to calm my nerves from running out the door and just blindly blasting everything insight to find Shelly.
"Everyone please just sit down, and we can get this over with." Dark Magician Girl suggested.
Everyone sat down, there were only a couple of monsters and every human leader.
"My Master the Spellcaster clan and the Blue-Eyes clan are combing through the known areas the Underworld Alliance may be. My Master has been in magical telepathic communication with me, they have not found anything as of yet. Empty caves and recently abandoned ruins are the only things they've found." She explained.
Everyone looked around and murmurs floated around the room. I sat quietly not saying a word, my breathing was steady and rhythmic, my eyes were not focused on the meeting and my ears were not hearing any words being spoken. All I could think about was her, Shelly, my Shelly! I can't stay here, I cannot wait, I have to move, I have to do something!
"Ka'an, Ka'an!" Dark Magician Girl called out, but I didn't hear.
A hand grabbed my shoulder and got my attention.
"Huh? What?" I asked, bringing myself to the present.
"Something has been found out beyond the wastelands and near the base of the mountain range underground. The power of Shelly's deck called out and my Master's heard it. I'm about to teleport you to him so you can begin searching the area!" She explained.
"Let's do it!" I stood and moved to be clear of everyone else. "I'm bringing back both of them!"
"Here you go!" Dark Magician Girl weaved her hands and wand
Archaic symbols and a spell circle formed on the floor under my feet, and a moment later, I was not looking at Dark Magician Girl, but Dark Magician.
"Let's get this done!" I stated and moved for the cave opening I saw.
Darkworld Clan:
We moved from tunnel to room, to tunnel again with minimal resistance. Small fiends and simple guard monsters, nothing with any real power. I was getting even more anxious as we moved from room to room with no sight of either women and I was not feeling good about this.
"Where are they dammit!" I asked no one in particular.
"Ka'an, ahead! I sense evil magic at work." Dark Magician said.
I moved forward at a dead run and activated my duel disk. I rounded a corner and saw a doorway lit by an orange light from within.
"Aaaahhh!!" A scream came out of the room as I got closer.
I entered the room with a leap and jump off some rocks to clear the doorway clean. I hit the floor and rolled to my feet and stood with my duel disk at the ready.
"What!?" Brron looked up surprised at the intrusion.
I put cards on my duel disk and monsters flew forward from portals that formed.
"I summon Mathematician and use Double Summon to summon Vylon in attack mode!" I stated and then quietly moved a card from my deck to the graveyard.
"Attack!" I commanded.
Dark Magician came into the room just as the monsters moved forward for their attack. "Ka'an!"
"Grab Akiza and get her out of here!" I shouted.
He watched my monsters push against Brron and moved him away from his prey on the table. Dark Magician moved forward and used his magic to release the bonds on Akizas' body. Her clothes were rags, little was left to cover her heavily marked-up body. Dark Magician lifted her into her arms and she slumped against him.
"Out! Now!" I demanded that he go with his charge.
Reluctantly he opened a portal and stepped through it, taking Akiza away from here. Brron pushed back his attackers and attempted to counter strike when I threw another card down onto my disk and a rainbow shot forward and wrapped him in unbreakable bindings.
"What is this!?" Brron questioned.
"Rainbow Kuriboh, he won't let you harm any of his allies!" I stated. "But that's not all. I activate Arrivalrivals and tribute my Vylon to summon my Prime Material Dragon in attack mode!" I slammed my final card onto my disk and a golden dragon formed inside the room which was slightly too small, the dragon reared back and blasted the roof right off and out of the ground, making room for itself.
"Now I'll give up some life points to add Vylon from my grave to my Dragon, raising his attack power by 1000!" I explained. "Now attack Brron and end his evil reign with Prime Stream Burst!!" I commanded.
My dragon built up the power in its form and then released it in a non-stop constant stream of energy straight down onto Brrons being.
"Aaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!" Was the last sound the Brron ever made.
